The hotel is urban, there is no territory. Just the pool. Excellent location, convenient for walking around Side and easy to get to the nearest cities.
Everything is very good for the four. The staff at the restaurant, on the beach, works great. I put 4 stars because of the Russian-speaking girl at the reception, openly extorts money for the room that was paid for, trying to move into an economy room without windows. It just spoils the impression of the hotel.
And there are sunbeds on the beach very close.

We have been resting since May 23rd (12 days), 2024.A normal room with a view of the (side)-the sea and the pool.Very beautiful sunrises. The weather did not disappoint:the sea is warm, the breeze is pleasant. Excursions to local attractions are a delight! (especially the Green and Tazi canyons, the ancient city, the Green Lake, rafting) from $ 35. Here, by the way, prices are broken down in euros, and if you ask how much it costs in lira, they even get lost and recalculate on the calculator at the exchange rate. Very beautiful landscapes: mountains, emerald-colored lakes, rivers (Manavgat), waterfalls. The beach is sandy with a smooth descent. The sun beds are free only for the far ones, as a rule, but there is a beach with Wi-Fi and a bar nearby (200 rubles per day). There were moments with the lack of liquid soap both in the room and in the bathroom by the pool (there are no cosmetics from the hotel). The floors will be washed only if you ask. Towels are changed every day, the bed is the same often. There is a good team in the kitchen-they try to please. We spent Turkey Day: we cooked traditional Turkish dishes on the street (I recommend churosy). Every morning, an omelette with ingredients to choose from is prepared outside in front of you. For dinner, the same thing is fried outside fish / turkey / chickens, sea desserts, greens, fruits (oranges, apples, pears, watermelon).There was a dance show a couple of times.
I recommend shopping at the Novomall shopping center, 10 minutes by bus).

We had a rest from the tour operator Biblio Globus from October 19 to 31, 2024, we were lucky with the weather, we swam daily, it was cool in the evening. The room was good, it corresponds to the stated one - with a side view of the sea and the pool, they did not pay anything extra. The hotel's beach is a short walk away. It's a very narrow strip in width, but there have always been places. Equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, towels are paid. There is a shower and a cubicle to change clothes. The entrance to the sea is sandy and gently sloping. The room has a small refrigerator, a small TV, 3 Russian channels, our hard drive was not read for some reason. There is a hairdryer and liquid soap in the bathroom - nothing more, Cleaning and changing towels daily, the floor was also washed a couple of times during the rest. On Tuesdays - Turkish evening. Dancers come (folk and belly dancing) the program does not change. The food is very tasty and varied, there is always enough space in the restaurant, dirty dishes are constantly cleaned. The hotel has a spa center. I mostly liked the service, but there were some individuals who spoiled the impression. In the lobby bar, they felt second-rate - they pour it into plastic and very little, for foreigners in glass glasses. The Mavlud hotel guide from the Fit Holiday tour operator still continues to be rude if you do not take excursions from him (I have heard a lot about him in the reviews). Thank God, when we checked in, we did not come across a Kazakh woman at the reception, and then we did not see her (there were also many negative reviews about her, because she demanded money upon check-in) There is a tour desk next to the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Side, along the embankment you can walk to the ancient city, along the street to shops, there is a public transport stop nearby.

The hotel is clean with a swimming pool. Friendly staff. It's a pity that when we arrived in the morning there were no rooms available to check us in earlier. But we could immediately enjoy all the benefits of the hotel. On the first day, due to lack of places, we were provided with a bunker room for a day, because of the inconveniences provided, free Internet was provided and cards for beach towels were given (all these services are paid). The safe in the room is free of charge. The next day we were checked into a room with a view of the pool and the stage. Sometimes when there was animation, we watched from the balcony) we rested in October, the weather was great, the sea was warm and calm. Otley has its own beach, but you need to prepare that there are 8 sun beds wide. since there were a lot of vacationers, it was lively on the beach.
The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is magnificent. There is a place to walk. It is a 7-minute walk from the hotel to the sea. In the evening, you can walk along the boardwalk. We walked to the old town and in the old town itself. I have something to do with myself.
The food at the hotel is delicious. We ate everything we chose. Thanks to the chefs and staff of the restaurant. Dirty dishes were always removed from the table. We were always happy to help.
In the reviews of other vacationers, we read that they treated us to ice cream, but unfortunately when we were there they did not give us ice cream)
There is a spa in otl. The sauna could be used free of charge but for a limited time from 12 to 14. All other services are paid.
There are many people who want to relax in this hotel. The price is consistent with the quality. The rooms were cleaned every day.

