A new hotel, more like an apartment hotel. Convenient location, the room has a kitchenette (only for heating food, not for cooking) - kettle, microwave, small refrigerator. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

From the window you can see the construction of a new hotel. You can book with the mir card. Will be attentive when booking. Earlier booking is not the same as early check-in. You can slip up and stay on the street. The bridge next to the hotel across the Svisloch on Bogdanovich Street has been in need of repair for a long time! And this is the center of tourist Minsk! Despite the flaws, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant.

But now I'll always look where I'm going. Breakfast is a miracle, it's all because it fits on the bar stand 2 meters. There's just nothing to eat. There is no business area, but each room has a kitchen. Why is she in a hotel with such a price is strange. There are a lot of other hotels around three, four times cheaper and better. Of the declared 4**** you can safely leave only 3***.
As a specialist in the field of tourism, I saw that this hotel does not deserve more. We went for 4 people: 2 adults + 2 children.
Positive:
1. Hospitable
2. The deluxe room is large, cozy, bright, with a dressing room,
a kitchenette equipped with high-quality appliances,
pleasant hygiene products
in the bathroom, 4 bathrobes, 4 pairs of slippers, an umbrella, an ironing board, an iron in the room. The WiFi was working stably, despite the fact that all the rooms were occupied.
2. In the lobby there is a free mulled wine and sweets area, as well as free table football, elevator, 3. Buffet breakfasts. At our request, the dishes were even signed. But you can't find fault with the work and customer orientation of the restaurant staff.
Minuses:
1. Windows fog up from the inside, which will lead to mold formation in the future.
2. The hair dryer cannot be turned on in the shower: an outlet is not provided for this. There are no sockets in the room anywhere where there are mirrors, i.e. it is impossible to dry your hair under normal conditions. But the staff solved this problem with an extension cord: alas, it is not very convenient when a wire is laid across the room. We rested with the children, and constantly monitored so that they did not fall on these wires.
3. Dust: under the sofa where the children slept, on both TVs, under the coffee table. This is unacceptable!!!
4. A capsule coffee machine is fine, but when we ran out of capsules and dry cream in the evening, in the morning (during room cleaning) we were not given new ones. They called the reception: the girl brought only capsules, although the dry cream (should be included) also ran out. I had to contact the reception again for cream.
5. The bathroom uses materials from ordinary, not waterproof chipboard: and you can already see how it is falling apart.
In response to our comments, the staff says in their defense only that they are trying to be better thanks to such opinions of the guests, and that they have been working only since the autumn of 2022, and not all the shortcomings can be quickly eliminated.
I doubt the windows will be replaced))

A new hotel with not very high-quality and inexpensive repairs. Bad slippers, like in 2* hotels. Construction site behind the building (new hotel buildings). I didn't appreciate the breakfasts (I didn't order them). A compliment was brought on my birthday, but it didn't look very appetizing (the hotel had to "think" about alternatives).

Although as a bedroom hotel it is quite decent.
During the eviction, the young lady mixed up the documents and I almost flew home with someone else's check. Everything worked out that time (I double-checked the docks in time), but the sediment remained.

I threw off one star, since they were booked for four, and towels and towels were counted for three, I had to run after the maid, the shower cabin also flowed mercilessly. There are signs around the hotel apologizing for the day's repairs in the building opposite… Can't I warn you about this BEFORE I arrive?
The lights were turned off for one day, because the hotel itself is still being renovated. There are paints on the stairs - the smell is appropriate.
The fan in the bathtub must be very careful to turn off: it is necessary to turn off ALL the light (a single switch), and then turn it back on, do not use half the light in the bathtub, then the fan will not turn on.
The fact is that it works very loudly, at night with the bathroom door closed, the noise is terrible, it is impossible to sleep.
And it does not turn off by simple manipulations.
We couldn't pay with a WORLD card, we had to go and look for money to withdraw… And there is NO CHANGE for cash!
Is this bullying????
So then we ourselves had to ask for our change, no one was in a hurry to give it to us…

Everything is cool. The most important thing is that mattresses and pillows are super!The reception is professional. It's just too expensive. There is nothing to wash the dishes in the room, but they said that the cleaners would bring clean ones from the restaurant instead. But in fact, she was just washed and left wet for 3 consecutive mornings. The location is very convenient, air conditioning, curtains allow you to close the windows tightly and make it dark if you want to sleep longer. If I come again, I will choose this hotel.

