It's a lovely hotel. I had a vacation with my daughter for 4 years. Good animation for adults and children.
Special thanks to children's animation- Nikolai, Anton, Leila love their work and children very much, it's obvious. After all, children love them and don't want to leave the kids' club. Children play there, dance, bake pizza and cookies, watch cartoons. Thanks to the work of children's animation, parents can relax.
And thanks to the work of adult animation, parents can actively relax and have something to remember.
I liked dancing, and Esma is holding it at 10.30.
There are many activities for adults: games, darts, yoga, aerial yoga (on hammocks), volleyball, basketball, various shows, a disco every day, a nightclub until 2.00.

Among the disadvantages, I would like to note the distance from Nha Trang (41 km), Shopping, pharmacies-everything is only in the city. The beach is cleaned every morning, but the surrounding areas of the beach are dirty, landfill. During our stay, from March 31 to April 8, swimming was prohibited most of the time. There were waves on the sea every day. It is impossible to swim calmly!

Great hotel. The rooms and grounds are clean and well cleaned. Food and drinks around the clock, a good variety of dishes (there is both European and Asian cuisine, Turkish chefs cook), high-quality alcohol, including non-local production. Desserts, fruits, coffee are all very tasty in a large assortment. The staff is friendly and attentive. Every evening there is a show program, as well as water polo, beach volleyball, darts, aqua aerobics and air yoga on site.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean, the cuisine is delicious and varied, there are always fish, seafood and fresh fruits. The sand on the beach is fine and pleasant, the bottom of the sea is not rocky. In the evenings, there are shows with a good dance group. Getting and walking in Nha Trang is not difficult: there is a local low-cost shuttle and an Indriver. It is 100% suitable for family holidays.

A wonderful hotel for families with children! Gorgeous children's and adult animation. We were with children aged 5 and 11. Animators Anton, Kolya and Leila are just great fellows, they give their best 200 percent. They find an approach to any child. The kids didn't want to leave the kids' club.
The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, clean pools, a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
This is a real place to return to!

We had a rest with my daughter at the hotel in May, I really liked the kids' club. Nice separate building with various game rooms, a bedroom, a gym and a cafe. We stayed at this hotel with a 4.5-year-old child from 03/14/25 to 03/23/25.
Weather: out of nine nights, five were bad weather with squally winds and high waves. They were not allowed to swim, the lifeguard ran with a whistle and forbade them to enter the water. This fact upset us a little, although the locals say that the weather is usually good during this period. But these days it's not bad to go on excursions (not by sea), it's easy to move around, there's no sweltering heat!
The territory of the hotel is not gigantic, but there is enough space for a walk. Everything is well maintained, clean! Lawns are being tended, plants and palm trees are being watered. There are 2 large pools, in which the water, in our opinion, was warm enough, comfortable even for children. There were plenty of sun beds with tables around them, there was plenty of room for everyone, and there was also no jostling on the beach. Clean towels by the pool are always provided without any problems. There are table tennis tables, a volleyball court with perfectly soft sand, an indoor gym with modern fitness equipment, a sauna, a steam room and a hammam. Everything is included in the price of the tour. There are 3 stages on the territory, one larger for evening shows, the second smaller for live music, and the third for kids. The first line is the beach very close by, the sand is pleasant, shallow, good and smooth access to the sea, it is very convenient with children, not deep; a wide coastline along which it is pleasant to walk.The only unpleasant moment: if you go to the left, there is an abandoned hotel, near which, on the beach, there is a lot of garbage, which even flew into our territory in strong gusts of wind!I understand that this dirty area does not belong to this hotel, but you can do something, and at least occasionally send a couple, three people there to clean up, it would take one day to create a pleasant place from this dump for the same tourists who rest in our hotel!! THIS POINT IS PRIMARILY ADDRESSED TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF SWANDOR !!!⚠️
👉For food. Everything is fine with this issue here!! A huge variety of dishes and fruits! We even liked it more than in the top five of Egypt and Turkey! There is also a snack bar with snacks between main meals, you will always be full and fed!🔥
👉Alcohol and drinks of very good quality! The beer is great! The glasses are glass, clean. They even pour imports. The refrigerator is replenished with soft drinks every day for free in the rooms: pepsi, fanta, 7ap, baby juices.🔥

