Positive:
- Well-maintained, clean and large territory of the hotel.
- For our taste, good food with a variety of choices and taste qualities. Unprincipled desserts are a special treat.
- Reef Lobby Bar on the territory of the hotel with a beautiful view and a high level of service. Ahmed the bartender is a very customer-oriented and kind person. All the drinks were great.
- The Motion animation team is young and energetic, pleasant communication with vacationers, a cool program. The guys are the real heart of the hotel.
- You can drink herbal water at the reception and the hotel allows you to use the services of the Terrace Bar before checking in and issuing a bracelet.
- Most of the staff are polite and customer-oriented.
- The hotel is undergoing renovation, the transformation is very noticeable.
Cons:
- Stale rooms killed by exploitation. They lived in building 34. One day they couldn't get into the room, the electronic lock died, apparently from old age. The neighbors also had problems with the lock, they could not leave the room, they had to call for help.
- There are no slippers, dental cleaning supplies, water in the rooms (you need to take it at the bar), there was no soap and shampoo when checking in. The bed linen was changed 1 time in 10 days.
- Impudent cleaners. Moreover, there were negative reviews from other guests. Our cleaner knocked every day when we returned to the room, and more than once he came in, created anxiety for us. He came once to say that Russians leave little tips when he cleans so well, although there were many questions about cleaning. On the day of departure, I came and started asking for $10. Although, he was tipped.
- In the hotel, the tip is not a thank you for the excellent work of the staff, but actually an additional fee for the quality and volume of services, which should be included by default.
- The rules at the hotel were invented so that the staff would break them. All billboards indicate that you can not occupy sun beds, however, a bar employee (apparently for money) regularly took good places on the beach with towels for guests, did it around 7 a.m.
- A case of theft has been recorded, towel cards were stolen from the neighbors from the room. But the hotel charges a fine of $ 15 for their loss. Hide the cards on the towels!
- Most of the beach towels are very old, even lost their color.
Recommendations:
- Take mosquito repellents with you: sprays, fumigators. Mosquitoes on the territory of many hotels. For the same reason, it is better not to open the windows in the evening.
The general conclusion:
In our opinion, the hotel does not correspond to five arrivals. Unfortunately, people make the place, not the other way around. I am sure that after the renovation is completed, the hotel will be even more comfortable.
I would like the hotel management to pay attention to the reviews about the staff and work it out for the better to make the guests' stay even more comfortable.

We had a rest in August, I really liked it. It is very pleasant that the hotel is developing. The old fund is being changed and updated. I am pleased with the vegetation on the territory (it is a lot of work to preserve it in such a climate). The food is varied. The beach is great. There are animators who offer entertainment to your liking. There are many pools with clean water (I would like it to be colder). Descent into the sea from the stairs, immediately depth (consider holidays with children and the elderly). But the view in the mask is gorgeous. There are a lot of different fish, corals, and even a turtle was seen. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, everything is clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. I really liked the hotel. A large and well-maintained territory. The food is good and varied. The reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish. We rested here in early August 2024. The territory of the hotel is large and very beautiful, there is a private beach, shops at fixed prices, restaurants, swimming pools. The staff is friendly. It's a little dirty, of course, but on the third day you get used to it)
Food for four. Do not take sausages for breakfast in the dining room, they taste like our sausages "my price" for 50 rubles))) The sea is crystal clear, there are a lot of fish (be sure to bring snorkeling masks with you!). The only thing is that the depth in the sea is immediately large, there is no smooth descent. It's scary for those who swim poorly or do not know how to swim at all. In August, the water is very warm, both in the sea and in the pools.
The rooms are average, but there is construction work going on, both in the rooms themselves and on the hotel grounds, so I think it will get even better over time. There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers in the rooms. Just towels and two jars of shower gel and shampoo, but I advise you to take all your own anyway, as we did.

