Excellent service (sometimes even too intrusive), normal prices for such a hotel (especially Corporate rates). In addition to the high-class breakfast, the Spa Center was also pleased: although small, many things were thought out to the smallest detail, including wet chilled face towels. It is also nice that the room is cleaned 1-2 times a day.

We definitely recommend it!
I flew from Moscow to my sister, she has been living in this hotel for a long time, I have heard only rave reviews from her about the Ritz. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks, during which time I had a wonderful rest and was very impressed :) Now I share her delight!
Positive:
1. The people who work here!
Their professionalism, personal qualities and active desire to make your vacation the best. Attentiveness to all your words, wishes, plans. We shared that we wanted to go to Borovoye, and the next day they brought us a specially made
A place guide book. They asked about camel milk, they order it for us. At breakfast, they asked if they had dumplings, the next day they make hand-made dumplings and pancakes with meat.
2. The condition of the rooms. Equipment - spacious, bright, coffee machine, tea kettle, cream, minibar for an additional fee. Daily cleaning.
A calm atmosphere on the floor and in the hotel itself. We haven't heard from the neighbors during the entire period, and it's always quiet on the floor, too. You can only get to your floor by using a key card, so you feel very calm.
Excellent gym and spa area with saunas and a swimming pool. Many thanks to the woman who ensures the order of these zones.
3. Location - the center, nearby there is a large shopping center Keruen, business center Moscow with sports studios, supermarket, canteen. Starbucks. Yandex taxi arrives at the hotel in a minute, bus stops in a minute.
4. I want to write separately about the hotel restaurant - Mökki
The best!!! Breakfast!!!!in Astana!!!
Everything is here :) and all the most delicious! The whole possible set of dishes, which is generally possible for breakfast. You can ask them to make fresh fruit and coffee. I do not know that there is no breakfast at Mökki yet. There is really everything! I've only been here for breakfast, and the dinners are great, too. Excellent restaurant service, Italian chefs
Personally, I recommend avocado toast with poached egg, strachatella and salmon Russian Style for breakfast!

The administrators are super, very nice guys! The repair is super! The room really lacked a small refrigerator and towels (we lived together, there was only one towel), the buffet is tin! There is no food, the corn is sour, the scrambled eggs and sausages are "covered with ice", there is no butter, no cottage cheese, no porridge, no cereal, no milk and yogurt either! We started cleaning while we were having breakfast, with all this, containers of marmite and plates of sausage were placed on the table at which at that moment we were eating tomatoes with cucumbers and processed cheese. in general, the hotel is good, but the whole impression was spoiled by breakfast, which costs 3000 tenge per person

An upscale hotel with courteous staff in the lobby. The sculpture of a horse made of bones looks interesting.
We were in the Selfie restaurant upstairs, a wonderful view if there is a table by the window, decent food, delicious cocktails. Waiters and employees at the reception of the restaurant have a separate respect.
If you go to the toilet, there is a step, they warn you about it, but be careful. Mind the step!

The decor is gorgeous, the location is too. The first impression is wonderful, and the very friendly staff inspires joyful feelings upon check-in. Then, after checking into the room and living there for a week, you realize that not everything is so great. And so. I've been fighting for two days for hot water in the washbasin. The plumbers went back and forth and eventually made hot water. The heated towel rail does not work (they say it only works during the heating season). The lighting control in the room is inconvenient and generally defies any logic. There is dim lighting in the washbasin and there is no backlight for the mirror, you have to shave in semi-darkness. There are no hooks to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. There is no anti-slip coating in the shower, and the floor is tiled and water is pouring on it (careful slippery floor!). It is not written anywhere that the cost of the SPA is included in the accommodation and at the first visit they tried to sell a hammam, a swimming pool (by the way, the pool is gorgeous) and a sauna for 40,000 tenge / hour. A good breakfast with a rich selection and variety, but the cheesecakes turned out to be defrosted with ice inside. The logistics of room service are unclear. Then replenish the stocks of coffee and tea twice a day, then for two days there is nothing to fill the coffee machine with. We lived in a room together, but after cleaning, they always take away one glass, then a plate. Moreover, they bring water for two and two chocolates before going to bed. It's just a brain explosion. Otherwise, everything is great. But such little things suggest that it would be better if I lived in some kind of Sheraton or Marriott.

I came to Astana once again and this time I decided to rent a Ritz Carlton for 4 nights.
