We had dinner together with my husband. A wonderful summer evening, a beautiful view of the city, sunset..... and there is no service on the view terrace. Why???? It's very disappointing.
As a musical accompaniment - playing the piano.
It turned out to be a prim, boring dinner, despite the good serving and taste of the dishes.
The next day we went to the Ember view restaurant in the next building and got high there. The score was the same, but the pleasure was much greater.

We booked a table in advance, the boarding in the hall was almost complete. They did not immediately find the entrance to the restaurant from the street, they coped with the task on the second attempt. The restaurant is located on the 28th floor, the views from the window are simply stunning, especially at sunset. In warm weather, you can go out on the balcony for a photo shoot. The table, as ordered, was by the window. We were served by a very pleasant waiter, answered all our questions, helped us choose cocktails and wine. The order was delivered quickly enough, I liked all the dishes, the serving is beautiful. Live music was played all evening, unobtrusively, delicately, good vocals and repertoire.

The food is delicious here, the interior, the service, the meeting of guests -everything is on top!

The staff is wonderful, very polite. The dishes are delicious, respect to the chef. The view from the windows is 10 out of 10. I went with a girl to her room. When the waiter found out about it, she brought a cake and turned on the congratulatory music. As a result, we have: great memories, good mood and well-fed bellies.

The food is ordinary - in a bad way. They ate without pleasure, everything was barely warm, without pronounced taste. The menu is meager, it was not so easy to choose...
the steaks did not match the degree of roasting ordered.
Of the obvious claims not to the menu:
- floating table. with each attempt to use a knife and fork, the table began to shake so that it was difficult to focus on the food.
- heavy chairs with no pads on the legs. In an empty room with good acoustics, there is an inhuman grinding noise. And I'm embarrassed by these sounds myself, and when someone at the next table moves, it's very loud.

The purpose of the restaurant is the view, which is indicated by the name. Wine from 18 rubles and above. The service is excellent. The choice of dishes is not very diverse, probably because people come here for the view. Steak, vegetarian food, desserts, several types of beer (not Belarusian brands). There is a little lack of some originality in the dishes, some of its own zest. But the view!!!

If it were possible to put 0 stars, then I would love to do it. 30.03.2023 I was poisoned in this restaurant. I ordered seafood soup. The broth had a sour taste, but I decided that it should be so. After I ate it, I had some broth left in my plate, I felt some unpleasant smell, but when I sniffed the soup, there was no obvious smell. As a result, an hour and a half after this soup, I am sorry for such details, of course, but it would be strange to remain silent in this situation. The concept of the restaurant is good, the view is very beautiful, but that's how unlucky I was with the dish. I hope that in the future the chef will pay more attention to the condition of the broths, which they elegantly fill soups from individual jugs))

Just yesterday, on the recommendation of the guide, we visited this institution. Moreover, we were warned in advance that it was worth going there solely for the sake of the view and the maximum that you can order is a cup of coffee or a glass of sparkling wine, the review about the kitchen was not flattering.
So, a couple of hours before the departure of the train back to Moscow, we still decided to go up to this restaurant, as you know, we already had a "tourist" look, comfortable clothes and shoes. On the 28th floor, the elevator doors opened and the administrator immediately appeared in front of us with a greeting, so much so that the language did not turn around to say "yes, we are just for the sake of appearance." Well, it was decided by a general vote that you can drink coffee and watch the sunset. And now an honest review about the service and the kitchen. Waiters are certainly something, especially a girl named Olga. I got the impression that we were homeless in her eyes, they looked at us with such disgust and talked through their teeth. They were openly rude to questions about dessert. Well ok. About the kitchen. We ordered Ramen soup. And whatever was floating there, cucumbers and pickled mushrooms, pears and nori, it seemed that the composition of this soup was not finished dishes of the guests. It tastes like hell. And the broth from the kettle, well, obviously, which is not intended for him. Accordingly, they did not finish it. The only one who greeted us with joy was a male cloakroom attendant who asked if we were tourists and where we came from. I answered positively to the request to leave bags with souvenirs and gifts, and hid them in the dressing room.
Dear heads of this institution, waiters and administrative staff, this is the face of the institution. Such an attitude towards guests who have clearly come in because of their interest in your very presentable restaurant is completely unacceptable. Why should we be ashamed of ourselves at the sight of your waiters' faces?! We are clients. We were sober, clean, we didn't smell like a toilet, but your waiters did everything to make us feel like homeless people who came to ask for boiling water.

I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant staff: administrator Ekaterina and waiter Mark. I thought that this place would be the best in the city to make a marriage Proposal and I was not mistaken)
The guys clearly understood my plan, took care of the beautiful removal of the ring under the lid, the inclusion of a romantic song, the careful storage of a bouquet of flowers, and the visitors witnessed a mini-performance)
It turned out to be very interesting, I definitely recommend it!
In this place, the view is mesmerizing, the 28th floor and Minsk are in the palm of your hand, a panoramic elevator. The cuisine is at its best: from special hunting dishes to French classics. The decor, the interior, the serving of dishes: everything pleases. A great restaurant. The price is average in the city in the medium - medium plus segment.
The quality of the kitchen is excellent, the service is excellent without comments.
The interior is modern. The views from the tables by the window are incomparable. The whole center of Minsk is in full view.
I recommend it for dating. Just book a table by the window in advance. They are all usually occupied, although there are always seats in the hall.

It's terrible, just terrible. Upon arrival at an absolutely free restaurant on a weekday and a request to sit by the window, we were refused due to the fact that we had to book a table there. During about an hour of our stay there, 1 couple came to these reserved tables. We waited for food for 45 minutes (I'll clarify again - the restaurant is completely empty). Hoping to get something very tasty, we got a regular steak that was the size of a cutlet. And at the same time, compared to the steak, even their closest competitors in the Panorama can be called a complete failure :)) I advise you to stop passing off second-rate design and a poor menu as a top restaurant. I'd rather visit a shawarma shop than come back here again.

The chibata in the salad turned out to be so stale that it was simply impossible to eat, it was just terrible! The steak should be fried medium instead of medium well, although this issue was raised with the waiter. Plus, there was a wild upset, apparently all because of the same steak... And the prices are unreasonably high at all! The only thing I liked was the view of the city, but it's not worth it!!!

The view is gorgeous, the food has not been tasted. We were at breakfast, we went on purpose when we knew that the weather would be good, of course it was worth it. I ordered cheesecakes and pancakes, excellent cheesecakes are very similar to homemade ones. My husband's pancakes, as stated, should have been from the oven, but he was probably spoiled with pancakes from the oven, he wouldn't have taken it a second time, not that :)

I chose this restaurant in order to propose to a girl. The service is excellent, the dishes are brought quickly, the waiters are polite, they immediately respond to all requests. I gave the girl a bouquet - a second later the flower vase was on the table, and they also complimented the restaurant in the form of a delicious dessert.