We had a rest in April 2024. One of the advantages of the hotel is a large and well-groomed territory, delicious and varied food, very friendly and helpful staff. Of the cons, shallow pools and mosquitoes, it's just a nightmare. Moreover, neither the spray nor the fumigator coped. Entering the sea only from the pier, there are a lot of fish, the water is awesome blue. Immediately the depth and in April the water is cold everywhere, both in the sea and in the pool. The hotel is undergoing renovation, but it does not interfere. The room was a little tired, but it will be fixed soon. The room is clean and this is the most important thing.
In general, I definitely recommend the hotel for this price.

But alas, if you are bad at swimming, then obviously not here) entering the sea from a pontoon and not from the steps, but you need to jump into the depths if the tide is out.... the hotel administration cannot make a couple of extra steps for a normal descent and entry, people climb the steps as best they can) half of the guests with skinned knees and nobody cares. We really liked it, of course there are minor flaws, so it can be found in almost every hotel. We chose the hotel according to the size of the territory and the reef on the beach. These two indicators are just great. On nutrition: we found something to overeat)))) . For those who are in Egypt for the first time, we recommend a yacht trip. The overall impression of the hotel is excellent. We spent a week in it in the middle of October, and we didn't want to leave at all.
The territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, it is so beautiful here that great photos are obtained. There are many pools, each of which has comfortable sun beds.
The beach deserves a special mention. With these palm trees, it looks like a fabulous corner. There were no problems with sun beds, you could always find a free place. The entrance to the sea is good, the depth immediately begins from the pontoon, and you can watch the fish.
The food is varied and delicious. There are many bars here, and there are places where you can have a snack between main meals.
As for the rooms, perhaps some of them are slightly "tired", but this did not spoil our experience.
Animation and entertainment take place every day, and you don't have to be bored.
Definitely, I would return to this hotel again!

Let's start with the fact that all the locals know that the hotel is 3 stars. (That's what the staff said.) :)
You can see beautiful photos of the hotel on the websites, here are only real photos of rooms in building 34.
It is quite large, the territory is as in the photos, beautiful, a lot of vegetation and palm trees.
70% of the rooms are tired rooms with various breakdowns. All Russian speakers are located in the completely dead building 34.
In the first room, the condee was flowing like a stream, and everything was falling apart before our eyes. At first they did not want to change it, referring to the fact that the master would come and fix it, but then after a conversation they still changed it to the next one.
Everything worked in the "new" room, but it was just as tired. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Very much so!! The local mosquito fumigator did not help at all.
The hotel also has a division by nationality.
They glue yellow bracelets to all Europeans and always put them in fresh cases. Faster and more priority maintenance. In plasma rooms, etc.
Locals and Arabs have blue bracelets. The same thing.
Russian speakers have green bracelets. There was not a single foreigner in the 34th building. (We talked to both Russians and Italians.)
The food is the usual three. You won't be hungry. The hotel has a delicious Italian restaurant a la carte - Mafia.
All glasses in bars are washed with ordinary water and are not processed in any way. Everyone we talked to, including us, ate imodium. :)
Bars until 00. Alcohol is like everywhere else in hotels. But the waiters themselves are funny, positive guys. They respond to all requests and wishes.
The sea is clean, the entrance is only from the pontoon, immediately to a depth of ~ 3.5 m. You can swim only up to 18. This is strictly monitored. There are a lot of sun beds, enough for everyone.
There are many pools, all shallow. ~1.9 m.
They also work up to 18 hours. Once in 2 weeks there was a party in the pool. The rest of the time after 18 is closed.
In general, the hotel is 3 out of 5. We flew together for a 189k tour from Moscow. August 2024 is fine for its price, but I think you can find a better one. The old rooms killed the whole impression. Be sure to buy a fumigator and in no case move into the damn building 34!!! :)

