Great hotel. Beautiful: furnished in a classic style, lots of wood. It can be seen that the hotel is thirty years old, but a little shabbiness, in my opinion, only adds to the chic. The hotel has courteous staff, delicious and plentiful food. The SPA area is comfortable and diverse: several pools with thermal water of different temperatures, Jacuzzis, saunas. I have not been to other SPA complexes in Budapest and I have nothing to compare it with, but I liked it here. Including the fact that you can go down there directly from the room in a bathrobe. :)))
If possible, I will go to Aquincum again.

The hotel is 3 stars no more! Water is only available upon check-in, the room is not cleaned, the mattress is disgusting, the room stock is old. The center is 5 km away , it is not very convenient to get there, check-in at 15:00 !!!! Of the advantages, tomorrow is not bad, and the pool in the hotel and that 's it !

The name speaks for itself. The price includes 3 pools with different temperatures, 2 saunas, 2 hamams and a gym. You can stay there all day. We didn't have food on, we wanted to save money, and there were no supermarkets nearby :(. The room is clean, modern, the bed is large, with a soft thick mattress. There was no theft in the room. On the banks of the Danube. You can walk along the embankment to the Hungarian Parliament building. It will be on the other side of the river, the view is very beautiful. Through the bridge you can get to the island, they say it's great there, a garden and a thermal water park.

The restaurant is very expensive, unjustifiably. The restaurant staff are disgusting louts. The room stock is old, it was time to repair the bathroom 5 years ago. Good spa, good reception. The view from the window on the Danube is beautiful.

The hotel has apparently not been renovated since 1991. Everything is old, dilapidated, the service is like in Soviet times, the room was not cleaned for two days, the shower was repaired by the husband in the room, the spa is also a la 90e...I do not recommend the choice. Far from the center, about 5 km is another minus, but it can be seen on the map immediately :) the rest will be an unpleasant surprise...a maximum of 3 stars and with a big stretch

Semi-broken air conditioning system. The air conditioning in the room rattled like an aircraft engine. It was impossible to sleep with him, without him, the heat. On the plus side, the food is not bad. The coffee is disgusting. The check-in was done 15 minutes later instead of 3, and that was because they asked every 5 minutes.
