A chic hotel - new, clean, comfortable. The food is incredibly delicious, I advise you to take HB or FB meals, you can have dinner and lunch in the hotel restaurants. Live music is played at breakfast - violin, flute. You can expect to check in in the cozy lounge with snacks and drinks. The staff is very polite - towels are spread out on the beach and cold water is brought. I recommend the hotel.

This is a compact hotel almost at the end of the palm tree. And the location is just space for one simple reason - "one-dayers" do not get there. As a result, there are always free sun beds, there is enough space for everyone, clean and comfortable. By the way, protective nets are installed in the sea! It's very quiet to swim there-no one will bite you…
The entrance to the water is gentle. Ebbs / tides do not affect the quality of bathing in any way👌🏽 the bottom is sandy, but interspersed with pieces of coral and shells, but this does not spoil bathing much-you just need to walk slower;) on the beach, all the sun beds are in perfect condition, towels are given out fresh and clean, excellent service - they will bring everything you need from food and drinks👌🏽
Swimming pool. There is a child and an adult. An adult is a very large, comfortable basik with very warm high water in two opposite sides of the bars. The ones where the bar stools are in the water itself👌🏽
By the way, there are also a sufficient number of sun beds of different calibers by the pool) outdoor showers with hot water;)
The hotel building itself always smells delicious. Everywhere there are vases with live fragrant lilies and local flowers.
There is a lounge on the ground floor where you can have coffee and a snack. There is also a club lounge above, which was included in our room, but we never got into it - there was no time or it was already closed))
The restaurants on site are great - the chefs are top class. The food is delicious from high-quality and freshest products.
I really liked the room: a living room with a balcony, a large bedroom, a dressing room and a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
Everything is clean everywhere, it smells delicious. Cleaning twice a day
The breakfasts are delicious, you can pour yourself coffee from the vending machine, or you can order a normal one👌🏽
In general, we fell in love with this hotel at first sight. We will be 100% back. I don't even want to experiment;)

A good option if you want to combine a beach holiday and the city. Fresh, clean. I advise you to take a room with access to the club lounge, there are excellent sunsets overlooking old Atlantis and free alcohol from 17 to 19, excellent tea, coffee and snacks all the time. The halfboard is also normal, if with a club lounge, then take it for lunch, so you can, I advise you to have lunch and dinner not on the buffet. The beach is cool, the water in the bay was good at the end of February, the pool is warm and shallow. In new Atlantis, it is nearby in 10 minutes, it is worth going to restaurants in the evening and looking at the dancing fountains, they are cooler than Khalifa's. Emirates Mall is half an hour away, and Khalifa is 50 minutes away by taxi. Yandex taxi worked, excellent cars and debit from a Russian card. Gazprom Union cards also worked. The promenade in front of the hotel with a view of the sail. The rooms are as shown in the photo. The staff is really friendly, boars come in on the beach, towels and bring water in ice buckets. If you go to the center every day, then it's a long way, if the beach, Atlantis restaurants and 2-3 times to the khalifa and malls, then the best option. Also drive into the desert at sunset in Baba al Chance and a performance with Swedish is cool there.

A very unusual feeling from the hotel.
It is gorgeous, but considering that it was built for Indian tourists. This is mostly clear from the guests and the kitchen.
A chic spacious lobby, fairly large rooms, a rich dinner, restaurants on site. I would like to note separately that everything is new, since the hotel opened in March 2022.
Of the disadvantages, for which he took off the star, it is a complete lack of greenery on the territory. Imagine the Dubai heat and the lack of natural shade.
The beach is like a beach, there is a pier.

