Well, we flew in from the hotel, rested for 6 days. We were looking for a hotel only 18+ and did not lose! I'll probably start with the cons, because it's usually more interesting to know them than the pros. (the opinion is subjective, like all reviews, I write only ours). The first is the distance from the airport, 2 hours, but we knew in advance that it was a long drive, so this is a minus for us, but we were ready for this, you can get a taxi back from the hotel at the reception, it costs $ 80 or $ 70. They are picked up 5, 5 hours before departure. You are the first to be taken back from the hotel, and 4 out of 6 are brought there. The second minus is food, if you want to eat tasty, and most importantly, a variety of food, then not here. During the whole vacation, we were unlucky, we did not get to the seafood day, but probably there is one here. The most delicious thing for a vacation is red fish and dorado. The rest is a regular meal of rice, mashed potatoes and their local pasta salads, etc. I didn't even take pictures because there's nothing interesting and nothing to take pictures of. The soups are not tasty (there was one vegetable, it was good by their standards). Alcohol 24 hours, in the lobby bar, there is local alcohol, but there is also, for example, Baileys, both their local and original, as well as original tequila, martini, aperol syringe. But some bartenders often freaked out that they asked to pour normal alcohol or into a normal glass glass, not plastic. There is also a field that spoils the view, but again we knew about it and personally we don't care about it. Also as a minus, there is a man who works at the exit of the restaurant in a store with jackets, he does not seem to be a hotel employee, but know that the hotel allows him to walk around the territory and offer off-site shopping, at the same time, they have no influence on him, he deceived us, we are our company, namely 11 the man decided to agree and go shopping, but we were specifically interested in the Novamall shopping center, he asked at the first stop, where they sell fur coats, jackets, etc., just to walk for 10 minutes so that he would not be scolded, but our guys even bought something, although the prices there are $ 1800 per jacket, then they bargain for 1000 and further they give it away cheaper. In our markets in Moscow, they sell this for pennies. Next, we had to go straight to the shopping center, but we were told that we would not be taken, then we were fooled, after a scandal and a call with the hotel, with the service manager, they took us at least to the shopping center, then they allegedly had to pick us up and take us to the hotel, we were out of touch (only there was Wi-Fi in jackets), in the number of 11 people, we take a taxi for 50 dollars and go back to the hotel (we were thrown!!!!), we waited an extra hour, and if we had immediately said we would not take a taxi earlier, so if you go shopping from this grandfather (photo attached), he is just a liar, obviously not from him. And by the way, there is nothing really in the shopping center, who will look for Zara, she is not there, there is no perfume, there is no Nike, only a couple of shelves in the sports store. And the hotel staff, for the record, I would like to say, if such a person works in your hotel, even if not for you personally, but either he is responsible for his words, what he does, or it will affect your visitors, let him not deceive, as if we were immediately told that we need to go back they will get there by themselves, half of the company would not have gone, because they just went for the company, as a result, instead of 2 hours of time, they spent 5! It would be better to stay at the hotel! And we didn't miss dinner when we arrived, there was nothing really left of the food!
Next, only the advantages.
First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to the service manager, she knows everything herself! She had a huge impact on our comfortable stay! Sofa, thank you!☺️ in general, the staff is responsive, any of our requests were fulfilled instantly!
We were checked in a little later, namely for half an hour, we arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., they checked in at 14.00 h, we were checked in at about 14.30, but before that time we were already at the pool, had breakfast, etc. For a little later check-in, the hotel brought us fruit as a compliment and a bottle of wine 0.3.
Next, room 🛌: we had a wonderful view of the sea on the 6th floor under the roof, as well as paid for the pool. Someone wrote that supposedly you can hear music, you can't hear anything with the doors closed! And there was music here until 1 am, at the sea, and not until the morning, like in a nearby hotel, most likely it's music from them, but once again, you can't hear it if you close the balcony. The room is good, everything worked for us, we had all the accessories in the room for a shower, slippers, as well as asked for bathrobes and they were also provided to us. A guard worked for us, they cleaned every day! There is a TV, a refrigerator with a mini bar (2 Efes beers, mirinda, sprite, mineral water, Pepsi), Wi-Fi throughout, the sea also catches perfectly.
The sea, the entrance is mixed, small pebbles and stones. We didn't lie on sun beds, we had beds, the ones for $ 10, but there always seemed to be enough sun beds, when we were asked on the first day, an employee found us and brought 2. There were no problems. A separate cool topic, this is a restaurant by the sea, from 12 p.m. to noon it seems, you can eat there according to the menu, as in a restaurant, all the waiters bring, they also take the order, for the whole vacation we never stood anywhere in line, well, it rarely happened for alcohol in the evening during rush hour. This is a very cool topic, they bring it fast enough, the menu has soup of the day, various spaghetti (pastas), burgers (and delicious, not as usual), French fries, salads, etc., scroll through, there is a menu in Russian, no need to open the translator on the first page (drinks are also brought). And there are also tortillas (cheese, potatoes, greens). And fruits. As well as ice cream in the public domain, as many as you want, several types. Water, ayran in the refrigerators.
