We stayed from 01.02 to 07.02 2025 at the Sheraton hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, and I want to share my impressions. The hotel is located in a convenient location, on a vast territory. The staff is very polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. They won't let you go somewhere with a glass or a plate: they'll intercept you and take you there themselves. Dirty dishes and empty glasses disappear instantly. Any request is instantly fulfilled.
The rooms are large, clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, there are many places where you can relax and enjoy the silence. There are also several pools, two of them heated in winter, the water is at a comfortable temperature. A huge beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. The deck chairs are placed at a great distance from each other, which is very comfortable. A pier with ladders and a diving board in the sea. Several rescuers are constantly on duty. Reef, fish, of course. Diving center with instructors, diving at the reef. The animation team is on the beach from 10:00 to the evening - even despite the low season: dancing, games, foam shows, yoga, exercise, trampolines and so on..... In the evening from 21:00 they entertain with visiting artists on the main stage. There is a new program every evening. There is a playground for children and an indoor building.
The food is excellent and varied. There was everything: meat, chicken, fish. A huge selection of greens and salads, various snacks. I am constantly working as a cook for individual preparations. A sweet table and fruits in the assortment. In the evening (in addition to the main table) there are three types of grill: meat, chicken, fish. There are two a la carte restaurants: Arabic and Italian. There are several bars on site, and there is a fast food restaurant in the beach area.
Within walking distance (nearby) the historical museum is inexpensive, I really liked it. You can also walk to the Naama Bay boardwalk in the evening. There is a taxi service on duty in the lobby: if you need to go somewhere, you just have to go. They will order, they will take, they will bring.
A spa area, massage therapists, a fitness trainer, a doctor, a photographer, shops - there is absolutely everything. The restaurant on the 7th floor has a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the sea - it's nice to sit and drink coffee.
I was very pleased with my stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. I recommend it for a vacation or a business trip.

A great hotel! Very clean, cozy, comfortable! Daily room cleaning and change of bed linen and towels. The staff is very polite. The restaurant has everything, they ate fish, shrimp, squid, although they did not immediately find out that they were grilling kebab on the veranda, very tasty! From fruits: melon, apples, oranges, grapefruit, plums, dates, and a very tasty mango, which was disassembled instantly. Good quality sunbeds on the beach, located at a comfortably large distance from each other. And the coral reef and the fish are just super!
Take masks and corals with you and enjoy your vacation.
One of the disadvantages is mosquitoes in the room, but we took mosquito plates and fumigators, which I advise you to do.

The hotel is great! Everything is great! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day! The staff is positive, everyone is determined to make your stay comfortable.
The food is on the level, everything is fresh and without queues, the evening grill is 100%%
Who will go with the children, please pay attention (I have three grandchildren) the sea temperature feels like 18 degrees, it's really cold plus the wind, children will not be comfortable in the sea, adults will probably do the same;(the bravest swim! The sun is warm on the shore during the day, we sunbathe and rejoice! Everyone will get vitamin D!! Luxury hotel, in vintage style. Gorgeous interiors, great finishing materials. The scale and quality are amazing. It's nice to walk around the territory. Nice home reef with fish. Each room has a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. The food is decent, there is always a choice of dishes, grilled yummy food for dinner every evening, seafood, shrimp, crabs or delicious fish are regularly served.
I didn't remember a single downside, it's very good to relax here, everything is for people, everything is as it should be!

The food is meager, there are very few fruits, the rooms are old, but good, the rooms are spacious, the beach is excellent, the reef is colorful, lively, but the fish are monotonous, the nearest fruit and sweets store is 5 km away. For the first time I saw that the pastels were changed every day, the cleaning was on top. The animators are trying their best. What is most unusual is that there is nowhere to go from the word at all. The building has 7 floors, 4 elevators. There are ruined pitchforks in the area, which occupy a large area of the hotel.

I liked the hotel. Suitable for a relaxing beach holiday. The contingent of guests: European pensioners and various families from the USSR. A very cool reef and Mohamed, who is on duty at the pier. Masks and a phone case are required. The kitchen is quite suitable for itself, the staff in the restaurant is active, everyone is attentive and tactful.
There are very few tourists at this time of the year, animation is not enough, you can enjoy the sea, the breeze, the sun and each other.
Only the main body works.
The hotel is located at a considerable distance from entertainment venues, shops and pharmacies. If necessary, the hotel guide Majdi will call the car wherever you want.
In general, if you want to enjoy the Red Sea, fish and the sun, then you are here.
If you need parties, an active animashka and a lot of drinking buddies, then you should choose another place))

Happy New Year! Excellent reef, diving center at the hotel. My daughter received a PADI card, my son and I completed a refresh course. Super instructor Tarek, my daughter was delighted.
Very nice big beach, sun beds with Mattresses, umbrellas, bar, pool, everything is great.
All equipment is provided.
The hotel itself is on the 1st line, all rooms are sea view, large, clean, good linen. The food is varied.

