- An inconvenient entrance to the sea, that is, not a plastic pontoon, but a pier with steps, on which a huge queue always accumulates. When the waves hit the pier, you can scratch yourself.
- Due to the fact that green spaces are fertilized, there is a terrible smell of manure from time to time.
- The inventory and many rooms are very tired, falling apart before our eyes, especially the sun beds and plumbing
- Paid WiFi in all areas except the lobby
- Room cleaning leaves much to be desired: it was scary to walk around the room barefoot, I had to ask for toilet paper on my own, and the countertop in the toilet and shower were not washed at all.
- Dishes and glasses are chipped, you can cut yourself
- The air conditioner wasn't working in our room. My friends' refrigerator wasn't working in their room.

Cons:
For those who cannot swim, are afraid of the depth, etc. it is better to choose another hotel. The entrance to the sea is immediately from the pontoon and rapids, where the depth, according to the staff, is 40 meters.
The presence of a large number of thresholds throughout the territory, for people with musculoskeletal problems, it will be difficult to overcome the path to the sea or the main restaurants.
Lack of internet connection. It's only in the Lobby and it's very bad.
To sum up, the hotel is generally quite good. Designed for an unbiased vacationer. Everything that is basic and necessary for recreation is here.
The rooms are a little tired, they provided a good room the second time. The TV does not show Russian channels. Who cares, take this into account, take something with you from home. The bed linen is a bit old, towels too. But everything was changed regularly and cleaning was done every two days. It's nice.
There is table tennis on site for leisure, and a small library in the lobby.
The food is generally good. The waiters are trying very hard. The hotel is constantly being cleaned, washed, and built (the counter does not interfere with rest in any way). We were in an Italian restaurant using the Ala-kart system, we took a free menu, the quality was below average. I don't know why they serve terrible stale vegetables. It's a mystery to me. We didn't go to other restaurants. Maybe it's delicious there.
It takes 30-40 minutes to walk to the Old Town or take a taxi for 2 dollars. There is a Fares cafe there, they cook very tasty and inexpensive. I recommend visiting at least once. Everyone from the receptionist to the waiter is struggling. The prices are fixed, which is also nice, and is not a surprise when paying.
The main walking street of Naama Bay can be reached by taxi for 2.5 dollars. There is a Fixed Price store where you can buy absolutely everything at a good price.
Enjoy your stay, don't be afraid to leave the hotel and travel.
Will I return to this hotel, most likely yes.

Positive:
- Well-maintained, clean and large territory of the hotel.
- For our taste, good food with a variety of choices and taste qualities. Unprincipled desserts are a special treat.
- Reef Lobby Bar on the territory of the hotel with a beautiful view and a high level of service. Ahmed the bartender is a very customer-oriented and kind person. All the drinks were great.
- The Motion animation team is young and energetic, pleasant communication with vacationers, a cool program. The guys are the real heart of the hotel.
- You can drink herbal water at the reception and the hotel allows you to use the services of the Terrace Bar before checking in and issuing a bracelet.
- Most of the staff are polite and customer-oriented.
- The hotel is undergoing renovation, the transformation is very noticeable.
Cons:
- Stale rooms killed by exploitation. They lived in building 34. One day they couldn't get into the room, the electronic lock died, apparently from old age. The neighbors also had problems with the lock, they could not leave the room, they had to call for help.
- There are no slippers, dental cleaning supplies, water in the rooms (you need to take it at the bar), there was no soap and shampoo when checking in. The bed linen was changed 1 time in 10 days.
- Impudent cleaners. Moreover, there were negative reviews from other guests. Our cleaner knocked every day when we returned to the room, and more than once he came in, created anxiety for us. He came once to say that Russians leave little tips when he cleans so well, although there were many questions about cleaning. On the day of departure, I came and started asking for $10. Although, he was tipped.
- In the hotel, the tip is not a thank you for the excellent work of the staff, but actually an additional fee for the quality and volume of services, which should be included by default.
- The rules at the hotel were invented so that the staff would break them. All billboards indicate that you can not occupy sun beds, however, a bar employee (apparently for money) regularly took good places on the beach with towels for guests, did it around 7 a.m.
- A case of theft has been recorded, towel cards were stolen from the neighbors from the room. But the hotel charges a fine of $ 15 for their loss. Hide the cards on the towels!
- Most of the beach towels are very old, even lost their color.
Recommendations:
- Take mosquito repellents with you: sprays, fumigators. Mosquitoes on the territory of many hotels. For the same reason, it is better not to open the windows in the evening.
The general conclusion:
In our opinion, the hotel does not correspond to five arrivals. Unfortunately, people make the place, not the other way around. I am sure that after the renovation is completed, the hotel will be even more comfortable.
I would like the hotel management to pay attention to the reviews about the staff and work it out for the better to make the guests' stay even more comfortable.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Among the advantages: a large territory, an excellent private beach, delicious food, everything is clean and well maintained, there are many places where you can have a snack during the day, there is a souvenir shop and a pharmacy on site. On the day of departure, the flight was in the evening, the bracelets were not taken away, so we could enjoy all the benefits of all inclusive all day long. Of the cons, the furniture in the rooms is outdated, although it doesn't matter to us, we only spent the night in the room.