You expect a lot from a hotel with the sonorous epithets "Curio Collection by Hilton".
But she doesn't wrap you in a blanket of tenderness and care, you have to fight for a comfortable stay in her!
From the good and expected:
The hotel is new, accordingly, everything in the rooms and furnishings is new, not shuffled and overstuffed.
Rooms in the apartment format: separate bedrooms and a living room, comfortable and spacious (room 216).
Accepts pets, the cost is 70 BYN for the entire stay.
The staff is trying hard.
About antiques (is this implied in the word Curio?) which can be forgiven to the hostel, but not to the hotel, called the Curio Collection and the room cost is 326 USD per day. PS: the designer and the one who accepted his work should be publicly punished!
- there is one ramp from the main entrance and only steps at the entrance to the restaurant and the passage between the buildings. I remind the guests that people with disabilities and suitcases are not welcome here;
- in the evening, it turned out that there are no large towels, toilet sets, capsules for the coffee machine in the room, the hot water is not hot at all, and the built-in air conditioner is somehow not regulated, although it blows.
- the next day everything was clarified: the towels were not put in time, because they were not brought in time, because there were a lot of visitors. Toilet kits brought 1 pc, capsules for the coffee machine – 3 pcs (exactly according to the number of registered). We accidentally found out that the capsule for the washing machine is not free and costs 3 BYN apiece. They did not ask why there was a kitchen, but such trifles as salt, pepper, paper napkins or dishwasher capsules. The mystery of hot water and a cold towel rail in the bathroom was solved by trial method: in the morning you get up, open the tap with hot water. After 10 minutes, fresh hot water appears in the bathroom and the heated towel rail becomes hot. However, he does not have time to warm anything, so it is cold in the bathroom. The air conditioner, in the best traditions of Soviet hotels, is switched to the autumn-winter period, when it is only a fan. If it's hot, then an open window will add an indescribable effect of presence in the bars that are opposite across the river.
The new day also brought new, amazing discoveries.
- the doors to the bathrooms are equipped with CLOSERS. Good-quality door closers for exterior doors of entrances in winter. A child or a fragile girl will not always be able to open such a door. None of the staff could explain why this was done.
- the light switches for the bathroom are located on the side of the door, where the hinges are located, i.e., you can't just turn on or turn off the light, you need to go somewhere else.
- the switches in the living room are "hidden" somewhere in the middle of the wall. If there is no light in the living room, then when leaving their bedroom, you have to feel your way through a few steps in the dark.
- the shower stall does not close tightly, so either the foot towel is all wet or funny streams flow towards the toilet. They even made a separate drain for the streams: a hole in the toilet area, i.e. this is a design move!
- there is one hairdryer available for two bathrooms. But you can't turn it on in the bathroom – the outlet is only for low-power consumers. You can plug it into an outlet in the kitchen or near the bedside table in the bedroom, but there are no mirrors there. There is a mirror in the bathroom, but there is no separate backlight and only a gloomy shadow is visible in it
- the built-in wardrobe in one of the bedrooms is narrower than the width of the clothes hangers. When no one is there and two dressing gowns are hanging in it, the hangers can be turned slightly and everything is fine. When there are a little more clothes, the closet door does not close.

Not without its disadvantages, the main one of which is the COST. Well, this hotel is not worth the money, sorry. Clean, good location, not bad breakfasts, very comfortable beds, BUT it would be possible to turn on the underfloor heating in the bathroom and a heated towel rail. The heater in the bathroom looks like it was removed from a used airplane, the roar is all over the room.

The highest top hotel in Minsk, our room was with a kitchen, I'll mention all the guys I met. The girl at the reception, escorted to the building, the girl was a hotel waiter who brought food to the room-very positive and kind, the guys in the dining room are responsive and customer-oriented. The room is clean, the location is excellent, its own Parking, quiet, full breakout.
A strange solution with a heated towel rail, it warms up only if there is hot water in the shower, but in general you can live with it.

An amazing hotel. New, with a fresh renovation. The rooms are quiet, no extraneous sounds are heard. A large spacious bathroom with everything you need. The perfect bed. I especially liked the pillows, I have never seen them so comfortable anywhere else, now I am looking for the same ones for home) excellent location - within walking distance of several major attractions and a bunch of cool cafes and restaurants.

I really don't want to write about any disadvantages, because the hotel delights in many details. There is a large vacant room, but it is difficult to heat it, it was cold in the room. The bathroom is gorgeous in size and materials, but the hair dryer only works in another room. The hood turns off very late. At night, go to the toilet next to the bedroom, go back to bed and wait for a few minutes until the hood turns off. We changed the hotel a couple of days later, and spent the rest of the days in Minsk in another place. Unfortunately.

Not worth the money! I do not recommend apartments. The breakfast is not delicious, there are more decent cafes nearby. The maids are not controllable (they throw away personal belongings), the administrators are not able to remember the information transmitted to them the first time, the floors in the room are cold (everything is tiled), the heated towel rails do not work in the bathtub, so they had to take heating (terribly dirty). The location and the opening door at the entrance are the only advantages.
