We had a great 10 days at this hotel. The attitude of the hotel staff is wonderful, they joke, communicate politely, try their best, the food is a delight, lightly salted salmon every day for breakfast, all kinds of dishes, meat, vegetables, fruits, sweets, all this is served beautifully and deliciously cooked. Shrimp, red and black caviar. We visited 3 grilled restaurants (very tasty lamb kebab 😋) of Italian and Brazilian cuisine, I would like to note the attitude, we met, told the menu, everything was beautifully served, wine, ice cream, very tasty cooked. The alcohol in the hotel is imported and not diluted, as it happens in other hotels in Egypt. The hotel has delicious ice cream, packaged juices and sodas, beer is in the refrigerators in different parts of the hotel, you can take as much as you want. The pool is warm, we were in December, it's comfortable to swim. You need to go to the beach by golf cart, but it's not a burden, they go every 10 minutes to and from the beach. It's a 5-minute drive. There is also a bar and cafe on the beach with burgers, French fries, shawarma, fruits, juices, ice cream and lightly salted salmon. The beach is not big, but there have always been places, beautiful fish swim near the shore, if you walk to the right, the entrance to the sea with sand is excellent, the sea is clean and warm. Swimming is a pleasure. What I didn't like was that the girl wasn't interested in aqua aerobics, she was silently showing movements to the music, and that was it. Management, please note, animators do aqua aerobics so well in other hotels, but here it's just a disappointment. I also didn't like the concert for European Christmas, they were waiting for some kind of celebration, but in the end the singer came out and sang a few songs about the new year and that's it. On other days, there was no concert at all, as the stage was being prepared for New Year's Eve celebrations. And the room cleaning can be said not to be cleaning, but the guy made the beds and put out exactly our slippers, took the towels and did not bring them, I had to call the reception to ask for towels. By the way, after requesting a reception, something is needed, everything is done right away. The room itself is comfortable, the beds are soft, the bed is snow-white. In the shower, there are brushes for guests with paste, shaving machines, and gel, shampoo, hair balm, and perfumed body lotion. Bathrobes, slippers are all there. There is a children's club in the hotel very conveniently, with a play station, an 8-year-old child did not want to go there at first, and then he asked to go. You can also visit all Rixos hotels from this hotel. We went to Rixos seagate, where there are many heated slides for children. Although the child also rode the slides at the swissotel, they are cold. I definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a rest in November 24, a normal, closer to a good hotel, but you should not expect a wow effect. The food is good, there are dishes for the kids. The territory is clean and well maintained. There is a water park area: several slides, old, but in working condition. There are 50 buildings in total. You can walk, there are buggies that ply the territory regularly. We lived in 42, quiet, clean. Mohamed was responsible for the cleaning, the cleaning is good, the whole day is in the building and if you have any questions, I am always happy to help. The beach is good, but the entrance to the sea is terrible-you can't enter without special shoes, there is no reef. But we went to the sandy beach of the neighboring hotel,,gafi,, or to the beach of the neighboring hotel, but on the left. There is a great entry into the sea and a very beautiful living reef. Swissotel sharm el sheikh
We flew in February 2025, from Biblio Globus, Samara - Sharm El Sheikh- Samara, Russia Airlines, flight 6h, no food in flight, only drinks: tea, coffee, soda.drinks, water. There was nothing on sale on the airline menu.
Next, about the hotel itself: we were taken from the airport by a large bus, our hotel was the first, we drove +/- 10 minutes. The hotel consists of two lines, the first is for adults only, the second is for families (it is more lively, all the animation takes place here, the pool is warm too on this territory). These territories are connected by electric cars that run between the buildings, to the beach and in the opposite direction. A very pleasant and responsive girl Victoria (Guest Relation Manager), sits to the right of the reception, was constantly in touch, clarified all the nuances, wrote down the shortcomings that need to be fixed! what can't be said about the representatives of the Biblioglobus company at the Mohamed Shaaban hotel, a completely non-empathic dude selling tours, when they said what wasn't in the room, they just said choose excursions and come back again, I think the biblio globus company should pay attention to this situation.

