We visited the restaurant of this hotel for the first time in August 2023 - I was captivated by the beautiful interior and good cuisine. Being in Issyk-Kul again in August 2024, we decided to stop by our big company again for a festive lunch on the occasion of our daughter's birthday in Silence. Firstly, unfortunately, exactly half of the menu was simply crossed out, and even ordering something that was not crossed out, it turned out that it was no longer available. This was explained by the closing of the season. We really couldn't figure out what to order to eat, we really wanted to get up and leave, but the children were very hungry, we had to order not what we would like to experience, but what is available. Of the five types of lemonade, by the way, there were only two available, and even they ran out later. The first one brought us a portion of French fries. This is the first time I've seen such a small portion (considering the price of it). I didn't say anything, I really didn't want to spoil my mood. A few minutes later, the waitress brings us another portion of fries with the words - the cook thought that the first portion was too small, here's another one for you)) The rest of the dishes we ordered were delicious, except that the hot dishes are brought to the second floor barely warm. The most unpleasant situation was when I went down to the first floor, I saw our waiter with bare and probably dirty hands scooping ice into a carafe for our lemonade. Guys, kamon! It's a shock! Buy an ice shovel, don't be ashamed! Most of all, I liked the reaction of the waitress in response to my remark about bare hands. I say: "Are you putting ice on with your bare hands?" She, holding ice in her bare hands, answers "No") I really wanted to give up lemonade, but just asked him to make it, of course without ice. And all this suggests thoughts about the general hygiene of the institution. Compared to last year, unfortunately, this time the impression remained negative from the visit. Everything is very dusty, cobwebs on the grilles and chandeliers, there are a lot of insects in the san node, no one monitors the frequency. And it's a pity, this place could go to the top of Issyk-Kul. No offense.

Everything is very cool! The staff is super!
The rooms are clean! The breakfasts are individual and different cereals and breakfast combos are served every day.
The bartender girl makes the best coffee we've ever tasted. The reception can arrange tours. Alish kebab shop is the best meat! Respect the boss!
And Nourse and Dastan will help you with any question and help you with everything!

I liked the hotel, it was clean, cozy, cleaning every day, the only thing was that wi-fi didn't work very well when you were on the bed, I didn't finish it off, apparently room 111 was, the food was delicious in the restaurant, the breakfasts were generally on fire, the beach at the hotel, sand, not a lot of people - class! if we are in these parts, we will stop again

We had a rest in May. A wonderful hotel and its owners.
The rooms are bright, new, we had a family room with a view of the lake - a delight.
The hosts are pleasant, attentive, sociable. A great delicious breakfast. I recommend. Photo of the room as in the photo. I didn't want to leave. We'll come back in the summer.

Pros: the hotel is new, the design is pleasant, modern, comfortable chairs at the reception and in the restaurant, you can see the sandy beach from the windows, the exit from the hotel directly onto it, fashionable mosquito nets in the rooms, a foot wash at the entrance of the hotel, the staff is very polite, help with all questions, silence during the day. Cons: for some reason, synthetic bed linen, no beach towels, the noise of a beach disco at night (sometimes), tasteless breakfasts (frozen pancakes, sausage, liquid porridge), for lunch and dinner on the menu-the prices are expensive. It does not apply to the hotel, but it is important: the beach is public, there are no sun loungers and umbrellas for rent, the best places are to the left of the center of the beach (standing with your back to the hotel), there is white sand and a good approach. Have a good rest to everyone!

A pleasant place. The hotel is clean, well maintained. Near the beach. There is no politics in the hotel - there is no television and alcohol. Wonderful restaurant. Meat dishes are just fire. The staff is friendly, friendly. There is no entertainment, just a lake, a beach and a restaurant. For a long time to stop at an amateur.

A small cozy hotel on the shore of Issyk-Kul, just a few meters from the shore. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have everything you need. The territory of the hotel is small, there are still unkempt places around, but the beach is clean, sand and excellent entrance to the water. We were at the beginning of the season, which is probably why the restaurant was malfunctioning. The waiters are obviously inexperienced. Overall, the impression was good.

