We stayed from 01.02 to 07.02 2025 at the Sheraton hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, and I want to share my impressions. The hotel is located in a convenient location, on a vast territory. The staff is very polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. They won't let you go somewhere with a glass or a plate: they'll intercept you and take you there themselves. Dirty dishes and empty glasses disappear instantly. Any request is instantly fulfilled.
The rooms are large, clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, there are many places where you can relax and enjoy the silence. There are also several pools, two of them heated in winter, the water is at a comfortable temperature. A huge beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. The deck chairs are placed at a great distance from each other, which is very comfortable. A pier with ladders and a diving board in the sea. Several rescuers are constantly on duty. Reef, fish, of course. Diving center with instructors, diving at the reef. The animation team is on the beach from 10:00 to the evening - even despite the low season: dancing, games, foam shows, yoga, exercise, trampolines and so on..... In the evening from 21:00 they entertain with visiting artists on the main stage. There is a new program every evening. There is a playground for children and an indoor building.
The food is excellent and varied. There was everything: meat, chicken, fish. A huge selection of greens and salads, various snacks. I am constantly working as a cook for individual preparations. A sweet table and fruits in the assortment. In the evening (in addition to the main table) there are three types of grill: meat, chicken, fish. There are two a la carte restaurants: Arabic and Italian. There are several bars on site, and there is a fast food restaurant in the beach area.
Within walking distance (nearby) the historical museum is inexpensive, I really liked it. You can also walk to the Naama Bay boardwalk in the evening. There is a taxi service on duty in the lobby: if you need to go somewhere, you just have to go. They will order, they will take, they will bring.
A spa area, massage therapists, a fitness trainer, a doctor, a photographer, shops - there is absolutely everything. The restaurant on the 7th floor has a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the sea - it's nice to sit and drink coffee.
I was very pleased with my stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. I recommend it for a vacation or a business trip.

A large, polite and comfortable hotel. It is comfortable in April, the air is dry, but slightly windy. The food is not bad, the choice is good. The rooms are very spacious, with a balcony. All rooms are the same, don't tip "for superior room", it's pointless. You can leave the hotel anywhere in the city by booking a car or minibus at the reception. Free unlimited bar, good bottled beer. The beach is long and there are always empty seats. There are few vacationers with children, so we did not meet any hysterical mothers. Mostly Russians, Italians and the British. In small numbers, Ukraine and Romania. All adults, relax together and have fun. After the pools, there is a huge abandoned Sheraton area with old villas and pools, it is very interesting to wander there. Cons: bad Wi-Fi, you can connect Tele2 unlimited for 400 rubles per day. We had a rest from 03/31/25 for a week. The rest turned out to be great☺ The hotel is very cozy and beautiful on the gorgeous coast. The reef is rich, many species of fish, enjoyed. The beach is very large, there are plenty of umbrellas and sun loungers for everyone. There are a lot of staff, they will always help and prompt you. When you arrive at the hotel, at the reception with the documents, do not spare a good chocolate or dollars. You will be given a luxury room. All rooms have sea views. Nutrition is generally a fairy tale. We didn't expect it. There's a lot of everything: meat, fish, shrimp, cheese, olives, melon, pastries- it's a blast. The animators are great! The hotel is great! Everything is great! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day! The staff is positive, everyone is determined to make your stay comfortable.

Who will go with the children, please pay attention (I have three grandchildren) the sea temperature feels like 18 degrees, it's really cold plus the wind, children will not be comfortable in the sea, adults will probably do the same;(the bravest swim! The sun is warm on the shore during the day, we sunbathe and rejoice! Everyone will get vitamin D!! We had a rest from March 12 to March 18, and we liked everything. It was comfortable to sunbathe and swim, the breeze brought coolness) The territory of the hotel is quite large, the pool is heated, the reef is beautiful, we swam and looked at everything like in an aquarium.
The service and staff are excellent, everyone is attentive, always ready to help. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, and there was plenty of water. Cleanliness and order. The hotel is not new, but the condition in which it is maintained causes only positive emotions.
The food was varied and delicious, and every evening there was something new from the dishes. Once for dinner there were shrimp, kebab, meatloaf, and other desserts, my weakness, there were a lot of them, especially for lunch and dinner, sometimes they put a whole cake in addition to cakes, baklava, and fruit. I'm thrilled.
The only negative that I would highlight is that the hotel is located far enough from the city and it's about an hour's walk to the store, but it's a good walk along a lighted road, there are sidewalks, and it's safe to walk. The only thing that upset me along the way was the sight of abandoned hotels or abandoned ones at the construction stage, apparently during covid.

