I have been to many capitals, but I have not met such a colorful area for getting positive emotions. There is everything for walking from convenient metro links-shopping center-bridge-walking area-park, to saturated locations and lots of photo opportunities.

The first two floors are observation decks. Both are glazed, while there is a restaurant on the second floor. Go straight up to the second one, in my opinion, it's more convenient there. There are fewer people, the view is exactly the same, everything is fine. Do not try to take tickets for more expensive, with access to the 125th and 126th floors.
Keep in mind that 125 and 126 – you will not look anywhere from any height there. They arrange a kind of laser show, which, honestly, is not worth your attention.
There are quite large queues at the exit, but this is normal for this level of facility. But the fact that there is no open area there, as there is in Moscow City, is a shame.

I really liked the tower, the price of tickets for 2 adults and 2 children is about 10,000 rubles. The ground floor houses the tower museum and all the tall towers of the world.We were in the evening, everything is on fire, the beauty is indescribable, the children are delighted on the 118th - 119th floor there are souvenir shops, a photo zone (the price for 8 photos is 300 or 400 yuan) prices are high accordingly)) The elevator is super high-speed, my ears felt good) Everything is clean, tidy, the staff is very friendly.

This tower is a once-in-a-lifetime must-see. Even on the 118th floor, the view is breathtaking. It is said that this is the highest observation deck in the world. You can also go up to the 126th floor to watch the Eye of Sauron and the laser show. But everything is closed and there are no windows.

The tower (both this one and the Pearl of the East) didn't have any direct wow effect on me, but it's definitely worth a visit
There is an extended ticket - you can climb above the main observation deck - there will be a stone structure, a kind of heart of the tower, 2 films will be shown about it and there will be a light show on it. It seemed a little boring to me.
If you stay in Shanghai in Pudong with a view of the river, then you can see a much more interesting light show on the skyscrapers

The highest observation deck in the world is in the Shanghai Tower. The climb cost, in my opinion, 180 yuan. There is an even more expensive ticket with an additional visit to some kind of exhibition complex upstairs. It seems to me that this event is worth spending such an amount on a view of Shanghai from such a height.

In short, a visit here does not justify the loss of time and money for a ticket.
