It is impossible to foresee everything, so it is necessary that the staff be ready for this, and not stupidly repeat about the regulations. Why does a person need intelligence?! Otherwise, it's not bad.

A strange bank... I put cash on a virtual card at 12:53. Employees are confused in their statements. For one, we will transfer money to the card from half an hour to 2 hours. the cashier has 2 hours. those hours have passed... Online banking chat : MONEY IS CREDITED WITHIN 3 HOURS. Not a bank, but just dancing with tambourines. Interesting.. does the bank's directorate read what people write? Maybe the president can somehow create a body in the State Control department that would respond to feedback from citizens of the country ...

There used to be a good bank. But something went wrong. A bunch of bank ATMs were closed in the city, or even removed. There is constantly no money in individual ATMs. At the head bank on Mulyavin, there are constant numerous queues to withdraw money. Even in the bank itself, the ATMs were not working. How's that?
It's terrible! There are only 2 cash desks and 1 specialist. I wanted to put money on the card, but this cannot be done at all four ATMs. That's why I took the ticket to put it at the checkout, but the queue is a nightmare. And few people work. And so it is not only in this case, but in most cases.

Очень долгое обслуживание клиентов, персонал никуда не спешит, в банкоматах денег очень мало закладывают. Комиссия на снятие наличных с Российского Сбера 15%
Очереди почти всегда минимум 30 минут а бывает час-полтора. Раньше обслуживали быстрее, работники были более квалифицированные, опытные и приятные. Банкноты денег часто дают рваные или с дефектами надо смотреть. Условия по депозитам стали не интересные и в основном все безотзывные. Поменяли режим работы с 1.07.2020.
