Not a bad hotel. The specific Asian service and the sad breakfast let you down a little. The maids and waitresses work hard, with obvious reluctance. The choice of food is poor, the omelet is cooked for a long time (it seems that there is only one frying pan in the kitchen). But wonderful receptionists at the reception. Especially Victoria, such a sunny girl, greeted us like family.

Expectations were not fulfilled. My partners recommended the hotel to me. Price and value have come into conflict. First, the hotel advertises a spa, which is included in the price. But on my arrival, repairs were underway and the service was not available. To the question at the time of settlement / payment - there is no service, so there will be a discount - the answer is no. Without apologies or arguments. Breakfast. A standard set. I was not surprised. If you stay late and come to the end, not all the acc. will be available. Number. One of the doors of the wardrobe jams, moves with a creak and effort. Instead of a double bed, there are two single beds pushed together. With the middle falling apart. The mattress is too soft, budget-friendly. There is a noticeable musty smell in the hall of the floor. The overall grade level is 5 out of 10 points. The restaurant is the most ordinary. I didn't want to go back.One of the obvious advantages is the location, next to the hypermarket.
We discovered it quite recently. Previously we stayed in Greenwich. The Skif is more interesting. The breakfast is richer, there is a spa and sauna. The price is higher than in Greenwich
I like it, the building itself is old ,the renovation is so-so , the service is good , the linen is white , everything is clean , the restaurant is good , the food is delicious, in general I like it.

The standard rooms are very cramped. The bed and mattress are a separate topic (I was afraid to fall out of bed all night, it's unrealistically small) the bedside tables on both sides can knock out the eye. The fitness room is good.
The rooms are nice and clean, the service is not bad (be careful they confuse the accounting documents), they are cleaned well, the food is average (it happens that they confuse the order at breakfast)
The hotel itself meets modern finishes, and fully complies with the stated stars, BUT... The staff!!! No extra linen was added for the second in the room. They were "scared" by cleaning at lunch. We showed up in the evening, nothing has changed. The staff is loose and relaxed! Two stars were removed only for the staff. And the prices are like in Moscow or St. Petersburg.
The food is disgusting, the staff in the kitchen is constantly drunk, they cook like in a regular canteen and the prices are like in a Moscow restaurant. I don't recommend it
A very good hotel, I just arrived and was pleasantly surprised by the courtyard landscape, flower beds, an alpine slide, and the hotel and restaurant itself are also very very, in general, I liked it so much that there are no words to describe my delight

It's cold in the room, we were on November 30 at a temperature of -17 and had to turn on the air conditioner for heat.
