I went to this hotel from May 13 to May 19, 2024. I am happy with my stay at this hotel. Positive: the first line, its own beach (clean and well-groomed), comfortable sun beds, a small but beautiful territory (we watched the gardeners who support this beauty), stylish renovation in the rooms, good cleaning, very friendly staff, and everywhere, starting with the reception when meeting guests and solving pressing issues, workers on the beach, security waiters, chefs in bars. What I didn't like: very uncomfortable pillows, not very tasty food (if you take it for the entire rest period), some problems with the water supply, with its adjustment. It seems that I set up the shower water for myself comfortably, but it goes either icy or hot. We also faced an unpleasant situation that cockroaches were poisoned in some room of the hotel and they crawled out into the common area of the stairs and lay there in huge numbers already dead. The cockroaches are huge, not like ours, and the sight is terrible. I hope they were removed, we didn't go to check. And one more small nuance. The hotel is built as if on a hill. Therefore, when you go from the sea to the room, you have to constantly go uphill and overcome a bunch of halls and passages. The hotel is cunningly arranged, you can't convey it in words. But this is for an amateur. It didn't bother me. And finally, the hotel is mostly occupied by Germans, a few Poles and very few of us Russians. But the attitude of the staff towards us was very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel three times. And we really hope that this will not be the last time!! The hotel is great!! A hotel for a relaxing, decent stay. Although there are children's slides and animation, but there are few children! Therefore, everything is calm and at a high level. The hotel is no longer new, all the reflections of the time under renovation are visible. I would like to see changes in this area next year. But about this, it is clear that this is a 5-star hotel with a soul and a history! The staff is lovely, the food is varied. An excellent beach!!! There are a lot of multi-level bars on the territory of the hotel. If you want a piano, if you want live music, no, there are evening shows! Near the old town, a great promenade back and forth along the sea. I recommend it for families of 40+!

A great hotel! I liked everything very much, I stayed at this hotel 3 times. Twice the hotel upgraded the rooms to a room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants on site (you can eat 24 hours). The food is delicious and varied, for every taste. A large pool with slides, plus two pools for adults and two for children. Lots of entertainment: animation for children and adults all day (sports games, contests and shows in the evenings), gym, slot machines, table tennis. A large clean sandy beach, a gentle entrance to the water. Polite staff. A large and green area.

The hotel is gorgeous! Everything is ultra included! The staff does not speak Russian. There are Russian speakers at the reception, but not every day. But you can explain yourself in sow-sow English.
But... There is one "but"!!! And this "but" is called apech. tour
They are very good-natured and openly lying guys. Whatever they offer - excursions, additional services, a "free" transfer to shopping, there are "buts" everywhere. For example, a free shopping transfer includes a check-in at a Turkish knitwear or jewelry store, this is on the way to the Pier, as the representative of Anex says. And then the show "without a mask" takes place. All the assumed politeness and servility disappear and you are almost forced to buy a thing with threats. If you refuse, you are terribly offended. And if you don't sign a transfer waiver in the opposite direction from shopping, they threaten to send you to the hotel.
The tour costs 260 USD in pomukkale, lunch is included in the price, but drinks are not, even plain water, you have to pay for it separately. And this is not always mentioned by representatives of Anex tour.

Excellent 5* hotel. A small area, there is a promenade for walking along the sea, proximity to the ancient city. The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is without stones, there are no problems finding a sunbed on the 2-3 line. Food and drinks at the UAll level, lots of bars, at any level. A hotel with different venues for every taste, round-the-clock food and drinks, which turned out to be very important when we arrive or leave at night. We have not seen this in other hotels. Beautiful sea and beach, unlike the neighboring hotels. And of course the promenade along the beaches towards Belek is beautiful (there is fresh pomegranate juice on the beach around 5 km from the hotel)))
And of course the old town is not far away

