Positive:
1. Clean and pleasant rooms (cleaning every day, left a tip - you get a super clean room with an animal or a heart from a towel). Replacement of drinking water every day, there is a kettle, tea and coffee are replenished.
2. Well-maintained territory, constantly cleaned next to the pool, I didn't see any dirt on the beach either, they try to clean all the empty glasses at once.
3. A lot of food, during the 9 days of vacation, I practically did not eat the same dishes. They cook quite tasty.
4. The staff is always smiling, listening, and finding out if everything is okay. Many people know a certain number of phrases on duty in different languages, some can even support a more complex conversation.
5. The animators by the pool attract you to various games (polo, darts, etc.), I can't say anything about the morning animation, but I heard funny screams and music.
6. A 24-hour bar.
Minuses:
1. Location (if you need to take a walk, you will be limited only by the hotel's territory, to Hurghada and Safaga - only by taxi). There are about 5 shops on the territory with a price tag above the average.
2. There are many Europeans, some of whom are on their own wavelength (talking around plates in a restaurant, rereading all the names of dishes, standing up so that no one else has the opportunity to collect food). We tried to interact less with people outside the restaurant.
3. During the celebration of Christmas on December 25, meals were not served in the second restaurant, and they found out about the reservation of tables in the first restaurant from the announcement in the second one when they came to dine.
Not a bad hotel for your money. If I go to Egypt again, I will choose a hotel from the JAZ chain, because they provide high-level service.

We had a rest in November 2023
And it was our best vacation: a clean beach, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the entire hotel area is neat and pleasant, the pools are warm, the food is delicious and always something is added at will.
Special thanks to the teacher from the children's club - Julia! Wonderful! Magnificent! So much attention to the children, they did so much together, my daughter really liked it with Julia! And thanks to Yulia, we had a rest!
A very good playground! And a swing and a climbing wall and a house. It's rare for hotels to have such good venues.

The staff is polite, the food is delicious, but without frills, there is not even a normal fish. Powdered ice cream, local alcohol, you can drink it. There is a serious lack of shade on the beach, all umbrellas are occupied at 10. With such a small beach, canopies are needed, but the hotel solves this problem in a different way, they keep a log, if you are not on the sun lounger for 2 hours, things will be cleaned (but you can negotiate)) The entrance to the sea is excellent, clean, the ebb / tide is almost not noticeable. We are currently vacationing in hotels! Excellent 4*, good food, excellent beach and access to the sea, the staff is friendly and always helps despite the language barrier! We had a rest from May 20th to 30th.
The hotel fully fulfills its 4 stars!
The FOOD is excellent, I don't understand people who lack variety. There are always enough places, there are no crowds and queues in restaurants.
THE SEA is super, the BEACH is ordinary (there is something to compare it with, so this one is on the 3rd line) there are no fish, yellow sprats near the shore are all that you can see, the big MINUS is that people run in the morning to throw their towels and return a couple of hours later, at 8 a.m. free places (with an umbrella) can be found already only in the 4th row and beyond. We came later, but it's already straight to look for and move the deck chairs, the staff will help, but for me, I repeat, this is a big MINUS.
The rooms are large, they were cleaned well, someone wrote that they were tired, but they did not give specifics, we had a good room, of course you can always find fault, but apparently we are not very spoiled, I caught Wi-Fi on the balcony(lived with a view of the children's center)
THE SERVICE is good, the staff is friendly, the waiters run along the beach and by the pool and constantly offer cocktails / juices / water - you don't have time to finish it, they offer it again.
The TERRITORY is small (narrow and long), there is little greenery, and unfortunately there is nothing to do outside the hotel, there is nowhere to go, it was boring for us.
In general, it seems like it's not bad, but there is no desire to return and we definitely would not have gone 2 times.

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport. It has a private beach with clear water, 4 swimming pools and a water park. Umbrellas, sun beds, and beach towels are provided free of charge. All rooms have balconies. Some rooms offer views of the sea and the pool, or the fence and the desert.
I recommend it for family holidays with children.

