It was March 17-24, 2023. The food is fine, but several times I came across too much spices. The reef is super, the rooms are huge, clean.
The beach is very nice, the sun beds are far from each other. Naturally, the hotel is a bit shabby after a long stagnation, but this is the case everywhere in Egypt now. But collectively, it's very good. Only do not take a taxi at the hotel desk and at the reception too. They fight shamelessly. 15 bucks to Naama Bay and back. We drove through in drive for 6-8 without any problems.
It is very convenient to use this application. I called, the price was slightly added from the average (we put 60 pounds, the driver offered 90-100, we agreed. Just 3-4 bucks comes out) and after accepting the order, the driver immediately went to whatsapp and all issues were already resolved there.

The advantages of this hotel are only the reef and a large area of standard rooms (three adults can accommodate freely). The buffet is very tasty, some kind of ambush with drinking water, they give only 2 small bottles per day. Upon check-in, the room was waited for 40 minutes, although it should have been ready by now. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the standard rooms. Of the entertainment, there is only one shadow table and that's it. I won't go a second time, I'm not impressed with the hotel.

This is my favorite hotel! Although not all buildings are working there now, as before!
There is a huge territory, there are always enough sun beds.
The kitchen is not exactly super, but there is always a lot of choice.

The Sheraton Hotel
What I liked.
1. The sea: warm, coming from Panton, it's about seeing a beautiful reef: corals and fish. But we also came from the shore, closer to the villas there is a small sandy beach, and relaxation is complete on the wave, the water is super-mega transparent. There is a small wave before lunch and then not always, after 13.00 it is calm.
2. The beach: it is quite long and you can change your location constantly, a new day, a new place: the picturesque mini coves are charming. The sun beds are located far from each other, natural large umbrellas cover from the sun, screens from the wind, in general, privacy, which is important on vacation. Another trick: you hang a red flag on an umbrella and they don't come up to you with ads and animations.
3. A huge and enormous plus: sparsely populated, quiet and tranquility on the territory of a huge hotel. The feeling that the hotel with its entire vast territory is only yours.
4. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, well-maintained territory. The lobby is located on the roof. The sea view is gorgeous. There is a playground. There is animation: in the heart of the main building there is an original stage and an amphitheater made of wood, like a jungle or something. Fire show, Egyptian dancing, live music, guitar, karaoke, the guy on the white piano was playing.
5. Nutrition: a separate topic. I liked everything. Delicious. We are for PP. It's all in abundance here. There are many Egyptian dishes made of eggplant, chickpeas, beans and a sea of greens and vegetables. Cold vegetable snacks are simply delicious. For meat eaters: fish, sea bass, chicken, beef, grilled outdoors. There are a lot of sauces in bottles and in bowls. I'm a gourmet in food, I mixed the dishes myself, I came up with something new every day. The range is huge. Ice cream on the beach for children, sherbet in a waffle cup and watermelon for money.
Special thanks for the desserts: the choice is rich and varied.
There are two types of soup: mashed potatoes and vegetable, plus seafood. Delicious. For my delicate stomach, that's it.
Drinks arrive quickly. I don't drink alcohol. Guava juice, mojito cocktail, guava cocktail with ice, tea with buns for lunch by the pool.Lipton black tea bags.
The cutlery is individually packed.
6. The hotel staff are hospitable and helpful. Everything is at the highest level. Thank you. We felt at home.
7. I won't say anything about excursions, the surroundings, we chose a beach holiday: the sea, the sun, silence, delicious food. The hotel was suitable in all respects: a great place to reboot.
8. We ordered seafood menus for 56 dollars for two, such as ala-cards. Seafood soup, hot and cold appetizers, grilled, dessert. Delicious, beautiful.
I would add napkins on the tables.
They also wrote that the buildings are old, the hotel is not new. If it's 1999, how can it be new. The point of writing this. And name at least one hotel that has been 100% renovated. Our room was on the fifth floor, it looked like a new one, spacious with sea views, a large terrace, a sofa in the room, a huge high bed, a bunch of hangers, a safe. Lighting: lots of fixtures. Damn, there's even a bidet. For me, it's a royal room, in a nautical style.
They noticed that everything was great in my review, I drove with such a mood, noticed some advantages (10 days in total, not up to the minuses) and therefore the rest was a success. I wish you the same. By the way, we found a review where it says that in many respects Sheraton bypasses top hotels like Baron and Rixos.

