Good afternoon! We had a vacation in September 2022 with a small company. I liked the hotel, the food is good. The rest was ruined by the guide from Anex Emin. Not a word of the truth! A man lies at every turn! I haven't solved a single issue!
I spent about 3 hours meeting with tourists. He told me about mom and dad, about his education, about the translation of his name, about T-shirts from Waikiki, and so on. Why do we need this?! Our flight was delayed for 6 hours, we arrived late at night and in the morning everyone wanted to go to the sea, and not listen to his stories from the stove. Further - more. Individual shopping, like we will be taken to any store where we go. There will be a car just for the four of us. We agreed on a trip to Waikiki, to a winter clothing store (down jackets!), pharmacies (we needed some medicine) and veterinary clinics (to buy a bravecto for a dog, a sympathizer). A car arrived and took us to the leather store and the royal pharmacy (Thai dietary supplements). The guide was called. I sent it, like, go where they're taking you.
The air conditioning has not been working in the room since the first day of arrival. The remote control is broken. They asked for repairs several times through the guide. It's useless! The bed linen has not been changed once. They called the guide - again lies. They "forgot" to put water on. The issue was not resolved through the guide. We went and asked for water ourselves. Two of us went on a tour of Pomukale. Really, it was impossible to warn that you would need to pay extra on the spot, it would be very cold in one place (+ 10) and wear comfortable shoes, not slates. If you don't want to scare away all the tourists, take away this liar.
Thanks to Leila (spa salon), she answered all our questions. And everything else could be addressed (the language barrier was somehow solved). I recommend the hotel only without Emina.

The staff does not speak Russian, there are few sun loungers by the pool and you can swim only until 6 p.m., the hotel's beach is very small and there are also not enough sun loungers.In the evening, the locals come and the beach becomes public.

The hotel is not bad, but there are a lot of rooms with an unfortunate location, windows in the corridor, in the yard on garbage cans or in the windows of a nearby hotel. There are rooms with a view of the pool, they are the most successful, you can even see a piece of the sea. I liked the restaurant. They were given 3-4 kinds of mogomyasa and fish 2 times a week. A lot of greens, olives, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, vegetable salads. For breakfast, freshly cooked fried eggs (cooked by the pool) for dinner, something on the grill. The staff speaks a little Russian, quite friendly. To the sea on foot 7-10 min. Bed linen is changed 1 time in 2-3 days.

We checked in for 10 days, took a standard room, gave a room lower on the 1st floor than the reception-it turns out that they also do NOT have an economy, but the standard is considered 🤯 they could not sleep with the child all night because there are huge fans right next to the window (air conditioners or what, I do not know how to say it correctly, in in general, they make noise, buzz very much ...) for 10 days, we asked to be moved to a higher room-every time they said that there were no rooms (ALTHOUGH THERE WERE SCREAMS, BECAUSE AT GAS THEY SETTLED PEOPLE IN OTHER ROOMS EVERY DAY IN THE SAME STANDARD.ROOMS ON THE 6TH FLOOR AND ON THE 9TH FLOOR), and 1 time they offered to move to another hotel.in general, I would rather choose another hotel for this price, but to be honest, it's still better in Antalya in all plans😏

Vacationed with his wife and child in August 2023. We really liked it. The room was cleaned every day, wet towels were changed. The beds were replaced once, I think that's enough. What pleased the hotel especially was the restaurant. The food was very tasty and varied. Once a week, there was generally a mountain feast. There were even boiled crayfish. Fish almost always. The territory of the hotel is very small, but always clean. The pool is normal, without frills. Here the beach stands a little apart. Very small, cramped. But at the same time, the sun beds and umbrellas are in good condition. When we were there, the person who looks after the beach was replaced and it became much better there. And also very cold water in the shower on the beach. Speaking of water. The hotel always had hot water both morning and night. In general, we were extremely satisfied.

The hotel is not bad, but: upon arrival we were put in an economy room, and the standard was paid, this is a common, bad practice of this hotel. We didn't fight, we took a lunch box, room 329 is a terrible horror, a window into the corridor, the smell of mold. When checking in, they told us to come to the reception to resolve the issue, we did so, there was a manager, a girl who said: everything will be fine, I'm waiting for you at 10 with things. We were settled in room 709 with a view of the pool and of course the sea from the 7th floor, this is a perfect view. In general, I was lucky)))) Yes, the hotel is a lottery, but I really liked the service, daily cleaning, in the restaurant: breakfast is so-so, lunch and dinner are excellent, Turkish night on Tuesdays, animation every other day. The beach is about 7 minutes, very busy. I liked the attitude of the staff in the restaurant, good-natured, pleasant. Bottom line: Carousel of course, suddenly you will be lucky. Do not swear, smile, ask, and do not demand, this is the key to success, and a good rest.

If you want to ruin your vacation, don't buy a tour! Now we are in the hotel, we are surprised by the order every day. For example, at 00:30 they wanted to go out to the pool to sit in the air, but it was not there, all the doors were locked. In addition to the pool area of 100 by 50 meters, there is simply no other place to relax, or their perimeter is finished. The staff are all boors and ignoramuses. The Russian language is alien to them here, or everyone is focused only on Germans and Poles. The obsession with saving prevails in all the little things. For example, I went to the toilet in the restaurant area at 20:50, but a hotel employee turned off the light for me. The entire staff is instructed for every occasion and it's not in the interests of vacationers. There is no Tourist-Administration border in principle, or we are not welcome here. For example, we arrived as a group at 09:30 in the morning, but we were alone at check-in at 14:00. Later, when we met our fellow travelers, we found out that they were settled in another subsidiary hotel with a lower class, the reason is there are no rooms. At the same time, people booked the hotel 4-5 months in advance. The contingent of the hotel is 90% elderly Germans aged 70-80 years, as well as the entire Side coast as a whole. The conclusion is that this hotel does not wait for us Russians, as it does not understand our language in principle. Guys, don't spoil your vacation, don't come here)

The hotels were from 4.09 to 15.09. In principle, everything was fine except for breakfast. There was nothing to eat. Rice porridge is raw, crunchy, it has never been cooked properly. Very rarely sausages floated in the sauce, just a little bit. The omelet was 2 times, the first time I literally guarded it, and the next time I spat. There were no yogurts, none at all. There's a queue for fried eggs, fried. The pastries are fresh, but very heavy

At the end of September, we rested with my wife and liked everything.To the sea 5 minutes slowly. The food was not bad, 4 stars with a stretch. Drinks were not brought to the beach . The beach is small, about 30 sunbeds in total. The room is cleaned every day. I recommend.

Never go to this hotel! The economy room has no windows or balcony!!! Rooms that are not ventilated smell of acid and sewage! They don't want to change the room even for an additional fee! We were at the end of August 2023, the beach is 10 m wide! There are no free sunbeds at 9 am. There is no toilet on the beach, towels are not provided. It's barely worth 3. The rest was ruined.
