We chose this tour operator for a trip to Georgia for 10 days from 12.09.24. The impressions of the trip were very deplorable. On the way to Georgia, not far from the border, according to the accompanying Evgenia, our bus broke down, as it turned out later we just ran out of fuel and we stood in place for almost 2 hours while the driver and a passenger who volunteered to help went to the gas station for fuel. Asking for a sanitary stop is a big problem, since stops and gas stations are clearly in "lured" places, so they simply do not want to stop in other places. Charging on the bus on the way there did not work at all, on the way back they worked selectively, so passengers brought their phones to charge where the sockets work. The air conditioner worked incomprehensibly, at the beginning of the bus and in the center it blows very much, I had to be insulated, and at the end of the bus it was hot, because it does not work there. We had a rest in Kobuleti, GIO hotel, we have no complaints about the hotel, in general we liked everything, there were strange breakfasts (for example, macaroni and cheese, but as such there is no cheese, it turns out if empty pasta), but there was always bread, butter,tea/coffee, vegetables chopped, so we did not go hungry. In general, I will not recommend this tour operator to anyone...

Borodinova showed her true face, an uncultured woman who also drinks.The bus is a public place where people travel and it is necessary to take into account all interests, someone drinks and someone who does not drink, she ignored this moment on this trip.When leaving Kobuleti, a drinking party began and our seats were in the middle between drinkers and non-drinkers.Half of the bus was asleep and half was drinking and Borodinova was also drinking and did not immediately stop this lawlessness on the bus.A young person Katya, who was traveling with a child, screamed at the whole bus at one o'clock in the morning, to which she was made a remark reluctantly reacted, the bus was traveling with the lights on in the cabin, to which Borodinova was also made a remark to which she reacted but continued to drink under the light of a flashlight.Now the dream has passed and we were driving sniffing fumes to the border.After passing the border, the drinking resumed, they drank all day and in Orel in the evening Borodinova drove the bus for an hour and a half shopping for alcohol.The young lady Katya got drunk and started shouting back, she was reprimanded and Borodinova came up and said close your mouths and transplanted her an hour ahead of me, I'm in charge here and I'll decide what to do.We drove on in silence.After spending the night in Rostov-on-Don, after a while the drinking resumed and it was the peak of Borodinov never made a remark to the drinkers, did not stop it, but drank with them herself.The young lady Katya, who got drunk, was carried around the bus, she bullied Borodinov and subdued her.We were driving back, sniffing fumes all the way to Vitebsk. Hello! I want to share my impressions about the New Year's tour to Abkhazia, the country of the soul. Thanks to the travel agency SVELNA, the well-coordinated work of the staff of this travel agency, my son and I found ourselves in a magical place without unnecessary obstacles and difficulties. Incredible nature, culture, food, sea, people filled us with tremendous energy. The Inter-Sukhum Hotel was clean and comfortable. Here we celebrated the New Year 2024 with Abkhazian dances, songs and traditional dishes. Every day there were vivid excursions around the country. Well, tangerines on trees and when you can pick a fruit from a tree yourself - it's an incredible feeling! Thanks again to SVELNA. I recommend this tour and this travel agency!!!

Good afternoon, I want to express my emotions. Tour to Georgia from 07/20/2023-08/04/2023. The first thing I want to mention is the bus and the drivers. The bus is not comfortable, the air conditioner works, but in some places it blows away from the place - in others it is not felt, many suitcases in the luggage compartment got wet and people had to stop and dry their luggage. The drivers did not respond to requests to make a sanitary stop (for a child) and continued on their way. In addition, an adult woman approached with a request to stop, I.K. urinary problems did not stop. Sanitary stops were in some "eateries" where the head of the group agitated everyone to "go into the bushes." There was no place to eat properly on the whole way there and back. But this is not the most important thing. One of the bus drivers (I don't know how he was allowed to carry so many people) - firstly, he drove aggressively ( it seemed that he was carrying firewood, not people - emergency braking, speed, dangerous overtaking, etc.), and at the end - we almost fell into the abyss when we were driving along the Georgian military road. On the way back, when we stayed overnight at a guest house in Rostov, it turned out that there was not enough room for everyone in the hotel. The head of the group asked apparently non-conflicted people to spend the night in another hotel (I was one of them with three adult children) - according to her, the hotel is good, but when we checked into the room - horror! It feels like no one has cleaned there for ten years and besides, we slept on a folding sofa without pillows ( photo ). As for the GIO hotel, I do not recommend it. Breakfasts are cooked like dogs (it's buckwheat without anything, or just a bun, or boiled pasta - even without butter) The rooms are terrible, unsanitary, the rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed - but the owner and his relatives always smile sweetly. And if you are told that he organizes excursions and he is good - so he does not organize them for free, you can find an excursion much cheaper.