We spent a week as a family in the department. For each item. The staff is responsive and attentive, they know English and a little Russian. We were greeted at the reception in Russian.
The rooms, of course, like the hotel itself, are old, but quite pleasant. The beds are high and soft. The room is cleaned every day. Take toothpaste and toothbrushes with you. They are not in the room.
The territory is large, since there are not many people, not everything is involved.
Comfortable pools and a beach with a pier. Be sure to take a mask to see the underwater world.
The bar is sparse.
The food is varied, but at the same time monotonous.

We vacationed with my husband at this hotel from April 20 to May 1, 2023. The hotel is not bad, well maintained, but most of the territory is not used, some of the pools and bars are closed. The food is for 4 people, everything is edible, but very monotonous..after a week, I get tired of eating the same thing. There were very few fruits: melons, guavas, dates and oranges. Alcoholic drinks are local, generally edible with cola. Juices are diluted yupis. A huge beach, a stunning coral reef are the huge advantages of this hotel. The rooms are large and bright, but the furniture and appliances are all old. The ollin bracelet is worn only from 10.30 am after breakfast, regardless of the time of arrival. The rooms are officially from 15.00, but we were lucky and checked in earlier. In general, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel can be supplied with a solid 4*. He doesn't pull a 5k.

We had a rest with my wife on 29.10-05.11.22. I liked everything very much. First, about the hotel building-it is unusual. The hotel is built inside the mountain. You drive up as usual, go into the lobby-and this is the 7th floor of the building where the restaurant is located. All rooms are ledge above each other inside the mountain. From the 1st floor you go directly to the beach and the pool. It seems that the rooms are not hot in summer either. Usually you go into the room like into an oven, even the air conditioner has never been turned on. However, it must be understood that it is already cool at night. It was 28-30 in the afternoon, the sea was 26. All the days there was wind and, accordingly, a wave at sea. Although those who arrived early said that there was no wind a week before us. But you can't guess it. It was fine at sea, it was a bit cold when leaving. The reef is big and beautiful. There are a lot of fish. We saw a moray eel, a stingray, once a huge Napoleon. The beach is huge, the umbrellas are far from each other. There were few people, mostly Russians. On the day of departure, the climate summit began, and important comrades arrived. And a bunch of different bodyguards with pistols under their jackets. We liked the food. Everything that was needed was there. Let it be not 40 varieties of meat, but 4, but everything is delicious. Something was constantly being grilled. My wife took crabs once. Although there were dissatisfied people with us -as there is no cottage cheese. There is also a snack at 15 o'clock by the pool-tortillas, burgers, potatoes.
I would like to say separately about the attitude. We had been to Egypt 3 times before, but there was no such friendly attitude anywhere. They didn't even take a single tour from the guide and parted with a smile. On the beach, the guys themselves go and offer to bring drinks and drinks. The room was cleaned every day. I especially want to say kind words to the lifeguard at the pier, Mohamed. He is a very positive and kind person. Knows Russian well, you can talk for a living, can tell you on any issue.
The hotel is located on the outskirts. There is nothing within walking distance, you have to go. Buses run, free of charge on the occasion of the summit. Part of the territory (the villa) is not serviced after 2015. It can be seen that there was a super-duper hotel. Now it's just solid and comfortable.

We are coming for the second time in six months, this time we have captured more relatives. Nice hotel. In summer, the tide is low and you can swim in the sea only from the pier. In November, there are two good approaches from the shore. The rooms are not brand new, but they are not dead either, beautiful sea views from each room. The food is delicious, there are few fruits and they are seasonal. Divine beef! The grill is monotonous, but every day is different. The staff is SUPER! Attentive, cheerful and responsive. If you meet Valera, a massage therapist from the SPA, do not refuse his services - he is a great fellow and a professional. On the second trip, he just saved my vacation when, for no reason at all, both my hands were taken away (apparently there was a clamp in the cervical region). There are two central pools with a bar and if you walk to the right along the beach into the slide, there will be two more large EMPTY pools, one also with a bar. There are few people in 2022-2023, even in the summer season. In the summer, many locals have a vacation, companies from Italy, Germany, Syria and Saudi Arabia (with whom they personally communicated), a few Russian families. Overall, the place is good!

