Nice place to have a vacation. Very good location of a hotel, less that 10 minutes walking to nearest tram station as well as to eye of Dubai and Dubai marina. Personal of this hotel is very friendly and kind and always ready to assist you. English, Russian languages available for communication with staff.

All was good except room at 3rd or 4th floor, because of night club at 2nd floor and outside terrace with loud music.
Several nights were quite sleepless and terrible.
If you travel with family you’d better get room as higher as possible.

Nice hotel, great location if you want to walk around the Marina, Blue Waters and JBR. 5-star service. The rooms are comfortable and have nice "features" such as sliding doors from the bedroom to the bathroom. It is important that the hotel does not have its own beach and it seems that the hotel as a whole is not for a beach holiday. There is a city beach nearby, the hotel provides all beach accessories, but you need to go to the beach and the beach itself is not the best - there are a lot of motorized watercraft diving, the sea is not the cleanest. I was a little upset that the breakfast at the hotel is only until 10:30 in the morning. And there are a lot of people at breakfast after 9 a.m. But the breakfasts themselves are delicious and varied. They cook a lot in front of you.

Great hotel! The location is just "Fire"! The beach is 3 minutes on foot! The food is delicious! Attentive and helpful staff! Before you have time to have breakfast, the room is clean! A good hotel, I put 5 first of all for the work of the staff: everyone is extremely polite, friendly, interested in guests. We rested here for two weeks, in general we liked everything, but there are nuances. Location: there is no private beach (but they give bags with towels, sun beds, an umbrella for the city beach in 5-10 minutes. Personally, it was hard for me to move all this). There is a disco nearby, it can be noisy in the evenings, keep this in mind.
The food in the restaurant is mostly spicy for European tastes, there are also many Indian dishes, it is hard for a Russian stomach to bear this) But the pasta and grill corners always work, so you won't stay hungry. On Saturdays, the festival has a sea of products, an abundance of delicious seafood and not only dishes. The chefs are good, the pastry chef is just great.
If you take a room with access to the lounge, then you can eat there normally during the day at no extra charge.
The hotel is not very convenient for families with young children: there are no normal children's beds, only folding soft playpens, which are not intended for sleeping at all, and a child over 6 months old should not be put there at all. There are no low beds or sides for the toddlers either. There was not much to eat for a 2.5-year-old child in the hotel, but at our request, the chefs were always ready to cook empty pasta or our buckwheat at no extra cost.
Three for cleaning! In two weeks, no one wiped the dust in the room, and it was not cleaned on the lamps for 5 years, the balconies were not cleaned, they vacuumed so that it was painful to look at. They didn't wash the shower, for some unknown reason. Toys scattered on the floor were being vacuumed into a pile in the corner of the room. Clean towels were once waited for three days until they came to the reception to swear. This, of course, is unacceptable in 5 stars. But maybe it's just us who are so unlucky) In general, I repeat, the hotel is not bad, especially if the length of stay is not very long, most likely you will not notice anything incomprehensible)

We had a rest with my husband in this beautiful hotel. Stylish, modern, the location is very good. We had a breakfast tour, a buffet - very diverse, delicious, cuisines from different nations of the world are represented.
The pool area on the street is steep, they were escaping from the forty-degree heat, and, by the way, there is a bar with drinks right in the pool. 👍🏻

I really liked the hotel! Amazing staff, cleaning, I really like that there is no plastic and extra funds in the shower, everything can be asked for. Towels, mattresses and umbrellas are provided on the beach. Drinks are free for breakfast, dinner is water only. The buffet is delicious. I advise you to take half board, it turns out cheaper than eating on your own. According to the half-board system, you can choose your own lunches or dinners, which is very convenient. The only unpleasant discovery was a deposit of 1000 dirh (27,000 rubles), they did not warn about it anywhere

Nice hotel, we had a view of the bay and the Ferris wheel. Falling asleep and waking up with such a view is wonderful. The famous drone show was seen from your balcony 5 times))) Marina district lives a round-the-clock life, everything you need is at hand: cafes, shops, pharmacies. The beach is 3 minutes away. The hotel always has a Russian-speaking receptionist. The food is delicious and varied, there is a children's table. Everyone is nice and tries to help, the room is cleaned and bed linen is changed daily. It is a pity that there are no two-room rooms, but this is a nuance. The view pool is beautiful and warm, but next to the beach and the sea I did not want to go into it)))

A wonderful place! We've been back 3 times already. Beautiful rooms, interesting interior, the hotel itself is very beautiful and stylish, paintings and flowers everywhere. Excellent cuisine, excellent breakfasts. The staff is on top. The main feature is the pool on the roof of the third floor, where you can spend the whole day even in the fiercest heat. There is a separate exit to the city from the pool. We love this place, a wonderful hotel!