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of August.The staff is friendly at the reception, because we arrived in the morning, we immediately offered breakfast and a room to change clothes.They gave me beach towels .We checked in at 14. We are resting now in this hotel.We are vacationing with a family of three, a 9-year-old child and two adults are just shocked, although even more than shocked.The only plus is the sea and a friendly girl who speaks Russian in the Closest Relationship, who is trying to solve at least minimal problems in the form of a broken balcony door and a bed (the bed was simply covered for the child on a sofa with seams and insanely hard)that's all.We have been to Turkey in the other 5, there is something to compare it with.The hotel is located on the mountain, the building is the most renovated.We live in the 3rd building, the room is fresh, although the choice with the layout of the shower and toilet is unclear.The room is single with a sink and a table, a shower and a toilet in the booths, which are closed simply with sealing rubber bands, that is, all smells and sounds simply penetrate into the room when it is hot, nothing is ventilated, the hoods are just for beauty, but they are turned off and it is impossible to turn them on.The room is average, the plastic on the balcony is never washed at all, it is covered in repulsive streaks.Although the cleaning is just for show, they make the bed at most.Food:Well, first you need to get to it, there is no navigation through the tunnels of the building, the elevator is the only one you just can't wait.There are just a lot of people.The food is not varied, the choice is meager compared to other hotels, just at a minimum.At the same time, about 20-30 minutes before the end of Lunch (dinner, breakfast), everything is simply cleaned.The plates are dirty on the tables.Regarding the bars by the beach and the pool (the main one with activities and slides), it is stated that a snack in these bars before 18 o'clock is a lie, the weather is hot, there are a lot of people on the beach, BUT the bar at 16:30 simply does not feed, the child is hungry, and there is nowhere to eat.you need to go uphill to the very top in a 24-hour snack that works.It's just illogical and weird.The time is stated to be the same, but no one cares.Although if you even came for a drink at 17:45, they will no longer pay attention to you and will do everything not to pour it for you!There is simply nowhere to feed a child near the beach after 16:30!Refrigerators with water are closed at 18, although all people live at sea until 19-19:30 for sure.They just won't let you not drink, they won't let you eat, the attitude of the staff is just disgusting for many, it feels like you just owe them millions.In the evening, the show is more built on Germans and locals, rarely translated into Russian.Even though I understand English, my child and my spouse were just uncomfortable.The final animation is zero!The maximum for kids is in the courtyard, there is nothing to do there!The child just doesn't even want to go there. We were in September 24. Briefly about the disadvantages and advantages. The hotel is not bad. Good numbers, not killed. They clean normally. The territory is well maintained, dry leaves are removed, the floor is washed near the pools, an elevator cabin works from the "-4" floor for ascent and descent, because it is multi-level. We swam at sea and in an unheated pool near the toilet and showers – there are fewer people there. The beach is clean. The sea too, when there are no waves. There are two outdoor restaurants near the large swimming pool and at the sea entrance. In the bars in the hotel you can drink real specialty drinks, but only there – in the open local ones. The cocktails are so-so, nothing special.
Disadvantages: the road from our room to the sea is about 450-500m, and if you do not use the elevator booth, you will have to go down from the "-4" floor to the pools and climb the steps with a height of 4-5 floors. house. The staff is polite, they speak and understand Russian. But most of all they love Germans as relatives. And these Germans sometimes look and dress like our lumpens. A lot of Englishmen. The outdoor restaurant has a bartender named Hasan. A tanned, thin bartender of indeterminate age. I asked him to make a martini with orange juice. Instead of explaining that martinis are only available in the bars of the hotel itself, he grabbed some local liqueur and poured juice into it. When I asked him what a martini was, he said it was a Turkish martini. We decided to