Beautiful and discreet interior design, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The waiters are very polite and helpful. Of course, I liked the cuisine the most, especially the fact that everything feels like it's made from selected and fresh ingredients, which is the most important point for me.☺️

A great restaurant.
I specially chose a place where you can enjoy authentic Uighur/ Kazakh/Uzbek cuisine. I wanted to order pilaf, it turned out that pilaf is served in two sessions starting at 13:00 and then starting at 19:00.
I chose manta rays, they cooked for 15 minutes, but it was worth it - amazing fresh manta rays, not a blank. The dough is thin, but does not tear. The filling is juicy from chopped beef and onion with spices.
The pistachio-raspberry roll for dessert was wonderful - an excellent flavor combination of berries, nuts, sponge cake and delicate cream, without cloying sweetness.
I am pleasantly surprised by the modern design of the restaurant, with the harmonious use of elements of oriental culture in the interior.
Bathroom-five points! Clean, well-groomed, equipped The theater starts with a hanger, and the restaurant starts with a bathroom.
Excellent, attentive, competent staff.
Thanks to the waiter serving me and the restaurant manager.
The restaurant left the most favorable impression.
I've been to many restaurants in different parts of the world, Tal - I was very pleasantly surprised!
The restaurant definitely cares about its customers and its reputation.
The only thing you can regret is that you will not be able to try many interesting dishes from the menu, since the business trip is short-term.

We specially chose a place where we could enjoy the national cuisine and did not lose. The kitchen is excellent, beshbarmak is like a homemade one! We also ordered lagman, baursaks and tea in Almaty - everything is fine. The service is also without complaints: fast, clear, very friendly. I think this is a great place to invite guests to plunge into the atmosphere of national hospitality.

I visited the TAL restaurant on 13.10.2023 with a colleague, flew to Almaty from Moscow for work. I really wanted to eat local cuisine (from birth until 1994 I lived in Kazakhstan), looking for a place to eat in the rain.
The restaurant is cozy, beautiful, the food is amazing. Beshbarmak is divine!
Mom still cooks it for us when the family gathers. Therefore, my interest in this dish was special.
The waiter Ruslan served us. Very courteous and sweet.

A restaurant without alcoholic beverages (because there is a mosque nearby). I really liked the dishes. The design is pleasant, the service is good. We booked dinner in the VIP room. It is a very cozy place, you can talk quietly, discuss any issues, have a delicious meal, there is an exit to the balcony. The price tag is slightly above average, but it's worth it. For organizing small private dinners for VIP guests (without alcohol), I recommend it! We ordered a beshbarmak for 10 people. We couldn't eat half of it (there were 8 of us). They cooked it very tasty. We booked in advance and made the order in advance, so we didn't have to wait long for anything.

Delicious Oriental cuisine with European elements. Khan's samsa is a must-try. The place is halal, no booze.
More of a family restaurant. Prices are above average.
You can smoke outside and on the balcony on the 2nd floor.
There are 2 VIP's.
There is a micro playground for children outside. Inside there is a game room in the basement, you can see what is happening there on the monitors in the halls.
Parking is a mountain. There are a lot of establishments and a mosque around, so it's unrealistic to park during rush hour.

This is not the first time we have lunch in Tal, we really like the concept of halal, a pleasant place for gatherings with family and friends, the kitchen is not always at its best, for example, the cheese is not successful, but the lamb legs are quite tasty. I strongly do not recommend it. Reviews about this cafe are probably hyped or customized. I write it as it is. I was there with my family. A pretentious building, right in front of the entrance they hung a certificate that this Halal institution. The food is not tasty, the portions are small, the salads are absolutely nothing. They brought me a kind of Cheese, a couple of bones and a piece of meat. The chicken meat is dry. It is not worth going there, wasting time and money, and the prices are inadequate.