5. Delicious food, everything is prepared from under the knife: the baked goods for breakfast are very tasty, the red fish is salty, the meat is very tasty outside in the main restaurant, in general there is always a good choice of food.
6. Drinks and alcohol are normal, beer cans, all carbonated drinks in cans. Movenpick ice cream, a cafe with delicious coffee and donuts where the main pool is.
7. Unobtrusive animation, yoga, volleyball, water polo, darts, children's entertainment, mini disco and evening performances

1. You need to think about making a beautiful booklet with a map and the location of the entire hotel, sometimes you don't understand where and what is going on, in which locations and at what time.
2. In the main restaurant, it often takes a long time to find a place to sit down during rush hour, or even if you find a table, there are no appliances on it and it is not cleaned. As if the staff still doesn 't understand how to clean up and set the table right away .

In winter, I do not recommend going at all, since the hotel is not cheap and there is only one heated pool on the territory, and it is not large. It is almost impossible to use the slides because the water is icy.
The food is very poor, the beef is rubbery, the glasses are dirty.
The rooms are neat but already worn out.
Cleaning is done every day, but only superficially, a couple of times they didn't even give me towels.

The hotel is positioned as new, but it is a converted old one, after renovation, the furniture is old, not very high-quality cosmetic repairs have been made.
Room: there is everything you need, a bathrobe and slippers were immediately in the room (I did not have to ask), the mini-bar was turned on, replenished every day, I read in reviews about noisy air conditioners, they really buzz very much, the cleaning is superficial, the towel was not changed every day.
The location is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, this is both a plus and a minus, it's not far to go, but the planes are landing right above the hotel and it's a round-the-clock noise, I had to sleep in earplugs.
The main restaurant: a big minus, coming to the opening, there were dirty napkins on the tables, the tables were not ready to open, there were no appliances and glasses. The waiters do not serve, you need to take water and alcohol yourself.
The food is varied: meat - lamb, veal, chicken; fish, grilled salmon several times, seafood - shrimp, mussels, squid.

The beach and the sea are just super, you swim like in an aquarium, a wide variety of fish. There is a sandy approach, but corals are still needed.
With our bracelets, it was possible to go to the beaches of neighboring hotels, outsiders were not allowed to visit our beach.
You can go to any of the 3 Riksos, spend the whole day there, use all services except rooms, you pay for the transfer yourself.
In general, the rest was a success, everything is great, but the price - quality does not match, there is something to work on!!!

