I visited this place and was completely delighted! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, the staff is always friendly and attentive to every guest. The food is delicious and fresh, each dish is a real work of art! I would like to note the presentation separately – everything is beautiful and with a soul. The cafe's advertising is pretty good and everything looks very tasty in the pictures. The first time I ordered food by delivery, the portion was very small and besides, the chicken and potatoes were overcooked and dry in a rustic way. Well, I thought, sometimes, maybe takeaway food makes it a little worse than at a cafe. Today I decided to give a second chance and went directly to the cafe, took chicken in sweet sauce and noodles. But alas, the second time I was unlucky, I could barely pierce the chicken with a fork, let alone my teeth, the noodles were also of satisfactory quality, there was a lot of oil. In general, I hope this cafe will improve someday and will make better and delicious food.

Someone else's order was brought, there was a number on the receipt that could be used to leave a complaint, I wrote to Yandex and called the institution, a girl with a very sluggish voice and a lack of desire to communicate took the phone. I reported the problem, called the order number, after which I heard that she needed to check the time of the order... no apologies or understanding of her guilt. Since I didn't really want to eat someone else's order, I offered to send her a new order myself and said that I would return someone else's order and would not touch it... at the same time, Yandex returned the money and offered to keep the erroneous order for free) as a result, they sent me a new order and apologized only after I transferred the money for the new order was informed that the delivery would be free (thank you very much, dear Teriyaki administration) and reminded me to return the wrong order ... I returned someone else's order, I don't know what they will do with it…