👉The contingent. The hotel is Russian-speaking. They mostly come here from Kazakhstan, Russia, China and Vietnam. Animation and live music are mostly in Russian.The
hotel is located at a distance from Nha Trang city (about 40 km). There are no shops (only on site) or cafes around. There is a highway to the city nearby. We went there through Indriver for 300 thousand VND. We teamed up with another family, and it turned out to be very profitable. A minivan was called, there are a lot of them here! 🔥
,On excursions. There is a huge variety of them, but since we were with a small child, we only bought a trip to the Winperl - a gorgeous huge amusement park and SPA mud and mineral pools! Everything went great! Highly recommended! Therefore, to see everything, we plan to come to Vietnam again and travel to different places! 🔥
The local people are very pleasant: they are responsive, smiling, and they try to please tourists! As many say, they are not yet spoiled with a lot of money, like Turks and Egyptians. The Vietnamese provide excellent service for relatively little money!🔥

The hotel positions itself as an ultra, as a result, I didn't see anything from the ultra: wine and sparkling semi-sweet, this is the first time I've seen such a thing. Everything is of very questionable quality. They only check in by 2 p.m., even money won't help. The room stock is outdated, the furniture is peeling, and the phone is yellow with age. We turned on the kettle, it burst into flames, the sockets are very questionable. The kettle was immediately replaced with a new one. The bed has only one bedside table. There is one chair on the balcony. Well, you're not alone in the room. The air conditioner is so noisy that it is impossible to sleep. And anyway, the air conditioners in the elevators and corridors don't work until you get there, you're sweating all over. The restaurant, or rather the canteen, I can't say anymore, it's stuffy, the smell of stale food. And the food itself, it seems like there's a lot of it, but everything tastes bad. Seafood, what you're going for, yes, there are a lot of them, but everything is tasteless, everything is made of rubber, or grilled, burnt on top, raw inside.I took a squid, and there was a plastic bag inside. Lots of chicken, in various forms. But there's a problem with meat, in the form of cutlets, but it's not clear what's mixed in there. Where the salads are, the smell is terrible. The cheese is sour. Cucumbers and tomatoes are sad, there are few greens. One advantage is fruits. The restaurant has only beer and wine made from alcohol. It is better to drink coffee at the reception, there is more or less. The floor in the restaurant is a roulette wheel, of course, you never know where you're going to slip, fatty.
The beach, the sand, the sea- that's all why I stayed at this hotel. The sunbed and umbrella are old. Towels are strictly according to the cards. There is no bar on the beach! There is no service, you want to drink or eat, go to the pool. Conclusion: the hotel is certainly trying, they even brought fruit and wine to our room when I wanted to leave. If you are unassuming, then ok. But I've had towels on the bathroom floor for three days now, and no one has cleaned them.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday, a small "Turkey" in Vietnam. The beach and the sea are gorgeous, it's the best place to relax with children. There is no infrastructure outside the hotel, so fans of shopping and walking around the shopping stalls need to go to Nha Trang, taxi rides about 30-35 minutes cost 350-400,000 dong, or you can take a shuttle bus for 170,000, it runs daily several times a day.

