It was not the first time, but unfortunately the last time .....and the certificate is to blame for everything...which the children purchased on your website. For the staff, it turned out to be somehow incomprehensible and unknown- by a miracle, the cashiers ran around and tried to find out from each other, but no one knew or understood what to do with us and where to send us with this certificate, if it would be possible to return the money, no one would have used it, because after for almost two hours there was no service and no understanding of the staff, what to do with us, I wanted to give up everything and go home (we asked, stood in line at the ticket office at the top, after defending us they sent us to the ticket office in the building below near the hotel, where everyone was also shocked what kind of miracle is a certificate)well, finally they gave out shoes, but no, they decided that the certificate needed to be printed, so I had to change my shoes and go to the hotel to print.....Barely... after calling the cashiers, checking all the information in the computer and our arguments that they should print us a certificate, because there is such an entry on the site, I do not know what would have been done if there had not been this entry, probably the question would not have been possible to solve, well, after almost two hours the certificate he was with us (thanks to the girls at the hotel reception) and received the equipment even without a coupon, which the ticket office did not give us, apparently out of joy that they saw this certificate, the children were still able to ride, my husband and I were driving and wanted to pay for the rest on the spot, but because of the spoiled mood there was no desire anymore. But while waiting for the children, I watched the staff and so showed themselves incompetent, the cashiers are sitting on the phones, just unwillingly distracted by the guests. Recommendations for guests do not buy a certificate, pay for everything on the spot, if you bought it, print it out, because it turned out to be impossible to do it on the spot without problems and hassle. The administration's proposal :1. to convey information about the certificate to the staff in full, otherwise they seem to know that they are there, but no one knows what to do with it, 2. ban phones in the workplace.Of course, it is a pity that our visit was not pleasant due to the lack of competence of the staff.

Between logoysk and silichi, I choose silichi)
Logoisk is for those who are learning to ride, my opinion.
I think it's stupid to compare our country with others, but as for me, it's a worthy place. Of course there is something to strive for, but I like it. Affordable price..... never had any problems with the service. Everything is decent. The tracks are maintained in a stable condition.

In general, good nature, close to the city, but no service!
We rented a house for the weekend as a family, the house was warm and cozy, except that we had to wait for the check-in as we had not finished cleaning when we arrived, eventually cleaned up in a hurry and forgot to take out just a mountain of garbage from previous guests in the kitchen. The reception reacts very slowly to any questions, not really wanting to help the guests in solving them, not to mention offering compliments in the form of pleasant bonuses to the guests for the inconveniences provided!
The food in the cafe and restaurant is not bad, but again it did not work out to order food into the house, as a result, my husband had to run and pick up food at -20.(we have two small children). Although when booking, the administrator assured that there would be no problems with food delivery. In the morning, a surprise awaited us in the form of disconnected hot water in the shower, the reception also could not solve the issue by inviting a plumber to our house, who just threw up his hands and left, assuming that everything was frozen due to frosts)))as a result, we went home with the children without taking a shower, fortunately there was water in the sink. Well guys, the 21st century is in the yard, for such money there is simply zero service, please work with the staff so that the guests still have a great impression of your recreation center not only from nature..

Very convenient access to the slope. Fresh inventory. Downstairs you can have tea, coffee and a nice snack. Restaurant, spa, ice rink. A clean toilet. There is an additional ticket office at the bottom of the lift.. I liked everything.

The second time we came, just a snowball went, the weather is gorgeous, minus 8) lucky) The lift is for 4 people , the queue goes fast , the lift goes slowly , it seems that about 10 minutes, there is an ice crust in the middle of 2 descents , I did not really like it.. And so a good resort)).

We rented a house in the summer. The place is very good - forest, pond, walking routes. A variety of activities from the gym to go-karting. I really liked the sauna, it's worth a try. The holiday was slightly overshadowed by a small choice of food.