As honestly and non-biased as possible (rest 10 nights from 26.09 to 06.10):
1. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, large enough, upon arrival at the hotel, the ongoing landscaping work on its territory was already visible
2. Entrance to the hotel: the lobby is wonderful, beautiful, there are air conditioners, so you immediately feel fresh and cool coming in from the heat. Chairs and sofas (comfortable) are placed throughout the lobby- while waiting for the moment of your check-in, as well as from the moment of check-out to the plane, you can sit / lie down, you can even take a nap (the staff does not pay attention to this). There are also cool drinks to choose from and something like marshmallows near the reception. At the reception, at first glance, the staff did not seem very pleasant and friendly, but over time this opinion changed (but perhaps the receptionist, with whom they communicated at check-in, did not encounter him anymore). We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. We checked in at about 12:30 (although we were supposed to after 14:00, but the room was vacated). Until that time, they were allowed to use the bar for free and go to lunch.
3. Check-in, they took our suitcases, loaded them into the car and took us to the very 34 building (which they settle in immediately, if they don't give "on the paw-in order to get a "suite". We were separately accompanied by a certain missier to our building on foot. He took us to the room, at first glance it was quite tolerable, we said that everything was fine with us and they asked us to tip immediately. Then, literally 5-10 minutes later, the suitcases were brought and tips were also brought.
4. Upon closer examination and prolonged stay as much as 10 days in the room, there were more minuses than pluses:
+: a good big bed, comfortable, clean; the air conditioner worked properly and it was extremely exciting to return from the street to the room in the cool; there was a lot of space and hangers in the closet; there was always hot water in the shower and good pressure.
- the room is very outdated (there are a lot of scuffs, chips, ingrained dirt on the items); only a few sockets worked (one was designed for a TV from the 90s, on one side of the bed, in the shower)- 5 sockets did not work; on the "terrace" there were 2 armchairs and a table and a view into the wall (not to the sea, not to the street, not to the pools, but into a high wall); the refrigerator seemed to work, but the smell was as if something had died there; the bathroom is a separate kind of art: something was leaking near the toilet, everything was scuffed in the sink, it was scary to go into the shower without slippers, there was mold behind the shower). But in principle, it was possible to spend the night, but the situation is still not very good, I hope that rooms in building 34 will be restored sooner or later. By the way, mostly Russian speakers are accommodated in room 34 immediately, using a green bracelet)
5. Cleanliness in the room for 3, it seems to be cleaned, it seems not. We tipped 2 times, we cleaned up, we didn't tip, we cleaned up. The floors were not washed, I washed the shower, the sink and the toilet with one brush, I always made the bed and took out the garbage, I changed the towels only at our request. The kid was constantly cleaning up the music. Guests of other buildings told how the cleaner made various crafts and sculptures from towels and their personal belongings. We only had a plaid folded in a bow a couple of times. But that's okay. Nothing was missing from the room, even if something was left in plain sight.
6. The food is quite good, varied, delicious, there was always something to choose, yes, it can be the same every day, but you could always choose something and somehow combine your plates, there were salads, side dishes, fresh vegetables, beef / lamb / chicken / turkey / white fish / 2 types of soups / in the evening there were rolls, a lot of flour products for breakfast / lunch / dinner-bread is fresh and delicious; there are a lot of sweets; there are always 2 types of juice; there were also fruits (but apples and oranges were whole); various types of packaged tea; the coffee machine broke very often (but it was possible go down to the bar and drink coffee there). So you can safely rate the food well!
7. The bar is excellent, the staff at the bar is excellent: friendly, smiling, friendly, sociable and in Russian (even without tips): they brought drinks as much as you want before 00:00, even after 00:00 they did not kick out. The work of the bar can be evaluated perfectly.
8. The animation is interesting, there were daily dances, programs, sports events both on the hotel grounds and on the beach; the guys gave their best from 9 a.m. to 23 p.m.
9. The territory of the hotel is excellent, clean, there are many pools, there are separate pools with a bar; the pools are not deep, which is important, they were cleaned with bleach every evening, after which they were not allowed to swim until the next morning. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, there is a shower to rinse off after swimming.
10. The beach is equipped: there are a lot of sun loungers, umbrellas, sand on the beach, there are 2 showers, there is a DJ, a volleyball court; cafe drinks, hot dogs, pizza. The sea is gorgeous, there is no smooth approach, only from the pier, but it was good; children and the elderly probably won't be very comfortable climbing back onto land; the reef is beautiful; there were no sharks))
In general, the rest was not bad, there are both pros and cons, but perhaps we would not go to this hotel a second time. This is a purely personal opinion about this hotel, but it does not pull 5 stars, or it is the most budget 5.