The hotel is open at 30%, almost everything that is better is all for the money, good coffee, good alcohol, chips with beer (even in the lobby). There is one swimming pool on the territory (in fact three, but you will die of boredom on the rest), the sea is cool (but windy and waves). There are three bars: one in the lobby, one on the pool and one on the beach. The service is fine. The cleaning is normal, the waiters and bartenders are normal. Local alcohol is normal, it is not diluted. The rooms, yes, all with sea views. There is almost no animation. There is nothing near the hotel at all within a 3 km radius. A taxi from the hotel to Nyama Bay is charged $ 20. You can leave the hotel outside the gate for 10-12$ round trip. The hotel has a beach of one and a half kilometers, people are only two hundred meters away, the rest is abandoned. The food is good, let's say, and varied, and the chefs are trying their best.
If you just want the sea and the sun, then you will like it here, if you also take a walk, then not here. I'm not coming back here anymore.

The food is simply super tasty and varied by the standards of 2023. The hotel's interior and furniture are gorgeous! It's chic of course 80-90s, something tired, but overall just cool. 99% of the house does not have or will not have anything like designer furniture made of solid oak, the doors are expensive, everything is in style. There is a giant balcony!!!
Animation, the hotel is perfectly designed - there is a disco in the big hall inside and you can't hear it. If you want, you light it up. If you don't want to, the rooms are perfectly quiet.
The weather in the new year is +22 in the afternoon, the sky is without a cloud, the sun is hot. Yes, the wind is stable - but the sunbeds have protective fences against the wind, it's fine. At night, of course, a sweater jacket.
In short, if it is critical for you / children to swim a lot, definitely not here. One ladder to the depth of a large hotel and that's it. Otherwise, it's just 5+ for its price, I highly recommend it.

We had a rest at the end of October 23.
I will not describe the general points, there are enough of them in the comments. I will write what I liked and disliked about the hotel in my personal opinion.
To begin with, October is the most wonderful month in Egypt. The sun does not bake, there is no heat, and the day is long enough. Water 26, air 32, there is a slight wind at the location of the hotel. But for some reason it blows until 3 o'clock, then subsides. So it's not hot in the heat) The hotel is large, we had 30 percent full. 50% of them are Russians, the rest are foreigners. I will not write about the fatigue of the hotel.The rooms and other places are made in Arabic style, so they treated the antiquity as due. The room is large, gel and shampoo in dispensers in the bath, there are tubes of body lotion (by the way, quite decent), a bathrobe and slippers on request. We left Alyonka's chocolate bar to the cleaner - all this immediately appeared. Cleaning is normal. The floors are definitely being washed, they screwed themselves a couple of times and it was obvious. There is tea and coffee in the room, but 1 bag for each person per day. If you like to drink coffee or tea in the room, take it with you. White linen, towels too. They change it every day.
The problem of the hotel is sound insulation! We lived fine for a week, until a family with a small child moved into the next room. He was yelling like he was in our room)I was saved by earplugs (I drive specially for such cases on the plane).
The food is excellent. But for fans of Turkish hotels with Ultra-it will seem a little meager. Everything is delicious, as the stuffed plates of the guests said. Funny, but only the Russians dragged packages of all kinds of buns and buns from breakfast.
Alcohol is quite normal. Factory-made, though in plastic bottles. The whole fortress is 30 degrees. Therefore, it seems diluted to many. I liked the local vodka-like ours. There are always places, and neighbors on the beach are practically not visible and not heard. Beach towels were changed every day. There is a chip - a red flag. He hangs himself to the umbrella by the sun loungers, so as not to be disturbed. But it doesn't work) Animators, sellers of spa services, walks, scuba diving do not notice it)But it's a couple of days. When you give up everything, they are no longer suitable themselves. The animation is there, I can't evaluate it, because I wasn't following her. Sometimes some bands perform in the evenings. But mostly - shows from animators like guess the tune or Mr. Hotel. They try to work in all languages at once, so it turns out boring. But I say, we didn't go for animation.
Panton in the sea is stationary. On stilts. Not long and comfortable.The reef is gorgeous, lively. There are many kinds of fish. 2 entrances to the water from the pantone. But there is an ambush here, too. If the number of Arabs is more than 2 on the pantone, then forget about the silence and the entrances. They cling to them and do not catch up that they are not alone there. But fortunately, this is not always the case.
And another nuance is crows or jackdaws. There are many of them. They don't fight them. Therefore, food or things left on the beach may disappear. A pack of cigarettes was stolen from us, someone has a small watch. Rolls, French fries are sorted out by them right there on the sunbed without supervision.
Taxi to the city and back (we went to the old town) for $ 4 one way.Price according to the application. The hotel has 10-15 one-way tickets.
When leaving, the bracelet is not cut off, but they warn that on the day of departure, lunch is already paid (for those who have a late check-out). At lunch and dinner, a girl stands at the entrance, where she marks your room. We changed lunch from one day and moved it to the last day. There were no problems.
Bottom line, I liked the hotel. We will go again if there is a good price!