try this stuff anyway and didn't drink it. I took it and put it on the table, but I should have given it directly to him so that he could drink it himself. I consider this rudeness and disrespect. The food upset me. I will not lie that of those hotels in Turkey where we were, this one was the most tasteless. Their food priorities are as follows: ground beef, chicken, turkey, fish (sea bass, dorado, haddock and some trout). A lot of ground beef is cooked – various rolls, meatballs, cutlets, but all this did not please the taste –all because of the spices, which they were not used to at home. It happens that beef, chicken, turkey, fish and (once) lamb are baked in chunks and cut into pieces for each. It was delicious. As for chicken and turkey dishes, spices spoil everything here too. The fish is simply fried and generally without salt and pepper. Bland and tasteless. There was once cold smoked trout in pieces, but very salty and hot and also bland, not tasty. There were shrimps and small crayfish, but they managed to spoil them too – they were digested, and they just became like cotton wool and also bland. Tell me, you need to salt yourself, but these are two big differences – add salt and cook with salt. It is not clear why to arrange days of various states for dinners and cook their specific food – there were Mexico, India, Indonesia, Italy. We are resting at the hotel now. The room was chosen with a balcony and a sea view. Cleaning for 2 days was carried out 1 time and then carelessly. They took out the trash and changed the towel. I had to return the cleaner and say that I need to wash the Jacuzzi, the floor and the bathroom. For a solid job 2. I'll probably start with the departure. Azur Airlines flew to Antalya. I wanted to warn everyone - do not fly these airlines. The flight was delayed, the plane was terribly old, the seats were so close, which is worse than in Victory. It was stated that if the flight is 5 hours, then lunch is served on board, we had it written on the ticket that the flight is 4.5 hours. As a result, we sat on the plane for an hour, and then flew for another five hours (more than stated!). At least they gave me water))).
We flew to Antalya, then they took us on the bus for an hour and trudged 1.5 hours to Side. And instead of 17.00, we were brought to the hotel at 20.00. And yes, we got the impression that the Anex tour specifically detains tourists at the airport in order to bring them to the hotel later. This is their trick!!!
Well, now about a vacation at the Side Star Elegance5* hotel. The hotel itself is located in a very good location, everything is nearby, you can walk to the old town. The reception was well received! They immediately gave me the keys to the room. We lived in building 3. The room is clean, cleaning every day. The room was rented with a sea view, but! But!!! We got a room with a side sea view!!! The reception explained that all rooms were occupied. But basically we stayed in this room, as the balcony faced the quiet side!
Towels, slippers, gel, shampoo are in the room. We didn't have toothbrushes and toothpaste when we checked in (it's good that we took them with us). An iron was announced in the room, but it turned out that they had a paid service (5 euro dress, 3 euro skirt, etc.). Mini bar: they had to fill it every day, but I had to call every time and ask for water!!! It is also not very pleasant!!!
The hotel itself is very green, well-groomed, gardeners are constantly pruning and watering something. There are many bars and swimming pools on site. The first day we wandered around the hotel a bit, then we figured it out.
The food is delicious! Breakfasts and lunches are a bit monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. The dinners are delicious, there is an abundance of meat, chicken, fish. We went to the Ala carte Fondue restaurant once. To be honest, it's nonsense! I do not recommend it! You'd better go to an ordinary restaurant!
Entertainment for vacationers all the time! At 21.00 every day there is live music in the Duden bar. There are also various performances in the amphitheater: Brazilian samba, Turkish night, pirate night, etc. There are a lot of different activities during the day: yoga, aqua aerobics, etc. Everyone will have fun!!! Local alcoholic beverages, imported ones are also available in bars!
The beach is clean, you can swim around the clock! There are always free sun beds!
You can walk along the embankment to the old town and get to the ancient city! It's very interesting there, everything is riddled with history! I advise everyone to visit!!!