Everything is great: we stay with the family for a vacation for the second year in a row.
Every time it gets better and better: this year, for example, capsule coffee makers were installed in the rooms, with a couple of coffee capsules per day.
It's a small thing, but it's nice;)
The very responsive staff at the reception and lobby bar, especially the Russian-speaking girls: Zarina, Nazik, Aigerim and Vardukhi, always ready to help and solve any questions, were remembered.
We were also very pleased with the themed dinners, with a change of cuisine around the world on different days of the week.
The staff team of the hotel restaurant consisting of: Roj, Ashish, Lingar and Samiya is super ;)

I stayed at this hotel from 14-16.03.
I took a double Superior with a partial view of the beach. From the very threshold, everyone is incredibly polite and courteous to you. They checked into the hotel very quickly and without delay and told us where and at what time. Special thanks to the manager Zarina at the reception, she agreed to extend my stay a little, clarified whether she was satisfied with my stay at this hotel, laughed with her and discussed my next location. Just a smart girl, that's what I call customer orientation))
1. The room is beautiful, bright, only after renovation, everything you need is available in the room. I did not immediately cope with the door to the balcony, but the cleaner who was on the floor immediately helped with this. The next day, I left a note asking to leave the dental kit, and the request was fulfilled. The cleaning is excellent, every day with a change of towels. There are always two large bottles of water, tea and a capsule coffee machine in the room. There is also an ironing board, iron and safe. And the thrill is that the air conditioning system is absolutely silent.
2. The power is just 10/10. Here everyone will find something to eat for every taste, be it vegan (there is a separate corner for them), who has problems with lactose, etc. everything is in abundance, you will not be hungry 100%
3. The location is excellent. The hotel is located across the street from Jumeirah Beach. There is a huge selection of cafes and restaurants on the embankment. From here you can safely walk to Blue Water Island and Dubai Marina, where there is also something to see and do. At night, life boils here and you will always find something to entertain yourself with)
I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is amazing! We lived on the 29th floor overlooking the sea. Perfect cleanliness, delicious food in the restaurant, friendly staff. There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. On the third floor there is a swimming pool with sea views. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance: Dubai Marina, shops, restaurants, beach. The only thing is that there is a paid shower on the beach, so people do not wash off the salt after bathing. And the sun loungers on the beach are paid and not cheap.

Lovely hotel and the location is great! The metro is 20-25 minutes across the bridge. The beach is nearby, the first line.Wonderful and attentive girls at the reception, especially Russian speakers helped (which is very important for me, since my English leaves much to be desired ..) This is Sarina and Vardukhi !!!

This is not the first time we are vacationing in Dubai. On this trip, we stayed at the Sofitel Hotel, located on Jumeirah Beach near the Dubai Marina. Great location, great views from the room and the pool area. Cozy and clean rooms (cleaning every day). Delicious and plentiful breakfasts.

I had a vacation in November 2024 with a child (a 12-year-old boy). Check-in: the room did not match the declared category. We provided a family room with a plywood door in the middle of the wall. No noise insulation. Blockage in the sink. No cosmetic accessories!!! The waffle robe, washed, was small not only for me, but even for my child. The door to the balcony opens with difficulty, creaks. The cherry on the cake is a rusty ashtray nailed on the table((. I spent 2 days trying to get another room provided. Eventually, I was given a single-bed room with a reference to the fact that there are no other rooms. My child and I had to sleep in the same bed. And no apologies. The service staff is not qualified. The restaurant is dark, the food is mediocre. I didn't understand where the ratings were coming from at all.

