I've already sent money to my parents through a savings account several times and I'm always surprised how simple everything is. I enter the phone number and the money flies like a bullet to the Russian savings bank card. I know for sure that they will receive the money quickly, but I will not pay the commission. It's a great way for me to stay in touch with my family and help them when needed. I am very glad that I found such an option.

Weekday, working hours. 1 is working! cash register and 2! a specialist. Many people can not stand the waiting time (it can take an hour, when there are only 10 people in the hall) and leave. There are still those who need to resolve the issue in the bank. And yes, at the expense of the currency. When asked if there are not old hundreds of dollars, the answer is that the bank does not give new ones, only old ones. There can only be new ones when someone passes. 🤔

Convenient location, comfortable waiting area. But... The biggest problem is that the staff, like a robot, performs actions according to the regulations. The slightest non-standard situation caused misunderstanding and the answer to everything was: "We can't do it any other way." I had to invite the head, who was in place at that moment, to resolve the issue. And they decided. So why should it be brought to this? It is impossible to foresee everything, so it is necessary that the staff be ready for this, and not stupidly repeat about the regulations. Why does a person need intelligence?! Otherwise, it's not bad.

It is this branch of the bank that is terrifying .I arrived 1 hour in advance to resolve the issue of closing the account.I stood in line for 15 minutes and then found out from the employee that the queue was for at least another 50 minutes , while 2 consultants were just sitting on the phone doing nothing .To be honest, I'm not very happy with this for the second time when I have to wait a very long time.

The attitude towards customers is disgusting. After sitting in the jar for 1.5 hours, I wanted to go to the toilet. At my request, the employee rudely said that the toilet was for employees only. This is not acceptable for a bank of this level and in such a building.

There are always long queues, I try not to go there. It doesn't work out for less than 30-40 minutes, it's worse than a polyclinic. I highly do not recommend this department. A year has passed, nothing has changed, apparently the bank does not care about customers.

A strange bank... I put cash on a virtual card at 12:53. Employees are confused in their statements. For one, we will transfer money to the card from half an hour to 2 hours. the cashier has 2 hours. those hours have passed... Online banking chat : MONEY IS CREDITED WITHIN 3 HOURS. Not a bank, but just dancing with tambourines. Interesting.. does the bank's directorate read what people write? Maybe the president can somehow create a body in the State Control department that would respond to feedback from citizens of the country ... P.S. More than 3 hours have passed... The operator's response: The transfer has not been received. According to Article 236 of the Banking Code of the Republic of Belarus, payment instructions are subject to execution by the Bank no later than the banking day following the day they are received by the Bank. In this case, the deadline for displaying funds is tomorrow. and this is during working hours for the bank

There is constantly no money in individual ATMs. At the head bank on Mulyavin, there are constant numerous queues to withdraw money. Even in the bank itself, the ATMs were not working. How's that?

The girl at the information desk does not know anything about replacing the card, while communicating as if you owe her something. None of the three ATMs issues money using cards of other banks, although other ATMs of this bank did.
