We decided to pay more and take a room with access to the pool and at first everything was fine, but our sunbeds did not have an umbrella. On account of this, we went to the reception and were contacted by the HR managers, the manager promised to send us employees with an umbrella right away, but no one brought anything. In general, we knocked out this umbrella for 3 days!!! We went there personally and called a million times, well, they don't work fast here. On the 4th day of rest, pipes burst in the room, suitcases were flooded, things that were lying on the bottom shelf too. We were transferred to a room of a lower class (specially paid extra for a room with access to the pool, I remind you) Promised that it was only for 1 day
But the 2nd day has already come, no one was going to return the room to us with access to the bus) Again, I had to swear and only then returned the desired number, and then not without adventures. We asked us to return to the same room if everything was fixed there, we were refused for the reason that the breakdown was not fixed there, okay, but after an hour we see new guests moving into that room))) let's go find out again and, thank the gods, the paid room class was returned to us. After this situation, the manager told us not to come to him anymore if something happened. We were in aher and that's putting it mildly

Cons: some rooms are in the main hotel, faucets are leaking, doors are broken, unpleasant smells. The room cleaning is disgusting, there is a lot of hair in the rooms upon arrival, and the rooms are cleaned very poorly. As for the food, oh, well, it's far from 5 stars, monotonous from the word at all, the hotel is family-friendly, respectively, there should be a variety for children, but there is no such thing as ice cream, it's only in packages on the territory where ice cream is simple vanilla, strawberry, creme brulee, chocolate in cones that are put in balls. There are many more things you can write and, unfortunately, there are mostly disadvantages. With such a concept, it's far from 5 stars. There is something to compare it with!

We had a vacation in September. The children's menu on the splash, they wrote a review, the chef and the girls and the guest relation were called to a meeting. They expressed their wish for a children's menu, boiled carrots, broccoli are not an option for Russian children. The adult menu is for 4.
7 times the children have been to Botanic Platinum, but here they liked the attractions more, both water and conventional. Overall, the impression is good, I recommend it.

Last year we were in Sunrise, where the kitchen was much better. The evening performances are good, the kids' club is beyond praise. It was the first time I saw so much entertainment for children, and attractions, and a mini club, and a water park.friends had problems with settling in. They were first settled in one room (2 different families) with two rooms, one of which did not have air conditioning (and the weather was terribly hot and it was impossible to open the balcony day and night, only air conditioning) after a few scandals, they were allowed into another room for the night (explaining that all rooms were occupied and yours the operator booked 1 room for you (the blizzard is full) the rooms were booked at different times) it was Eid al-Adha and therefore all the rooms were occupied. Then everything settled down, but the sediment remained. Not to mention that the water in the shower and in the toilet is flowing all the time.(lake house rooms) but it's quiet there)

On the beach, the bartender is disgusting, pretends that he does not understand Russian, says one thing, does another, at least in any language, he has his own opinion. It's beautiful to live in a bungalow, but only on the second floor and in the middle of summer, so that everything dries out. The food is solid 4. Animation for 5 * Room cleaning is terrible, the floor is dirty, you can't go without slippers. The refrigerator is like an animal, I asked you to replace it, figs to you)) I turned it off at night.

I'm already at home. We had a rest from 04/26/07/05. After the vacation, I usually remember only the good things. There were disadvantages, but then they will be erased from memory (drunken screams and scolding three nights from the next room, changed the room! The floors were not very clean: she left notes in Turkish and shocked "Alyonka" to the maid. A storm at sea, swimming in the pools of LAKE HOUSE.
There are few fruits - apples, grapefruit, oranges, bananas. There is no promised ice cream, only balls).

