If this is your first time in Turkey, then probably the hotel will not upset you, although it is not a fact. We were in October, the sea is beautiful in October (we constantly go in October), the beach is excellent. It was normal for an 8-year-old child who doesn't swim very well. The Turkish restaurant is wonderful (by appointment).That's all of the advantages. The food in the hotel is mediocre (although it is said that in 2024 it is ubiquitous in all hotels), there is no variety at all. For breakfast, you will stand in line for an omelet and pancakes too. They try to arrange themed dinners in the evening, but it doesn't work out. There is no baby food in cans.Few staff-a lot (a lot of people), respectively, no service, dirty tables, appliances need to be searched. Snack bars aren't bad, but the food doesn't change at all from day to day. The rooms are tired, the dirt is smeared with grout. The sound insulation in the rooms is poor, the neighbors' TV is audible. The water park is normal for children. Luna Park is for kids, the rides did not work for older children.

A very large hotel. We were on autumn vacation. We went for 11 days but couldn't swim in every pool. The buffet food is very tasty and most importantly there is a lot of it. The sea is just fresh milk, bars: it's a separate story for them. In short, a very cool place!!!

Not a bad hotel, especially for those who go on vacation with children, as a lot has been done for this, there are even stands for kids under the sinks, so that it would be easier for them to reach the sink tap, as well as children's slippers and replenished every time (free) lemonade bar and not only😉.
The number of rooms is divided into two types, in the main building there are rooms of different classes, and behind the main building there are two-storey bungalows. Each bungalow is divided into 8 separate rooms, 4 on the 1st floor and 4 on the second. The rooms are also divided into different classes.
From the main building, almost all rooms have sea views, but there is a minus, they overlook all bars and entertainment venues, so who needs silence, then you are not here. But the bungalows are all overlooking a cozy territory with swimming pools and views of exquisite fruit-bearing and coniferous trees.
About restaurants, there are a lot of them and they are diverse, so you definitely won't stay hungry if you are not super picky in this regard.
The pier and the beach are beautiful. The pier is large, the beach is wide and there is enough space for everyone, the only thing that can be done is to put wider umbrellas.
Special thanks for the children's lunopark and water park, kids will really appreciate this entertainment complex.
But there are also disadvantages, since the hotel is not new, the rooms are old. There are very "tired", so do not hesitate to ask for a replacement, they change without problems.
SPA and fitness: but this, as they say, is simply designated. The gym is completely dead and renovation is required, a SPA for a C grade, there is no desire to stay there for a long time. There is an indoor pool in the SPA center, but it is trendy, like all the pools on the territory.
In the evenings there are various entertainment performances, both for children and adults. Performers often perform, sing live.
The staff is all friendly and it's very nice.
The hotel leaves a good overall impression, but 238000 rubles, I think it's a bit expensive for it (we bought a tour from 17.10.23 to 27.10.23 for three) The fact that it was still the very end of the season for this hotel, of course, did not affect for the better for writing a review, since during the season, tourists ruined the hotel pretty much and the impression of this was more blurred, could it have been.
By the way, we checked into the hotel on 17.10.23, and on 24.10.23 it was closed for the winter period and we were moved to a higher-level hotel Selectum family resort (cide), so we can say we were very lucky, we visited two hotels during one trip.
Interesting details: The first room we were moved into turned out to be very unsuccessful, since it was on the ground floor and because of this it was not possible to ventilate it around the clock and there was a very unpleasant smell in it, as if in an old basement. Everything smelled, bed linen, furniture, etc. We immediately asked us to change it, but there were no available rooms and we were moved the next day to a more comfortable room on the second floor, for which special thanks to the staff at the reception. Since it was the second floor, there was always an opportunity to ventilate the room, which we did. I noticed one minus in all rooms, it is a small number or lack of shelves, hangers, etc. for drying towels and beach accessories. And since the hotel positions itself as a family, imagine for yourself how much you need to dry when you go on vacation with a child.

We arrived together with our daughter on the 26th, we were already at the hotel at 11, check-in at 14.00, we left our suitcases and ran to the sea. We took towels and did not find sun beds on the beach (none!), went to the pier in desperation, lo and behold - there were two free ones. Every day we went to the sea at 10 and every day we found a place to stay on the pier.
The room is nice, not a micro room. Everything worked fine. We lived on the third floor of the main building. I have already written about cleaning that I am weak, I will not go into details. The food is not great either. But we always found something to eat. In July, we rested at the Victory Resort (it is weaker than this hotel), but the food there is heaven and earth with selectum. The sea is already cool for us, but I was getting high anyway. The daughter every other time. But I understood that coming at the end of October, it would hardly be warm. The kids' club is good, there is everything for every age. We went to the rides every day, the ship in general, although at first it did not inspire confidence. Public toilets are the pain of this hotel, it is disgusting to walk. Beautiful views, helpful staff, cozy territory. Nice beach and clear sea. Our vacation was a success, despite the shortcomings. We didn't pick up anything, I was carrying half a suitcase of medicines in vain😄