The staff is polite, cleaning every day. Towels and bed linen were constantly changed. The location is great! The private beach is a five-minute walk away. There were always enough sun beds. The entrance to the sea is gentle, comfortable, sandy. There are no stones. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions of Side: the old town, historical ruins. Once a week there is a Turkish night at the hotel: delicious treats and a concert. Unobtrusive animation during the day. A great two weeks of rest will never be forgotten!

Not far from the sea (6 minutes), the place is very convenient, 15 minutes walk from the old town, its own good beach. In general, we had a normal room, clean, we bought a room with a sea view (if you stick your head out from the balcony, you can see the sea) if you buy a standard room and you are from Russia, then 70 percent of you will be settled in a room on the first floor (basement), without windows, without a balcony, with the smell of dampness. Almost every day we watched new people swear and demand a different number. The hotel is mostly occupied by Germans and Poles. It's almost impossible to get into the pool (from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.), I don't know why to come to the sea and sit in chlorine all day, people mostly drink drinks and throw glasses straight into the pool. What about the food: half is simply inedible, the rest is either constipation or diarrhea. I ate only boiled eggs, cheeses, fruits, certain vegetables and meat if stewed or shish kebab in the evening. There are plenty to choose from, I didn't stay hungry, but I wasn't thrilled either. From entertainment, there is a strange disco, and 2 times a week a performance in the form of oriental or national dances. Please note that the spa and hammam are available free of charge until 14:00. In general, if you do not plan to stay at the hotel, then everything is very acceptable. I have no desire to return to this hotel.

At 14:00 we were checked in, the hotel is located so that some of the rooms look at the neighboring hotel, and not only the rooms are located there, but also the extractor hood, which works constantly. It is very noticeable at night, even with the balcony closed. But there is also an opportunity to see the sea. The room is generally good, the only thing is there are no shower accessories, only a gel dispenser. So take shampoos and rinses with you. The room is cleaned well, towels are changed every day. 1.5 liter of water is replenished every day. But in the lobby and in the restaurant, there is a cooler with water.

For us, the less the better, since there is no temptation to eat a lot.

The animation is completely missing, and they don't write about it. There is nothing to do in the evening, just drink local drinks.
But there is another option, to walk along the embankment to the old town, it's very cool. There are many shops, cafes, a Marina port with yachts, we walked and were saturated with the local flavor.
There is a wonderful pharmacy on the embankment, a pharmacist Zeynat works in it. A wonderful person, she helped us choose the right medicines. We are very grateful to her. I recommend.

The location is very good. All the delights of Side are within walking distance. The hotel itself is closer to 3 🌟🌟🌟. The food is very good. Our room was acceptable. But you need to know that there are very bad rooms and there is overbooking. When overbooking, the hotels offered are very bad. The beach is not big. We had enough. They did not borrow money earlier and did not "book" for the day with a towel. There were problems with the elevators, but rather from the fact that people tried to enter 8 people at a time and it hung up. The pool is cleaned regularly. But we preferred the sea. On Tuesdays there is a Turkish evening, on Saturdays there are some dance groups.Germans, British, Poles, Russians and locals are vacationing. The attitude is friendly. In general: if not a bad room and not overbooking, then in principle I recommend it. This is not the first time many people have come. Price is quality.