Animation 😜 different theme nights, in general it's fun, but in fact it's a disco, live music, mask shows, disco until 1.00h. There is a small hint for companies that like to hang out until the morning and make noise (there is a room, PUB, downstairs on the ground floor to the left of the lobby bar), there is a table football and billiards, that's where you can listen to music, you can't hear it, but there are managers who came in anyway and didn't let you sit properly, made a remark. But it's still quieter there. The coolest thing was, it was a foam party, it's not just foam with a bunch of kids in ordinary hotels, it's imported decorations, foam, cool music, inflatable flamingos, etc. It's fun!!!! The rest is like everywhere else, water polo, yoga, balls on the sand, volleyball, etc. Another cool disco was with a guest Dj, we danced so much! Thank you Selectum!
Overall, we had a great vacation, we met great guys, we had a lot of fun!!! And it's sad to leave with tears in my eyes, I would have stayed at least 3 more days at least with a full team! Despite the disadvantages, for some it's not even a minus, we recommend this hotel! Thanks for everything! I LOVE YOU! Not a bad hotel, especially for those who go on vacation with children, as a lot has been done for this, there are even stands for kids under the sinks, so that it would be easier for them to reach the sink tap, as well as children's slippers and replenished every time (free) lemonade bar and not only😉.
The number of rooms is divided into two types, in the main building there are rooms of different classes, and behind the main building there are two-storey bungalows. Each bungalow is divided into 8 separate rooms, 4 on the 1st floor and 4 on the second. The rooms are also divided into different classes.
From the main building, almost all rooms have sea views, but there is a minus, they overlook all bars and entertainment venues, so who needs silence, then you are not here. But the bungalows are all overlooking a cozy territory with swimming pools and views of exquisite fruit-bearing and coniferous trees.
About restaurants, there are a lot of them and they are diverse, so you definitely won't stay hungry if you are not super picky in this regard.
The pier and the beach are beautiful. The pier is large, the beach is wide and there is enough space for everyone, the only thing that can be done is to put wider umbrellas.
Special thanks for the children's lunopark and water park, kids will really appreciate this entertainment complex.
But there are also disadvantages, since the hotel is not new, the rooms are old. There are very "tired", so do not hesitate to ask for a replacement, they change without problems.
SPA and fitness: but this, as they say, is simply designated. The gym is completely dead and renovation is required, a SPA for a C grade, there is no desire to stay there for a long time. There is an indoor pool in the SPA center, but it is trendy, like all the pools on the territory.
In the evenings there are various entertainment performances, both for children and adults. Performers often perform, sing live.
The staff is all friendly and it's very nice.
The hotel leaves a good overall impression, but 238000 rubles, I think it's a bit expensive for it (we bought a tour from 17.10.23 to 27.10.23 for three) The fact that it was still the very end of the season for this hotel, of course, did not affect for the better for writing a review, since during the season, tourists ruined the hotel pretty much and the impression of this was more blurred, could it have been.
By the way, we checked into the hotel on 17.10.23, and on 24.10.23 it was closed for the winter period and we were moved to a higher-level hotel Selectum family resort (cide), so we can say we were very lucky, we visited two hotels during one trip.
Interesting details: The first room we were moved into turned out to be very unsuccessful, since it was on the ground floor and because of this it was not possible to ventilate it around the clock and there was a very unpleasant smell in it, as if in an old basement. Everything smelled, bed linen, furniture, etc. We immediately asked us to change it, but there were no available rooms and we were moved the next day to a more comfortable room on the second floor, for which special thanks to the staff at the reception. Since it was the second floor, there was always an opportunity to ventilate the room, which we did. I noticed one minus in all rooms, it is a small number or lack of shelves, hangers, etc. for drying towels and beach accessories. And since the hotel positions itself as a family, imagine for yourself how much you need to dry when you go on vacation with a child.

Family vacation, 7-10 days is enough. The water park is a little sparse, but it's just right for children. At least you can eat too many strawberries for dinner. A varied grill bar. Alcohol is a river. A huge number of pools. The pier is cool, especially jumping from it into the turquoise water. I didn't like the Ala-Card (the chefs there are without imagination), as well as the fish restaurant (guys, this is not sushi!), but in general a solid four!