We had a rest from 06/28.23 to 07/03/13. We had a room with a Jacuzzi, we really liked it, a gorgeous view from the highway. The beach is clean, you can always find a sunbed. If you like to swim outside in the heat, then before 10 a.m. and after 6 p.m. the beach was generally empty! Everyone has either not woken up yet, or has already left for dinner. The territory is well maintained, green. The food is delicious, but not all of it) Entertainment programs every evening. I was pleased that along the pleasant pedestrian promenade from the hotel you can walk in 20-30 minutes to the old town of Side and there visit the museum, the Amphitheater, walk to the port and the temple of Apollo. Money was exchanged for lira in the same place in Side in Union Pay (payment at the museum is only in lira). As newlyweds, we were given a gift: we decorated the bed, brought free breakfast to the room and booked a la carte restaurant for free (we rested for less than 7 nights, so the restaurant was not included in our room). The hotel is close to the airport, which is also a plus.

Terrible staff! Lying people who are afraid that their boss will find out the truth about them! If you want problems, starting with the reception, then you are here! The hotel itself is beautiful, well fed and cleaned! But there are staff at the reception, namely the night shift and Madame Daria, the guest reception, who do not belong in this hotel!!!! Dear host, drive away such employees who are lying!
Every interaction with them brought only disappointment. Unwillingness to help and absolute incompetence are beyond comprehension. Waiting for polite service is a waste of time. Instead, you are faced with impoliteness and neglect. Don't they realize that their job is not just a formality, but a reflection of your reputation?
Nothing can overshadow the beauty of the hotel itself, but it is these employees who are able to lay siege to the overall impression. Is it difficult to be honest and open? Dear host, think about the future of your establishment. Eliminating such "guests" at the reception will allow your hotel to thrive and attract only positive reviews.

We had a rest from 22.03-31.03. excellent hotel. The main restaurant with a large selection of food, there are also 5 a la carte restaurants. The food is fresh, varied, the staff is polite and smiling. Everything is very comfortable. The territory is green, large, with various locations. There are 5 pools. Big enough, not far from the beach. A large number of sun loungers, a sandy beach, a gentle approach to the sea. It is very suitable for small children, because you go far, but everything is small. The hotel, of course, needs renovation, but everything is clean. In addition to towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, balm, body lotion, comb. The mini bar was replenished daily. The hotel is located on the first coastline. The Ancient Side is located nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a rest in early September 2024. It's not the first time we've been to this hotel. After reading the negative reviews, we are shocked. The hotel left only positive impressions. Starting from the reception staff to the maids. I would like to note Natalia's excellent work at the reception, she always quickly solves all the questions that arise, as well as her partner (the guy with glasses), who speaks Russian decently thanks to Natalia's training. I would especially like to mention the work of the waiter Samet. We definitely recommend the hotel.

I have been vacationing in Turkey since 1995, there is something to compare, and the comparison is in favor of Star Elegance! Kitchen 5+ (grilled fish every day, seafood 2 times a week), beach 5+, service 5+, selection of alcohol 5+++))) to the Old Town on foot 25 minutes (to the temple of Apollo 35 minutes!) ie, the location is fantastic! The architects designed the hotel building as a maze)) by the end of the second week, it turned out to optimize the routes from bar to bar) The rooms are simple with the only drawback: the bathroom is practically in the bedroom, the zones are separated by a glass door, you have to get used to it) Everything is clean and smells good. Sea view in the 3-cm building. Photo. In short, if the budget allows, go boldly!

We stayed at the hotel from February 14 to 28, 2024. My husband and I were in Side for the fourth time, each time in a different hotel. In the previous ones, the location was not satisfied, then the service. Everything is at the highest level in this!
First of all, it should be noted that the staff at the reception and at the guest service are very friendly. All employees are friendly and helpful. We especially want to emphasize the work of Natalia, an employee of the guest service. A very attentive person. The fact is that the location of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. in the hotel at first seems quite confusing. So, when we asked her on the first day how to get to the funicular, she not only told us, but also escorted us, along the way explaining where everything is. The waiters work very well in the main restaurant, perfectly well in the Pearl pastry bar, but in the bar on the ground floor and in the Focus bar, the waiters are not attentive enough.

The high floor gave a wonderful view. The room itself is large, cozy, with lots of mirrors and lamps. The location of the toilet room was a little confusing, if you can call it that - there is a sink behind a glass partition, and behind it, with glass doors, though frosted, there is a toilet and a shower room. It's a little uncomfortable, but you get used to it quickly ... Yes, that's what else I would like to note as a big plus - there are floor scales. Which, with such an abundance and variety of food, is a very necessary thing. The bar in the room was replenished daily. Cleaning was also carried out daily and quite thoroughly.
Fourth, spas and pools. Everything is clean and decent. The presence of an outdoor pool with heated water was a very pleasant surprise for us!