The trouble started with the check-in.The room was paid for as standard.But in this hotel there is a rule that you have to spend the night in a bunker without a window - this is their economy.The administrator offered to pay 144 euros and only then they will settle into a standard room with a view of the sea and the pool.We paid $100 and were checked in at 2 p.m.I want to note that this was practiced with everyone.If they were given a room suddenly right away, then it was impossible to live in it due to the fact that it was impossible to sleep there, there was a terrible noise from street equipment and people paid 100 bass for relocation.When we arrived, we learned from people that the 2nd floor was empty, just the hotel staff earned at the expense of tourists.The hotel guide supports their policy. The food is normal .The beach is very cramped.We took our places in the morning .There were not enough sun beds.I've never seen such a nightmare before.I will never come here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

We had a vacation in August 2024. Not a foot in here anymore. There is a very unpleasant woman working at the reception who does everything only to harm the vacationing Russian tourists. The guide is still a scoundrel, if you only apply to him for an imposed tour, he is not interested in anything else. Fraudsters and extortioners of money. I can only mention the good food and room cleaning. The beach from the hotel is always busy with locals, fish were biting in the sea, but if you go a little further, you can safely swim. Chain stores, various stalls, banks, pharmacies, cafes are 5-7 minutes away. If you walk along the beach, you can walk to Ancient Side, and you can also take a bus.
The hotel doesn't have 4 stars, it's a solid 3. They cheat you out of your room, put you in economy, and when you ask to be moved to the room for which you paid for the ticket, they demand to pay extra money. And this happens only with Russian tourists.

The Internet was really only at the reception. Cuisine, alcohol at a good level. Especially always delicious in the snack bar. Of the minuses, only the beach: there are not enough sunbeds, there is not even a passage between them (10 m strip the entire width). The hotel, in my opinion, is not bad, the service is on the level, the food is super (a huge selection of dishes, everything is delicious and fresh, a selection of desserts and fruits, they also cook outside, once a week delicacies like crayfish, a large restaurant, there are enough tables for everyone, dishes are quickly removed from the tables), room cleaning too quite (towels are changed, instead of one bottle of 1.5 liters of water per day, they always gave two at our request), a beautiful lobby, the pool is regularly cleaned. but!!! If you come across a room with a bad location, your vacation risks turning into hell. Some of the rooms overlook the Antalya-Alanya highway, it is literally 10 meters away, it is impossible to sleep with an open balcony! With the door closed, it's too stuffy in September and the noise is still audible. We tried to come up with something, but at one o'clock in the morning we ran to the reception to change the room. They categorically did not want to change, even for money, they managed to starve and pay about $ 20. As a result, they gave us a room with a view of the pool, it's noisy there until 11.30 pm, then you can sleep normally. In the morning, a queue of dissatisfied Russian tourists, who arrived the day before, lined up with the same question / request - to change the room. I don't know who decided how, but the staff tried to meet me halfway. Vacationers are mostly Germans and Poles, there are also a lot of Russians, there were no conflicts. The beach is 7 minutes on foot, there is a changing room on the beach and a shower with invigorating water, but there is no toilet and is not expected. The sea is clean and very warm in September, +26+28 degrees, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the beach is sandy. To sum up, the hotel is generally good, it is quite 4 stars, I liked everything in terms of food, service and entertainment... but all this is only if you are lucky with the number. And let everyone decide for themselves how critical it is.

I got a room with a balcony with noisy air conditioners, but I couldn't change it, it's not scary with the door closed.

Sun beds are occupied in the morning from 6 a.m., but we did not do that, we always went to the beach after breakfast and found two sun beds without any problems, but if we had not found them, we would not have broken off and lay on the sand on towels. The man who is responsible for the beach is responsive, kind, helps, although he does not understand words in Russian, they explained themselves with gestures!
Sun beds were occupied by the pool in the morning, I advise you to do the same, take it at 7 o'clock!