Nutrition 4. I do not eat meat, I love everything floating and chicken and turkey are among them. Basically, I took everything where the grill was. Dorado, river trout, sea bass, mackerel at the very least, grilled tomatoes and eggplant. There are cool bartenders, delicious cocktails and a variety of drinks. But I like dry red!
It was more difficult to feed a 1.3-year-old granddaughter. In the morning, buckwheat, oatmeal (fruit was added in pieces). Bananas really helped out every night. You can approach the cook in the hall: they will bring out purees and yogurt for the children. My daughter and I were delicious and had plenty to choose from. And food is not the main thing .....
A huge, beautiful territory, a wonderful location near the houses, a place by the hammocks, a stream at the entrance to the main building, there is a place to walk, a good beach, sand (this is certainly not Dubai sand), a lot of sun beds.
Delicious a la carte restaurants. We were in Mexican and fish restaurants.
The baby was taken to a mini club. A slide and cars (I had to ride myself), a steam train (the rest is too old for us yet), and the carousel does not work! The granddaughter somehow found paths leading to the mini club from anywhere in the hotel. And what screams there were when it was closed in front of her nose.
Good animation: you will remember the soap bubble show, the foam party!
On vacation, the main thing is not to look for disadvantages. ☺️

We have been staying at this hotel for 7 days, thank God we are going home tomorrow. This is the worst hotel we've ever been to. We've been to many places in Turkey, but this hotel is just a horror. I'll start with the pros, there are very few of them:
Cleaning of rooms
Refilling the refrigerator in the rooms (cola, sprite, beer) it's a pity that the refrigerator does not work
There are many children's pools
Minuses:
When we arrived, we checked into a room with access to some blue barrels. We changed the room with an additional payment in 2 days. The TV did not work in the old room at all, there is only sound.
I want to pay special attention to the food :
It's terrible , just tin for the money we paid (320 thousand for three for 8 days) The food is the same every day. Breakfasts do not change (French fries, pasta, pancakes, scrambled eggs, beans, broccoli, cauliflower) for children, a terrible semolina porridge in lumps (the child has never eaten )Every day, the children, including mine, ate only pancakes and watermelon for tomorrow. My husband and I spat every day out of anger . As soon as you arrive , you already know where everything is . Lunch is also fish and cutlets and everything cooked . For children, boiled rice and broccoli and Brussels sprouts, French fries. It was 2 pm when we decided to make something new for dinner and cooked shawarma and pizza, but in general everything is the same. But you know there are always watermelons, even though we ate them here. Strawberries are scary, frozen over and everyone grabs them with their hands (horror). Today at lunch we fried meat with fish, well, as always, I wrote meat cutlets earlier. I gave the child along with rice, the child with diarrhea is sitting with a sick stomach.... ( we treat) . I don't know what will happen tomorrow ... Drinks , the juice is only orange sour in some places, rotten since it is almost not drunk in the public domain. The rest of the drinks are cherry or apple juices, for example, you need to stand in a common queue to get a drink (especially at lunch when everyone is running for beer and wine, this is problematic) . For children, they gave nuggets for one day, the rest of the time they decided that children love Brussels
Cabbage and French fries and everything!!!! Imported drinks are served only in one bar. It was interesting what other people eat, especially children (everyone eats French fries and pasta). My husband spent the first 3 days looking for advantages in this hotel, he said that they took such a children's hotel for the sake of the child, but after 5 days of such food he already dreams of coming and strangling the fucking girl who advised us this anex hotel. The main thing is that we do not take it for the first time and fly 2-3 times a year, but to advise this ...... I also said that I myself rested at this hotel and this is the best hotel. The rides are old, there are only 3 workers. After 2 days, I got tired of it. The sea in the rocks hurts to walk. pay attention to the photo with the broccoli - this is a children's table. The photos were taken at lunch and in the morning . Bottom line: I want to go home and I am very sorry for the money spent for such a hotel and the health of the child . We were at the hotel in June 24. The hotel is not bad for Russians either. 90% are Russian, so the service suffers. We moved into the bungalow, in the morning there was a strong smell of sewage, so it's better to immediately check your room for smells. The food is ordinary, nothing outstanding, the animation is good, I was pleased. The waiters are all unfriendly. The beach is nice. Unfortunately, there is no separation of streams - adults and children. There is no quiet pool for adults only. You can smoke anywhere, which is not very good for us non-smokers. I'm reading the latest reviews and I think I got to another hotel))) there is no choice of meat, a lot of people, the pier is broken, they don't even want to collect it.
There is only orange juice (such as fresh) or not tasty packaged on the bar. There is a lot of entertainment for children, slides, attractions.
I will add a little: in the last 2 days it has become better, more meat. And more choice of alcohol-free drinks. The juice is lemonade, like a milkshake, but the pier has not yet begun to be assembled.