The hotel is not bad!The food is varied, the staff is friendly!))))The majority of tourists are foreigners (Germans, Poles), there are very few Russians...The annimation is scant.The hotel itself is carved into the rock, multi-level, so there are a lot of stairs.Who does not like to walk up and down, will not be very happy!)))Although, there is a funicular that carries people who cannot or do not want to walk up the steps.The beach is great, there are always places, you do not need to run at 6 am to take a seat.There is practically no entertainment for children, there are only two slides in the central pool, and that's it...(And the fact that they work from 10.00-12.00 and from 14.00-16.00 is generally not bad, but the price tag for this hotel is sooo high!We had a rest in July 2023.

The Side Star hotel we stayed at in Turkey was just amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and varied, and the pool and beach were just perfect for relaxing. I will definitely come back here again!

The hotel is amazing! All 10 days of our vacation, we were completely delighted with everything.
The chefs cook amazingly. The dishes are beautifully laid out and extremely diverse.

The first 2 days, it's hard to navigate))) Then you find the shortest ways for yourself and everything is OK. The bar is imported alcohol. Cocktails are fine. Restaurant - Food without frills (I compare it with other hotels I've been to) The cleaning is normal. There is a bathrobe and slippers in the room, and a safe is free. Wi-Fi ships well to all territories. It catches the same thing well on the beach. The beach entrance is very flat. To get to the depth, you have to try))) we lived in the second building. I can hear the road, but it didn't bother me personally, because I live in a big city and I'm used to it. If you want to keep it quiet, take it with a view of the sea or the pool. And yes! The hotel is bad, I would even say, they practically do not speak Russian 🤷♀️ Evening programs are available in different languages, but they do not duplicate in Russian. We were at the hotel in May.
And yes! I met her for the first time at the hotel - there are scales in the room)))

The three of us stayed at this hotel (my wife, my son and I are a 3rd year university student) for 19 nights from August 4 to 23, 22. We join the most enthusiastic reviews of Side Star Elegance.
A beautiful sandy, clean, large beach – whenever you came to the beach, there were always a lot of free sunbeds. The beach boy (a serious polite uncle) was preparing sun beds and umbrellas without delay.
A very beautiful multi-level hotel. The convenient location of the hotel, every morning I walked to the ruins of the old city and back (40 – 45 minutes) – it helped not to gain weight. We lived in 3 buildings overlooking the sea. Mustafa from the reception helped a lot with the choice of the room, he also helped with the extension of stay (free of charge !!!) in the room due to a late flight. The room is spacious enough with new furniture and daily cleaning.
Very high-quality varied and delicious food. The waiters are beyond praise.
I would especially like to mention the wonderful friendly staff of the hotel. Many people speak Russian. It was thanks to them that the rest was 5+. I would especially like to mention and thank Saadat for her care and attention, We are simply fascinated by this girl.
Thanks to the management of the hotel, who managed to organize the well–coordinated work of the team to ensure an incomparable memorable stay for the guests (we know what we are saying - we have been vacationing in Europe for almost 20 years in the summer).
We are looking forward to August 2023, when we plan to come to Side Star Elegance again.

