Ecco women's sneakers were taken for painting. The color in the original was a beautiful light pink. After a month of waiting (as we were told, painting is a very difficult and responsible business) and 100 rubles of prepayment, we received sneakers of dirty pink color. We don't use their services anymore and we don't advise you.

And the diagnostic service at home is just a fairy tale.
The girls on Red are magicians, I always come to them with a smile. The operators in the chat are smart. The management is responsive and makes concessions to customers.

A terrible workshop! I don't advise anyone! They ruined my sandals, they just killed them! I took it to put prophylaxis and pads, due to the fact that they put a thick pad, the sole broke after 2 months of wearing. They refused to repair it for free, citing the fact that it was not their fault. Expensive sandals are now either restored for a considerable amount, or in the trash. Guys, you'd better choose another workshop. Not to them.

I bought shoes and received a certificate. And now I clean and repair them for Money.
Because they do it great.
Considering the prices for the new Air Force 1 , Jordan and Adidas , it is better to pay 50-80 rubles for a good repair.
50 is a leather patch for good shoes.
80 is a replacement for 2 backdrops.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this shoe dry cleaning to ANYONE. Especially if the shoes are expensive or your favorite, or both. They give unreliable advice and as a result my shoes are just ruined.
I took my sneakers to the cleaners on January 22 for the first time in my life, I didn't know anything about it and said that I was taking them for the first time:
1) the consultant said that cleaning and painting were needed, I replied, they say, why paint, I don't want snow-white sneakers. I was assured that the painting would be done with a spray gun exactly to the tone and only in the necessary places. Okay
2) after a couple of days, I pick up the sneakers, and they are completely painted in a snow-white matte color, even the smears on the noses are visible from the brush 🤦♀️ I took it away, then examined it carefully and called them. To the question "why don't they look the way they assured me?" no one answered me anything intelligible, at home, when I inserted the laces, the paint fell off in one place. (and they assured me that it holds up like a factory one) They said they would redo it. They offered to paint it dirty white, but I was not satisfied with it.
3) Painted back in the same white. I went to pick it up, and they came with bubbles! I'm saying what is it? "Oh, you probably didn't notice." What do you mean you didn't notice? You have already realized that you have a difficult client! Is it really impossible to at least check the shoes before saying that they are ready and can be taken away?! As a result, they said they would redo it again and bring it themselves.
4) After that, there was silence and every week I reminded them that what was wrong with the shoes? I was told every time that today or tomorrow they would send it.
I've already accepted that I'll just have to buy new ones. Not only did the dry cleaning cost 85 rubles, the sneakers cost 300, now you can also buy new ones for 350, because they have become more expensive. In total, my trip to the dry cleaners amounted to 735 rubles. Not another foot.

They promised to fulfill my order within 25 days, but they did… ALMOST 4 MONTHS! Despite the fact that I reminded you five times. They answered every time: "It will be ready at the end of this week" or "It will be completed by the end of next week". And so for 4 months! Guys, this is incompetent! You either keep your promises, or don't say that you will do it in 25 days! By the way, the work was far from perfect: it turned out to be rough to the touch, as if it had been painted over with gouache. I'm sorry, but in 4 months it was possible to try!
And that's not all! When I came to pick up the order, it turned out that they had not stitched the back of my shoe, which was supposed to be stitched, in addition to painting. Well, how is it!? How much can you mess up!? I had to return the shoes to be finished.
I put minus one million on the service and deadlines.

When buying sneakers, I received a certificate for free shoe cleaning and safely forgot. I remembered when my favorite sneakers went into the discharge category. I didn't have high hopes that they would clean it well for free, and there was nothing to lose. How surprised I was when they cleaned it before the stated deadline, and when the receptionist took out my sneakers in a plastic container, I did not believe that they were mine! Snow-white, all the old stains on the sole have been cleaned off. Sneakers made of genuine leather with a reptilian finish. How hard it had to be to bring them to such a state! Professionals! The work of the administrators is at a high level: competent, friendly. Well done! My score is five plus!

I was outraged by such a service and attitude and the fact that people do not own what they do at all, to which the head of Kalinchuk Alexey said that even if they lost one client in my person, it would not be a big loss for them and that they did not care about my indignation..... He also added that they have enough clients without me......Dear ladies and gentlemen, if you still decide to visit this evil place, think about whether you are ready to pay three times as much to those who don't care about you..They are NOT professionals, they are not well-mannered, they do not appreciate a single client.... The people who created a beautiful cover and a beautiful website, their mission is over!!!!! That's where the money is made..