The first emotions from the hotel have already subsided, so I am writing a review as objectively as possible. In short, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! A maximum of 3 stars and that's a stretch. Moreover, all the disadvantages are completely solvable and it is strange that the hotel management is absolutely not engaged in the hotel. There is simply no owner and order here! If you are familiar with words such as service, friendly staff and good rest, then you are definitely NOT here. Money is wasted!
I'll start with what we liked:
+ A large area.
+ Gorgeous clear sea.
+ The presence of children's shallow pools (but their cleaning is very lame).
+ The presence of a water park (as the very fact of its existence. Big questions for rescuers who are on the phone all the time and do not keep order and safety). + Good room cleaning.
+ The manager at the reception. Not the receptionist, but the manager. The man is a Turk in a blue shirt, I did not remember the name, unfortunately. A man who really tried to help us with choosing a room without rolling his eyes. We've reviewed 5! rooms before choosing (all were in villas). Then mold and dampness, then the air conditioner did not work, then the staff gathered under the windows and made noise from 7 a.m., then just an incredibly dead room. Absolutely all rooms are VERY tired!
Let's move on to the cons. Here you can write endlessly ... - Service and management of the hotel. It just doesn't exist! No one will even try to help solve your question. If you have a problem, this is your problem. If you don't like something or don't like it, no one cares either)) Personally, we have addressed two issues:
1) The air conditioner was not working in the room. More precisely, it worked, but it blew only warm air, did not cool. The master came and promised to fix it the next day, as the part was needed. The item was ordered, but it was not delivered in 10 days. They were fed "breakfast" and threw up their hands)))
2) There are many children in the hotel. The concept of the hotel is FAMILY-FRIENDLY. There are a lot of boys my son's age is 6-12 years old. There's nothing to do in the evening, so we always played football! There is a football field on which, attention, THERE is NO LIGHTING! That is, you can only play it until 19:30 when everything is still at sea and at dinner. There is no play after 20:00, it is dark so that the ball is not visible. There were really a lot of people who wanted to play and turned to guest relations with a request to come up with something with a light, since the boys really have nowhere to kick the ball. At first, guest relations tried to shift this issue to the animators. Then they came up with the idea that lighting is paid and you have to pay ... and when we asked where and to whom to pay, it turned out that there is no lighting on the field in principle😂 We offered to install a portable searchlight, as we saw that there were such in the hotel, but they immediately blamed this issue on the technicians, who said that it was impossible. Then there was also a version that the field should not be highlighted at all, since it is next to the stage and this interferes. In short, a circus with horses)))) As a result, instead of active games, the boys spent whole evenings on their phones. A cool family hotel... everything for children, isn't it?!
- Food and cleanliness in restaurants and bars. It's a nightmare. In the main restaurant (by the way, the air conditioner does not work there and do not even plan to eat in the cool😅) even less, but in the restaurant that belongs to the villas - it's a quiet horror! In the morning, there is a maximum of 1 person from the staff, at lunch and for dinner 2. I have never seen the restaurant manager there, but it's a pity! There was a young man in a blue T-shirt, but he didn't understand English. Well, or pretended that he did not understand))) I wanted to ask why there are no cups for tea and coffee in the morning, why mountains of dirty dishes, why high chairs are never washed, why food is cooked with old smelly oil, kettles, coffee maker, all surfaces are covered in dust and dirt. I am generally silent about the choice and quality of food!!! You can only eat rice and pancakes, sometimes even kebabs (if you're lucky with the cook and he doesn't overcook them).
- What's on the ice at the hotel? This is the first time I've seen WARM fruits, vegetables, and berries served in the windows of a restaurant. Is there such an energy saving in the hotel that it is impossible to connect equipment that cools?! There have always been only apples and oranges from fruits. In those rare moments when strawberries and watermelon were brought out, it was always warm! Who likes a warm watermelon?) And the hot strawberries?) they didn't even bother to shift the strawberries... they still stand in the shipping boxes in the restaurant. I hope she was at least washed)
- Luna Park. It would be better if the lighting of the park was given over to a football field))) There is only one name from the park. In fact, these are several old attractions that are clearly under write-off. I won't say anything about their appearance, I'm more concerned about safety… The wheels of the train sparkle, and the carousel with chains does not stop. She is stopped by the staff manually... they hang on one of the chairs, pull and thereby stop. Is this also the norm?!
- Bars and bartenders. What about your staff? They sigh, answer through their lips, well, with such disgust for their work and vacationers. There are no dishes, alcohol and drinks are ALL WARM, only ice saves, which melts in 15 seconds in a glass in the heat. And how do you like Turkish coffee in a cardboard cup?! This is the first time I've seen... well, you can buy dishes for Turkish coffee in a bar, right?
So many questions and so few answers)))