I will support many reviews: a huge clean and well-groomed territory and a sooo beautiful sea, a lot of beautiful fish. We were satisfied with the food-meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, side dishes, desserts-always varied, 2 types of soup, a couple of times there were squid. plus several restaurants that you can visit 1 time for free, plus several bars that always have something to eat. cons are numbers (service): despite the fresh repairs, the cleaning is almost zero, everything breaks down, is repaired and breaks down again immediately after the master leaves, and then you will wait for figs: the standard answer is 5 minutes, which last for hours. Upon check-in, clean bed linen was laid 3 times. And mosquitoes - there are thousands of them, until they bought a fumigator, nothing helped.

There is no Wi-Fi, buy a 500r/23GB SIM card. Yes, the TV in the room is still lamp-mounted, why do you need it at all, it takes up space.
The air conditioner is old, it works quite well, do you need "checkers" or go?
The food is very diverse, there is definitely no such thing in Turkey.
The sea is amazing, but the entrance is a pontoon, you can't-into the pool.
It is a very beautiful territory, we are already used to the lack of bulls on the ground, but in the same Cyprus as here, starting from the airport, everything is in bulls. Only "civilized" Europeans smoke on the beach and in the restaurant.
All plumbing is working in the rooms.
We don't care about the friendliness of the staff, the food is a buffet, we can open the doors ourselves.

If on vacation in Egypt, the sea, the beach, the green area, cool animation are in the first place for you, I definitely recommend this hotel!!! The beach is clean, panton is short and immediately deep. The coral reef is simply magnificent, a sea of different kinds of fish. You don't need to go somewhere to see the beauty of the red sea. The animation guys are great - they don't let you get bored. There are two bars on the beach: beachbar and grill bar. The food in them is decent, you don't have to go to the restaurant. The territory is green and very well maintained. There is a slight unpleasant smell in the morning, but it is not a sewer. Most likely some kind of fertilizer. In the afternoon and evening, there is no smell anymore.
Of the cons:
1. Tired rooms, but this is the case in almost all hotels
2. To clean the room, you need to call the reception and call the master of cleanliness...
3. The food is meager and monotonous, but do not wake up cold
4. There is no kettle in the room, but they will bring it for an additional fee. There is also tea, coffee, sugar and a carton of milk
5. Coffee is disgusting! Take it with you.
6. There are mosquitoes in the evening. Take the spray and there will be no problems
7. There are a lot of steps, but this is a minus only for older people. It was only a plus for me.
But of course all these disadvantages are nothing compared to the beauty of the sea and the territory.

For those who love pools, there are an incredible number of them, we have not counted them. The food is not bad, but for Egypt you can say VIP, I liked the restaurant of Libyan cuisine, we ate so much that we barely left. I have never seen a more terrible hotel in my life!!!!!!
WiFi catches the Internet only in the lobby/ lobby of the hotel, and then at the lowest possible speed. The turtle moves faster. It is impossible to open any application. There is a possibility of the Internet for money. They ask for $20 in 7 days.
The rooms are not properly cleaned.
The food is very ordinary, drinks in the form of juices are diluted by about 30 to 70%, there are no frills.
The descent to the sea is very steep, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk from the lobby to the sea. It's really hard to get to the top.
The air conditioners in the rooms are not modern, but probably installed back in 00, it can be difficult at night because of the really intense heat.
During the day and until the evening, the real temperature was over 40 degrees.