We had a rest with the whole family (the daughter is 5 years old). We really liked the hotel, the beach is big, there is enough space, there are bars you can always take a drink. I had a rest from 21.04 to 01.05. To be honest, it was the first time I was in Sharm el-Sheikh. Before that, many times in Hurghada and Marsa Alam. I had a great rest (I was alone). The hotel is not new, but everything is decent. The rooms were cleaned every day. The food is excellent, for me personally. The staff is very friendly. Regardless of the tea, they make good cocktails. The territory is huge and well maintained. There are many photo zones. There are villas that do not work, the area is very beautiful for photos. I really liked everything. I will definitely come again.

Review of Marriot Sheraton ( 7-13.11.23)
1. Flight- tour and flight from Pegas. The low-cost airline was changed 2 times before departure, as a result, Air Cairo flew there, back by some Turkish airline. In both cases, the flight was not delayed, they arrived ahead of schedule. But - there was no food on such long bindings!!!! Back- the backs were broken in our entire row and the chair could not be reclined. The lights are off, there is no individual lighting - neither sleep nor read. It's very hard. Is it really impossible to collect 3,000 for the ticket and feed it?
2. It should be borne in mind that at Sharmelsheikh Airport, 3 Stages of inspection are of course good, but very long. On the way back, we arrived at the airport 3.5 hours before departure and did not even have time to buy anything to eat on the way. As a result, 10 hours without a snack.
3. The hotel was once very good. It was built on a grand scale (1999) - large rooms, balconies, bathrooms. The territory is huge, but only the main building is functioning (this is less than 1/4 of the territory). The whole hotel is clean enough and was once rich and modern, but now everything is dilapidated and outdated. This applies to everything that the eye falls on.
4. Rooms- The plumbing is old- you can see it right away, but it's clean. The towels are clean, thick, and of good quality. The beds are very comfortable, 1, 2 m wide. The pillows are semi-orthopedic, hard, for an amateur- but it was comfortable for us to sleep. The bed linen is clean and pleasant. The room itself left a favorable aesthetic impression. All balconies with sea views face east. You can watch gorgeous sunrises every day. There was no minibar (which is strange for 5 stars, there were also no slippers (they were later brought on request), glass glasses (cups only), hair conditioner. The hair dryer started smoking in our room a couple of days later). Only 1 bottle of water (0.5 liters) per person is left in the room every day!!!
5. Room cleaning and change of towels - daily. Linen is available every other day.
6. Beach - the beach strip is wide, 1 pier (50 meters) with 2 stairs to enter the water. There's always a lifeguard on him. By the way, he really helped 2 times: the first time he helped a girl swim who could not cope with the waves, the second time he provided first aid, smearing a wonderful healing ointment from a burn, either from a jellyfish, or from a coral. The coral is good! The variety of fish is better than in the Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve! The sun beds are wooden (old and battered, but functioning). The mattresses on them are not the first freshness, but comfortable. A person with towels on the beach all the time - you can rent and change during the day. The beach is cleaned, but garbage from garbage amphorae is taken out 1 time a day, which attracts crows!!!! There is no escape from crows - they sit almost on their heads and steal food and even room cards, hairpins. And they croak very loudly.
7. Food- the restaurant is small, with one food distribution line. All the food was fresh and deliciously cooked. There was no particular variety, but there were always several dishes of beef, chicken, sometimes lamb and duck. There have always been pasta, stewed and baked vegetables in different variations with a balance of salt and spice. Fruits - only peeled and sliced - green melon, guava, bananas (for some reason sliced in milk), oranges and grapefruits. Apples are only in the form of a fruit salad. Desserts - very tasty halva, jelly, baklava, etc. - each sweet has its own taste, not just a different look.
8. Alcohol, bars, water - here is a fat minus. There is one bar in the lobby - the coffee is disgusting not only in the vending machine, but also from the coffee maker. The cocktails are the same, with a minimum amount of alcohol. They are poured either into the cheapest plastic cups, or into glass (dirty) ones. They brought me water in a glass with lipstick. Only the beer in the hotel is on top. There is a small bar on the beach, which has nothing but beer, water and colorful sweet chemical water. There, by the way, you can fill a bottle of water that you brought with you from the room - there is nowhere else to take more water. There is no cooler or water distribution stations on the territory of the hotel - only in the restaurant and bars. There is another bar right in the COLD pool. As a rule, all the chairs are occupied in it. We only managed to pour coffee there once - we didn't want to stand in line in cold water. We could get a snack by the pool in the afternoon (burgers with French fries), but we didn't eat.
9. The staff is friendly enough, but without gloss. Someone is more friendly, someone is less.
10. Taxi from the hotel to the old town and back - $ 25-30 if you go out the gate (7-10 min walk)- that's $18 in 2 directions.