I really liked the hotel. A large and well-maintained territory. The food is good and varied. The reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish. The only disadvantage is that there is no smooth entry into the sea, who does not know how to swim will be scary, although there is always a way out - a vest or a rubber circle or a mattress. We had a rest from December 22, 2024 to January 4, 2025. The hotel is nice, well-maintained, beautiful territory and almost all in the shade. The pools are not heated in winter, and reconstruction is underway in parallel. The staff is very polite and unobtrusive. The food is also good, but the breakfasts are a bit of the same type.There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, umbrellas are large and provide very good shade. The approach from the pier is a good reef, just gorgeous. The room stock is outdated, we were lucky with the room the first time and did not have to move for an additional fee. We were satisfied with our vacation, the hotel, and the service. There are two low-price markets, shops and pharmacies near the hotel.

We had a rest at the end of January and the beginning of February, 2025. I liked the hotel, the area is clean and cleaned all the time.
The food is delicious. It was varied, and I had sushi and fried shrimp for dinner. We went to the reception hall for dinner.
The rooms are spacious, the furniture is not new, of course. We lived on the second floor, and our balcony had a small view of the sea.
The Internet is free only in the lobby and it barely works.
We bought a SIM card with the Internet. The buildings are being renovated on the territory. Convenient location of the hotel, near shopping malls for buying souvenirs and fruits. To the old town, or rather to the market, if you walk about 4 km, take a taxi in 10 minutes.
Animation on the beach, dancing like everywhere else, exercise in the morning on the beach. Yoga at 15:00. The evening show , we went only 2 times in 11 days.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, there is a lot of greenery everywhere. The food is varied and delicious. But alas, if you are bad at swimming, then obviously not here) entering the sea from a pontoon and not from the steps, but you need to jump into the depths if the tide is out.... the hotel administration cannot make a couple of extra steps for a normal descent and entry, people climb the steps as best they can) half of the guests with skinned knees and nobody cares. And even with small children and at an age, you are definitely not here, there are steps everywhere and it is not very convenient.

The hotel is exactly 4 stars. 5 - I thank the animators for their efforts! The girls and boys did well, they tried to entertain and engage (very unobtrusively, for which we thank them very much) in activities ranging from charging, volleyball and zumba in the morning, ending with dancing in the evenings. If there were no animators, there would be nothing to do in the hotel itself. Entertainment options include 2 pin pong tables.
There are no questions about the beach - its own clean beach, but the sun beds leave much to be desired (a lot of broken ones), but a place could always be found. Entering the water from the pier, immediately to the depth.
There are few questions about food, there is always a choice, both for meat lovers and vegans. There are 2 restaurants, +/- the dishes are the same. Drinks leave much to be desired, cocktails in the bar are always the same, juices in restaurants are diluted with plenty of water.
As for the room stock, if you choose not a "suite", then either prepare money so that you can be moved to a more or less normal room, or you will not live in a very clean and old room. We chose comfort and for $ 20 within 30 minutes we were moved to a more or less normal room (in our price category).
Staying at the hotel left a pleasant impression. 5 stars - definitely not. 3 - probably not enough, in general everything was not bad. A solid 4-plus for this hotel.