We had a vacation with my husband in September, the weather is wonderful. Check-in was quick, the room is good, standard! Towels and bed linen are changed every day, thank you very much!The food in the hotel is for 4 people, in recent days even tomatoes and cucumbers have not been reported, I'm not talking about meat dishes, the choice of which is very limited!The pastries were delicious, there were few fruits. Thanks a lot to the waiters for their work, polite and drinks were always brought on time! The entrance to the sea is good, the stairs are stable on both sides. We rested on 11/21/24 to 11/28/24. everything is fine. The rooms are spacious. All rooms have a sea view. The beach is long and wide, there is enough space for everyone. They didn't lie on each other's heads. The deck chairs are old wooden, but they have a nylon mattress with a waterproof cover, comfortable and soft. The sea is clean, beautiful corals and a lot of different fish. The food is excellent, a lot and tasty did not stay hungry. Very nice hotel! Especially the location of the building and the rooms to the sea! All rooms overlook the sea! Very tasty food, although not very diverse. But it's enough to get full. And the sea is super! I've never seen such a variety of fish anywhere else! The only thing is that it's too far from the center, you can't walk. But you can also call a taxi once. We were with our family in December 2024.
Everyone really liked it, they didn't want to leave.
The hotel is like a big ship, interesting both inside and out. All rooms have sea views. The reef is cool, there are a lot of fish and everything is bright.
The food is delicious (meat and poultry are tender, seafood - crabs, fish, shrimp, pasta and fruits and sweets - no one will stay hungry for sure).
The staff is not intrusive, they will always cheer you up and make you laugh and just make your day.

We had a rest from October 23 to October 31. I really liked the hotel. We checked in right away at 10.30, we didn't even have time to drink coffee. The rooms all face the sea, so the sunrise was greeted every morning. The food is normal. The beach area is very large. The water in the rooms is put in small bottles, but you need to tell the reception and bring as much as you need. The issue of distance from the road is solved by ordering a taxi.

I will share my impressions of my stay at this hotel.All rooms overlook the sea, every day I met the dawn - the beauty is indescribable).There is a nice reef near the hotel.The staff is polite, they responded to all requests immediately.I asked to change the room closer to the center, because it was very difficult to get to the room - a very narrow corridor, a very enclosed space...The food is normal.Barbecue in the evening.We didn't starve!We took half board, we had enough.We bought alcohol in duty, well, we had a bottle of vodka with us).If we are going to Egypt again, then to the Sheraton).Yes, they also drove from the hotel to the city for free, a couple of flights a day.