The hotel is wonderful. We had a rest from November 12th to 19th. Excellent staff, there are Russian-speaking animators. Waiters are constantly on the beach and by the pool offering drinks. There is a bar with refreshing drinks in the pool. The hotel is newly renovated, looks fresh. The rooms are spacious, I wish I had a bath. The approach to the sea is the best in my memory - smooth and without corals. For some reason, there were no waves at all during the 12 days of rest. Food for 4 balls (specifically desserts). From meat - a lot of chicken, turkey, a couple of times there was beef and once duck. There were seafood, once there were rolls and sushi. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, two of them are heated. The water in them is not seawater. There were master classes, aquagrim, cartoons and dancing for children.

We rested from 29.08-05.09. We really liked the hotel. The location is close to the airport. The territory is green, the staff is friendly and friendly. The hotel has two beaches, one is located next to the hotel, it is very convenient to take a minibus to the second one. Reef for three. The food is good, lots of fruits. We rested in Solymar from 08/26/2011/2023, the hotel is very friendly, we were immediately met, escorted to the room, cleaning every day, beach towels in a special purse. Animation works from morning to late evening, it was not boring, aerobics at sea, evening mini-discos, etc. Eda is good, we took everything included! The beach is clean, the sea is clean, the beach is sandy. We went on a submarine tour, took a tour on the territory of the hotel, the boat is in a nearby hotel, we really liked it, we saw the picturesque underwater world (the coral reef is very large, with unusual rare corals). The territory is neat with unusual decorations. Drinks can be enjoyed on the beach. In general, I gave 5 points.

We have been vacationing with the Child since the end of May 2023 for two weeks.
First, the pros:
The weather is beautiful, sometimes windy, but still very comfortable!
The room stock is a little tired, but still quite normal!
Both on the territory of the hotel, and in the rooms, and on the beach it is quite clean, without complaints! The food is not very varied, but everything is delicious enough, there is always good meat))
drinks at the bar - as always in Egypt, local bottling, everything is water-based))
There is animation, not intrusive, in the evening there are always performances in the amphitheater, average, not wow, but definitely better than nothing!!
The staff is helpful, they don't look into their pockets and treat Russians like everyone else!
%880 Germans, Poles, Czechs, Serbs, etc. in the hotel. There are very few Russians.
Excellent coastline, entry into the sea, depth difference, you can walk along the shore to different hotels, make an excellent promenade))
From Hurghada airport, it takes about 40 minutes to get to the hotel, it's not tedious))
- now the cons:
a very small area, literally one alley and that's it!!!! There is definitely nowhere to walk (( landscaping is weak;
For some reason, the rooms on the ground floor smell of sewage, dampness....
Apart from Shower gel and shampoo, there are no cosmetics!
There are a lot of Mosquitoes and all kinds of midges, especially on the 1st floor; ask for fumitox- they will bring it for free.
There are not as many sunbeds as we would like.... If you come at 9, there are no more free people!
Conclusion! It is quite possible to go with your family! More relaxation, weeks of Movement)
Solid 4*- justifies itself! The feeling of the trip is very good! After all, the main thing is your good mood!!!

Hello, reader. We rested at the hotel from 20.08 to 01.09.2023. The rest was a success. We lived on the 4th floor overlooking the pool - there were no insects flying or crawling. Noise from programs or vacationers is not particularly audible when the balcony is closed. The food is also arranged, you can eat in restaurants almost until nightfall (there are 2 of them and they are somewhat shifted in time). If you need something special, for example, a food allergy, then just tell the chefs - they will prepare the dish you need, it is captivating.
They didn't notice any special priorities in staff maintenance, they treated everyone the same.
They respond quickly to requests (the air conditioner in the room stopped cooling - after the call they came and fixed it within 10 minutes).
The beach is sandy with a gentle entrance to the sea, it is the most suitable for children. They were not afraid to step on a stone or a shell - they simply do not exist near the shore. Rescuers are attentive - as soon as someone swam away, whistle.
The area is really not large, but in principle you can walk along the beach to other hotels, and going on excursions was enough for us.
Animation for both children and adults during the day and evening shows-discos, but not obsessively - attended by doing, quite different programs (there are also permanent types of aqua aerobics in the sea, but there were also visiting show groups, we came across Indians).
In general, the hotel is clean and customer-oriented staff. We liked it.
There are no special disadvantages if you eat to relax and spend time with your family.
For fans of active pastime, it can be boring here.
P.S. Upon departure, we were packed a snack for the road (it was 5 hours to the plane, and there is no cafe at the airport). There has never been such a thing during my travels around the countries (on the day of departure, lunch is usually no longer included in the price). Let the hotel continue to have this tradition.