In my opinion, the hotel does not pull 5*. The food is the same every day, so if you go for two weeks, you get tired of eating the same thing every day (because rarely anyone eats almost everything, you choose your favorite dishes and eat only them).
The restaurant is always dirty on the tables, the staff does not have time to clean up. Therefore, it was easier for us to wipe the table ourselves, take the waiters' utensils and start eating, so as not to wait for cleaning. And so the waiters are certainly trying, rather a question for the management.
It would be better to replace the bedding on tables with such a passability with those that are easy to wash, and not with holes. Then the view on the table will immediately become cleaner. This is in case the management reads the reviews))
The rooms are cleaned, but the cleanliness of the floor is always a problem. It is very hemorrhoid for them to wash the floor or clean the floor with a clean cloth.
The rooms on the fifth floor of the main building are noisy from the ventilation from the roof, it is constantly noisy.
The balcony doors in the rooms (we initially lived in the main building with a sea view, then moved to a bungalow) do not close normally, so it is noisy in the evening from the disco and when it is cold and windy, everything is blown through. But this is probably a problem everywhere. It was the same in a rented apartment in Turkey.

We rested during the period of late August and early September. The hotel has no claims to quality (and especially cleanliness). For recreation - solid 4. The hotel itself is 4-.
Upon entering the hotel, his fatigue is immediately felt. It seems like the interior has been updated, but it does not fit with the interior decoration.
We had a rest with a company (two couples). We were settled on the ground floor, and friends on the third floor of the main building. In our case, we got a room for people with disabilities with all the ensuing consequences (literally). There is no bathtub or shower, all the water is rapidly spreading throughout the bathtub and towards the door to the room. The toilet is very high. The room is ancient, it is clear that they tried to quickly refresh locally. We decided to move. We were "delighted" at the reception: there are no more rooms, come back tomorrow! We tried to explain that the room is functionally designed for a certain category, but that didn't help either. The first impression was: I want to go home!) friends were a little more lucky, apart from certain non-working items (phone, refrigerator) and falling off plaster on the ceiling.
The next day, we were still moved to a double lake house. By the way, the door to the balcony did not close there either, the phone did not work, the shower cabin flowed, but we were already tired of dragging around with suitcases, nevertheless we came to rest. Among the advantages of the Watering Can: a secluded area, quick access to the pool, air conditioning (unit).
Advantages of the hotel:
+ Convenient territory, pretty well thought out, beautiful view from the terrace of the lobby bar. If you want to move, hang out at the main building, if you want relaxation, go to the Watering Cans.
+ Staff (main restaurant, bars). The guys tried, with the hotel fully loaded, I think they did well. At the reception, in general, they also tried to go to the meeting and help (Hope, thank you).
+ Pools. Basically, I went in at the main building once and ran away, of course, it's like in the movie Titanic after the crash. But I really liked the watering cans.
+ The sea. For me, however, +/-, because after setting pretty deep right away and on our dates the sea was constantly stormy and often destroyed the pier. They say comfort has the best beach strip.
Perhaps that's all...)
Minuses:
- CLEANING! It's a terrible horror. I would like to ask that the floor not be washed at all. They go through all the rooms with one rag. Every time after cleaning, I took a skein of toilet paper and manually cleaned: then long black hair (I'm blonde), then artificial eyelashes (I don't build up), then sand. Every time I put my pajamas behind the pillow, I come to the room after cleaning, my pajamas are on top of the suitcase!!! How can you put pajamas on a dirty suitcase?! They left tips, several times - they thought it would help. No! It's the same thing every day.
- Instruments. Everywhere, everywhere they are dirty and poorly washed. We always wiped it before eating. We came to Alaska and found ourselves even dirtier there.
- Food. I will attribute it more to the cons than to the pros. If lunch can be varied and dinner in general, too, then breakfasts are sad. In the middle of my vacation, I found out that it turns out there are croissants! They were baked on a small tray and disassembled in literally less than a minute (
- Restaurant (main), proud name))) dining room. The main building is quite large, the territory of the Watering cans is also large, and the dining room is quite small. On the first day, I was surprised by the queue before the canteen opened, then I realized why. If you come first, you will have time to try everything and you will have a variety, if you come by 20:00 there is already a great chance to take what is left. A couple of dinners happened to be left without meat - it's over. She was saved by a faggot. And in general, dinner can be compared to the "Hunger Games", you are afraid that you will be shot down. There are few places, many ate and just sat and drank wine afterwards. Sometimes I had to win back the table.
If you are ready to face the moments that you need to strain all the time and are ready to close your eyes to a lot, then you will like it. Russian Russian hotel, in general, with Russian service, where people go only across the sea. I hardly want to return to it. We were lucky, the bacteria and the virus bypassed us, perhaps because of disinfection from the inside :) but poisoning and rotavirus were walking.