The hotel is a disappointment((( the laudatory reviews are most likely purchased. The room stock is old. Ultra-exclusive is just one name, don't get carried away with a beautiful name! Upon arrival, I wanted to drink cool, dry champagne, and my husband had a glass of beer, BUT the all-inclusive package includes only semi-sweet (sickly sweet) local champagne and disgusting sweet local beer! Only one kind! Everything else is for the money! We have never seen such a shameful choice anywhere!
They settled us in the family room. It turns out that all rooms in this category are located near elevators, and every 5 seconds you hear a loud signal from 4 elevators, and no matter on which floor they open, it's like a doorbell ringing in your room! At first, the kids really thought it was the doorbell, they went out to check! At the reception, the Russian-speaking managers (one speaks well, the other soooo poorly, nothing is clear) offer only another room of the same type on another floor, also near the elevators, because the family rooms are located only in this way! Everything is for people! They also offered to PAY EXTRA for a room of the highest category! This is all a solution to the problem! By the way, the bathroom door in none of the family rooms is even supposed to be closed! Arriving with a teenager, one of the children, is a real problem! 2nd child 3g - for toddlers in the FAMILY room there is no pot, no toilet nozzle, no steps for the sink, no sides on the bed, which is high! Our bed doesn't even have a bedside table on one side, there's nowhere to put a phone, a bottle of water, or hand cream! The balcony is just a "Spanish shame" - no more than 1 square meter, with one chair (as it should be in a family room! You can't take turns sitting) and two huge air conditioning units that are buzzing, even behind the closed balcony door. And what a heat they give off! You will not be able to sit on the balcony and contemplate your tiny piece of the sea view!
There's also the beach toilet (it's all old too) - in the evening, when the sun goes down, you'll have to stay there in the dark because the lights don't work! There are no paper towels in any of the hotel toilets, just noisy dryers! Small children are afraid of them, kids have to walk with wet hands! There are no sinks in any toilet either, you have to pick up the child in your arms and wash his hands like that!
There is no body lotion in the rooms, all hotels usually have it.
In the restaurant, waiters are only for cleaning, they do not offer or serve drinks, guests crowd the bar. The food is not bad, this is one of the few advantages. An a la carte restaurant for money only. And we were told that you can only book from 5 people. It's not clear at all.
Unfortunately, the hotel is not ready to go to a meeting and fix anything!

We had a family vacation (five people) from July 1 to July 9. We chose the "family adjacent deluxe" room - two rooms with an interior door. The rooms are spacious. The peculiarity of the hotel is located facing the sea, and all the balconies are made at an angle and almost all rooms have a sea view, so the view from the window is a postcard! The eyes are resting. Unlike Nha Trang hotels, Swandor is really on the first coastline. No need to cross any highway! I left the hotel, walked under the shade of palm trees and found myself on a snow-white clean sandy beach! There are enough sun beds. The coast is flat, it is very convenient for children. The weather was great, the times were a little cloudy, but it was even better, it wasn't hot. There was no rain. There are many Instagram locations on the territory of the hotel. The staff is polite. He doesn't beg for tips. The food is ultra all inclusive, you can eat around the clock. The menu is varied, seafood is served periodically. Pizza, fries, pancakes, omelets, fruits, juices, drinks, non-alcoholic cocktails and much more for children every day. In addition to the main restaurant on site, there are two bars by the pools and two bars inside. Plus, there is a children's club for up to 12 years with Russian-speaking animators. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. There is a bus service to the city (for a fee). Currency can be exchanged in the lobby, the exchange rate is favorable. A place where you want to come back again and again. The ideal location of the hotel, clean beach, warm sea, beautiful weather. The room was spacious and cozy. There is also an abandoned water park nearby, a frozen bungalow construction site, and everything looks bleak. They put us in a building with windows just on the drop-in, but it's quiet. In general, everything in the hotel is very tired, the sun beds are falling apart, the paint is peeling, the room is clean, the plumbing is new, but you can also feel the shabbiness, the bed linen is full of holes and some spots, the sides of the crib are all stained. A separate joke is the mini-bar in the room, bottles of lemonades from famous brands look like they are constantly being refilled, because they are terribly worn, the contents do not look like lemonade, but just sweet water. Are people being treated like idiots? Where this bottle was before, through which hands it passed, remains a mystery. The kids' club is also tired, there are non-working slides/carousels, it looks creepy, why keep this stuff near the children? What if something falls off them, who needs it? There's a lot of food to choose from, but I can't say it's delicious, just normal food. Delicious fruits and seafood. The daytime snack bar is a terrible disgrace, vegetables like cardboard, children's fruit ice with the taste of rubber, I don't understand how you can offer this to children. The drinks are normal, the coffee is not bad. For entertainment, everything is according to the classics of Turkish hotels, then a party on the beach, then sports activities in the pool, yoga in hammocks, table tennis. I liked the beach at the hotel, the smooth approach, the water is super, the waves, the lifeguard is constantly on guard, well done. The Vietnamese staff at the hotel are very friendly, polite, it's obvious that we were with a small child, he needed constant attention. The staff of the children's room are also great guys, they try their best, well done! It's even a pity that they work in such conditions. The cherry on the cake was that the whole family was poisoned here, I would have left a complaint about this hotel to some local consumer agency. As a result, we regret that we spent time and money on this hotel, it is absolutely not worth the money, who writes that everything is great, most likely they have never been in the real top five.