The reef was beautiful, but there was no shore where you could walk and just wet your feet. You need to go to the bridge and enter the sea from it. You go into the sea, and there is 50 meters of depth under you. There is no entertainment for children here. In general, I do not recommend this hotel. A small restaurant, with full occupancy, the hotel will not fit everything. There is no gym. Cold pools and they are almost not cleaned. The rooms are cleaned but the floor is not washed. The room stock is very tired, the sockets are loose, the air conditioner barely blows, the hot water does not go everywhere. Another of the advantages: friendly staff in bars and in the main restaurant, but at the reception when checking in, very unfriendly guys lead to a bad room where everything is completely ruined and the door to the balcony does not close, despite the fact that the hotel is half empty and freeze 50 dollars for a room change, we agreed for 5 by the way. In general, I do not strongly advise, it can wait until the repair is completed completely and then it will be better.

I definitely recommend the hotel! The territory is incredible, 8 pools, a waterfall, sun beds in the water, bars in the middle of the pools, an imitation of a sandy beach in one of the pools. There is a lot of greenery, the hotel is drowning in it, the illusion that you are in Bali or in Thai. Bridges, imitation stones, caves. The territory is very large, so it is sparsely populated. And this is at the peak of the season! Everything is clean, they clean it all the time. This is amazing for Egypt. The room is also cleaned every day. And good cleaning! Special respect to the hotel staff - friendly, smiling, always helpful, speak Russian well. The food is above average, delicious. Alcohol is only local, the quality leaves much to be desired, stock up on duty free.
The room is very large, with a huge balcony-terrace, 2 wooden sun beds and a table on it. It's nice that it's not plastic. The air conditioner is working, the hair dryer is too, there is water - both hot and cold. The TV is old, but we haven't watched it.
It is very pleasant to walk around the hotel, there is a cool photo location at every step. I will definitely return to this hotel. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception

There is a grill bar near the beach, excellent dishes. There are various bars near the pools (there are 9 of them). Water is distributed everywhere for free. The territory of the hotel has a cascading landscape, you need to go down to the sea by different stairs, respectively, you need to go up to the reception and to the restaurant. There are not enough of them all the time and you have to stand in line to wait for glasses, then drinks, which are also heavily diluted. Entering the sea is immediately deep, there is no shore. The reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish. But it's still not convenient. There are many pools on the territory, but all also require restoration. Animation is the simplest, animators are boring. There is no children's animation at all. I absolutely do not want to return to this hotel. I do not recommend consideration.

I really liked the rest. We were from October 14 to October 26. The weather is +30-34 all the time, there are very few clouds. The territory of the hotel is very large, because of the small number of tourists it seems even too much. The room was taken superior, on the first line. They did not lose, many tourists complained that the usual rooms are in sad condition and at a considerable distance from the sea. Therefore, I advise you to pay extra.
Of the minuses: in the evenings and mornings, there is a smell of sewage in places due to irrigation, but this is a standard situation for Egypt, in general it is not particularly annoying, there is no strong and pungent smell. A variety of food (compared to a good 5 in Turkey). There is always something to eat, there were squid and shrimp, but in general, 12 days of rest is boring.
There is a construction site on the territory of the hotel, if you relax by the upper pools, you can sometimes hear a puncher. The sea and the lower pools do not have this.
I had to kill two giant cockroaches in the room, they crawled from somewhere.
The animation is weak and repeats every week, there are no invited guests.
Now to the pros: the main advantage of this hotel is the sea and the reef. No pantone, 3 meters and you're at a depth of 30-40m. with a beautiful reef. We went on a boat trip with a view of the beautiful reefs of the Red Sea and this hotel has a much more beautiful reef and more saturated with marine life. Therefore, we arm ourselves with masks, fins and swim in the sea.
I will also note the service, if you rest in the same places, then you can tip the waiter a couple of bucks once and he will carry drinks straight to the sunbed until the end of the rest. Nice.
There are many different bars with food, you won't be hungry, but food is served in the range from 12:30 to 17:00.
Bottled drinks, even beer, and generally delicious. Strong alcohol is average, but if diluted with soda, then the norms.
My favorite is gin, sprite, lime.
There were not many people, the sun beds were always free in all places.
In general, the hotel looks like a shadow of the five that it was 10-15 years ago. Much remains from that time and it is clear that it requires repair / replacement. But it functions.
If you are going to see the sea, then I definitely recommend this hotel.
If your goal is to relax by the pool, then you can consider another one, but even here it is quite decent.