We stayed at the hotel in the middle of September this year.
Some depend on the work of the tour operator, and some directly on the owner of the hotel.
First of all: the bus that meets tourists is waiting for latecomers at the airport, 2 hours. And as a result, it turns out that they will not be there, since they may have left by taxi. Because of such tourists, the rest suffer, with small children or elderly parents, spending extra time on the bus.
Now about the hotel. The territory is beautiful and large. There are many restaurants, swimming pools, a water park, a lunopark, a gorgeous warm sea.
The food is varied and endless. There is simply an abundance of it. Meat, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, pastries, sweets, yoghurts, ice cream, juices, etc. Some kind of belly feast!
We checked in at 14 o'clock, although we arrived at the hotel at 9.30. But everyone who came with us was checked in earlier. As a result, three adult women over 50 got a meager room in a bungalow, so meager for a 5* hotel with an additional. a place for the full price of the tour, and even on the edge of geography; with a window overlooking the garbage dump of a neighboring hotel, to which a garbage truck drove up every morning at 6.30, rumbled for 20 minutes with garbage cans, shaking everything around. There was no sleep.
The rooms were cleaned disgustingly. Young people who spoke poorly (in any language) came, waved a wet rag in the middle of the room, made the bed, and never changed it in 10 days, changed towels and sometimes left the room completely open. We just went through it all and didn't want to spoil our mood for the rest period. They did not complain or ask to be relocated. But, friends, this is a service hotel far from 5

From the airport and to the airport - on an individual transfer - in the area of +-hours. In the group, they say to go as you are lucky from 1-50 - 2-50 hours. And they pick you up early from the hotel.
I will describe mainly the disadvantages:
1. Long check-in, they don't check in before 14-00.
2. Hotel - full occupancy in early October.
3. Queues at the main restaurant. If you arrived at the beginning of lunch / dinner, you managed to take the table, if you were 15 minutes late, then come in an hour ...
4. Mediocre food for lunch / dinner. It's not bad, it's just tasteless. There is a weak variety of grilled dishes (in the air), at lunch - not at all, but for dinner the same thing every day, and only the meat dish changes + something is being cooked near the main entrance to the restaurant, then a grill, then a wok.
There is no abundance of sweets. And they don't taste good either. There is a lot of sweetness, but no taste.
5. Animation... Well, so-so... I didn't light it ...
6. There is no cognac (although according to the concept Remy Martin is promised). Just brandy.
On the plus side:
1. Polite staff
2. The cocktail list is good - they will do whatever you order. Even if they don't know, it's worth showing the recipe.
3. Alcohol is at a good level, both local and imported.
4. Entertainment for children, which allows adults to relax the way they want. If, of course, you let the children go on their own to the water park, swimming pools, children's club, attractions.

By the way, later we were happy that we lived in a villa, it was beautiful there, the pool came out immediately, silence, not many people, everything is nearby and the water park and all sorts of bars. Music is constantly playing near the main building. We went there when we needed to have fun. We didn't like the food, they write a lot of variety. Guys, if the variety for you is stuffed plums with rice and carrots, then I'm sorry. Yes, they put a lot of things on for the look, but I don't want to eat it from the word at all. In fact, they ate potatoes, the same fish, and cucumber and tomato salad. They gave me shrimp once a week. In general, the hotel is good, but you need to understand how much you pay for it. I know that there are people who have dropped off more than 300. Of course, they were outraged afterwards. We bought a tour for three for 170 for 6 nights, 2 vz and reb, and of course the hotel recaptured this money perfectly. But I definitely wouldn't have gone for 300. I love the pebble entrance to the sea. The water is cleaner than when the sand is. It's just like that here. The entrance to the water is gradual, and it quickly becomes deep. At 7 they actively begin to occupy the sun beds. The main building stretches along the sea, therefore many rooms have a sea view. The proximity of the building to the sea is also important to me, it is convenient when you are relaxing with a child.
There is a different atmosphere behind the main building. There are 2-storey white houses located there, which are separated by a swimming pool.
There is also a water park.
The food is good. What is important for me is to eat fish every day for lunch and dinner.
The hotel has a lot of music in the evenings. If you are with young children, take this into account when choosing a room. The stage and amphitheater are located between the main building and the sea. Noisy events often end around midnight.