We are now with our family in this hotel, everything is fine! We checked in after a week's stay in a city hotel in Alanya, and it was as if we had entered another world! The scent of a luxurious perfume greets you from the reception. Champagne, water and sweets are welcomed in the lobby. Check-in is as fast as possible, friendly. Upgraded the standard to a family room. The room is clean, the cleaning is excellent, all requests are fulfilled immediately. The mini bar was not filled in the afternoon, I went to the reception, everything is done.
From the balcony I admire the fruit trees and views of the pools. A water park from which the child does not get out right behind the house. The buffet is rich and varied, a coffee bar, lots of bars and places for a snack. It's scary to weigh yourself. The beach is wide and well equipped. There are enough sun beds, a cool pier, it is especially comfortable to sunbathe on it. The only drawback is that most vacationers with children like to come in the morning. Now we are resting in this hotel, I start with the cons, a family of 5 adults and 1 child arrived, we booked a family room in a bungalow and a standard main building. Upon check-in, it suddenly turned out that there were no free standard and they also offered bungalows, and when I saw this bungalow I was just shocked, there was no repair from the word at all, the sockets were pulled out, the toilet button did not work, terrible dirt and this for a lot of money given for a ticket, I refused such a room, they offered it there, but a little more decent ants are walking around the rooms, in the morning a terrible smell of sewage came from the bathroom, in general, all the charms. I read all such laudatory reviews, I thought that the hotel was decent. As it turned out, there are renovated rooms, but there are such as ours, and that's how lucky you are, which one you get. The restaurant has decent food, a large selection of dishes. The beach is nice, but with children, the approach is not very good, especially when the waves are. Snack bars aren't bad, but the food doesn't change at all from day to day. The rooms are tired, the dirt is smeared with grout. In my opinion, the hotel does not pull 5*. The food is the same every day, so if you go for two weeks, you get tired of eating the same thing every day (because rarely anyone eats almost everything, you choose your favorite dishes and eat only them).
The restaurant is always dirty on the tables, the staff does not have time to clean up. Therefore, it was easier for us to wipe the table ourselves, take the waiters' utensils and start eating, so as not to wait for cleaning. And so the waiters are certainly trying, rather a question for the management.
It would be better to replace the bedding on tables with such a passability with those that are easy to wash, and not with holes. Then the view on the table will immediately become cleaner. This is in case the management reads the reviews))
The rooms are cleaned, but the cleanliness of the floor is always a problem. It is very hemorrhoid for them to wash the floor or clean the floor with a clean cloth.
The rooms on the fifth floor of the main building are noisy from the ventilation from the roof, it is constantly noisy.
The balcony doors in the rooms (we initially lived in the main building with a sea view, then moved to a bungalow) do not close normally, so it is noisy in the evening from the disco and when it is cold and windy, everything is blown through. But this is probably a problem everywhere. It was the same in a rented apartment in Turkey.
At the reception, guest relay will always listen to all requests and help. At the reception, Russian-speaking Natalia is also always ready to help.
Umbrellas on the beach are bad, you can't practically hide from the sun. When making canopies, this is the best option.
The evening shows at 21:30 deserve some applause. My daughter of 5 years was delighted, she waited for every evening, although it is difficult to interest her in something. I was thrilled too.

We rested during the period of late August and early September. The hotel has no claims to quality (and especially cleanliness). For recreation - solid 4. The hotel itself is 4-.
Upon entering the hotel, his fatigue is immediately felt. It seems like the interior has been updated, but it does not fit with the interior decoration.
We had a rest with a company (two couples). We were settled on the ground floor, and friends on the third floor of the main building. In our case, we got a room for people with disabilities with all the ensuing consequences (literally). There is no bathtub or shower, all the water is rapidly spreading throughout the bathtub and towards the door to the room. The toilet is very high. The room is ancient, it is clear that they tried to quickly refresh locally. We decided to move. We were "delighted" at the reception: there are no more rooms, come back tomorrow! We tried to explain that the room is functionally designed for a certain category, but that didn't help either. The first impression was: I want to go home!) friends were a little more lucky, apart from certain non-working items (phone, refrigerator) and falling off plaster on the ceiling.
The next day, we were still moved to a double lake house. By the way, the door to the balcony did not close there either, the phone did not work, the shower cabin flowed, but we were already tired of dragging around with suitcases, nevertheless we came to rest. Among the advantages of the Watering Can: a secluded area, quick access to the pool, air conditioning (unit).
Advantages of the hotel:
+ Convenient territory, pretty well thought out, beautiful view from the terrace of the lobby bar. If you want to move, hang out at the main building, if you want relaxation, go to the Watering Cans.
+ Staff (main restaurant, bars). The guys tried, with the hotel fully loaded, I think they did well. At the reception, in general, they also tried to go to the meeting and help (Hope, thank you).
+ Pools. Basically, I went in at the main building once and ran away, of course, it's like in the movie Titanic after the crash. But I really liked the watering cans.