Service, food, drinks are at the highest level! There are two types of champagne, very tasty. The hotel itself is a bit old, redecorated, but the elevator was broken... the pier on the beach requires Renovation. In the water park, 2 slides did not work for 2 days, slides without buns, the simplest. A shuttle goes to the lunopark in the evening. The carousels are good, the children have fun… We didn't attend the evening shows. 80% of Russians have a rest.

1) The air conditioner was not working in the room. More precisely, it worked, but it blew only warm air, did not cool. The master came and promised to fix it the next day, as the part was needed. The item was ordered, but it was not delivered in 10 days. They were fed "breakfast" and threw up their hands)))
2) There are many children in the hotel. The concept of the hotel is FAMILY-FRIENDLY. There are a lot of boys my son's age is 6-12 years old. There's nothing to do in the evening, so we always played football! There is a football field on which, attention, THERE is NO LIGHTING! That is, you can only play it until 19:30 when everything is still at sea and at dinner. There is no play after 20:00, it is dark so that the ball is not visible. There were really a lot of people who wanted to play and turned to guest relations with a request to come up with something with a light, since the boys really have nowhere to kick the ball. At first, guest relations tried to shift this issue to the animators. Then they came up with the idea that lighting is paid and you have to pay ... and when we asked where and to whom to pay, it turned out that there is no lighting on the field in principle😂 We offered to install a portable searchlight, as we saw that there were such in the hotel, but they immediately blamed this issue on the technicians, who said that it was impossible. Then there was also a version that the field should not be highlighted at all, since it is next to the stage and this interferes. In short, a circus with horses)))) As a result, instead of active games, the boys spent whole evenings on their phones. A cool family hotel... everything for children, isn't it?!
- Food and cleanliness in restaurants and bars. It's a nightmare. In the main restaurant (by the way, the air conditioner does not work there and do not even plan to eat in the cool😅) even less, but in the restaurant that belongs to the villas - it's a quiet horror! In the morning, there is a maximum of 1 person from the staff, at lunch and for dinner 2. I have never seen the restaurant manager there, but it's a pity! There was a young man in a blue T-shirt, but he didn't understand English. Well, or pretended that he did not understand))) I wanted to ask why there are no cups for tea and coffee in the morning, why mountains of dirty dishes, why high chairs are never washed, why food is cooked with old smelly oil, and so on. I am generally silent about the choice and quality of food!!! It's a quiet horror. You can only eat rice and pancakes, sometimes even kebabs (if you're lucky with the cook and he doesn't overcook them).
- What's on the ice at the hotel? This is the first time I've seen WARM fruits, vegetables, and berries served in the windows of a restaurant. Is there such an energy saving in the hotel that it is impossible to connect equipment that cools?! There have always been only apples and oranges from fruits. In those rare moments when strawberries and watermelon were brought out, it was always warm! Who likes a warm watermelon?) And the hot strawberries?) they didn't even bother to shift the strawberries... they still stand in the shipping boxes in the restaurant. I hope she was at least washed)
- Luna Park. It would be better if the lighting of the park was given over to a football field))) There is only one name from the park. In fact, these are several old attractions that are clearly under write-off. I won't say anything about their appearance, I'm more concerned about safety… The wheels of the train sparkle, and the carousel with chains does not stop. She is stopped by the staff manually... they hang on one of the chairs, pull and thereby stop. Is this also the norm?!
- Bars and bartenders. Everything is bad here too. There are no dishes, alcohol and drinks are ALL WARM, only ice saves, which melts in 15 seconds in a glass in the heat. And how do you like Turkish coffee in a cardboard cup?! This is the first time I've seen... well, you can buy dishes for Turkish coffee in a bar, right?

The best of the 4 hotels on the beach. The rooms are a bit old, but not critical. Nice water park and pier.