We were with my husband and child in the first half of May 2023. The weather is perfect, the sea is 24-25 degrees. We were satisfied with the food, especially the desserts.The rooms are spacious, the hotel is half full. Very caring and attentive staff, especially lifeguard Mohammed, who speaks 5 languages, is always ready to suggest something and just have a nice chat.

Maaximum 3* hotel.
Rave reviews are not clear from what, they were forced to move and did not regret it once.
The territory is not large, not well maintained. The food is very modest, monotonous, on the second day the whole family was poisoned.
There is no animation, it's terribly boring.
In the restaurant, they cheat on reservations, instead of the menu they serve from the buffet ((horror.
In addition to its own beach with a pier (there is no shallow water at all), the hotel has no advantages.
I definitely do not recommend visiting!

I had a vacation in November 2022, in this hotel for the fifth time. The territory of the hotel and the beach is quite large, there is no crowding. On the beach- as always- Mohamed- help on any issue and at any time, we formed friendly relations several years ago, once again- many thanks to him ... an irreplaceable person....the sea is cool, corals, fish, beauty.... The music on the beach has gotten worse. I remember 2018, 2019, when wonderful music was playing, Spanish, Italian, modern Arabic, everything was tasteful and in a low voice, not intrusive, I wanted to listen to it and even dance....The restaurant has friendly waiters, I would like more fruits, such as guava, mango and others....packaging juices with pulp are also good, but they are not, freshly squeezed juices are at least paid.... The rooms are all overlooking the sea, cleaned daily, unless you refuse yourself.... For the first time in 5 years, they did not wish you a happy Birthday, there were no slippers and a bathrobe in the room, like regular customers. It seemed to me that the cook had changed, I did not meet the main one.... I don't remember the name, but the chicken and the omelet were cooked tastier, nothing went wrong…So everything is fine, but there is something to work on....

It was at the end of October. A super hotel! Of course, there is almost nothing left of the former greatness, but there is a gorgeous beach and a reef. Friendly staff, delicious and varied food. Few people. The only negative thing is that the rest in this hotel from October 22 to March 23 has risen in price by almost 50 percent.

