A magnificent expensive hotel. They settled us instantly, Charged two people 140 derham tax, from the deposit for the bar (they asked for 1000 derham) we refused and asked that the bar be closed.
The hotel is located in the very center of the hangout and coastal recreation, and from the luxury room, sea view, from the superior rooms, view of the neighboring hotel, be prepared for this.
The staff is very attentive and works flawlessly, we had Anil, who put 2 liter bottles of drinking water daily, replenished tea and coffee, made the bed and cleaned the room perfectly. The room has everything you need - a hair dryer, a safe, soap in a piece and liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Keep in mind -there is no toothpaste!!Very good sound insulation.There are all towels, both large and smaller, and for hands. Two dressing gowns weigh, but keep in mind, they are up to a maximum of 46 sizes.There is a coffee machine, coffee capsules and cream are put in every day. There is also an iron with ironing board in the room. They give you slippers.On the balcony, there are two chairs, pillows from them in the closet, and a table with an ashtray screwed on. You can also smoke near the pool by asking the staff for an ashtray. In many places, both on the territory and in the city, where there are ashtrays, in general, there are a lot of them in the city on the street. The area is very popular for tourists, with very expensive restaurants, I'll give you an example, in a hotel restaurant, we drank two coffees in the afternoon and ordered 2 balls of ice cream, paid 110 derham, which is exactly 2800 rubles. For locals and Europeans, the prices are reasonable, for us it is relatively expensive for 2 cups of coffee..

The hotel is magnificent, with very friendly staff.(it is necessary to know English, because Russian-speaking employees do not work every day, the rest speak English perfectly.
I didn't find any disadvantages in the hotel.

A decent level!
— swimming pool with a gorgeous view

— close to the beach
— I even used a rocking chair
— always welcome drink (very polite staff), there was a situation when a tour agent messed up something and we were given a higher class room with a great view (it was a nice bonus)
- we took a car, the concierge service pleased us
The only advice is to choose the winter for the trip 😁 (it takes a long time to explain, you will sweat at +50 there, because the humidity is even greater, in general, it is better in winter)

Great hotel. It is conveniently located relative to the sea. Umbrellas and beach towels are provided. Beautiful sea view, we had a room with a frontal view, there are rooms with a side sea view. Varied meals , you can contact the responsive staff , organize and prepare individual dishes if there are problems with the common table. Thanks to all the staff and Zarina at the reception.

We rested at this hotel in November 2022, we really liked the hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Cozy and clean room with a gorgeous view of the bay, ask for a higher floor. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel, the beach is across the street. The breakfasts are beyond praise, very diverse and delicious. There is a small outdoor pool with sun loungers and a bar.

We were in November 2019 , Lanvin cosmetics in a simple room , pillows , bed linen and blankets are magic , we didn 't want to wake up and get out of bed . I was twice congratulated on my birthday ( the date was mixed up )😂 , but I 'm pleased !!! The pool is nice, though not big. The service was excellent, the staff was well-trained. The only plus of this hotel is delicious breakfasts! A wide range of dishes! Don't try everything!really tearing off the head! The chefs are great! Service staff well done! Thanks! Otherwise- horror! When checking in, they tried to breed on suit! Although the room was booked and so not the cheapest, club with a balcony and sea view! They offered to pay about $ 1200 extra for 3 nights. I refused, I was immediately thrown off the difference in cost by 2 times! I again refused to upgrade the room category. Then they said wait, and arrived at 7 a.m., and asked for early check-in in advance, but this is not guaranteed, and the rules are the rules. As a result, after the "breakfast feeding" come in an hour- they settled in exactly at 15.00! Although many more guests came after me, and they were settled immediately. During the entire waiting time - they never offered a glass of water, although in many "fives" they were greeted with cool lemonade and a wet towel! Apparently, this is not accepted here! There is an ironing board and an iron in the room. Silent air conditioning system. Perhaps this is all of the advantages. There is a kettle, tea bags and coffee BAGS Nescafé! Comrades are 5 stars! And in place of a teaspoon - wooden sticks!!! I haven't seen this for a long time! Everywhere, in hotels of this price category and stardom, there are capsule coffee machines! There were no cutlery in the room! Closed minibar. The water was changed with reluctance. You can't look at bathrobes without tears- waffle, which has seen more than one hundred washes, shrunk to unrecognizable sizes! Towels have also already seen a lot, they differ both in color and quality (washed). No toothbrushes with toothpaste and shaving accessories! Night noise from the window! If you are a light sleeper, take a room with a view of the city, there will not be a construction site and loading and unloading trucks to restaurants and cafes, of which there are many on the promenade! And garbage trucks, from 3 am to 6 am! Also, be prepared for the fact that if you do not live alone in the room, you will not be able to comfortably go to the potty! Through the sliding wooden door to the toilet, all the sounds of nature will be heard! On the bidet, the girls can't turn around from the word at all! It's too crowded! We rested at this hotel from 27.04 to 07.05.2023. During the check-out, we left things in the hotel's luggage room for 4 hours, there was a late departure, and our bag was stolen! We handed over 5 pieces of luggage, and received 4. At the same time, the employees corrected the figure 5 by 4 in their receipt, and mine was simply taken away at issue. When they began to demand to call the police, they admitted that there were 5 pieces of luggage, the manager even wrote a receipt, but nothing went beyond that. They do not get in touch, they do not respond to messages. There was no time for further disassembly at the hotel, because we would have missed the plane. So be careful. They steal in the Sofitel!