Luxury hotel, in vintage style. Gorgeous interiors, great finishing materials. The scale and quality are amazing. It's nice to walk around the territory. Nice home reef with fish. Each room has a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. The food is decent, there is always a choice of dishes, grilled yummy food for dinner every evening, seafood, shrimp, crabs or delicious fish are regularly served.

Pros: all rooms have a sea view, it is better to take above 3 floors. The rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly. There was food, we didn't go hungry, it's already good. There was animation on the beach, mainly for children and yoga for amateurs. Panton and the exit to the living reef. Comfortable sun beds with a soft mattress.
Cons: the rooms are tired, there is dirt in the corners, on the skirting boards, on the walls. It's hard not to notice it, there's mold in places. Keep an eye on the towels they give out, they've been with sunscreen and blood a couple of times, of course they've changed it without any problems. According to the food for 9 nights, shrimps and crabs were fried once, we did not see them again, there were no mango, strawberry, pineapple fruits. There were apples, hard green guava and the same melon, sliced slices of oranges. We haven't even tried alcoholic drinks, especially on the beach, where they are poured into plastic cups, which are all dirty and cracked. The lobby bar is rich only in beer chips, there is nothing else. There's a cheese and sausage bun on the beach, French fries every other day, and that's it. Wait for lunch or dinner for the rest. Ice cream was given a couple of times, and that was only for children. The pool was dirty, he went snorkeling and saw the whole thing, and he didn't swim in it anymore.
Bottom line: it's a controversial feeling for this money, it's clear that they save a lot on everything, although the hotel keeps it visual, it can be tracked by reviews, but it needs to be repaired, because all the little things fail (even the buttons and ventilation in the elevator, every time they went down and suffocated without air conditioning). Dirty ventilation in the rooms, from where the dirt hangs in droves.
You won't be hungry, but you'll get tired of the monotony very quickly, and there won't be any fruit here (you were really looking forward to strawberries, but you didn't). Pineapple and orange juices, periodically soaked with water. Don't drink alcohol, just beer, and that's donkey urine.
In short, the reef, the beach, the sun beds, the view from the room is 5+, the rest is 1-2 +, the average is 3+)

The hotel is located at a considerable distance from entertainment venues, shops and pharmacies. If necessary, the hotel guide Majdi will call the car wherever you want.
In general, if you want to enjoy the Red Sea, fish and the sun, then you are here.

Happy New Year! Excellent reef, diving center at the hotel. My daughter received a PADI card, my son and I completed a refresh course. Super instructor Tarek, my daughter was delighted.
Very nice big beach, sun beds with Mattresses, umbrellas, bar, pool, everything is great.
All equipment is provided.
The hotel itself is on the 1st line, all rooms are sea view, large, clean, good linen. The food is varied.

We were in early April, a cold wind blew for a couple of days, it was not comfortable by the sea, the sea was cool - my son had not been swimming for 6 years. When the wind was blowing, it was possible to sunbathe by the pool.
The hotel itself is spacious, the rooms are large, the halls are large, everything is being renovated, but the hotel itself is already in need of renovation.

We stayed at the Sheraton Sharm Resort.
It used to be 5*. Now it's 4* for some reason.
But the service and the environment are clearly 5*.

There are even shops with clothes, jewelry, bags and souvenirs on site at quite reasonable prices.
The promenade and the old town can be reached by taxi. But we were taken on a free sightseeing tour with visits to the store and pharmacy, so we didn't need to.