It is located in Soma Bay, so if you plan any excursions from Russia, keep in mind that the surcharge is + $ 20 for the transfer. About the hotel: great hotel!! The rooms are equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer, TV with Russian TNT channel), the room is well cleaned (2 times a day), for $ 1 they will make masterpieces out of towels)) Private beach, very clean, convenient entrance, no coral needed. The animation team is excellent, both for children (evening mini-disco, aquagrim, kids club) and for adults (aqua aerobics at sea, once a week foam party on the beach, evening shows). The food is very diverse: there was always a grill, pizza, lots of fruits, meat dishes, sweets ... you can eat all day, as there are different restaurants, you can try hot dogs, shawarma with French fries in the snack bar by the pool. There is a bar by the pool and by the sea, very polite guys, maybe because I didn't drink alcohol, it seemed so to me. A la carte restaurants - Italy and Egypt. I didn't sign up on time, I asked the chef Mustafa (the emphasis is on the 2nd syllable), he cooked portions of shrimp, wok vegetables, red fish for me and the child. Everything is very tasty! By the way, according to the schedule of the mini-club, children can be left to animator Julia (or some other madam) in the mini-club, she takes them. There is a swimming pool, a slide for children (open according to schedule), a fitness room. There are souvenir shops on the territory, since you will not be able to get anywhere from the hotel, it is remote from civilization, only by taxi. The reception staff is always trying to help. The lunch box is collected if ordered in advance, no problem. Wi-fi is free in the lobby, sometimes it catches on the balcony. In Soma Bay, strong winds were very helpful in such heat, however, things were flying. You need to take your clothespins. There are lizards, look up before you enter the room))) I was in a panic when I saw Lizard on the bed. If you want a photo shoot A la Desert Rose, go to the left of the beach, there is a deserted and very photogenic place 50 m away, but in the evening there is an invasion of angry midges, they bite very much.

We have been staying at this hotel since November 15th, this is a new hotel of the German Jaz hotel chain.
The hotel is not like most Egyptian hotels, more like a European one. Excellent service, attentive staff, funny animators. The food is varied and delicious. The hotel has a heated swimming pool for children and a second one with a depth of 120 cm. There is also a 170 cm swimming pool. The sea in this area is transparent, the beach is sandy without corals and stones. In general, the hotel was pleasantly surprised and liked. Thank you.

The hotel is wonderful! It is clear that the comfort of the guests is important to the management. Delicious varied food. But several times the juices were heavily diluted, it was impossible for the child to drink.
The service was amazing, everything was brought quickly, even in the snack bar, all the waiters brought it wherever it was convenient for us. Everyone is smiling, not obtrusive.
The only negative is the bad animation for children. One single mini-disco, where the guys, who are clearly not particularly interested in all this, danced with the children)) only a couple of times there was a Russian animator girl, she put on bright costumes and showed bright emotions and led a masterclass in a children's club (before that, a guy was just sitting there and handing out pencils for drawing).

I was at the hotel with my husband from February 15 to 25. The first three days were windy. But there is a wind wall on the beach. About the hotel-wonderful. We arrived at 7-30 in the morning, immediately put on a bracelet and sent for breakfast, at 8-00 we checked into the room. The room is clean, daily cleaning, snow-white towels, bed linen. Friendly and helpful staff. The animators are super!!! Administrator Julia is above all praise. He will tell you, tell you, ask you daily how you are, if everything is in order. The waiters and bartenders are hospitable and friendly. I recommend the hotel and really want-want-want to come back again!