My review will be from the height of the stated bar of the premium Sheraton hotel chain. I am sure that in 1999, when this hotel opened, it was chic and real 5 stars. The central building of the hotel, elegantly inscribed in the landscape, sprawling villas around, cascades of pools, interesting locations and a stunning beach in size and beauty. Over a quarter of a century, many events have happened in Egypt, which has also greatly affected the hotel. To date, several hectares of the territories on which the villas stand are actually abandoned. Only the main building and the beach are functioning, as well as the distance between them in the form of a pool and a bar. No, not everything is as bad as you can understand from the first sentences. Entering the lobby of the hotel, you find yourself in a spacious lobby with sofas, a bar, a shopping gallery, halls leading to spas and restaurants go in different directions, everything is fine here. The courtyard, made in the form of a village in the jungle, looks very interesting today. Although why on earth such a style is not entirely clear, well, okay, designers and customers know better. So, after checking in, bell boy grabs a suitcase and you go to your room. The cascade of colorful doors of this small hotel lifts the mood and creates an anticipation of what awaits you in the room. And here is the number itself. It is spacious, a huge wardrobe, a huge bed, an area with a sofa and TV, a chic balcony with chairs and a table, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a sink on a marble countertop two meters long, or even more, a toilet and a bidet. Everything seems to be great. But, after a few minutes, the euphoria of a new place passes, and you begin to notice that everything is clean, but somehow it's all "tired"... Dangling hinges of cabinets, drawers that close with an unusual effort, a shower head with jet adjustments, but it's better not to touch it, otherwise spare parts will remain in your hands). You might say I'm being picky, but look at the preamble here. Cleaning: every day, the bed is made, a miracle is made of towels and other improvised materials (toilet paper, bottle caps), very cute and funny. Towels have been changed, all tubes have been updated, there are no questions, but there is no wet floor cleaning. Walking back and forth with bare feet, they turn black👣
The terrible word is olinclusive: starting from the very early morning and 22.00 there is always something to put in your mouth and something to drink until midnight. After midnight, there is also, but for a separate price list.
The quality of the dishes and their variety allows you to choose what will suit you. Many dishes were incomprehensible to me both in appearance and taste, but I repeat, there were always several extremely successful options for my taste. For an evening meal, barbecues are lit on the upper veranda and the aromas of barbecue, lula and other goodies descend from the roof of the hotel to the beach, summoning guests) It is worth mentioning separately about the sweet table and fruits, here is a lot of space for lovers of sweets)
Drinks, there are two big differences. What is included in the price is trouble... juices are OK, but everything about "adult" drinks is frankly bad, right at all... Starting from beer, ending with vodka, both individually and in cocktails. All alcohol is bottled from plastic bottles with incomprehensible contents. There doesn't seem to be any alcohol there at all. Normal beer, champagne and spirits can be purchased separately. Probably it's for the best that it is, otherwise Tagil-Rulit would have smashed to pieces everything that survived and had a bite of fish from the sea. 🤣
And now about the most wonderful thing in this place - the beach and the reef. 🏖️The hotel really has a huge beach, half of it is about a kilometer equipped with awnings and sun loungers with mattresses, the second half is a wild beach. The sun beds are located at a comfortable distance from each other. The beach is clean and well maintained. It is also very pleasant to walk in the wild part. The reef is gorgeous, there are a lot of fish and it is very interesting to swim. A mask is required with you.
For me, the most difficult time was after sunset. From 17 onwards, there is simply nothing to occupy yourself with… There is nothing within walking distance. To go somewhere, you need to take a taxi, and there is nowhere to go, unless to the Soho area.
If you like a seal beach vacation, maybe yes. It's not 5 stars, but 3.5-4 is bold.

The hotel is located near the airport, the travel time is 15-20 minutes. There is nothing near the hotel, it is a wasteland, it is far from the main road. You can get to the city only by taxi or minivan from the hotel ($5 to Naama Bay). We checked in immediately upon arrival at about 12-00 o'clock, all rooms have a sea view. The furniture is old, but uncritical, the air conditioner works quietly, several modes, a large loggia, everything is in the room. The hotel itself is very worn out, the former grandeur of the Sheraton is in the distant past, tourists are located only in the main building, the rest is not used, a lot of the territory is empty. The main restaurant is small, but there are enough places for everyone, there were no queues. The food is delicious, cooked well, without frills. Local alcohol is served in bars, draft and bottled beer, and various cocktails are prepared. The entire hotel staff is friendly, everyone is trying to please and help you. No one asked for tips, but many people asked for chocolate, in particular "Alyonka". The beach is huge, big high umbrellas, old wooden sun beds, but they have good thick mattresses. And the most important attraction of the hotel is the REEF. For me, this is the best reef in Charm. Very diverse, colorful, optimal depth, lots of fish. Panton is short, they allow you to swim wherever you want, just sign the paper. There is a nice sandy lagoon for children to swim in. In the western part of the beach there is a diving center, diving, boat trips, excursions. At the end of October, there were a lot of foreigners (70%), the attitude of the staff to everyone is the same. Animation is not about anything, they entertain themselves. There are 2 a la carte restaurants, if there is a free menu, then there is nothing to do there, a large selection of dishes only for a fee. In general, the hotel is designed for a quiet relaxing holiday, a solid four.

We were in Egypt from 04/04. to 04/14.24. For the fourth time, we choose the Sheraton Hotel for our vacation. A hotel for a relaxing holiday. We like everything here, good food, helpful staff, great reef, WiFi is flying. Animators try to make their holidays more interesting. Special thanks to Mohamed (the lifeguard at the pier), he will always help anyone who would not apply.
If there is an opportunity next year, I will come to the Sheraton again!

Wonderful sea, beach, delicious food, very polite staff, cleanliness in the hotel, in the room!
Special greetings to the amazing lifeguard Mohamed on the pier, who saved someone from the water every day, a professional!
And also a big thank you to the animation team led by the chief animator Maga. The children were always busy with the animator at the kids club, playing sand or outdoor games on the beach, and animation in the evening! Adults also did not get bored in the morning, exercise, yoga, aqua aerobics, dancing, volleyball and so on from morning to sunset.