Rest from March 8-17, 2024. The weather is wonderful! The sea is certainly cold. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool for this purpose. You could sunbathe in the sun. The temperature is 20-23. A wonderful hotel! The territory is large, there are many locations for children to play and relax. For adults as well. Cleaning is daily, the food is good. The drinks are of high quality. There is a sauna, hammam, indoor pool-free of charge. I really liked the way the staff works in the dining room and bars.... Everyone is very friendly!
I would like to express my special gratitude to the medical staff. On March 11, an unpleasant event happened for me. I hurt my hip. They provided assistance, called a car from the hospital, and agreed. The nurse is Russian-speaking. She held me, calmed me down. Huge appreciation! Everything went well!!!!

Those who are used to good 5-star hotels may be disappointed.
There are no bathrobes, no fresh drinks, a coffee machine at breakfast with instant coffee, brewed only in bars on site. And then in one of the 2 on-site grain coffee machine broke down, they also put it with instant nescafe.
During our visit, most of the time there was a singer who was totally out of tune and "blood was coming out of her ears", then a group of guys appeared - "tusa band" - a balm for the soul.
The food is often cold, even if you just came to the Restaurant.
The hotel does not worry about the cleanliness of the sea near its shore, only the beach is cleaned a little. People take out bags and other garbage themselves.
You can meet large jellyfish.
But in general, the sea is clean and warm.
Towels as well as bed linen are often with holes.
If the windows overlook the pool side in Building A, you will have a good view of the sea, but you will hear the show program on the street until 23.

We were here for 4 days, we bought traveling as savages in Vietnam through a Russian operator. It cost three in July! I emphasize that it is three times cheaper than a Turkish hotel. And for that, some things can be forgiven for him. The main drawback is the long, expensive flight to Nichang.
The conclusion is that you need to go to Vietnam not for a week, but for 3, as we did. And in general, we are very happy! Thanks to the hotel for the warm welcome!!!

We have been to Vietnam 3 times, we were in Vinperla in 2014 and in Cam Ranh Riviera in 2016. This year we decided to have a rest for Svandore, of course everything they write is true.And the hotel is good, the cleaning is daily, the food is super.We were lucky, the sea is just fabulous, azure, warm and waves, jumping on the waves is super, the entrance is gentle, the kids are happy.It is disappointing that the annimation is rotten, sluggish, I would say it is not there ANYMORE, I would like to be active not only in the sea to swim.The stands have a beautiful schedule of steps, yoga, and zumba.In fact, NOOO, the music is turned on according to the schedule, do you really only need gladiators for this???? I don't know about the children's annimation, but there are a lot of children on the beach, the parents themselves entertain them.In "Riviera" the animation was fire, the team of guys was super, we still remember the guys, we even corresponded for a long time.I think everyone knows about holidays in Turkey, it's out of competition.Well, that's how it is.We have to rest here even before 05/25/24. The beach is clean and gently sloping. There is an ebb and flow during the day. You can meet crabs, there are practically no fish.
The territory is also clean, the pool is generally very clean and comfortable.
The staff is helpful. There are guys who speak Russian. Room cleaning is not always perfect, and the room itself is small. There is little entertainment, the program repeats itself.
