A good store with a large assortment of bicycles. I was able to find a bike here. I liked that the store is spacious and you can test it - ride the selected ones around the room (be sure to give and put on a helmet!) and understand what is most suitable. There is a workshop on the ground floor, which is cool - we set it up right away and went. Bicycle accessories seemed to be not enough by choice, I hope they will improve. I liked the service in the workshop (it has already passed), I came with recorded questions, answered everything and were friendly. The entrance to the store is made so that you can enter the store directly on the bike :)

Excellent service, great selection, you can take a ride, try it. They will tell you everything, explain it. Both a helmet and the necessary accessories can be purchased on site.
After purchase, the bike is prepared, everything is set up, lubricated, all add-ons can also be installed immediately.
I clearly picked up the bike for my son and myself. There is a height meter and a play area for children.
The only drawback is that there is a step and a ramp from the store only from the porch, but you just want to leave the store on your own on a freshly bought bike😁 It may be worth making a separate exit for safety.

In September, I drove past this store, saw a sign about repairs, decided to ask for help, I have disc brakes and they were rubbing. I go inside there are about 6 employees, all busy talking to each other. When I asked who I could talk to, the oldest and probably the most experienced man over 50 volunteered. With a haughty look, I listened to the symptoms and without looking gave out a diagnosis, so much so that my hair began to move. It turned out that I needed to sort out the entire brake system, of course I would have to replace the brake fluid and something else. The man poured out clever terms and called an impressive amount that they would have to leave. Naturally, I did not use the services and just adjusted the brakes at home 10 minutes after watching the video on YouTube.
Of course, I will never contact this store again and I do not advise you.

The sales guys are great, they will always help and tell you, they are very sociable. But they have a huge disadvantage that concerns the pre-sale preparation of the bike. The brake pad on the front wheel was squeezed so much that it cracked. The result is the replacement of the pads. The rest were not clamped at all and just hung out. There were eights on both rims. The steering wheel was not set to the level. The service block completely ruined the impression of buying in this store.

Good afternoon. In November 2021, we bought a Racer bike, when leaving the store we decided to try out the bike, it turned out that the speed switch did not work well in it, when contacting the service center, I was told that I was not switching the speed correctly (more precisely, I need to press closer to the end) OK.
On the same day, we noticed that the brake was squeaking (this was also mentioned), to which the answer followed - IT HAS NOT YET WORN OFF! HE'LL GET USED TO IT AND EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE
At that moment, I was silent - but I should have sounded the alarm!
The second call to the service center was about those. the service at which these problems were again named - but the answer was exactly the same!
The third appeal is a broken brake(
As it turned out, I cleaned the bike with oil (although it is unlikely that I used a special lubricant to clean the bicycle chains)
And as the master told me, this is not a warranty case.
I paid 40 rubles to adjust the coins and fix the brake!!
Although I have repeatedly contacted the center on these issues!!! And at the moment, in order for my bike to brake effectively, I need to change the brake discs, rotors, etc., etc.
1. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY CASE THEN?
2. WHY WERE YOUR CRAFTSMEN SO CONDESCENDING TO THE PROBLEMS OF MY EXPENSIVE PURCHASE?
Please respond to my complaint!!
P.s there are no questions for consultants, they are masters of their craft and will prompt and tell and answer all the questions) personally they have 5 stars.

I give 2 points for, in my opinion, the most non-functional website of all bike shops in Minsk... I wanted to put it on a year ago, but decided to give the store a chance, it recently opened, not all at once.. But no, it looks like it.
I always thought that the online storefronts of bike shops in our country are made very poorly, with missing filters by product category, without thoughtful sorting of them, etc. - but the Sprint managed to stand out even against this background ..
Go to the clothing section - there is not a SINGLE useful filter (the only one is by price). Neither by gender, nor by size, nor by type of clothing (underpants, jersey, shorts - all in one pile), nor by availability. There is no sorting at all either.
We go to the section where cameras are 5 pages of all kinds of cameras and THERE is NO way in this sea to isolate the desired size and type of nipple.
And so it is for all product categories. I think that such neglect demonstrates the store's attitude towards its customers - "people are eating", nothing, they will spend time, find what they need, or stamp their feet and ask on the spot.
About the fact that even after so many years after the opening, there is still no sane delivery (only for orders from 300 rubles), we will not even remember.. And how many conversations there were at the opening, how they will create something new for RB, bring the service to a new level..