A very nice hotel. Roof is just a fairy tale, diving is not needed, you can also admire the richest underwater world with snorkeling. A variety of fish, moray eels, stingrays, tuna hunts. The service is 5 points, the rooms are old, but everything is clean, everything works, cleaning is daily. The food in the restaurant is decent. The hotel is for a quiet family holiday, very few Russian tourists, mostly British, French and Italians.

Minuses:
Bad animation, almost none, zero variety, the same thing every day.
The same type of food, you don't get enough for breakfast, you go hungry to the beach.
The shizlong is in terrible condition, half broken, half scattered on the beach.
The staff hardly knows Russian, they even find it difficult to answer basic questions.
The Internet works very poorly, and if there is an important question, and you can't translate it, what should you do then?
They don't bother to clean up the broken shizlong, there is even a place near the beach where a bunch of broken shizlong lies around, ate ate them.

We were at the hotel from May 16 to May 23, 2023. I liked everything VERY MUCH. The room is spacious with a sea view, the veranda is large. The food is excellent and varied. I liked the fish and the delicious beef, I haven't tasted it for a long time. Elevator with glass, you go and look at the sea. The day after arrival, the safe broke down. They were replaced quickly and without any additional payment. I did not like the curtain, which was not the first freshness, it was replaced, again very quickly. To be honest, the period of stagnation has had a positive effect: no one asks for an additional payment for anything, as it was before. The room is cleaned every day, and pleasant surprises are left in the form of a flower made of towels and petals or a charming dog with glasses - very cute. Mohammed will pay attention to everyone on the beach, say kind words and advise where it is better to go depending on the wind. The reef is the most beautiful!!! Animators are great for entertaining during the day! It's a little weak in the evening...To be honest, I would love to come here again! Thanks for the rest!

The hotel is just great! Before choosing it, I read the reviews and prepared for the terrible) as a result - excellent food (there are no crabs, but squid and shrimp almost every day), professional staff, a very cool beach (sun loungers are far from each other, no one bothers anyone). The reef is just a fairy tale! Another bonus is a Russian-speaking lifeguard who is in love with Russia, in between bathing you can have a great chat on any topic.

This place just amazed us! We did not expect such a level of accommodation, food and service from Sharm el Sheikh at all! We are absolutely delighted, we will come back more than once and definitely recommend everything! The hotel is clearly undervalued - it was at the very end of March, the load was minimal, while the neighboring hotels are packed.
All rooms are in excellent condition, everything is clean, everything works. Cleaning with replacement of towels, bed linen and other things - every day! The staff hears and responds to any request instantly! Everyone is as friendly as possible, smiling, doing everything you don't ask for. At the same time, no one is standing over their soul waiting for a tip. The attitude with their presence/absence does not change in any way - the impressions of the employees are the most positive 🙏 The food is gorgeous! Everything is delicious, varied, changes every day, meal intervals are increased so that both the earliest and the latest visitors feel comfortable. And meat of various kinds, and fish, and vegetables, and fruits, and sweets, and pasta, and omelets, and grilled, and tea, and coffee - well, just everything you can wish for and really very tasty and understandable (mostly European cuisine). Special attention is paid to alcohol - it is different, there is a lot of it, it is not diluted, any cocktails interfere, even if you come up with them at the moment. They pour into full-size dishes and as much as they want into one hand - they haven't seen this for a long time. In general, the hotel confidently holds the level of an international network with a world-famous name, they try very hard.
And the reef - it's amazing! All the fish, rays, corals, even a turtle have been seen - everything is there. The beach is huge, spacious, while the sun beds are not bumped into each other - comfort and privacy are preserved due to the good distance between the places for recreation.
It takes only 15-18 minutes by transfer from the airport, there was no wind in March, we swam and sunbathed all days.

An ideal hotel for a relaxing holiday with a gorgeous beach, high-quality food, a good location not far from the center of Charm and the airport ($3 for a taxi). The rooms are quite large and comfortable. The special chic is that they all have a sea view. The food is without frills, but high-quality and delicious, we were not interested in alcohol, like most of the hotel guests, although it is available. The children were comfortable in the hotel - there is everything for this. There is enough entertainment on the beach and in the evening.There was no karaoke, but that's not the trend right now. Everything is clean and tidy, as befits a hotel from the second largest hotel chain in the world...

Nice hotel. We had a rest in January, the sea is +25, the air is +28. The European pension mainly rests at the hotel) so if you want to hang out at the hotel, look for something else. The kitchen is good, the territory is large, the indoor pool was really closed. The room is clean, cleaned every day, the staff is polite. Shops and the center are 10 minutes away by taxi. I was upset only by the theft from a closed safe ($200). and on a deadline day.
