The quality and service are disgusting. My boyfriend bought earrings, a pendant and a ring as a birthday present. Everything turned out to be of disgusting quality. The stud earrings have curved fasteners and the earrings themselves are all curved. The pendant contains stones of disgusting quality. There is no half in one light, and the other half in the other. Instead, there are yellow glue stains. And this is on "silver" products. The holiday and the impression of this stall were irretrievably ruined. When returning LOW-quality products. The sales consultant behaved like a habalka. She was rude and snapped. I will return there only to write a disgusting review in the book of complaints and suggestions. The salesman is wonderful, but the person and the seller are disgusting. Tip if you don't want to spoil your holiday or any other day, then don't go to this place.

Specify what the product is made of when buying. I bought earrings for a child in this store. The request was voiced as follows: "silver, English lock, the presence of asterisks." The consultant approached the search for stars responsibly, I liked the earrings. I was not looking for any sample and confirmation that it was silver at the time of purchase, because I announced that silver was needed, and the store positions itself as jewelry and the price for earrings was at the level of jewelry stores for silver. A couple of days later, the stones fell out. I know that jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned, but here the goods are of inadequate quality and in jewelry stores this is a warranty case. And then, when contacting us, it turned out that our purchase was jewelry, also of questionable quality, as shown by the operation.

I bought a hair clip 😒 money is wasted. A very beautiful hairpin, but it is not made of high quality at all (it does not hold hair) after the first wear -10 rhinestones. I strongly advise against buying anything in this store.