I'll start with the bad, because having written the good, and it certainly is, you can not finish reading to the important :)
1. The rooms are cardboard boxes. You can hear everything - sneezing, farting, snoring, not to mention louder sounds and conversations. In reality, you can hear people talking in the next room (from above too) without raising their voice.
2. The freshness of the room leaves much to be desired - everything is cracked, the double-glazed windows are rusty from the fact that the door does not open when the heat comes, everything is stained: the floor, plumbing, walls somewhere. Speaking of the wall: around the output of the air conditioner, everything is abundantly mildewed, something has fallen off, paint on the bathroom doors, furniture with crooked doors, in general, "grandma's repair"
3. Eating in a restaurant is something simple and monotonous. It's more like an amateur here, we just compare it with the village of Bodrum - it was richer and more interesting there. It's the same with cocktails in bars - they're like any cheap five.
4. Sea view - you will pay more expensive, and the view is really amazing, but be prepared that you will go to bed at 00:00, or even later, because the music will continue, and you will hear it very well. Double-glazed windows are also made of cardboard. By the way, add to the noise outside the sighs of the romantic nights of the neighbors who have picked up cheap cocktails.
5. The seventh big deal: we paid for a TWO-ROOM family room, in fact, there is no second room there. At the entrance there is a bunk bed that can be covered with a curtain and there is a compartment door between the toilet that lets in sound, light, there is no sense in it. As in the surcharge for such a room, if you want to go to bed later than the children.
6. And the cherry: subject to a trip for a week, we were unable to enroll in the ala-kart, due to the lack of free places, although the visit is supposed to be from 5 days at the hotel.
Well, now it's good:
- the view from the window to the sea is very beautiful, if you are not confused by loud music, as they say, welcome
- the beach, a large line, there is a pier with sun beds. It is unlikely that you will ever rest there if you do not come at 7 in the morning and take up your sunbeds with your towel, and do not go to sleep / eat/drink and everything else
- a large and very beautiful area behind the main building, where there are houses and a second swimming pool
- there is also a second restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, where there are always fewer people
- the lobby in the main building is clean, spacious, and fresh
- children's club - a rich program, a large territory, various activities for children, most are free, there is a park and 4 attractions, a cool
- the beach is 1 minute away, there are showers to wash off the salt and sand, the beach itself is sand and pebbles, take coral slippers with you, but the water is amazingly clean

A wonderful hotel for the whole family! Great food, lots of bars and restaurants. The buffet is at a high level: almost all the dishes are delicious, there is always enough for everyone; melons, watermelons, fruits, honey in honeycombs, sweets - every day. We stayed in hotels from 30.10-9.11
and lived in Lake 1642.
The room needs repair, the balcony door did not close (a common problem of all watering cans), the rest works.
Cleaning is the worst thing we have seen in 15 years of trips to Turkey, the room is initially dirty, the floors are black, the glass under the bed.On day 4, they washed a little or just pretended to pour bleach.Towels were often changed by themselves as the staff carts are on the street.The robes were brought on the 3rd day and without belts, they carried belts for another 2 days.Shampoos are the same story as with towels.
It seems like gest relation wrote about this when they asked for help, but apparently the staff has their own life.
The mini bar was also replenished after a day or even two, I also saw the cart I took myself and put it in the refrigerator.
The food is mediocre, there are many variations with macaroni, you will not stay hungry for sure, but you should not expect something delicious.It is quite normal when they gave only either fish or chicken, meat only sate with something, and liver a couple of times.
Very often the food is cold, and not even at the end of lunch or dinner.
There were sometimes sea bass, squid, but who managed it.
There was a lot of alcohol downstairs or behind the metal doors, many of the declared drinks were no longer there.
And if you're too shy to ask, you'll only drink local.
The dishes are very dirty, only disposable glasses and wipe the appliances.
If you read the hotel group, the gut is here, but we were carried away..
The advantages are a water park and attractions for children.
There is no mini club in fact, if you expect that you can give children to animators for some time, this is not here.
According to the time of entertainment during the day, many things did not start, or were late, they were looking for a volleyball ball themselves.
The territory is large, the pier is good.
But the first days when the load was even greater, if you come after 9 free shislongs, you will not be by the sea until lunch, which was in the summer, I'm afraid to imagine.
The hammam is cold, in the evening and smelly all the time.
About the staff of the bar, kitchen, coffee shop, I won't say anything bad, more, great people for sure.
But the biggest plus was, in the company of vacationers, a huge number of positive interesting people and great weather, this is what made our vacation!
Would you come here again?Only for the price noticeably lower than the normal fives, they are not just such positioning themselves, but in fact they are not even close.