I arrived 6 hours before check-in - 100 drachmas solved the issue. The room was in a corner with a view of the beach and the road from the rear of the hotel - due to the complete lack of sound insulation, the noise of the engines was around the clock. At the reception with the employee, you could speak a little Russian. Otherwise, it's like in other similar hotels. The beach is nearby, amenities are paid, in the evening there is a branch of the Ganges.

ONE LOVE!!! I'm ready to sing odes of love to this beautiful hotel, in a nutshell, and I can't describe how cool we had a rest with a friend. We had an incredible view from the room of the Palm Tree, Dubai Ain and the beach, no matter what time of day, the view was pleasing every minute. The room is very comfortable, a chic bed, comfortable pillows, cleanliness, coffee machine, minibar, safe, speaker, we constantly listened to music, Lanvin cosmetics were very pleased. Great breakfasts, very tasty, the choice was pleasing every day. The only thing was, the coffee was so-so... sometimes it's too strong, sometimes it's not. I can't help but mention the infinity pool, this is a gorgeous area where you can spend half a day swimming, sunbathing, enjoying life. We haven't been to Jim, but the simulators are good there! The service at the hotel is excellent! It is very comfortable in your car, the car is picked up and then driven to the entrance.

The buffet restaurant A.O.C International is great! daily diverse selection of dishes from different cuisines of the world, fresh seafood, fruits, cheeses, meat, cooking method - top class! very varied breakfasts, lunches and dinners, we were delighted, including the child. drinks, fresh juices, yoghurts, desserts are included. every day of the week there is a different cuisine; on Saturday brunch with a huge amount of seafood, langoustines, oysters and other things - it was very tasty, excellent level! the staff is very friendly, everything is fast, comfortable; several people speak Russian fluently. The A.O.S. restaurant operates according to the buffet system. we are very grateful to the restaurant and hotel staff! the hotel room is comfortable, the sound insulation is excellent, the upper floors overlook the sea and it's an impressive sight! location, beach, convenient option of a daily set of towels, umbrella and water for visiting the beach, which is a few minutes walk away.

This is a very, very good hotel. Of course, there is even better, but do you need it? 🤪
Three main advantages:
- geolocation. This is a super convenient place. Near the beach, a gorgeous view of the sea, a huge walking area;
- buffet/restaurant. There is a very strong cuisine here. The food is great and varied;
- comfort in the rooms. The rooms are really good. Everything is clean, cozy, good sound insulation (which is rare for hotels).
But where without minuses:
- weak internet. You can't watch movies in high resolution from the local Wi-Fi. It was frustrating.
- strange reception. How many times have I been in hotels in my life (a lot), it didn't go in here. They asked me to leave a deposit at check-in, I went on the principle - refused. It seems to have fallen behind. I've never heard of deposits in normal hotels)
- sometimes you wait for the elevator for 10 minutes (no joke). 4 elevators is not enough for such a hotel.
In general, this is a great hotel, but you should not overestimate expectations.

The hotel is super comfort! The superior room with partial sea view exceeded all my expectations. The room has everything: safe,iron,ironing board,kettle,tea and coffee sets,refrigerator. It has a minibar. If you want to drink and pay, if you don't want to.Replenish the supply of water in glass bottles. In the bathroom there is a shower,a bathtub,a toilet,a bidet, bathrobes, slippers.The food is very tasty and varied. Lunch costs 140 dirhams separately. The sea is 2 minutes away. The hotel provides a sunbed, towel, umbrella and water to the beach. All this is in a wicker bag. Nice! The hotel has a swimming pool.There are a lot of Russian-speaking managers. This makes it easier to solve any problems. DDMC Metro station is a 15-minute walk away. And go wherever you want.

I will explain where the good reviews about this hotel come from! At the reception itself, they ask you to write something good! A bad hotel from the food to everything else!
Don't drink the bar at all, the price tag is just space. For five cans of cola and a couple of beers and Schweppes 25,000 rubles , if translated , they are bred specifically, and they do not warn, although Kyrgyz women are running, Russian- speaking employees will tell you everything in the interests of the hotel , in fact there is no information in the interests of the vacationer !

Even Dubai Marina has its own "Fives", and this is one of the best. This is the second year here, and only because it is really the first line, and there is always a beautiful view from the room. Breakfast without complaints. If you go to the beach, you should definitely ask for an umbrella, water and mats, because the standard set consists of towels.