We recently vacationed at this hotel.I liked everything very much! The food is just great!!! The rooms are spacious, they came to clean every day, even bows were made from blankets, 1.5 liters of water were brought every day.The hotel grounds themselves are nice.A large swimming pool.Sometimes concerts and discos are held.But there are two big disadvantages.Firstly, a narrow beach, and secondly, paid Internet.The Internet was not even good in the lobby, but on the territory of the hotel:near the pool, in the restaurant, etc. -not at all.They need to solve this problem, because that's not how it's going to work.But in principle, if not the Internet and a narrow beach, then in general the hotel is gorgeous, at least I don't see any more disadvantages.

We stayed at this hotel from 06/18/2024 to 06/27/2024 . The beach is small, you need to go and take sun beds before 7 a.m., otherwise there will be no free ones later. The sea is a 5-minute walk away (it is unclear who writes about 15-20 minutes) The food at the hotel is super! Everything was fine, there were just a lot of goodies, ice cream from 16:00 to 17:00, but every other day. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good. The room is old, but normal, you can live. The main thing is to book rooms immediately with a sea view. Yes, the beach is small, but sun beds and umbrellas are free, I had to lie on the sand only once, because at this time the hotel is always crowded. And the sea and the entrance to it are just gorgeous! We recommend this hotel to everyone! Special thanks to the staff for a great stay! In general, the price-quality ratio is excellent. In a burqa with children, and it feels like the beach is public. There is a shower on the beach, the toilet is the same 50 meters away, possibly paid, shared. We didn't go. Otherwise, it's a very good four. I did not like the fact that when checking in they give rooms straight junk with junk and in order to get normal ones, you need to pay extra (about $ 20)- It's unpleasant. The main thing is if you arrive at night, then do not pay anything until the morning if the room is bad, the dude will take the money but will not give anything and he does not solve anything. But it's not just the Russians who have this attitude, so don't worry. Don't try to take a hammam from the guide ($15), we were brought to the worst place in the city. Everything is shabby and dirty, the therapeutic mud can only be washed off with ice water, the foam is washed off with cold water in the hammam, perhaps we caught a cold there. The food is very tasty, but monotonous, and there is fish, tongue and turkey. If you leave the hotel. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right, then there will be a leather store next to the pharmacy, their prices, like a few years ago, have not increased much, they are being traded. For comparison, we went to the factory (from the guide) the prices there are kick-ass high and surprisingly they do not bargain there, the jacket that they bought from the hotel for $ 120, to factories with all discounts below 300 and do not talk. Prices in Turkey have increased, of course, even for the bus by 40 percent and for souvenirs and other small things. If you go even further by 300 meters, then there will be a mosque on the left, a little deeper, next to the mosque on the right there is a veterinary clinic, there is a bravecto for dogs (20-40 kilograms) 36 dollars and for 40-60 kilograms – 40 dollars. We don't have such prices and there are no pills. And if you walk 500 meters from the intersection with the mosque to the big intersection, then there is a large sports store there, where the prices are sooo good for brands. You can not go anywhere except for him. The result is that I liked everything, some people come to the hotel more than once, the shortcomings do not spoil the rest much, I described them to you.

We were decorated by a woman (Kazakh) who speaks Russian well, for me not a very pleasant woman) who read that you can make money on changing rooms)) moreover, according to other Russians, this is apparently done only with us. What else does she have such a thing with, if you start talking to her with displeasure, she starts showing her character and saying that, like, I'm not going to move you anywhere, but one, as I was told, said do what you want, even go to bed in the lobby, I don't have rooms. It was as if someone had come to visit her personally at home.) But that's what I'm all about, and what I'm ready for is 20 euros)) In our case, there was also a standard room on the 4th floor (where the lobby is)) Why not check into it right away, for example, there is no answer.) And this is perhaps the only huge disadvantage of this hotel, and the owner should pay attention to it. This lady is directly extorting money for the "best" room) there was a scene in front of me. And also upon arrival at the hotel, she asks where the Russians came from (region), why?!) One plus still found the 20 euros spent on top, we were given a room that overlooks a nearby hotel, and after reading one of the reviews from a woman (God bless her) on tophotels.ru,