The beach is clean, wide, the reef is good, we saw a stingray, a turtle, and fish, respectively. There is no Wi-Fi on the beach. We had a rest on New Year's Eve 2022-23.
Positive characteristics:
The beach is 1 km long, a long distance between umbrellas;
A beautiful, lively reef, the diversity of the underwater world;
A large area of the hotel (part of it is abandoned/not well maintained, but with buildings);
Friendly employee Mohamed, who works as a caretaker on the pontoon;
Room cleaning.
Negative characteristics:
The food, especially the breakfasts, is very weak, it does not correspond at all even to 4 stars;
The pool was not heated - we saved on electricity;
The corridors and the main lobby of the hotel are dim again due to economy;
There was no animation in the evening for several days - they said: "No people, no show";
We approached each tourist and asked them to write positive reviews and show them a screenshot of the review, at the reception we were asked not to write reviews about the service.

We love charm, not for the first time and not for the 2nd time here.... Why 4, because you expect more from Sheraton. our transfer was almost individual, respectfully for Sheraton, only those who are here. All rooms have a sea view. we had garden view, that is, it is the 1st floor. they asked for a higher floor and a quiet room, they gave 2. room 201, that is, 1 and through us, of course, everyone went to the elevator. Room cleaning was not our luck... I cleaned and brought shampoo only after contacting Natalie. At 11 he can no longer be found on the floor, the balcony is dirty.
Meal. you won't stay hungry, but don't expect any frills either. for dinner, 1 view on the grill. red fish 1 time in 10 days, shrimp only in the vine, there is almost no seafood. Lunch is the saddest thing... and the biggest disappointment is the fruit... There was never a mango in mango season!!! and in the store they were 30 rubles each, and the rest of the fruits were only chopped. The first few days there were few people in the body, it was hot out of season, so the bar at the pool with a snack did not work at all. Just drinks. then stale rolls began to be brought to the drinks bar.... Shame on the chef!!! There were blackouts and elevators were not running. the animation is rotten. There was no evening animation at all, the young people were very bored. There was a belly dance once in 9 evenings... The rest is like we'll cheer you up ourselves. It's shameful. The paper towels stank of damp. by the pool, the sun beds are normal, they change every evening, the rag mattress pads on the beach are never dirty. There are lots of places on the beach. fungi are free on 1 line and 2 everywhere. The reef is beautiful, but consider this cape!!! Verez is always there . we were in Sharma already in January 2023, of course, you can only choose bays here for nothing. A wonderful guide from the Bible!!! We sat and chatted with him in the evenings, he loves Russia, was in Moscow, even told us about the artifacts in museums.

The hotel does not meet 5 stars. Maximum 4. The service is very poor. Upon check-in, we (my wife and I) were given a room with two single beds. We asked for one double bed. We were fed "breakfast" for two days, we did not unpack our things. But they didn't give it to me. The cleaning in the rooms is purely fictitious, they can only make the beds, the garbage is removed only from the bins, but the left one appeared in our room, some wrappers(my wife and I don't eat sweets), they don't put toilet paper if you don't leave a dollar. Water is not reported. Towels and linen are rarely changed. There is only one bar in the evening, there are almost no places, The locals seem to be living in the bar. The bartender on the beach, when the senior manager was called, was replaced at our request, then behaved (we are aristo you shit). The food is normal, there is no delicacy, but everyone is well-fed. The reef is normal, even brought from other hotels. The animation is about nothing.

