For me, it's not interesting to watch anything in Samarkand, I saw it all 30 years ago, before the antiquity was rolled up in marble. And it was interesting to walk through the Shah and Zinda complex. I did not regret the time spent.
The most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life!
There are few tourists, the guide told us very well about the history and culture of the place. It's worth seeing!
A must-visit. Very beautiful. There is a small museum in one of the rooms, there is a photo of how it all looked at the beginning of the 20th century, it is interesting to compare
An atmospheric place of stunning beauty.the blue sky and the blue mosaic will not leave anyone indifferent.to get historical information, it is better to walk with a guide, since there are many of them in Samarkand
Blue majolica is exactly about this place. However, they say that the work on laying the drain sewer was very barbaric... well, it seems like a lot of ordinary ceramic tiles got stuck. But it's worth a look. I liked it more than Registan.
It's a great place, the photos are great. Wear something white, blue or blue, not mottled. However, wear whatever you want, it will still work out fine!
Take a guide, it's more interesting this way
The shops sell interesting Christmas tree toys and all sorts of souvenirs
If you are in Samarkand, be sure to visit Shahi Zinda. Very beautiful majolica and atmosphere. There are steps that need to be counted when climbing and descending. If the number is the same, then you are a man clean of sins (legend)
It's just the splendor of human hands! If you haven't been there, consider that you haven't seen anything in Samarkand.

Of all the places in Samarkand, Shahi Zinda is perhaps the one I remember the most. This complex is very cozy, and the "street" of mausoleums reminded me of an old European town. And there, right up close, you can see and touch the characteristic oriental mosaic
Not to see this place means not to see Samarkand! You can't see from the outside, but inside there is an impossible luxury! Every nook and cranny is great! There are a lot of people, it's better to go to the opening itself
A great place, a story in every stone. The cemetery of the 14th and 15th centuries. The most beautiful mausoleums located next to the mosque and the burial place of the Islamic enlightener, companion of the prophet, Qusam ibn Abbas.
This is a masterpiece of oriental architecture! Nowhere else in the East can you find such beauty and transfusion of colors. Very painstaking and exquisite work of medieval masters. Just visit and enjoy this beauty! For life!
The oldest part of the city, which after the Monogol invasion was used only as a necropolis. The oldest mausoleums hide even pre-Islamic architecture. Thousand-year-old arabesques have been preserved in places, the text sometimes covers all forms of decoration!