The private beach is clean and sandy, the water is clear, there are no waves. The cleaning is thorough, always fresh linen and towels. The hotel is a separate story.
We arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a nice girl in a sari, after we went to the reception, Briti spoke to us in English, there was no Russian-speaking representative that day at all. We were not given a tour of the hotel, nor were we told about the facilities and services that are included in the price of our program. I speak English, but it was difficult for me to understand all the subtleties and details. We were escorted to the room, made an early check-in, but not to the reserved room with two beds, but one large one. It is strange that in such a large hotel there was not another room with separate beds. Also, our travel agent Julia forgot to tell us that there is a tourist fee in Dubai, I found out in fact, in English. The hotel is beautiful and new, the room is gorgeous.
Let's move on to nutrition. Our HB+ program includes breakfasts and dinners (a la carte) plus alcohol, it was the first time I rested in this format, I asked Julia several times about how it is and what is included. She explained that we can choose any dish from the menu, it turned out at the hotel that you can not choose with an asterisk, it was not said in advance, I think it is important to designate it. We include serving alcohol (of any kind) during meals. At the hotel, the waiters behaved as if they did not know what our program was (although when you call the room number they can see in the system), apparently they wanted to make money on paid cocktails, I have no other explanation. What I resent is that I paid enough to get good service, and I had to prove every time that I was supposed to, it's nerves, irritation and misunderstanding why the waiters decide what to give me and what not. So to specific cases. The hotel has three food outlets according to our program, a restaurant on the 6th floor of the RAIA RESTAURANT, a buffet on the 1st and a Roaring rabbit bar. On the first evening, due to the fact that we did not have a tour, we came to the wrong place, finding out (in English) that this was a paid restaurant, we went to look further where we could eat (and we were hungry all day because we did not have time for breakfast, from the plane, in which we were fed once a day 6 hours). We came to the 6th floor where a waitress came up to us, who spoke English and allegedly explained to us that cocktails were paid, we proved to her that they were included in our program. Then a Russian-speaking waiter was called to us, we found out what we were supposed to and what was not, and finally ordered food and drinks, on the condition that they would be served only after we had drunk one, then the next one would be brought. It concerned juice and alcohol (you see, until we drink a glass of juice they won't bring us a glass of cocktail). It was the same with the dishes, at zero landing, the salad was carried for a long time, then the second was carried even longer after 30 minutes as we ate the salad. We didn't like the dinner at all. The next evening we went to the buffet, there was a Russian-speaking waiter right away, it was immediately easier to communicate, but he also started with the fact that wine is possible, but they can't make a cocktail. It is a very interesting situation, who is the bartender there who does not know how to make cocktails. We liked it more here, the food is very tasty. On the third day we went to rabbit, after a wonderful excursion to Abu Dhabi, in a great mood. A Russian-speaking waiter came up to us, said that we could choose dishes without an asterisk, and cocktails could be any, we ordered, told the room number. After that, he comes up and says that you are not allowed alcohol, only tea or coffee!!! I say it's not like that, he says OK, just wine and beer. It pisses me off, where such made-up rules come from, I said one thing, then another, and everywhere I have to prove what I'm supposed to and what I'm not supposed to. We get up and leave, they stop us and ask us to stay, they say that they will pour us, but not the cocktail that we chose, but another one. In general, I simply do not have an explanation for this behavior, then it is possible, then it is impossible, I think that this is a huge disadvantage of the hotel, the management, which either does not monitor or encourages extortion of money for any paid services. The mood was spoiled to such an extent that it was already unbearable to endure it. I wrote to Julia again about the situation, she wrote to Anastasia's hotel representative. Imagine, you brought a person on vacation, for his own money, to the point where he wrote to the agent so that she would solve the issues! Terrible service!!! After a conversation with Anastasia (which took place the next day), no doubt she tried to settle the situation, conducted a tour (this is on day 4 at the hotel, two full and a half hours left), at the end of the day they brought us a bowl of fruit from the buffet and they considered the conflict settled. But the sediment for the whole vacation remained. As compensation, we were allowed a free late check-out (not at 12.00, but at 14.00). We are grateful for this. The girl at the reception who speaks Russian is never in place. For me, this is an indicator that this hotel is not aimed at Russian tourists. If you don't speak English, you won't like it here. You can swim in the sea only from 7.00-19.00, this is also a huge minus, the pool is from 7.00-20.00
Conclusion I do not recommend this hotel, for such money you will not get a proper rest. Expectations did not match reality.

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful, modern, newly built. It shows. Attentive staff, came in 2 times a day, asked if they needed anything. The swimming pool on the territory is huge. Very beautiful!!! Compliments were in the room all the time-dates with candied fruits. Free tea, Cream, coffee for the coffee maker. We spent 5 days, we did not regret choosing this hotel. I liked everything!

The number of dishes is such that it is impossible to try everything at one time, even for a small piece, several dozen dishes. Plus, in addition to the buffet restaurant, there is also a separate Indian restaurant, an English pub, an inn by the pool and a view bar on the roof - they feed everywhere. Cleanliness, order and great service. Public restrooms are maintained in a continuous shine, after each visitor, everything is washed at once. Comfortable sun beds, your own beach, comfortable changing rooms, there is a net of jellyfish in the sea, they bring cold water (for free) and beer with cocktails (for money). In the pub they pour a Pulaner, on the beach - Stella Artois. Outside there is a convenient promenade with views of the bay, Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. There are free buses to several shopping centers.
There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
Among the disadvantages: the price tag for alcohol initially causes shock, but this is generally a local feature everywhere in Dubai. The beach faces the inner side of the outer branch of the palm Jumeirah, so the water is muddy, stagnant and you swim with a view of the skyscrapers, in addition, after 300 meters there is another branch of the palm with houses, the feeling that you are not swimming in the sea, but in the river. And this is practically the furthest place on the palm tree - first to the top, and then to the end of the right outer branch, which affects the time and price tag when traveling.

I will note the Indian restaurant separately, all preferences were taken into account, the dishes were delicious, although Indian cuisine was not impressive before.

This is the first time I've seen a queue for breakfast at a hotel!!! My kids and I stupidly didn't have breakfast today!
There was no such thing in any hotel, especially 5 stars!
Water bottles are brought in bags that are not at all aesthetic.. which do not keep the cold.
There are 2 palm trees on the territory, I'm not kidding)) everything is rolled up in concrete .
Very heavy doors everywhere! In the rooms, at the entrance and exit in the hotel... the children themselves cannot open them and have to drag them everywhere.
The hotel is 2 years old, but it is tired, I think in a year there will be nothing to do here at all.
The reception area is very elegant, apparently they spent everything on chandeliers.
The children's zone... well, it's a failure. A puddle and a slide next to it.
The beach is very sparse with very simple sun beds.
Of the pros, there are no aqua aerobics and all this noisy nonsense.
