A good boarding house for the age of 50+.
There is no entertainment for children, it's boring in the evening, sometimes live music plays. The food is varied, but it's hard for children to find something, a lot of spicy things. It is difficult to stay hungry, they are constantly fed, then on the beach, then by the pool, a lot of sweets.
The rooms are good, cleaning and replenishing the bar every day (water and juices like a divorced jupi) the hotel is always clean, sanitizers are hanging everywhere.
The sea is beautiful, the beach is super, sun beds can always be found, no problem. .
In general, the hotel is 3* more for retired people.
Mostly there were pensioners and people with disabilities
When planning a vacation, I could not find relevant reviews of the hotel, so I will write my opinion.
Turkish, German and a little Russian are spoken at the hotel. Few people know English.
Check-in: 5. Immediately upon arrival at 11:00, they were given a room on the 4th (top floor) with a partial view of the sea and the neighboring hotel (very party-like).
Number: 4.
Not very big, but it didn't bother. Pretty tired: a dent on the door to the bathroom, slightly shabby furniture, a running toilet (room 1413), murmurs 24/7 - in general, all this does not interfere with rest.
The air conditioner was annoying. It didn't seem to work at all during the day, but at night it had to be turned on at full power and 17 degrees, then it cooled. But by morning they woke up with icicles in their noses, although, thanks to the fact that it blows from the corridor, and not over their heads, no one caught a cold.
All electrics are powered by a room card. There is only one card issued for the number.
Cleaning: 5-. The floors are dirty, if you walk barefoot, everything else is fine. The maids are polite and positive. Nothing was missing from the room, although the safe was not bought. Towels were changed every day. The minibar was replenished (used water, agricultural water, chemical juice).
Food: 4. Everything is beautiful and even quite tasty (excluding beautiful mousse tasteless desserts), it was not possible to try all this in sufficient quantities for about half of the vacation. Really, at first, when going to a restaurant, there was a feeling that you were on the porch (for your own money). Then the people began to get angry and arrogant, demanding to put a normal amount.
As an example: you stand in line for 5 minutes, a slow-moving overlay, as if specially distracted for a long time by bringing additional products, conversations with Turks and Germans, infuriated even the Germans, for which you received negative comments about yourself. So, you stood for 5-7 minutes, and he puts cherry compote in a waffle thimble instead of a bowl.
In the presence of people from the kitchen in black clothes, they began to impose more actively and kindly. There are few staff, there are 4 stands for snacks (at the entrance) - 1 person serves). There is also 1 person on vegetables and related products, runs 20 meters back and forth every time, winds up and gets angry, all this affects vacationers!
As reasonable practice shows, 1 manager and a lot of the simplest staff are enough, because they are the ones who make the impression about the hotel - the chefs at the distribution and the waiters.
Delicious gozleme tortillas on the beach. They mostly dined only with them. I would like to mention the woman who bakes these tortillas, because she is the most polite and efficient employee of the hotel (she cooks at breakfast from 7 a.m., bakes tortillas on the beach from 11 to 16, and works until dinner, obviously tired, but never showed her irritation to anyone)!
Unlike the same waiters that are on the beach (you wait for 20 minutes to order pizza, which is then forgotten), that in the main restaurant, the entire meal 95% of the time does not clear anything from the table, although they see that there is no place. They are somehow more focused on pouring for the Turks or the Germans. We were offered water or wine only 2 times during the 9 days of rest. We went and took everything ourselves, in general, it will do for 4* all on, but not 5* with ultra all, of course.
Well, yes, and the key point in nutrition (for me, the all-inclusive system died on this): thanks to covid, hoteliers (or those who stand at the distribution - as if they didn't give out, they took home) have learned to save on food (I want to believe that thanks to this, its quality has improved). And perhaps it even is, because it was a day of seafood cuisine - shrimp, squid, anchovies, crabs were served (but they put it in a very dosed manner, because they did not try much). Delicious mutton on Turkish cuisine day on Fridays.
But the queues are huge, so you don't even want to stand once again. Moreover, the fence stands in front of the tourist, then the passage in which the distributor walks, and after more than a meter only bowls with food. Somewhere it's not even signed what's in there. In general, I didn't see half of it, I didn't understand half of it, how to explain it to you, the poke method didn't always respond :)))
However, I note that in the last two days of vacation, either the people left by September 1, or the management took over the staff, there were fewer queues and they began to put it right away.
Alcohol: 2. Bars don't have a list of what you can ask for. You come up and ask:
- What can I do?
- What do you want?
- I want an aperol cocktail!
! There is no such thing!
- Then something with a martini!
- ... Oh!!!...There is no such thing either!!
- ... ok (although there are a lot of cheap analogues of these drinks). Say the devil.... And what is there?
- Romcola, sexy clothes, wine, beer and mojito, and also gintonic.
All this ugliness is generously supplied with colored liqueurs with different nasty flavors, often also mixed together to the color of clay. It is impossible to drink. The child was also given children's cocktails, no one wanted to drink them.
In general, you should not wait for any imported drinks there, and even the lobby bar is open only until 24:00.
By the way, in the pool bar they often give out glass glasses, which people then put near umbrellas, and because garbage collection by the pool does not happen often, these glasses break.
Beach: 5-. The beach is gorgeous, the sea is excellent, a wonderful smooth entrance to the sea. Clean. You can walk along the beach in any direction, there are no fences anywhere.
But the beach is not cleaned completely, the sand is all in cigarette butts, glasses, pistachio peels. And yes, it's the vacationers themselves who shit! But it is also necessary to clean the sand. I have never seen cleaners with rakes on the beach, instead, more or less decent vacationers clean up after those who are too lazy.
What personally gave me the most negativity was the widespread smoking throughout the hotel. The Turks are smoldering non-stop, and everywhere. And on the beach, and by the pool, and even at a mini disco right in front of your children (and everyone else). Everyone else, looking at the Turks, is also in no hurry to go to remote smoking areas.
Animation: if you are used to having a cheerful day and having someone constantly entertain you, then you definitely are not here. During the day, we saw only aqua aerobics regularly, perhaps a couple more times during the whole vacation there was a game of water polo in the pool, and volleyball on the beach regularly.
Everything else is nothing.
It seems that there are only 2 animators. One woman at a mini-disco and a guy leading, of course, they cannot cheer everyone up. And they are not particularly puzzled by this issue. Dance ensembles came several times, and once or twice live music. But it would be better not to come :))).
There is really nowhere to sit at the animation, which takes place near the bar (there are 15-20 tables and that's it). We need more tables or at least chairs. There is also a problem with chairs in the amphitheater.
The result is this: if you go to this hotel, then only for the sake of the sea and bring alcohol from dutifrey and your entertainment, well, not for 95 thousand for 8 nights for 1 adult and 2 children (9 years and 2 years) in the last days of August with the capture of September. Something like that.
5* wasn't lying around here, a good 3* is yes. Internet is only in the lobby, alcohol is only local, the territory is small, there is no children's menu, prices are high. To iron the dress is 10 euros, they do not give an iron.
