A great hotel in the most convenient and fashionable place in the city! Everything is within walking distance. Placed at 4 a.m. (by prior arrangement), cleaning every day.
It's a little noisy at night, but it's not the fault of the hotel, but of the place -the busiest highway of Batumi is under the windows.So the location will be a huge plus for someone, and for someone it may be a strong minus. It was normal for us, we will be happy to return

Not a bad hotel, it's close enough to the beach. There is a great view restaurant on the 11th floor, there is also breakfast. It's a little meager, to be honest, but you can eat. The food is really great. There is no pool, and there is no territory as such. The rooms are nice and clean. It is unclear what 5 stars are for.

Ants! Whole families!
Poor cleaning quality. Sometimes they just threw out the garbage. They didn't vacuum it. Once there were traces of someone else's shoes in the bathroom. There is a trash bag in the center of the room, as well as a trash can ring on the table on our belongings.
Terrible wi-fi. To catch him is happiness.
There was a case when there was not one set of towels. And when asked to bring them, the receptionist brought 2 towels for the feet. Later, however, they brought a normal set. The hotel is not 5, as stated, 3 is a stretch.

We had a vacation last year. The location is almost in the center. The breakfasts are excellent. The beach is 10-15 minutes from the hotel. That's all. The receptionist refused to speak Russian, citing lack of knowledge of the language. A very small room was provided for 3 people, they promised to relocate. But they never relocated. The carpet in the room is very worn. The room was cleaned daily, but this situation did not save. There is no place to dry wet clothes from the beach.