Regarding the kitchen and everything related to the dining room, the chefs and the guys are doing well. The food is delicious, everything is cleaned quickly, the dishes are clean.
There is no constant animation, during the week that we were there, it was 2 times. In the afternoon, there is aqua aerobics in the pool every day. To be honest, it's boring without animation, and when booking a hotel I didn't think at all about children's animation, but of course I need it. There are plenty of children in the hotel. My mother was bored somewhere, of course, she doesn't like walking much, especially since she turned 9 years old in Turkey, and I would like the children to be entertained. But this budget segment hotel certainly does not have to be demanded. Next time, of course, I will definitely take this into account when booking. The hotel does not have a territory, the hotel itself and the pool area, a terrace, but there is a promenade nearby, a busy street, reminds me of our Adler (I love Adler for its atmosphere).

I strongly recommend taking a room with a sea view (overpayment 3-4 tr. in order to avoid problems with settling into a bad room, which are there. I've just never been in a situation like this before. I will try to write as non-emotionally as possible .The Sun Beach Hill Hotel is the worst in my entire life. We chose it based on reviews (a lot of positive ones) and bought an economy room through Tez Tur. The description says: with a view of the pool/street/sea. We are not picky, so even if there was a view of the neighboring hotel or the road, it would be fine. Mostly we just sleep in the room. But I would never have guessed that there are rooms without windows at all, where we were settled (328). Rather, there is a window, but it opens into the ventilation shaft. It's hard to call it a number at all, it's a bunker, a prison cell. There is no daylight, no ventilation. You can't open the window to the mine either, because it stinks of everything from there, right down to tobacco smoke. There is a constant smell of sewage in the room. You literally suffocate there. And there is no way to ventilate. There is practically no light in the room (a small bulb above the mirror and 2 by the bed), so you are always in semi-darkness. In the morning, when you wake up, you don't even know where you are, it's night or it's already day. Air conditioning is a separate song. It even seems to work, but you can't adjust the direction of the blinds, because everything is broken. He rattles, whistles, cracks - all at the same time. It is simply impossible to sleep. I don't sleep, but periodically just turn off, then dancing with a tambourine around the air conditioner: knock on it, turn it off - it gets quieter for a while. To somehow muffle its sounds, we throw a towel over it. The reception staff does not know Russian at all, they could not help in any way (or did not want to). The hotel guide Mavlud from the welcoming party of Fit Holidays communicates boorishly, with disdain. On the evening of his arrival, they contacted him, but he said that he had non-working hours and would not decide anything today. The next day, he said that he could not help in any way, there were no places to move to another room. Even for a surcharge. He said that there is always a problem with these numbers. And in general, his message was that if you took an economy room, then what kind of claims can there be, I did not book this room for you. He switched to a raised tone more than once. The hotline of this company also refused to help: the number corresponds to your reservation. We agreed to move to another hotel with an additional fee, but only if I find this very hotel myself. I found it - they said they don't work with this hotel. Then they just stopped responding to messages, completely ignored, both by the welcoming party and by Tez Tur, who sold the tour.
Conclusion: if you are going to this hotel, then buy only standard rooms, but, as I understand it, there is also no guarantee that they will be settled normally, because they sell more places than there are in the hotel, so many are settled in other hotels. The guide himself said so. The food is quite acceptable, sometimes very tasty. But you won't get scrambled eggs for breakfast at 9-30, although breakfast is before 10-00. If you want to sit and chat after 12 at night somewhere on the veranda, then turn off the lights everywhere. You won't find coffee or tea at this time either. Well, there is water.
Pros: food, proximity to the sea.
Cons: economy rooms and some standard rooms; reception staff and individual guides.

And it's noisy from the pool. But on the other hand, the extractor hood of the neighboring hotel works around the clock. This hum is simply unbearable.

There is a long embankment along which you can walk to the ancient city and the port. Artists performed twice a week. Overall, I liked the hotel. The ratio of price = quality.