We went on 07/20/2023 from SVALNA. In the bus tour 5 times, one bus was announced, and another came. The soprano voiced a version that did not pass, but another group, another version left for Europe. The bus is dirty, the seat is stained, the tables are broken off, the air conditioner is leaking, the sanitation is complete! A place buyout was announced, as soon as the tour service was paid, it turned out that it could not be redeemed. From Vitebsk (12:00 p.m.) to Voronezh (12:30 a.m.) there were 2 nurses, asked to stop the child, they did not stop! The same situation was repeated with an older woman. The dining room was 2 days later, but at 11 p.m., and at least you could wash your hands there. The nurse was even in the wasteland with stray dogs. There is no organization. Olga could have collected the money and gone back, they would have coped on their own. I didn't solve a single issue. At the border, everyone is on their own and who is where. There were 2 ladies driving, a mat, garbage, one of them threw her legs on the seat in front, in fact, on the person's head, there was no reaction, they coped themselves. After 3 days on the way to Tbilisi, there is a walking tour right off the road (a little more than an hour), we did not go to it after such a hellish road. The friend's child was seasick, an ambulance was called, only after the intervention of other tourists, they were transplanted forward. Many of them had their suitcase covers torn, because the tourists themselves were loading and unloading, 5 suitcases were filled with something, even the towels were wet. They brought us to Kobuleti and while my friend and I were getting out our suitcases, the escort took the other tourists and took them to the hotel. We didn't know where to go, thanks to Alexandra, who came back for us.There was a traffic jam in front of the tunnel, the road was narrow, steep and one driver went on foot to the border, the second went outside and closed the bus door, stood on the other side of the bus. One of the drivers created such situations on the roads several times, which was scary! The second driver on the serpentine created such a situation that the truck caught the bus with a tent. There was no such horror in any of our bus tours. Wi-Fi appeared only after Voronezh, after the outrage, it worked poorly (although it was declared). The only thing that was true of the stated hotel Figaro is excellent, new, kettle, refrigerator, TV, cond. The breakfasts were very tasty! There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs. The pool was cleaned every evening. Towels and bed linen were always changed upon request. The owners are wonderful people, there is a cafe on the territory where we always had lunch, everything was always delicious, fresh and a constant variety. I assume that the employees of this company are not familiar with such words as: responsibility, hygiene, education and decency

Bus tour to Georgia from 06/22/2022 to 07/07/2022
All the horrors began from the very beginning: the bus was 2 hours late, the 96 bus was killed, without a condom, little legroom, no TV, and the company sold seats to people twice, 2 hours of riding in Orsha. They asked for san all the way.stops (every 5-6 hours at small gas stations with 1 toilet and no hot food). From food - dry bread (donut go ahead, back to KFC ("I brought you to eat chicken"). Oksana, the head of the group, and Svetlana, the owner of the bus (CHTUP Beauty Planet, persons 02190/3-70078) ignored our requests, were rude and the worst thing was that they drove us along rural roads, bypassing toll roads. As a result, we arrived in Voronezh at 3.30 am, slept for 3 hours. At the border with Georgia, Oksana loudly informed everyone that after driving around the track a little, she paid 10k rubles. After a night shift and a day on the road, we were taken to Mtskheta, where we broke away from the group and finally ate hot soup and just rested. With the fight, we were able to go to the monastery of Jvari (I quote Svetlana "the drivers are tired and I will not chase the bus for 20 km"). There was a small excursion in Tbilisi in the morning, the whole group was taken boating for 30 lari ($ 10) per person – as it turned out, 15 minutes (they earned well for the whole group). At 13.00 we left for Kobuleti. They promised that it would take 5-6 hours to drive, as a result, we arrived around 22.00, searched for 3 hotels on one central street for an hour, some got to Batumi around midnight. GIO Hotel: we got a room with two beds of different height levels with one hard, the other a sagging mattress. The room had only beds, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, and a chair. A bathtub with a toilet on a pedestal and a shower that is directed directly into the toilet, instead of curtains there is a mop. Cleaning and change of towels - 1 time in 9 days. Our group leader Oksana did not give her phone number to anyone in case something happened, no one saw her all the time. The check-out is at 12.00, the bus arrived only at 22.00. Another bus of the 12th year of the tourist class took us back. But there are problems with san.stops and meals remained. We arrived at the hotel in Rostov at about 4 a.m., we left at 9:00. We lost an hour riding around Orsha again. As a result, we were promised that we would make it to Minsk before 8.00 am. As a result, we arrived only at 10, having missed all the trains. In general, we got from Minsk to Brest only at 6 pm.
In general, thanks for the ride, but it was the most terrible organization of the tour. We went on a great tour to the Carpathians (thanks to the organizer of the Olympic), to St. Petersburg, but there was no such attitude anywhere.
