I came from France with my friend and was recommended this apartments. We stayed in 54 apartment with twin beds. Very comfortable, the apartment was clean, all necessary amenities. Most of all I liked the location. Very easy check in and check out procedure and good communication with manager. Highly recommend. Definitely will stay here on my next visit to Yerevan

Excellent hotel, fresh and clean, everything was great. Hotel is located right on the city center (maximum 50 meters away). Will definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Great price for value!

Amazing! 100 meters from the central Republic Square.
Near the park and cafes, restaurants, metro station, markets, exchangers.
Modern, cozy apartments, packed with everything necessary for living. The opportunity to place cars in the underground Parking for free. Free Wi-Fi.
Important: in case of early arrival or late departure, there is a luggage storage area.
And especially important is the hospitality and attentive attitude to the guest.

The location is very convenient: 5 minutes to Republic Square; 7 minutes to Northern Avenue. At the same time, the windows overlook a quiet street, so you can't hear the noise of the roads.
There is an underground parking. I didn't think about it at first, but I shouldn't have, because it's very difficult to park in the city center.
One morning, the water went missing (both hot and cold) - there was an accident somewhere. The administration promptly responded to our request (informed about the accident). But everything was resolved pretty quickly: after about 40 minutes, the water appeared.

We stayed in room 58. The location of the apartment is 5: the very center of the city, everything is wonderful and convenient. Amenities - 4: for 2 apartments there is only one weak air conditioning in the living room, upon arrival in the bedroom it was t+50C (south side), it was impossible to sleep the first night, you can forget about closing the doors between the rooms. Cleanliness - 4: there is mold in the kettle (this is a fact, there is a photo), bed linen in someone else's hair. Staff - 5: Averik solved issues quickly and competently, responded to any requests and always met her halfway, for which she is immensely grateful.

We vacationed with a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) in April 2024. The check-in was contactless.
The room (we stayed in room 55) is spacious, bright, with modern renovation, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The windows overlook the central street with a view of the nearby park, the Cascade and Mother Armenia are visible in the distance.
Republic Square and other attractions of the central part of the city are within walking distance. There are bus stops within a 3-minute walk from which you can go to any part of the city, and a metro station is 8 minutes away. Nearby there is a 24-hour supermarket Yerevan City, where you can buy any products for cooking a variety of dishes, or buy ready-made. There are also many cafes nearby where you can have a delicious meal or drink coffee.
There is an underground parking under the house. We rented a car (I recommend the Hertz office) and, by agreement with the owner of the apartment, parked the car on it for several days (it's just a big +, because of the large number of cars in the city, it's just not realistic to park somewhere nearby)
The owner of the apartment (Averik) was always in touch and solved all the issues that arose, for which she was grateful. Comfortable accommodation in Sweet home made our stay unforgettable, we will be happy to check in at this place again.

Excellent studio in the very center of Yerevan.
If you like to stay in apartment hotels, where, compared to an apartment for rent, there is also a kitchen, but there are no other people's things, this accommodation is perfect for you. Everything you need is optimally placed on a minimalistic area. For example, we appreciated the comfortable full-size cabinets at the head of the bed, we liked that the kitchenette is located in a separate nook, and not in a common room, as is customary in apartments. Everything is new, very clean. The apartment hotel itself is located in a newly built high-rise building next to Mashtots Avenue. The main attractions can be reached on foot. Quick check-in and check-out of the room at any time of the day. An unambiguous recommendation!

We stayed at Sweet Home Apartments, very convenient location to almost all the sights of the city, comfortable filling (there is a household unit, kitchen, iron and ironing board)
There is a whole street with restaurants nearby, literally 3-5 minutes and we are already on Republic Square
There is also a supermarket within walking distance for those who want to cook at home)
I really liked it! We will stop more than once)

A very nice place. Quiet. The square is 5 minutes away at a calm pace. We walked to Matenadaran, Cascade and back with pleasure.
The apartment has everything: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, air conditioning, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board (although stained, but better than nothing). The centek iron, but ironed better than Philips, oddly enough. The bed linen and towels are of excellent quality and clean, the mattress is comfortable. Clean enough for 5-. We will keep this in mind when we arrive in Yerevan.

They lived in September 2023. We booked a studio for 2 people. The design is minimalist, everything is very stylish, clean, high-quality, in working condition. The apartment has a smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, stove. The kitchen has everything you need (dishes, pots, pans, appliances...) On the floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The location is the very center, everything is within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops, exchange offices nearby. The manager is very attentive and always ready to help with any issue. I recommend it! We will definitely stop again in the future.

Superior apartment number 55, where we stayed in August 2024. Undoubtedly the best location in the center of Yerevan. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away in the subway. There are exchangers and Republic Square across the block. Next to the house, homemade buffet-style food with a very loyal price list. And countless restaurants. A successful , not sunny side. It's a little noisy in the evening with the window open. I note that the neighbors were not heard at all. The air conditioner and other household appliances were working properly. The Wi-fi was a bit naughty. Simple check-in. Arevik is always in touch.

