Excellent herbal tea after the procedure, especially with honey. It's simple, because you shouldn't expect everything to be like in a comfortable SPA. The staff responsible for the procedures is friendly and has not changed for many years. The massage is good according to the reviews, the prices are reasonable, but we did not use it ourselves.
If we evaluate the hotel, then with a stretch of 3, but rather 2. We were the ones who lived in standard rooms, not economy. I can't imagine what's in economy. The rooms look like they have everything, we even had plumbing. But, the numbers are not particularly supported, and of course this affects the appearance. We lived in winter, on the 2nd floor. In January 2025. Heating, like in many places in Abkhazia, is not normal, only air conditioning, but this is expected. The hotel was dirty because it was rarely cleaned. On the ground floor, the hallway and the shared kitchen stank of unknown things, but the smell was very depressing and spoiled the mood in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with minimal equipment, there is a gas stove, but there is no gas, a two-burner cheap electric stove is clearly not for a common kitchen. There is no hood above the stove. There is one kettle for all rooms in the shared kitchen. There is no kettle, no glasses, or even a toothbrush cup in the rooms, and it is clear that there is no soap or shampoo. The kitchen is dirty, it's clear that they ask vacationers to clean up in the ads, which we did, swept the floors, washed the tables and took out the trash. Because no one took out the trash from the kitchen. The cleaning lady rarely comes, probably once a week. The furniture in the rooms is in a sad state, it still serves, but of course there is no view. In general, if you are completely unassuming and you need procedures, then it will be fine. I think we will come for treatment more than once, but we will never settle with them.

We stop for a few days every year. Friendly staff, healing water, mud. The rooms are modest, but there is everything you need, there is a shared kitchen, you can cook dinner in a hurry, a cafe is open during the season. I ordered my favorite okroshka. The prices are adequate . After taking the procedures, you can drink tea on mountain herbs, as well as buy it with you.

The hotel is in a terribly neglected state. Sometimes there is no water, sometimes there is light. The rooms are dirty. Everything is old and broken . I was even afraid to take hold of the faucet handle. The room is full of bedbugs. The only plus is well-fed cats and not sick . Although only tourists feed them here. The staff is not paid anything, and therefore they do not do normal cleaning. You can't even take off your shoes in the room, everything is so dirty. The kitchen is a separate horror. Mugs in the hair. I could only stand it for two days. Although I planned to stay for a week. Repairs have not been done here for a long time. Apparently the owners think it will work that way) Single room 1500. Only for the desperate)

We rested from 07/29.23 to 08/11.23. We booked until 08/17.23, but left immediately after the procedures and massage course. It seems that in this hotel the owners have no motivation to keep their business in working order. Constant water shut-off, lack of dishes in the kitchen, "dead" plumbing, unrepaired rooms…
I was glad that the air conditioning was working, and the rooms also had good insulation-it was quiet, a large refrigerator. There is access to a washing machine and ironing board. Linen and towels are clean, toilet paper is provided upon request. Also, there is a cafe on the territory where they cook delicious food, but it closes at 18.00. There is parking next to the residential building, which is very convenient. A minibus runs several times a day from the hotel to New Athos.
Result. If you need to improve your health in the springs, enjoy the mountain air and take a massage course (you need to book a massage in advance), then I recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a vacation at the sea, then look for another place.

The source is good. But the place itself resembles a public bathhouse of the lowest category. The locker rooms are wide open. You leave things, you're afraid that everything will be pulled out of your pockets. There are a lot of people, the pools barely accommodate everyone.
After the mud, there is only one hose for everyone to wash off the clay. Or an ice shower from the river (not everyone is able to stand under it). Queues at the hydrogen sulfide shower. It seems like you have to relax and relax, but in fact you get very tired of this place because of the inconveniences.
It is difficult to get there, only by regular bus, which does not run often, or by taxi. Taxi drivers charge high prices.

At my request to put a roll of paper, the cashier replied very rudely that the toilet was NOT INCLUDED IN the PRICE and ordered me to move away from the window of the cash register. The conditions are very decent: the room had air conditioning, a large refrigerator, blinds on the window, a flat-screen TV, two beds, a sofa, bedside tables, a bathroom in the room, a boiler for hot water - everything is working, and if there is a small problem, a jack-of-all-trades reliable Igor and a friendly hostess for comfort and linen will come to the rescue, Dear Asya! The owners of the hotel visit every day, and some landscaping work is constantly underway. Thanks to the girls in Julia and Asida's tea room - homemade cakes in the morning, delicious tea! The masseur Vartan also works conscientiously, the clients are satisfied. The impressions of hydrogen sulfide and mud pools are positive!
