We were at the hotel in December 2019. It wasn't the first time, it was the third time. As always, there was a standard room, full board with a package of treatments. The pool is good, the location is convenient, but if you have extra weight or leg problems, it will be problematic to climb uphill. I would like to note that the restaurant staff are well done, the cuisine is diverse, the food is beautiful, the portions are very decent, the service in the restaurant was pleasant, pleasant waiters in both shifts, and thank you to the cook for the delicious dishes. Everything is fine at the medical center, too, the doctor is pleasant, the girls are also very friendly and attentive, the procedures are timed, but when possible, they can take it early. I didn't really like the cleaning of the rooms, they clean either when they come or never. That is, if they didn't clean it right away, then they won't come to the room for sure a second time. The slippers have not been changed once in 2 weeks, the robe was changed once, and then I had to stand in front of them to change clothes, otherwise God forbid I will take the robe home. Cosmetic kits were not always replenished, then they forgot to put some kind of kit for me or a colleague. The kits do not have a toothbrush and a shaving machine, but before that it was all there. The staff cleaning the rooms is rude, the cleaning is substandard, the three of them come, but neither the mirrors are wiped, nor the hair on the bathroom floor is cleaned, the bathroom floor has not been washed in two weeks even once. I'm deducting a point for cleaning. What other requests are there?.. 1.Update the furniture. The standard rooms, the lobby furniture is the same as 10 years ago, it's time to change something, everything is pretty worn out, the upholstered furniture in the lobby is decently worn. 2. Make tea and coffee free for lunch and dinner, as well as in the rooms. 3. make breakfast from 7 o'clock, it is very inconvenient when excursions, to leave without having breakfast.4. Return the sets with toothbrushes and razors to the rooms. 5.Make the replacement of bathrobes and slippers systematic so as not to catch staff for replacement. The restaurant has a balcony with a very beautiful view, in good weather you can have a meal there). At the reception you can book a transfer, tickets for organ concerts that take place in the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, 5 minutes away. walking distance from the hotel. I recommend.