A good hotel, a helpful hostess, prices are adequate for Armenia. We were in an expensive room and cheaper. In an expensive room: a large hall, a built-in kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and non-stick cookware, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a dryer and an iron, air conditioners in each room, a mop, two large balconies, one could see the cascade, the other Ararat, two rooms that close from the inside with a comfortable double bed, furniture, two TVs and one computer, WiFi, comfortable armchairs and sofas, chic tables and chairs. Next to the house opposite is a buffet where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal and next to the cafe dors, where there is delicious live beer. We went around all the big parks and attractions of the city, practically without using public transport from this house, the bus stop is nearby. We went by bus more than once. The room is cheaper, there is one double bed, the washing machine is already in the hallway, there was no computer, but the kitchen is good, an excellent stove and in general there is enough for life. We have been to hotels, now we understand that we are more satisfied to live on vacation in such apartments. Very comfortable accommodation and plenty of space. It felt like we were at home in Yerevan itself and in this hotel, and comfortable and the local people are normal. I didn't even have to get used to it.

I want to express my huge gratitude to the Sweet Home team, I booked an apartment late in the evening, an employee quickly contacted me, who helped with the transfer from the airport to the house (by the way, this is in the very center of the city and we are on the trail. we walked around the center for a day, through the most beautiful places of Yerevan, without the need for a taxi). The apartment is in a new building, everything is new and most importantly clean. They also offered to help with tour organizations, but I left this for the next visit)

This is the second time I have stayed at this small apartment hotel. Everything is very clear, the manager is always in touch, sends instructions on check-in in advance. Clean, cozy, has everything you need, in the center, everything is within walking distance. It is possible to pay with a Mir card, which is a big plus for me. I recommend it! If I visit Yerevan again, I will definitely stay here.

It was our first time in Yerevan, but we decided to choose an apartment instead of a hotel. And no matter how much they regretted that it was these!!! Everything is simply gorgeous, a clean large room, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A small kitchen with dishes and everything you need. There is a laundry room, which is also a huge plus. Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the center, near a huge number of restaurants, a large store, a park. If we get together again, we will definitely choose this option again. And we also had a stunning view from the window of the Ferris wheel and the mountains.

I had a family vacation in a 3-room apartment. I liked everything very much, it felt *like home*. It is clean, cozy, has everything you need, the very center of the city. Plus round-the-clock support. In general, to be honest, I preferred hotels to apartments, for the service in the first place, but everything is on the level here, so I recommend it.

Only the most positive impressions. I am very grateful to Arevik, the representative of the apartment owner's company. It's great when the ratio is 5+ and the apartments on Buzand Street in the very center are clean, modern with all necessary appliances. Everything is nearby in the space from the Opera to the Cascade.
Thanks to this, running around the city, you could go in to take a break from the heat, eat and take a shower. I travel a lot. The apartment is almost like at home, including due to the presence of a separate bedroom and living room, as well as a comfortable kitchen, a high-quality refrigerator. Internet on 5. Those who visit Yerevan often will understand how relevant this is.
In my experience, I advise you not to experiment with booking apartments on popular services. I thought booking would work in Armenia like everywhere else. But I was faced with a change of address and cancellation of confirmed bookings. It's good that I turned to Arevik already on the advice of friends and my problems were solved. The next times are immediately to her.
I didn't notice any disadvantages of the apartments themselves. Of course, I would like the cost to be less, but this is already the reality today. It is cheaper than 5000 rubles a day and I have not yet been able to find the same quality. It's like when you order a taxi in Yerevan via Yandex, it's better not to take economy.

We had a bright, clean apartment in the very center of the city.
The location is very good, the apartment is cozy, everything you need is there, everything works.
And I was especially pleased with the balcony, from which Ararat is slightly visible.

Very cool apartment! Rested in #55. They have a beautiful balcony, from which you can even see the Cascade staircase, the Mother Armenia monument. The apartments in real life even look bigger than in the photo :) A good mattress to sleep on. Very convenient location, everywhere you can walk to all interesting places. Near a 24-hour supermarket, a bunch of cafes for every taste. I will definitely come back!

We are currently staying at this apartment hotel. The impressions are mixed. Firstly, we were not provided with those apartments (number 55 on Buzanda Street). Apparently, someone extended the stay and scored on our reservation, to put it simply. Naturally, they did not inform us in advance. My husband arrived in Yerevan before me and decided to clarify just in case. He was literally stunned that the apartments we had booked could not be provided to us. So be prepared for this - you may not be provided with pre-booked and fully paid apartments. And they won't warn you in advance! This is the first time I've encountered this. We provided other apartments - I must say, quite good, but on a different street. Next, the manager wrote to her husband and said that she wanted to make a compliment because of unjustified expectations and inconveniences. Naturally (apparently, in this case, this is the right word) no one did anything)) This is also the first time I've encountered this. Summary: the apartments are not bad, the location is excellent. But the work of the manager raises many questions- prepare for surprises (not very pleasant) and do not take my word for it))) For not leaving on the street - 4 stars, although in a good way....

Excellent studio apartment in the city center.
Good equipment- slippers, soap, shampoos, toothbrushes and pastes(! ) as in the best hotels, dishes, turk, corkscrew and everything to them!
Excellent price/quality ratio for several days from one.
There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron shared by several apartments. It looks great.
The view from the window to the square and the beautiful neighboring house.
An operational access system. We stopped by at 17 without any problems.