We had a rest in April 2024. One of the advantages of the hotel is a large and well-groomed territory, delicious and varied food, very friendly and helpful staff. Of the cons, shallow pools and mosquitoes, it's just a nightmare. Moreover, neither the spray nor the fumigator coped. Entering the sea only from the pier, there are a lot of fish, the water is awesome blue. Immediately the depth and in April the water is cold everywhere, both in the sea and in the pool. The hotel is undergoing renovation, but it does not interfere. The room was a little tired, but it will be fixed soon. The room is clean and this is the most important thing.
In general, I definitely recommend the hotel for this price.

We had a rest in October 2024. We have been to Egypt many times and there is something to compare it with. We really liked it, of course there are minor flaws, so it can be found in almost every hotel. We chose the hotel according to the size of the territory and the reef on the beach. These two indicators are just great. On nutrition: we found something to overeat)))) . For those who are in Egypt for the first time, we recommend a yacht trip. We bought a tour outside the hotel one minute away. The price is $20 per person. I'm just delighted with the trip. Ah, but the quad bike ride impressed only with the views and a cool guide.... The quadrics are old and you drive like on a washboard...

We had a rest in August, I really liked it. It is very pleasant that the hotel is developing. The old fund is being changed and updated. I am pleased with the vegetation on the territory (it is a lot of work to preserve it in such a climate). The food is varied. The beach is great. There are animators who offer entertainment to your liking. There are many pools with clean water (I would like it to be colder). Descent into the sea from the stairs, immediately depth (consider holidays with children and the elderly). But the view in the mask is gorgeous. There are a lot of different fish, corals, and even a turtle was seen. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, everything is clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The overall impression of the hotel is excellent. We spent a week in it in the middle of October, and we didn't want to leave at all.
The territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, it is so beautiful here that great photos are obtained. There are many pools, each of which has comfortable sun beds.
The beach deserves a special mention. With these palm trees, it looks like a fabulous corner. There were no problems with sun beds, you could always find a free place. The entrance to the sea is good, the depth immediately begins from the pontoon, and you can watch the fish.
The food is varied and delicious. There are many bars here, and there are places where you can have a snack between main meals.
As for the rooms, perhaps some of them are slightly "tired", but this did not spoil our experience.
Animation and entertainment take place every day, and you don't have to be bored.
Definitely, I would return to this hotel again!

We rested here in early August 2024. The territory of the hotel is large and very beautiful, there is a private beach, shops at fixed prices, restaurants, swimming pools. The staff is friendly. It's a little dirty, of course, but on the third day you get used to it)

Do not take sausages for breakfast in the dining room, they taste like our sausages "my price" for 50 rubles))) The sea is crystal clear, there are a lot of fish (be sure to bring snorkeling masks with you!). The only thing is that the depth in the sea is immediately large, there is no smooth descent. It's scary for those who swim poorly or do not know how to swim at all. In August, the water is very warm, both in the sea and in the pools.
The rooms are average, but there is construction work going on, both in the rooms themselves and on the hotel grounds, so I think it will get even better over time. There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers in the rooms. Just towels and two jars of shower gel and shampoo, but I advise you to take all your own anyway, as we did.