A magnificent hotel. We had a rest from June 19th to 29th. The territory is huge and very beautiful, there is enough space for everyone. For children there are water parks, a children's club. The water park is also for adults. The double room is large with a bed, sofa, etc. Hasam maintained cleanliness and order. The hotel is not on the first line. It didn't bother, because they drive cars to the beach and to the room. I didn't have to wait long. The restaurant has fish, shrimp, squid and seafood every day. We stayed at the hotel from 02/11/2025 for 11 nights, 2 adults, 2 children. You can read about the positive reviews in the comments below. I'll tell you about the cons:
1. Good reviews are asked to write strongly, during the event a girl came up and asked to open Yandex and write a positive review.
2. The children went to get ice cream at 19.50, to which they were told "we are already closed" and pointed to the door, although the closing was at 20.00 (ice cream was available!)
3. Rooms are poorly cleaned, when 4 people checked in, everything was given out only for three, running all the time to ask for something to bring is not at all I want to.
4. There is garbage everywhere near the bar area, the tables are dirty, they are not monitored at all, the glasses are dirty, with lipstick prints, the dishwasher can not cope.
5. Beach towels are not even washed, you take a towel, and there are dry drops of some sauces and strange smells on them (they do not wash at all).
6. The day before departure, the child caught rotavirus in the pool (during the day the child was lying with fever, vomiting, etc.) in the lobby, at our request, we were refused to extend the room until the evening, as the flight was overnight. We returned from the hotel, I would like to share my impressions!
I read that this abandoned hotel was bought out under the leadership of riksos and expected everything here to be brand new or renovated- but no, they didn't even replace the curtains, or rather they weren't even washed, i.e. they have old dust and holes on them), old furniture in the room, the air conditioner is ancient (noisy), But it's a great bed, and nothing at all.… But it's very cold in the room at night, it's really 15-18 degrees, by the way, there were no mosquitoes, or rather there were, but they weren't interested in us! Probably all such hotels here have a number of rooms.
The staff is really smart, they're all smiling, hospitable, not greedy and without dollars, but with dollars it's like a cannon! In all bars, taking care of the guests. They serve ice cream, cocktails, and snacks! Food is like a slaughter, however, there is just everything here, the only thing is that there is absolutely nothing to feed the child. There are no porridges for breakfast, mine had pancakes, there were soups for lunch and dinner, but they were peppery, in the end I ate pasta for all 10 days. The dining room is very noisy, there are always breakfast in line for omelets, lunch and dinner for pasta! And on the whole, on the 5th day, this noise is annoying, again, the fuss of vacationers, rather grab, borrow, a mountain of poor salmon in plates on the third day threw up)))) There were no problems with the tables, we always found them, the waiters served quickly and there was no need to ask, we occupied the table with glasses/ backpack, and when we returned with a plate, the cutlery and napkins were already on the table. In general, I am very very satisfied with the service! When we checked in, we were given 20 euros and the room category was increased and all my wishes were taken into account (1st floor, not far from the dining room)
. The warm pool is small and it seemed to me not quite clean, for such a large hotel, it is clearly not enough. And there are catastrophically few sun beds by the only warm pool! Vacationing citizens run to take a sunbed at 7 a.m., I really don't understand, we run and fuss on weekdays, I would like to pause this mode on vacation, well, for me personally). We have building 19 and the pool is perfectly visible and they are running)))7 a.m.!!!! I don't understand, this is not the norm for me) I also know they go to the beach at 7 a.m., take a sunbed and back for what??? By the way, we always came to the beach after 9:30 and found places, but by 11 they were already impossible to find or problematic!
The beach is my main personal disappointment, I did not expect a reef in this bay, but there is no sea as such, the maximum depth is 1.5 meters and a huge number of dead corals or boulders, this is a reason to think about the next trip! And it's scary to imagine what will happen on this Anapa beach when the first line is fully opened! Sun beds will be occupied from the night 😆
We specially walked along the coastline, the hotel has the smallest, narrowest beach and the entrance to the sea is also the worst, but it is ideal for children, as in all other beaches!
And the second disadvantage is planes every 30 minutes, loud, noisy and around the clock. I haven't seen any information about this in the reviews. This is the fourth hotel in this bay where we have stayed, and the first time there has been such a noise from airplanes, they fly right over our beach and hotel.
And yes, for me personally, the hotel is very far from the sea, the shuttle goes, but at lunch from the sea, almost before the fights for places. People don't look that he came last, and it seems like people are already waiting for the shuttle for 10 minutes, a mess in this regard. And then Armani money turns into a redneck and a hooch!
Animation, we don't need it, but here the animators are generally passing by, they can't be heard or seen. The children's animation is a mini-disco, we're used to 30 minutes of dancing and a kind of DJ music, so here are three songs, and the rest is outright muddling, delaying time. However, after that there is always some kind of program from the magician series or a scene about Mowgli. Kids' club - they left their own there once, she said no more, stayed because of the aquagrim, eventually sat in line, and when she reached her, the girl stood up and said the time was over.
And so they are left to themselves there, well, what I saw.
The girl there, Margarita, seems to be very nice, but that's from the outside, we weren't regular customers of the kids' club.
According to the temperature in winter, it is hot there from 9:30 to 15:00, then it is fresh, at 16:00 the sun is already setting and it is frankly cold. So they do activities with children in the pool from 15:30 and for 30 minutes! Why??? Should I not do this during the warmer months?? After all, it's a mystery for children! It's already very cold to pull the child out of the pool, and I had a runny nose once for the rest of my vacation. There is an event for children on the beach every other day and it is not always interesting!
But in fact, I have more questions for vacationers, sometimes it's just a game.
1) Breakfast patches

3) noisy behavior at night, upon returning to the room (with music, laughter)
4) well, this fucking... snake is a sunbed, but this system can't be broken, it's a pity that the hotel management doesn't react to this!
There's a lot of debate about alcohol here, people, buy your own and don't argue. I personally will say this, over the past two years we have been to Tropitel, Concord and Stella - so in this hotel, against the background of those, alcohol in the hotel is a great swill. We tipped not one buck for 10 days, but directly for each approach, so my husband was always poured a la sambuca, tolerable blentames, but for the wine after 25.12 it was disgusting everywhere and even for $, I think the quality of the wine was reduced due to the huge arrival. But 20 minutes from the hotel, a bottle of omar khayyam costs $ 4-5, and you can't spoil champagne in the hotel bars), tequila Gold is also nothing. We decided for ourselves that we would hardly return to this hotel, the impressions of the hotel are great, BUT!