We rested at the Sheraton Hotel from 11/10/2021 to 11/19/2021. The impressions are great. There are minor (uncritical) flaws.
First things first: at the moment, only the main building is open, the villas are closed. All rooms in the main building have sea views. The higher the floor, the better the view. On the ground floor, I suppose, there is no view). We initially noted with the armor: a high floor, there were no problems when checking in. We had a rest with a child of 11 years old, at the initial check-in there was no extra bed in the room, everything was decided in about an hour-they called the reception, explained the situation, the bed was immediately provided.
Food: there is a lot of it. There are queues only at dinner and only at the very beginning. If you come not by 19.0@, but by 20.00- everything is free, lots of tables and food. From food-for lunch and dinner there is always meat and fish, a lot of vegetables, sweets, pastries. Limited fruits-apples, bananas,dates, guava, melon-are seasonal. A set of cutlery is given for each person, packed in a plastic bag-the disadvantage of the method is that when eating dessert you either have to use the same appliances, or catch the waiter and ask for another set.
The room is large, about 40 meters, cleaned every day. The furniture was a little tired, but everything worked, nothing fell off.
A huge balcony, like a terrace, with a wonderful view of the beach and the sea.
The sea is beyond praise. Almost all kinds of fish were seen on the home reef, and lionfish, and moray eels, and igloos, and hedgehogs and small barracuda. There is a fenced swimming area near the pontoon, a small one, a lifeguard watches and whistles if you swim close to the reef or swim behind a buoy. We swam away from the fence, because we were confident in our abilities, no one was chasing us).
The beach is very clean, comfortable, you can find a place even at 11 o'clock-it will, of course, be away from the pontoon, but this is not critical. There is a small bay with a sandy entrance-children are rustling there.
The staff is very polite and pleasant. Everyone smiles, asks how you're doing -regardless of tips and whether you took any extras. services or not. Massage,pigtails,spa,photo, etc. are offered on the beach. Everything is unobtrusive, with a smile-you refuse-they do not insist.
In general, the rest was a success-thanks to the Sheraton hotel!

We rested from November 8 to November 18, 2021. I liked everything very much. Especially the sea and the beach. The sea is clean, there are a lot of fish. There are several swimming pools on site. The bar is open. Alcoholic beverages are poured into a glass. For beer lovers, I recommend taking a shaker with you. Since little is poured into a plastic cup. And the shaker, whatever it is, is full. Otherwise, you'll have to run to the bar all the time.
The food was not bad. Especially delicious pastries. There is a special table for children, so even a little one will not stay hungry. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, but they don't look at the balcony, there is sand and dust. What is in the room: a hair dryer, they give water every day (a bottle per person), shampoo, body lotion, shower gel. But we took a ride with toothpaste. The robes were given such, 🤦♀️I thought that they had washed the floor with them before, but the towels were clean. The bathroom has a bidet, toilet and bathtub (used exclusively as a shower). On the beach, they give towels according to the cards, which you will receive at the reception at 8 am. And the sunbeds are occupied already at 6 am.
Fish in the sea is a Relaxation! Be sure to take a mask and corals. Otherwise, the legs will hurt. The hotel prices for masks are too high, it is better to buy in the city. The old town is located about 22-24 kilometers from the hotel, you can go outside the hotel for a walk and the drivers of blue minibuses will find you themselves. The price of the trip is $ 1 per person. Taxi drivers charge $15 in three ways in both directions.
I really enjoyed the rest. But when leaving the country, you will have to go through four security checkpoints. We Russians are well guarded now. I chose a hotel for a long time, and eventually I went here again, because the hotel has a large territory and a huge stretch of coral reef. You can enjoy snorkeling all day. Beautiful views, each room has a large balcony, and the suites are so large that there are sun loungers and you can sunbathe in a private atmosphere. Of course, this is not the same hotel that it was in 2008, and it is sad to see how empty the territory is, few tourists, little entertainment. But I am grateful to the hotel for the best time in my life, for the endless magic and romance of this place, because it was here that I met my beloved American man. It was back in 2013))I stumbled upon this hotel by chance and wanted to remember pleasant moments.
Villas and bungalows were still in operation back then.
We lived in a bungalow on the ground floor
You go out and immediately see the rooms in the bungalow are larger in size than in the main building. .There were several pools, each bungalow. The territory is huge, the bus was small, you could get where you needed to go.
We were fed for 5+. The staff is friendly. The sea was gorgeous, there were a lot of beautiful fish, we fed them bread, they were already used to it and swam right up to our feet.
The animation took place in the main building, we didn't go to the disco, so I can't say anything about it.
I really liked everything, I don't know how now, it's been almost 10 years, but I want to return to this hotel again.