To begin with, I travel a lot and try to choose the best for my vacation, and it was with the Silence Hotel that I found what I was looking for!The most important thing for me personally: cleanliness , everything is very neat, clean linen, new rooms, the staff is the best in Kyrgyzstan, since I myself am from Moscow and I am very demanding of service, there are no problems with this in Silence!And the restaurant located on the territory of the hotel is a FAIRY TALE, everything is delicious, from the main dishes to desserts!No booze!!!A very important segment, as I was vacationing with the children and was very glad that my children did not see barely alive , swinging , dirty and aggressive people on the beach and on the hotel grounds !Accordingly, I could safely let my sons go to the playground, which is located on the territory of the hotel, without adults!
70 meters from the hotel there is a shore, not deep, gorgeous golden sand , a wild beach,there are not very many people, as in other hotels there are clogged beaches, there is nowhere to even sit !!
Another plus, the view from the hotel window, if you want to look at the mountains, if you want to look at the lake, you can choose immediately during booking!
For romantics and creative people, this is just a godsend!Have a good rest!

The food, the staff, the cleaning - it's just awful!!! There is no beach, there is a municipal one where they will drink koumiss and eat watermelons and not really clean up after themselves!!! To get to the hotel by taxi, you have to pay 100 som, you can not order a taxi only at the reception and of course it is more expensive!!!

I want to note that the perfect mattress, pillows are just something, bed linen is like silk, the blanket is airy. This is the first time I've met a comfortable pillow.
The service is beyond praise.
The guys are doing their best, the kitchen is excellent.

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel, but there are questions about the service. Firstly, despite the fact that there is a sign at the reception asking not to make noise, it is very noisy in the evening - children run along the corridor, adults educate them, young people walk back and forth, slamming the front door and talking loudly. Life is in full swing, and no one is watching it. There is no one at the reception. The restaurant has a very long service, we waited for the salad for 40 minutes. Dinner was ordered in advance for a specific time, and we were asked to arrive on time, and we also waited 40 minutes. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, but the quality of service is still lame. I hope this is still at the initial stage and everything will get better soon.

The hotel itself and the restaurant are quite normal. Clean, the staff tries hard, good breakfasts. It's a disgusting road, but it's the same everywhere. What is categorically unacceptable is night discos in a beach bar until one or two in the morning. Audibility is like standing on the dance floor, you can listen to all the new chanson and disco of the eighties. Well, drunken screams during breaks.
Late in the evening, the name of the hotel sounds mocking. According to the owner, they can't do anything about it, but what does it matter to me if I can't put the child to bed? I do not recommend it.

Terrible service. It's not worth the money. The food is not delicious ... pizza was ordered for children, the dough is raw, the fish is too salty it is not possible to eat ... there is no promised view of the mountains, the old cottage is visible from the window. Taxis are not allowed on the territory. The beach is not well maintained. The only thing is the staff is good.
For this price, you can spend 2 or 3 nights in other boarding houses of Issyk Kul. They do not give a towel for the beach, although it was written that there is. They allegedly ran out, but they are available for sale.
We saved on everything during construction, starting with plumbing and ending with a kettle in the room, the cheapest, and the price is not the cheapest in comparison. I do not advise anyone to spoil their vacation

A wonderful hotel right on Issyk-Kul, by the beach, on the territory of the Bereke boarding house.
The boarding house itself resembles an abandoned Soviet pioneer camp, with pine trees, squirrels and hedgehogs.
But the hotel is new, quite comfortable; with Wi-Fi, all the benefits and good food.
A great place for sunbathing and beach holidays, but you can also go for a walk - the local Bostery resort is just a couple of kilometers away.

A brand new hotel, a little far from the center of Cholpon-Ata. The first coastline, I liked the fact that the hotel is clean, everything is new. There is a very responsive young man at the reception who will prompt and help with all questions. The main flow of tourists is from Russia. The staff who work in the cafe at the hotel leaves much to be desired, for them that there are guests in the hotel room does not mean anything. Screams and screams, sometimes even a mat came from the kitchen. It will not work to sit in a cafe, eat and enjoy the view of the lake, because of the screams and the staff's showdown. I had to ask for the menu, although the staff saw that there was a guest at the table. Will I come here again? Most likely not, the service and the behavior of the staff means a lot to me.

A great stay at this hotel. The hotel is new. The manager said that they didn't have time to prepare everything. There is not enough furniture in the room and there are no mosquito nets.
