A large selection of dishes, a good menu (there are European and Japanese cuisines). They cook delicious. The staff is polite. You have to wait, because there is almost always a large load. The prices are average for this location of the institution.
I liked everything about this place. Delicious food. Very nice, polite waiters. Profitable promotions. A milkshake and a hookah can be given a solid five plus. I liked everything very much.
A network of GoodCity establishments in Donetsk. In all establishments of this network, there is a single information system that knows everything about the company, is responsible for online orders through the website, the operation of the cash register and payment acceptance, the queue of orders, courier coordination, supply management, sales analysis, service standards and much more. And also there are many, many other minute details on the site. But what is not there? GoodCity most likely forgets who this institution is designed for. I answer: to consumers. What is missing is REVIEWS. But this is not the only disadvantage.
Interior. Clean, simple, positive with a bias towards European and Japanese rational minimalism. Bright, bright, many decisions are dictated by the concept. For example, while waiting for an order in the hall, you can watch the kitchen work through a glass wall. Lots of monitors, posters with promotions and offers. Cleanliness, by the way, is ideal not only in the hall, but also in the kitchen.
Kitchen. Frankly weak with an obviously inflated price tag and exactly the opposite positioning. I don't know how for whom, but for me pizza is not just a name and not a business line, but a specific dish of Italian cuisine, implying, first of all, a certain grade and characteristics of flour. The oven, of course, also matters.
The dough of the "pizza" that was prepared for me, firstly, did not differ from the flatbread from the nameless kiosk in the passage, and secondly, it was raw inside and unevenly baked (which also indicates the low quality of flour). Cheese and ingredients are also of low cost and quality. And most importantly, the price tag does not match the quality closely. This is the price level of a network, albeit not a hyped one. But still. Since this pizza was not delivered within the required time, it was also scrapped.
This network is thinking about expanding, not improving the quality of its raw materials. Although GoodCity sends its technologists on business trips. The problem is that there are no obvious improvements as a consumer. The question to the founder is "Why pay more?" - I send technologists on such expensive business trips. But in reality, "The consumer eats raw pizza."
Service. Rather, his absence. Efficient — everything is as it is written on the site, just the opposite. Not that he can tell, recommend, explain anything: in the menu of some pizzas, sushi, first courses, second courses — more than a dozen varieties — you have to ask basic things again. There were no other staff in the hall during my visit. The boorish behavior of the waiters was also observed. Not to mention that you wait for this waiter for 15-20 minutes (they do not respond to the waiter's call button).
Atmosphere. It's hyped, cute, curious, comfortable, but tasteless. I understand that this is a cafe or restaurant, but it resembles fast food, but theory and practice differ too much in terms of cuisine and service.
It's a good place, I like the summer playground the most, it's very comfortable to sit there! In winter, the room is cramped, everyone nearby goes to look into their mouths!
Not the best place to relax. The service does not match the cost of the dishes on the menu compared with the nearest competitors. The staff is called by a button, but even after 3 clicks, no one comes up, because the staff is flying somewhere. The pizza was delicious, but I would not go there again, I do not advise.
Today at lunch we were pleased with a pleasant atmosphere, quick delivery and an excellent lunch! The choice fell on the "standard" and I can frankly admit that I am very, very pleased!
The buttons on the table don't work
No one met you at the entrance
They came in, chose the table themselves, sat down and waited for the waiter. The menu was brought immediately and from five waiters, after 20 minutes no one came up to us to take the order, I pressed the button 10 times
The food is delicious, I recommend the place itself, the prices are pleasant
The waiter is down, the hookah drinker, pissed in a flask, pizza "class* (more onions), just a hall that the veranda is a garbage canteen, suffocates just a boner on the waiter

It's a good place, there are tables for smokers. The kitchen is good, the prices are normal, especially for the boulevard.