+ The sea. For me, however, +/-, because after setting pretty deep right away and on our dates the sea was constantly stormy and often destroyed the pier. They say comfort has the best beach strip.
Perhaps that's all...)
Minuses:
- CLEANING! It's a terrible horror. I would like to ask that the floor not be washed at all. They go through all the rooms with one rag. Every time after cleaning, I took a skein of toilet paper and manually cleaned: then long black hair (I'm blonde), then artificial eyelashes (I don't build up), then sand. Every time I put my pajamas behind the pillow, I come to the room after cleaning, my pajamas are on top of the suitcase!!! How can you put pajamas on a dirty suitcase?! They left tips, several times - they thought it would help. No! It's the same thing every day.
- Instruments. Everywhere, everywhere they are dirty and poorly washed. We always wiped it before eating. We came to Alaska and found ourselves even dirtier there.
- Food. I will attribute it more to the cons than to the pros. If lunch can be varied and dinner in general, too, then breakfasts are sad. In the middle of my vacation, I found out that it turns out there are croissants! They were baked on a small tray and disassembled in literally less than a minute (
- Restaurant (main), proud name))) dining room. The main building is quite large, the territory of the Watering cans is also large, and the dining room is quite small. On the first day, I was surprised by the queue before the canteen opened, then I realized why. We stayed at the hotel in the middle of September this year.

Because of such tourists, the rest suffer, with small children or elderly parents, spending extra time on the bus.
Now about the hotel. The territory is beautiful and large. There are many restaurants, swimming pools, a water park, a lunopark, a gorgeous warm sea.
The food is varied and endless. There is simply an abundance of it. Meat, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, pastries, sweets, yoghurts, ice cream, juices, etc. Some kind of belly feast!
We checked in at 14 o'clock, although we arrived at the hotel at 9.30. But everyone who came with us was checked in earlier. As a result, three adult women over 50 got a meager room in a bungalow, so meager for a 5* hotel with an additional. a place for the full price of the tour, and even on the edge of geography; with a window overlooking the garbage dump of a neighboring hotel, to which a garbage truck drove up every morning at 6.30, rumbled for 20 minutes with garbage cans, shaking everything around. There was no sleep.
The rooms were cleaned disgustingly. The beds are clean, the shower and sink are clogged and the water did not leave! We asked us to change the room, offered another one, but without a bed for the child. Thanks, one of the maids washed the room and did everything to make the smell go away. Then they cleaned the sink for us, and they didn't clean it, we came to the room and saw a sea of dirt on the floor. Then we were flooded from the ventilation, in general, we were not lucky with the room. As for the food, everything is fine here, we had fish, meat, shrimp, squid, fast food, very tasty grilled liver-I advise you, vegetables, fruits, ice cream, in general, there is nothing to say that the food is good. We don't drink much, so we can't appreciate strong drinks, but the bartender near the amphitheater made amazing cocktails, the beer is normal! There is also a children's bar :), a small luna park and a nice children's room, our child spent 4 hours a day there in the hottest weather! 4. Mediocre food for lunch / dinner. It's not bad, it's just tasteless. There is a weak variety of grilled dishes (in the air), at lunch - not at all, but for dinner the same thing every day, and only the meat dish changes + something is being cooked near the main entrance to the restaurant, then a grill, then a wok.
There is no abundance of sweets. And they don't taste good either. There is a lot of sweetness, but no taste.
5. Animation... Well, so-so... I didn't light it ...
6. There is no cognac (although according to the concept Remy Martin is promised). Just brandy.
On the plus side:
1. Polite staff
2. The cocktail list is good - they will do whatever you order. Even if they don't know, it's worth showing the recipe.

The proximity of the building to the sea is also important to me, it is convenient when you are relaxing with a child.
There is a different atmosphere behind the main building. There are 2-storey white houses located there, which are separated by a swimming pool.
There is also a water park.
The food is good. What is important for me is to eat fish every day for lunch and dinner.
The hotel has a lot of music in the evenings. If you are with young children, take this into account when choosing a room. The stage and amphitheater are located between the main building and the sea. Noisy events often end around midnight.

The food is not great either. But we always found something to eat. In July, we rested at the Victory Resort (it is weaker than this hotel), but the food there is heaven and earth with selectum. The sea is already cool for us, but I was getting high anyway. The daughter every other time. But I understood that coming at the end of October, it would hardly be warm. The kids' club is good, there is everything for every age. We went to the rides every day, the ship in general, although at first it did not inspire confidence. Public toilets are the pain of this hotel, it is disgusting to walk. Beautiful views, helpful staff, cozy territory. Nice beach and clear sea. Our vacation was a success, despite the shortcomings. We didn't pick up anything, I was carrying half a suitcase of medicines in vain😄