We just arrived from Egypt on 04/15/25. We were at the Sheraton Charm Hotel. The four of us went. We're thrilled. Everything that is good about the hotel is true. But the main feature of the hotel is the staff. Mahmoud cleaned the rooms every day from morning to evening. He worked like a bee. Always friendly and smiling.Towels are always fresh, replenished with water, creams and shampoos. After the sea you will come, beauty and purity.
On the pier, Mohammed is a wonderful man, friendly to all people, no matter what country he came from. He speaks Russian very well. He always helps, he doesn't ask for anything in return. She said that her friend had a rash on her legs, smeared it with some kind of magic ointment, everything went away.
In the main restaurant, too, all the boys quickly clean the tables and bring wine. There were ala-kart in an Arabic and Italian restaurant. I liked everything too.
Very spacious rooms with a terrace and all facing the sea. We lived on the 6th floor.
But the main favorites are animators. The boys entertain the people from morning till evening. We went to stretching, water aerobics, and yoga classes. Everyone is good, but Filo is the best dancer. Dancing like a god. I haven't traveled to Egypt before in April. Now I want to. The only thing is, there were cold windy days with waves, but this does not apply to the hotel. I would like to come back here again. Thanks Sheraton! This is how a hotel should be. Everything is on top!

Everyone really liked it, they didn't want to leave.
The hotel is like a big ship, interesting both inside and out. All rooms have sea views. The reef is cool, there are a lot of fish and everything is bright.

After reading more or less good reviews, we went to this hotel at the end of March 2025. I liked the location of all the rooms in one building with a sea view. There are two single beds in the room, which were made up for us and a bed was put through a small partition for my 11-year-old son. If the family is large, then there is a door between the two rooms, which, if necessary, can be opened from both sides and there will be a large room with two bathrooms. A large balcony with a table and two armchairs.
The room is clean, cleaned every day. Bathroom with bathtub and bidet, large sink. Good shampoos, conditioners and shower gels. It's a good body lotion.
The hotel is not new, but it is clear that the room has been renovated and painted recently.
In the restaurant, the menu for our family was quite varied. During the week, there were fresh shrimps and seafood delicacies once, but fish in different variations were given every day. Lots of vegetables. The fruits were melon, peaches, bananas, dates.
Lots of goodies. The meat is varied.
There is a separate space with a distribution for small children, everything is visible.
In general, we had enough of everything.
In general, we went to this hotel precisely for the sake of the sea and the coral reef and absolutely did not disappear!
There are always plenty of sun beds on the beach, and there are beautiful fish in the sea. Yes, there were terrible winds for the first two days, but then the weather improved. Yes, it's not hot under 40, but we swam every day.
The reef is very beautiful, even boats have sailed to us. And the hotel itself has a diving center. My husband and son went diving and they enjoyed it much more than in the open sea. Moreover, the staff of the diving center also really liked it. The managers told us in detail and explained all the different immersion options. The instructors did their job professionally. And then they greeted us for the rest of the rest and found out how things were going))) Great guys
The lifeguard at the Mohamed pier, about whom everyone writes, is very attentive and polite, but at the same time demanding of vacationers so that they do not swim close to the reef and do not swim away behind the buoys.
We liked the animation too: unobtrusive, but fun and everyday. The guys are positive, they came up with a lot of different activities, even magic tricks.
In general, I enjoyed the rest. If we have a chance, we'll come back.

Thanks a lot to the waiters for their work, polite and drinks were always brought on time! The entrance to the sea is good, the stairs are stable on both sides. BUT there was one thing: the hotel is being renovated and almost the entire territory is under renovation. The entire area behind the hotel and the most beautiful swimming pool are being renovated. Once a luxury Sheraton hotel (I was in it in 2008), it has become old and now only attracts 4 people.
Pros: there is a huge beach, umbrellas are far from each other and there is no need to occupy trestle beds, there is always a place to sit. A fixed pier with convenient stairs for entry and exit to the sea, rather than a floating pantheon, as in many Charm hotels. The reef is less colorful than it was 15 years ago, but it's still beautiful. Good new mattresses and pillows in the rooms are the result of renovation. It's a pity that she didn't touch the plumbing. The bathroom has a toilet with a hygienic shower, a bidet, a sink, a bathroom with a shower built into the wall according to the American standard.
All rooms have a terrace with sea views. The food is laconic, but well cooked. Animation is almost non-existent, which is a plus for me, but it won't work for those with children. The kids are bored here. Good internet in the rooms.

