It seems to be fine, but the prices for the institution in the form in which it is are overstated. The room is a basement with pipelines overhead, the interior items are arranged chaotically, without an obvious idea. The establishment itself is designed for a maximum of visitors, but the pricing policy does not match in my opinion.

If you're looking, it's easy to miss the sign. I found it the second time. There is one entrance to the negroni bar and the chef's restaurant - the establishment is actually the same, but the halls are separated. And the chief's sign is visible only from one side.
I haven't been to the bar, the chef's restaurant is great.
I chose from places with reviews on maps and closer to the hotel. I did not lose.
The guys are friendly, the food is very tasty. I came in 45 minutes before closing time, they brought a giant beef rib with homemade potatoes. Meat melts, potatoes with mushrooms and sauce are just a buzz.
I really liked it, I recommend it.

Decent, by and large. Of the cons: there was only one kind of draft; for some reason, I waited all evening for one of the dishes, the ingredients for which were about to be delivered, but they never arrived.
