It can be difficult for one person to travel to Astana without stopping. I'm spending the night in a Skiff. The city is small, I did not expect to see such a hotel here for the first time. They give access to the sauna and pool, and the evening is spent relaxing. And in the morning fresh on the road again

The hotel is mediocre, a solid three, more for the fact that the price includes a visit to the fitness center than for real service
The rooms are spacious but VERY dark. It is impossible to read or work in the main room in the evening. It's really dark. Of all the lighting, there is only a blue backlight under the ceiling and two lamps on the bedside tables. This is a major fat minus. Water is brought 1 bottle 0.5 per day. The rest is only for money. It's not respectable somehow, then put coolers on the floors. Provision of drinking water should be mandatory. With tap water even after boiling in a kettle (ktr is good in the room) It is impossible to drink tea. And 1 packet of tea per day, as well as 1 shower gel, which many have already written about, is some kind of scam. The service in the cafe is at the "zero" level. Waiters confuse orders, serve out of turn, and in their "free" time (waiting time for orders), they discuss their personal issues for the whole hall.
The sound insulation in the rooms is also at the "zero" level: whether your neighbor sneezes, flushes the toilet or has sex - all this can be heard as if it were happening in your room.
During my last visit (February 2023), the hotel was undergoing renovation somewhere on the upper floors, which is why the elevator (passenger, main elevator of the hotel!!!) He was constantly busy with cement and other building materials. It turned out to be used literally a couple of times. Walking up/ down stairs (and the architectural and engineering solution of this building also leaves an indelible impression), when all the steps are of different heights, is still a pleasure
You need to wait 5-10 minutes for hot water in the room every time. Imagine: winter, morning and you drain the tap water for 10 minutes to wash and take a shower.
There are only two temperature modes in the rooms - unbearably hot or unbearably cold. You need to be ready for this in the cold season.
In general, despite the fact that I still cannot give the hotel more than three points on objective grounds, this is probably the best choice for Petropavlovsk. Personally, the location is a convenient hotel for me, but probably not suitable for everyone. Given the size of the city, this is not so critical in principle. I recommend it for a stop and stay

I lived in this hotel twice, the first time was fine, the second was just terrible, I was alive on the second floor, it stank terribly of sewage, it was simply not possible to spend the night. Breakfasts are meager, you can eat if you are very hungry. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned regularly, the rooms have dirty carpet.

Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff. One of the best hotels in the city in my opinion. Convenient location- the city center.
Very tasty breakfasts.
Of course, there are also disadvantages, but not significant even seasonal ones, (winter) the rooms are very hot, and the air is dry from this.

There is food in the room, a buffet breakfast in the restaurant from 8 to 11, cozy, clean but expensive. Rooms cost from 20,000 tenge ,meals from 3000 ,beer from 1000 to 1300 (very expensive)