A small life hack- upon arrival (at the airport), not very conscientious tour operators hand out migration cards and offer to fill them out for you for $ 10, do not agree! Find a sample online (you just need to fill in your full name, passport number, and hotel name). I saw how many people, without thinking, gave $ 10, just not to fill it out.
And now about the hotel. It has 4*, although many sites have 5*. And for a 4* hotel, it's a very good one .
The hotel is clean. Colorful interior . The staff is very friendly, no one is bothering with the imposition of services, do not beg for tips.
The food is varied, we always ate too much. In the evening, grilled meat (duck, mutton) was grilled outside. I really liked hummus, I ate too much of it in the morning and for lunch.
The territory is well maintained, there is plenty of room for walking. Gorgeous views. Especially if you go to the right, where the abandoned villas are.
The only thing I didn't like was the curtains in the room. Dirty and torn. Although, the room was cleaned daily. The towels are clean. The room has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. The room is huge and the view from it is also gorgeous. We had the 2nd floor in the leftmost part of the hotel.
Free Wi-Fi in the room and in the lobby, sometimes catches on the beach.
There are several shops on site (but the range and prices are not very good). We went to Mango Market for free. You can order a transfer on their website.

It was my husband's birthday, they brought a cake to the room, and also decorated the room. I am very grateful for that.

My review will be from the height of the stated bar of the premium Sheraton hotel chain. I am sure that in 1999, when this hotel opened, it was chic and real 5 stars. The central building of the hotel, elegantly inscribed in the landscape, sprawling villas around, cascades of pools, interesting locations and a stunning beach in size and beauty. Over a quarter of a century, many events have happened in Egypt, which has also greatly affected the hotel. To date, several hectares of the territories on which the villas stand are actually abandoned. Only the main building and the beach are functioning, as well as the distance between them in the form of a pool and a bar. No, not everything is as bad as you can understand from the first sentences. Entering the lobby of the hotel, you find yourself in a spacious lobby with sofas, a bar, a shopping gallery, halls leading to spas and restaurants go in different directions, everything is fine here. The courtyard, made in the form of a village in the jungle, looks very interesting today. Although why on earth such a style is not entirely clear, well, okay, designers and customers know better. So, after checking in, bell boy grabs a suitcase and you go to your room. The cascade of colorful doors of this small hotel lifts the mood and creates an anticipation of what awaits you in the room. And here is the number itself. It is spacious, a huge wardrobe, a huge bed, an area with a sofa and TV, a chic balcony with chairs and a table, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a sink on a marble countertop two meters long, or even more, a toilet and a bidet. Everything seems to be great. But, after a few minutes, the euphoria of a new place passes, and you begin to notice that everything is clean, but somehow it's all "tired"... Dangling hinges of cabinets, drawers that close with an unusual effort, a shower head with jet adjustments, but it's better not to touch it, otherwise spare parts will remain in your hands). You might say I'm being picky, but look at the preamble here. Cleaning: every day, the bed is made, a miracle is made of towels and other improvised materials (toilet paper, bottle caps), very cute and funny. Towels have been changed, all tubes have been updated, there are no questions, but there is no wet floor cleaning. Walking back and forth with bare feet, they turn black👣
The terrible word is olinclusive: starting from the very early morning and 22.00 there is always something to put in your mouth and something to drink until midnight. After midnight, there is also, but for a separate price list.
The quality of the dishes and their variety allows you to choose what will suit you. Many dishes were incomprehensible to me both in appearance and taste, but I repeat, there were always several extremely successful options for my taste. For an evening meal, barbecues are lit on the upper veranda and the aromas of barbecue, lula and other goodies descend from the roof of the hotel to the beach, summoning guests) It is worth mentioning separately about the sweet table and fruits, here is a lot of space for lovers of sweets)
Drinks, there are two big differences. What is included in the price is trouble... juices are OK, but everything about "adult" drinks is frankly bad, right at all... Starting from beer, ending with vodka, both individually and in cocktails. All alcohol is bottled from plastic bottles with incomprehensible contents. There doesn't seem to be any alcohol there at all. Normal beer, champagne and spirits can be purchased separately. Probably it's for the best that it is, otherwise Tagil-Rulit would have smashed to pieces everything that survived and had a bite of fish from the sea. 🤣
And now about the most wonderful thing in this place - the beach and the reef. 🏖️The hotel really has a huge beach, half of it is about a kilometer equipped with awnings and sun loungers with mattresses, the second half is a wild beach. The sun beds are located at a comfortable distance from each other. The beach is clean and well maintained. It is also very pleasant to walk in the wild part. The reef is gorgeous, there are a lot of fish and it is very interesting to swim. A mask is required with you.
For me, the most difficult time was after sunset. From 17 onwards, there is simply nothing to occupy yourself with… There is nothing within walking distance. To go somewhere, you need to take a taxi, and there is nowhere to go, unless to the Soho area.
If you like a seal beach vacation, maybe yes. It's not 5 stars, but 3.5-4 is bold.