I stayed at the hotel from March 4 to March 9. Of the advantages, I want to note the beautiful territory: a lot of greenery, well-lit, two outdoor pools, in which, however, no one swam, the water was +19. The territory is clean, I personally had no special complaints about the service, the staff is friendly, welcoming, but to clean the room you need to specifically contact the employee. They also have some problems with toilet paper, they don't always have it in the toilets on the beach. Upon arrival, my room was, to put it mildly, not in perfect condition: there was sand on the floor in the shower, sticky spots and dust on the table in the room. It felt like only the bed linen had been changed. The room is standard, with a balcony. It is noticeable that the hotel has seen better days, because the furniture is old, shabby, there are traces of rust in the bathroom, there is not a single hook for towels or clothes. The hood in the toilet is working very loudly, right over the edge. In general, the equipment here is loud, it is impossible to sleep under the sound of the air conditioner, the music on the beach is also too loud, we had to look for a place as far away from the speakers as possible. The beach is nice, clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, no more than half were occupied. A beach bar for the uninviting public, an assortment of beer, soda-based cocktails, tea bags, instant coffee. In general, food is the main problem of this hotel. They cook very tasteless. The salads are completely inedible, the appearance is unattractive, the recipe is strange (beetroot + tomatoes + soy sausage), the vegetables are cherished, it is clear that leftovers from previous meals are used. The second courses are either over-salted, or even a mess of something incomprehensible. Only rice, tagine noodles and meatballs were edible. The fish was given, but also not always well cooked and terribly salted. There are practically no grilled dishes. The exception was desserts, obviously they were prepared by other chefs - the choice is large and the sweet is quite edible, sometimes even delicious. But I don't want to eat desserts alone. Titanium coffee is terrible, but you can order espresso at the bar for $2. Tea is packaged, mostly black, and for some reason there was always not enough of it. There is no cooler in the hotel, bottled water is available for free at the bar. Of the free drinks, there are also diluted apple and orange juices. A couple of times for dinner, the waiter offered wine, it seems, local. I was not impressed, it seemed a bit bitter to me.
The Internet is only available in the reception area, which, of course, is not very convenient. It is available in the rooms, but for a fee. In addition, there are decorative fountains, which make it noisy, hot and a sea of mosquitoes. In general, mosquitoes are a problem, there are a lot of them everywhere: in the rooms, on the territory, in the lobby, even on the beach. Obviously, the territory is not treated from them, I advise you to take a spray or fumigator with you. And ointment for bites.
The territory of the hotel is ledged, there are many descents, ascents and stairs, which is why there were few children, so it is quite quiet. Animation is announced, but, as far as I understand, it is not always carried out, depending on the influx of vacationers. In the evenings, something like a disco. But mostly everyone goes to the city. The location of the hotel, in my opinion, is not very good for those who like to walk around the city, since the hotel is on the outskirts, there are shuttle buses and regular taxis to the city. According to the guide, the one-way fare to the center is $ 7-8. The hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel, but I would put four with a minus due to poor nutrition, general dilapidation and an unfavorable location.