The territory is large and green. There are a lot of stairs, so it is difficult for people with problems of the musculoskeletal system and for children. Repairs are underway on the territory, but this does not interfere with rest. 10 pools , but they are not heated. The housing stock is tired, but it was important to me - a comfortable clean bed and towels and working plumbing. Let's start with the fact that all the locals know that the hotel is 3 stars. (That's what the staff said.) :)
You can see beautiful photos of the hotel on the websites, here are only real photos of rooms in building 34.
It is quite large, the territory is as in the photos, beautiful, a lot of vegetation and palm trees.
70% of the rooms are tired rooms with various breakdowns. All Russian speakers are located in the completely dead building 34.
In the first room, the condee was flowing like a stream, and everything was falling apart before our eyes. At first they did not want to change it, referring to the fact that the master would come and fix it, but then after a conversation they still changed it to the next one.
Everything worked in the "new" room, but it was just as tired. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Very much so!! The local mosquito fumigator did not help at all.
The hotel also has a division by nationality.
They glue yellow bracelets to all Europeans and always put them in fresh cases. Faster and more priority maintenance. In plasma rooms, etc.
Locals and Arabs have blue bracelets. The same thing.
Russian speakers have green bracelets. There was not a single foreigner in the 34th building. (We talked to both Russians and Italians.)
The food is the usual three. You won't be hungry. The hotel has a delicious Italian restaurant a la carte - Mafia.
All glasses in bars are washed with ordinary water and are not processed in any way. Everyone we talked to, including us, ate imodium. :)
Bars until 00. Alcohol is like everywhere else in hotels. But the waiters themselves are funny, positive guys. They respond to all requests and wishes.
The sea is clean, the entrance is only from the pontoon, immediately to a depth of ~ 3.5 m. You can swim only up to 18. This is strictly monitored. There are a lot of sun beds, enough for everyone.
There are many pools, all shallow. ~1.9 m.
They also work up to 18 hours. Once in 2 weeks there was a party in the pool. The rest of the time after 18 is closed.
In general, the hotel is 3 out of 5. We flew together for a 189k tour from Moscow. August 2024 is fine for its price, but I think you can find a better one. The old rooms killed the whole impression. Be sure to buy a fumigator and in no case move into the damn building 34!!! :)

As honestly and non-biased as possible (rest 10 nights from 26.09 to 06.10):
1. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, large enough, upon arrival at the hotel, the ongoing landscaping work on its territory was already visible
2. Entrance to the hotel: the lobby is wonderful, beautiful, there are air conditioners, so you immediately feel fresh and cool coming in from the heat. Chairs and sofas (comfortable) are placed throughout the lobby- while waiting for the moment of your check-in, as well as from the moment of check-out to the plane, you can sit / lie down, you can even take a nap (the staff does not pay attention to this). There are also cool drinks to choose from and something like marshmallows near the reception. At the reception, at first glance, the staff did not seem very pleasant and friendly, but over time this opinion changed (but perhaps the receptionist, with whom they communicated at check-in, did not encounter him anymore). We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. We checked in at about 12:30 (although we were supposed to after 14:00, but the room was vacated). Until that time, they were allowed to use the bar for free and go to lunch.
3. Check-in, they took our suitcases, loaded them into the car and took us to the very 34 building (which they settle in immediately, if they don't give "on the paw-in order to get a "suite". We were separately accompanied by a certain missier to our building on foot. He took us to the room, at first glance it was quite tolerable, we said that everything was fine with us and they asked us to tip immediately. Then, literally 5-10 minutes later, the suitcases were brought and tips were also brought.
4. Upon closer examination and prolonged stay as much as 10 days in the room, there were more minuses than pluses:
+: a good big bed, comfortable, clean; the air conditioner worked properly and it was extremely exciting to return from the street to the room in the cool; there was a lot of space and hangers in the closet; there was always hot water in the shower and good pressure.
- the room is very outdated (there are a lot of scuffs, chips, ingrained dirt on the items); only a few sockets worked (one was designed for a TV from the 90s, on one side of the bed, in the shower)- 5 sockets did not work; on the "terrace" there were 2 armchairs and a table and a view into the wall (not to the sea, not to the street, not to the pools, but into a high wall); the refrigerator seemed to work, but the smell was as if something had died there; the bathroom is a separate kind of art: something was leaking near the toilet, everything was scuffed in the sink, it was scary to go into the shower without slippers, there was mold behind the shower). But in principle, it was possible to spend the night, but the situation is still not very good, I hope that rooms in building 34 will be restored sooner or later. By the way, mostly Russian speakers are accommodated in room 34 immediately, using a green bracelet)
5. Cleanliness in the room for 3, it seems to be cleaned, it seems not. We tipped 2 times, we cleaned up, we didn't tip, we cleaned up. The floors were not washed, I washed the shower, the sink and the toilet with one brush, I always made the bed and took out the garbage, I changed the towels only at our request. The kid was constantly cleaning up the music. Guests of other buildings told how the cleaner made various crafts and sculptures from towels and their personal belongings. We only had a plaid folded in a bow a couple of times. But that's okay. Nothing was missing from the room, even if something was left in plain sight.
6. The food is quite good, varied, delicious, there was always something to choose, yes, it can be the same every day, but you could always choose something and somehow combine your plates, there were salads, side dishes, fresh vegetables, beef / lamb / chicken / turkey / white fish / 2 types of soups / in the evening there were rolls, a lot of flour products for breakfast / lunch / dinner-bread is fresh and delicious; there are a lot of sweets; there are always 2 types of juice; there were also fruits (but apples and oranges were whole); various types of packaged tea; the coffee machine broke very often (but it was possible go down to the bar and drink coffee there). So you can safely rate the food well!
7. The bar is excellent, the staff at the bar is excellent: friendly, smiling, friendly, sociable and in Russian (even without tips): they brought drinks as much as you want before 00:00, even after 00:00 they did not kick out. The work of the bar can be evaluated perfectly.
8. The animation is interesting, there were daily dances, programs, sports events both on the hotel grounds and on the beach; the guys gave their best from 9 a.m. to 23 p.m.
9. The territory of the hotel is excellent, clean, there are many pools, there are separate pools with a bar; the pools are not deep, which is important, they were cleaned with bleach every evening, after which they were not allowed to swim until the next morning. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, there is a shower to rinse off after swimming.
10. The beach is equipped: there are a lot of sun loungers, umbrellas, sand on the beach, there are 2 showers, there is a DJ, a volleyball court; cafe drinks, hot dogs, pizza. The sea is gorgeous, there is no smooth approach, only from the pier, but it was good; children and the elderly probably won't be very comfortable climbing back onto land; the reef is beautiful; there were no sharks))
In general, the rest was not bad, there are both pros and cons, but perhaps we would not go to this hotel a second time. This is a purely personal opinion about this hotel, but it does not pull 5 stars, or it is the most budget 5.

