We had a rest in 2019 and were just delighted. There was no such variety in the diet, even in breakfast. The service is at the highest level, the hotel itself (rooms, restaurant) and the territory are 10 out of 10. Animation is a delight, a daily show, then live music all evening, a bar with any cocktails. Relaxing by the sea and by several pools is wonderful. I recommend this hotel, we have never regretted our stay, we liked everything.

The best hotel in Vietnam.. It is aimed at vacationers with children!! There is a huge children's room where you can rent children for the whole day as in kindergarten.. free.. with its own separate dining room.. very cool animators, like nannies) and take a walk, and play, and come up with a quest for children. Every day there were some events, competitions, as a result of which the children received medals and diplomas!!! We stayed at this hotel twice... only the best impressions!! We will definitely go again!!!

An excellent hotel with pleasant staff, delicious, varied food, local and European cuisines, round-the-clock meals. A wide, clean beach with sun beds and umbrellas, seasonally tides, tides. The rooms are spacious, new, bright, most of them with sea views. There are a lot of greenery on the territory, several swimming pools, various bars, playgrounds, shops, a disco area, mini tennis. An excellent hotel, I did not meet any disadvantages for myself, the only hotel is located outside the city, but every day a shuttle goes to the center and back according to schedule.

A gorgeous hotel.Russian russians are the main guests, and the children's disco is in Russian.The hotel has a Vietnamese doctor, absolutely free of charge, the grandson's ear stopped hurting an hour after the procedure.The cuisine is European and local, very tasty and varied.They even serve baked crocodile.The sea is clean for Vietnam.There are several swimming pools on the territory.There is a fruit shop.Pools can be windy, but they are fenced off from the sea by a transparent screen, not critical.Very tasty drinks and especially coffee (varied) in the bars near the pools.If Vietnam, then only here!!!!

For those who are used to having an all-inclusive vacation in Turkey, it is a great alternative. The owner is also a Turk (as they say). Good animation. The guys actively entertain you during the day. The food is normal, fresh, lots of fruits and greens. Meat was served regularly to the crocodile's thirst :-). It is a pity that there are few of the seafood that Vietnam is famous for. Convenient due to the proximity of the airport. However, the main attractions (Nha Trang with its waterfront, cafes, spas and clubs) are far away, 40 minutes by bus (the bus from the hotel is regular, but paid). There are good masseuse girls at the spa (especially Nya), massage is done conscientiously, but the price tag leaves much to be desired. Alcoholic beverages are quite tolerable, not fake, but from the cheap segment, if we talk about strong alcoholic beverages. The place is clean, sandy. There were waves on the sea, but we swam anyway (February 2020). No red flag will scare our compatriot. In general, I recommend the hotel.

An excellent, clean, modern hotel with a compactly located, but all necessary infrastructure - five swimming pools (two of them for children), a children's club, a beach, sports grounds, shops. The cuisine is varied, very tasty, everything is in abundance and for every taste and age (even feeding an infant is not a problem, you do not need to bring cans with you). In general, the hotel is cool, I definitely recommend it!!!

Vietnam is the coolest place for us! we were in it twice, the All-inclusive system, You can eat almost around the clock. Children can be taken to the awesome children's complex from morning to one o'clock at night (previously it was so). Almost at the airport, but there are no planes in sight. I recommend it for a family vacation!!!

A super hotel. Two huge buildings, all rooms in both buildings with sea views. The rooms are clean and modern. Shower, bathroom, bath and beach towels are available. Safe and mini bar. We had a rest in July. Everything is very cool. (The chefs are really too brutal, but cool). The sea is clear and clean, which greatly pleased me. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is the Pegasus managers. Angry, unfriendly and lazy (if you didn't buy any vouchers from them) then they don't want to talk to you at all, rudeness is at the highest level. Personally, I would have fired them a long time ago. AND THE HOTEL ITSELF AND THE STAFF ARE VERY COOL.

There is a huge children's center with animators, cartoons, a disco, babysitters, its own children's kitchen, cots. You give the child away and break bad with your soulmate :)
The food is fresh and of all the peoples of the world, every time you eat like the last one, because it's delicious. But you can't take food to the room, probably it's right, otherwise the animals will appear.
In general, there is a solid five, there is everything you need. Even excursions from the hotel cost almost the same as for private traders in the city, only there are also guarantees and quality.
Of the bad things, I can only say one thing, but this has nothing to do with the hotel - it's a bunch of noisy Chinese, they are gold and noisy. But apparently we were just unlucky.

The hotel has excellent service. We had a rest with the children. You can feed the children at any time. There is a Panda kids Club on site with an excellent animation team. The youngest son was not taken out. The beach is clean. The hotel has everything for active recreation, a gym, daily fitball or yoga classes, and water polo competitions. Extensive entertainment program - shows, live music, contests. The rest flew by like a day.

For this money, you will not find a better hotel in Vietnam, Thailand under the ultra ol inclusive program! Don't even try!
There are hotels with the best interior (although Svandor is very good), with the best location (although Svandor has the right location), etc
. BUT!
As soon as you start paying in these best hotels for drinks and dinners or just compare buffets with Svandor's, then all questions disappear.

Ideal for:
- adult couples;
- couples of any age with children under 12 years old;
- grandmothers with grandchildren up to 12 years old;
- adult friendly companies;
Warning:
A conscious attitude towards alcohol is welcome! Some of our people can't stand the availability of alcohol. It is very unpleasant to see this!
Important note:
I insist on a tolerant attitude towards foreign guests of the hotel, their 30-40% of the guests. They're all from South Korea! If you confuse them with the Chinese, then know that you have not seen the Chinese. I'm telling you as a resident of Vladivostok who has not only visited these countries, but also lives in a city that is full of Chinese and Koreans!
These two nations are heaven and earth!The Chinese are nice, but very noisy!
And South Korea ..... yes, it has been in the 22nd century for a long time.

We were in April. The only disadvantage for me is a small room (a family of 3 people - 2 adults, 1 child 6 years old). The food is great around the clock! A great children's club "Panda", where a team of Russian animators entertain and feed your children from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. A clean beach and a large number of sun beds - you do not need to run and occupy them at 6 o'clock in the morning. Bottled drinking water on every corner. I really liked it and will definitely come back!

Svandor is my favorite hotel in Kamran. Gorgeous territory, bar and snack bar by the pools, ultra all inclusive, at any time of the day or night you can eat if you get hungry, the group of animators is super, they give their best, interesting shows in the evening. The only drawback is very large waves in the sea, for all the time we did not manage to swim in the sea, but we were in December, it is not the season for Vietnam. I recommend it for couples and couples with children to relax.

The hotel is good, run by Turks, but Asians have contributed to the cleanliness and thrifty attitude.
