I asked what kind of pizza is NOT spicy, since I can't stand spicy food. The waiter seemed to make fun of her and offered one of the most spicy pizzas. I almost died when I took a bite. As a result, a few slices are just thrown away.
At first I wanted to order rolls instead of pizza, but the waiter said to wait 25-30 minutes, so the faster option is pizza. As a result, the pizza was cooked for at least 30 minutes. They carry the bill and the change for an extremely long time (at least 5 minutes).
I do not recommend this place to visit
P.S. They still brought the change, I waited. But the change of some kind of fright was rounded up not in my favor, 40 drams were squeezed for themselves (pennies, but I sincerely wanted to leave as little money as possible here)

The 2nd floor is very stuffy and smoky. It's dirty, the tables, the floor, the chairs are even covered in crumbs, stains, and it's on almost all the tables, you can't blame the guests. The waiters just don't come for 10 minutes! Then they called, she came up, asked for an order, without even offering a menu! There are no drinks on the menu at all! It takes a VERY long time to wait for an order, it's faster to go to the store yourself, buy groceries and cook. On the 1st floor, the door is wide open, there is a draft.

It's just some kind of horror. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. We arrived at 17:10 with my wife to eat, made an order and I decided to go wash my hands. And then it all started: the toilet room was completely damaged from top to bottom, I turned to the staff of the institution with a request to call a cleaner and put things in order. While I was waiting for the cleaner, I started to smell tobacco, turned around, and behind me 4 young guys were smoking at full speed. And there are almost 50 people in the institution, 15 of them are children from 5 to 12. I approached the staff again, asking if this behavior was normal? To which the employee replied in the negative. To the question, why do they smoke in the institution also with children? She replied that she couldn't do anything about it, the manager wasn't there. I apologized, refused the service and left. Dear employees and management of the institution, if you are reading this, please take action, if you do not care about reputation, then at least do not shame our Homeland in front of tourists. After all, you are in the very heart of Yerevan.

The atmosphere is cozy, but noisy, because it is always very crowded, there are many visitors with children. During rush hours, you have to wait until a table is available, and there are clearly not enough waiters.