Very nice hotel! Especially the location of the building and the rooms to the sea! All rooms overlook the sea! Very tasty food, although not very diverse. But it's enough to get full. And the sea is super! I've never seen such a variety of fish anywhere else! The only thing is that it's too far from the center, you can't walk. But you can also call a taxi once. Very nice and friendly staff! I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is huge, the territory is green and beautiful. There is a part of the "abandoned" territory that is not particularly cared for, but no one is trying to get there.

The food seems monotonous, but there's never been a time when you don't know what to eat. The food is delicious.
A la carte restaurants are characterized by fewer visitors and table service. The menu in them is very similar to what is served in the main restaurant, but the serving is certainly more interesting.
The staff is generally responsive, there are no difficulties. There were reviews that they wouldn't let you carry a glass yourself, but they didn't see this during our visit). We've seen a waiter on the beach a couple of times in 8 days.
The sea is incomparable. There is a very beautiful reef with a lot of fish all along the beach. The beach, by the way, is very large and spacious, umbrellas with sun beds are located far enough from each other.

We were in Egypt from 04/04. to 04/14.24. For the fourth time, we choose the Sheraton Hotel for our vacation. A hotel for a relaxing holiday. We like everything here, good food, helpful staff, great reef, WiFi is flying. Animators try to make their holidays more interesting. Special thanks to Mohamed (the lifeguard at the pier), he will always help anyone who would not apply.
If there is an opportunity next year, I will come to the Sheraton again!

Wonderful hotel, were in early October 2023. with children 5 and 8 years old.
Wonderful sea, beach, delicious food, very polite staff, cleanliness in the hotel, in the room!
Special greetings to the amazing lifeguard Mohamed on the pier, who saved someone from the water every day, a professional!
And also a big thank you to the animation team led by the chief animator Maga. The children were always busy with the animator at the kids club, playing sand or outdoor games on the beach, and animation in the evening! We just arrived from this hotel, we chose it ourselves, our tour operator strongly did not recommend this hotel.…
We arrived on May 15, repairs are underway in the center of the hotel from the beach side of the main pool, the noise of construction, dust and the lack of a large pool with a bar upset us....it wasn't mentioned anywhere....

The rooms are decent, but you have to understand that there hasn't been a competition in 20 years.
The sun beds are old wooden, there are mattresses on them. In principle, they are comfortable, there are enough sun beds.
There are more pools, but you have to go to them and still climb the stairs (4 flights)
. There is only one toilet on the beach, but it's very far before you reach it, despite the fact that you will have time…
Children are entertained for an hour in the evening, followed by an hour for adults.Well... so-so, karaoke.Please, every day.But lights out at 23!!
In short, if the price was 120 for two people, it would be normal, but 180 is too expensive for such a hotel.
A lot of people changed hotels, we also wanted to, but we had to pay an additional 90 t. p.
They stayed....
The sea is cool, the lifeguard is very friendly, always helps, tells you, speaks good Russian.
Of course, everyone's choice, it's hard for us to spoil our vacation, we had fun as much as we could, but we definitely don't want to go back there.

A very nice hotel. Roof is just a fairy tale, diving is not needed, you can also admire the richest underwater world with snorkeling. A variety of fish, moray eels, stingrays, tuna hunts. The service is 5 points, the rooms are old, but everything is clean, everything works, cleaning is daily. The food in the restaurant is decent. The hotel is for a quiet family holiday, very few Russian tourists, mostly British, French and Italians.