The animation guys are great - they don't let you get bored. There are two bars on the beach: beachbar and grill bar. The food in them is decent, you don't have to go to the restaurant. The territory is green and very well maintained. There is a slight unpleasant smell in the morning, but it is not a sewer. Most likely some kind of fertilizer. In the afternoon and evening, there is no smell anymore.
Of the cons:
1. Tired rooms, but this is the case in almost all hotels
2. To clean the room, you need to call the reception and call the master of cleanliness...
3. The food is meager and monotonous, but do not wake up cold
4. There is no kettle in the room, but they will bring it for an additional fee. There is also tea, coffee, sugar and a carton of milk

For those who love pools, there are an incredible number of them, we have not counted them. The food is not bad, but for Egypt you can say VIP, I liked the restaurant of Libyan cuisine, we ate so much that we barely left. The atmosphere in the hotel is wonderful, there are many Russians, there are Germans, there was even an Irishman (John hello to you), everything is very friendly. There are shops, pharmacies near the hotel, everything can be purchased. It is felt, in general, in Egypt, that due to the non-arrival of Russians, the country has become impoverished, there is less money. I took a massage, great guys, thank you very much, we washed everything, the session lasted 1-20 minutes instead of 45, without additional payments. The staff, as I said, is very friendly, the guys want to go to them and do their best, they brought a small bouquet of flowers to my wife every morning, like a trifle, but it's nice, and so on in everything. The territory is being renovated right under the windows, and the territory itself is large, but these houses are put everywhere, and it turns out such a maze. In the early days, you can get lost. The reef was beautiful, but there was no shore where you could walk and just wet your feet. You need to go to the bridge and enter the sea from it. You go into the sea, and there is 50 meters of depth under you. There is no entertainment for children here. In general, I do not recommend this hotel. The photo will show the renovation right under the windows and the salad that was given in the restaurant at the hotel.
