Sharashkin cantor!! We signed a contract in May 2018 for travel to the Iron Port in July. During the day, they called and informed the departure time, place and details of the accompanying person. I left Airport No. 1 at 8:45 a.m.
The bus arrived at the appointed time, but we (4 people) were not on the list!!! They could not get through to the company, because it was 8:20 in the morning. The escort put us on the bus at her own risk, because there were free seats and she thought that it was just a mistake in the list, that they simply forgot to submit our surnames at the time. But how?? The contract was signed in May, they called the day before, i.e. they remembered about us!! But somehow they forgot to add it to the boarding list!!!
After driving for more than an hour, they were able to get through to the company. It turned out that we were transferred to another bus that departs from the station at 10:30, but they forgot to tell us about it!!! And the place originally assigned was Airport No. 1.
How did they plan to pass this information on to us? And did you plan at all?? We tried to call them this morning, but they didn't call us. Why wasn't this reported the evening before we left? Why wasn't they informed in the morning before the bus left? Big, big question... Everything that was required of the company could not be organized properly.
The escort was from the carrier, not from the travel agency. Thanks a lot to her for not leaving us on the street. If she hadn't put us on the bus and we wouldn't have gotten through to the travel agency... We would have found out later that two buses left without us.

I fly with the manager Anastasia, who will tell you everything, organize, listen to the whims))) by the way, force majeure happened to us (we did not have time for the transfer), so she called all the companies to take us to Kiev, although she did not have to... Also this year I decided to send my mother to Zatoka with them! Although she is a meticulous woman, she was very pleased! I wish there were more such specialists and firms ! Thank you very much!