We had a rest for the May holidays of 2023! To say that it was terrible is to say nothing.. WE WERE EVICTED FROM THE HOTEL! We had a family vacation with a one-year-old child. Check-in was late, the room was paid for with a terrace and a VIEW of the SEA, we got everything, but without a view, we said tomorrow - figs to you, the management is disgusting, by the way, we stayed 2 days, a small column in the bar was stolen from my husband, I don't think the pensioners needed it, and of course no one found it, for food, whatever, and if you are 180 and taller, then you simply will not be able to properly approach the dishes, because there is a low ceiling there, you will need to crawl up to them. When asked to move us to a room of the appropriate category, we were tormented for 2 days, either as it is or without a terrace but just with a window overlooking the sea) class! The elevator is very long if you are with a stroller and children. Russian russians are resting, frankly speaking, there are no Russians and they do not like them, they could not solve any problems, both local and Russian-Ukrainian ladies were rude at the reception, which came to the point where they practically called the police on us. We are not rowdies, we are an ordinary adequate family, and we wanted a normal service for our money, but they do not want small money! It looks like a decent 5! We had a choice - you will either be evicted wherever you want or you will be betrayed by another hotel nearby! Of course, we chose the 2nd option - the Royal Taj Mahal completely satisfied us! Friendly, positive, decent employees, thanks to Eleanor, the woman at the reception, in general, a couple more people moved to the same hotel at their own request, which is certainly welcome! I do not recommend the hotel, they rest and serve only citizens of unfriendly states 😂

We rested at this hotel from 08/25 to 09/7/12. We carefully watched all the videos about this hotel, we wanted there to be a promenade and an old historical Side within walking distance. The hotel was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the promotional photos and videos completely coincided with reality. The hotel is multi-level with terraces and a very green well-kept area. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is varied and delicious, meat dishes are especially successful, the pastry chef is just a wizard, cakes are not only diverse in appearance, but also completely different in taste. I especially want to say about people, because you won't see this on the brochures. The staff is surprisingly friendly and welcoming. On the first day we got lost and turned to the owner of the Optika store, he spoke Russian, at our request to indicate the direction, he closed the store and escorted us to the right place, although it is far away. There is a wonderful employee at the reception, Mustafa, at my request to move to a quieter room, he found such an opportunity when the hotel was fully loaded, while offering to inspect the room first. Saadat was very helpful on our last day with choosing a guest room, yes, in this hotel after 12 o'clock in the afternoon, when you rent a room, but it's far from departure, they provide a guest room for rest. We felt surprisingly comfortable and calm in this hotel, as if we were staying with good friends, the atmosphere there is so wonderful. We wanted to go back there again. I forgot to mention the maids, they are very hardworking, cleaned every day and keep everything clean. The hotel has thought out every corner, many cozy bars, cafes for a snack, 5 pools for every taste and a terrace overlooking the sea, where we had breakfast and dinner, everything is like in a fairy tale.

That's great!!! We were with a friend from 05.11 to 11/15/2021. The weather was pleasant and we used the opportunity to swim in the sea. There is also a heated swimming pool.I'll start with the staff, Everyone is responsive and polite. The territory is large. green, Safe and Wi-Fi, beach towels and toiletries, refrigerator filling, bathrobes and slippers-everything is there and there is a daily change. Excellent feeding. There is also a 24-hour Bar-Time. It is convenient for late departure. Masks and gloves are provided with a buffet meal set, as well as fruits, vegetables and as a work of art-Cakes and pastries with berries, fresh fruit. entertainment programs for children and adults were very pleased, the teams were invited, it was great. The fishy ala-Kart is beyond praise. from 15.00 to 16.30 - pancakes and soft waffles with ice cream, jam, chocolate are fried on the territory. Delicious. And it's all INCLUDED! We'll come again!

An amazing hotel! Within walking distance from the ancient city, pleasant walks along the promenade along the sea. We got a room (when asked to replace it) with its own terrace and a round sunbed for sunbathing and relaxation, it's generally super!
The hotel itself is built interestingly, like a maze, and cascades on a hill, the reviews and views from the balconies and terraces are amazing.
The food is super! Even Russian mashed potatoes can be found and Italian lasagna) meat of all kinds. Strawberries were two or three times a week, sweet! Ice cream is not in briquettes, for dinner it was served in the form of balls with different powders. There weren't many people in March, and they especially liked it. The hotel is quiet, family-run, not a hangout.
In the evenings, music lovers and pleasant conversations gather in the bar-hall, where a musician plays live on a white piano. Fine)
