The staff is good. Cleanliness - yes, it is clean. But the steam rooms are very small, it is simply impossible to steam with a broom - even one steamer cannot fit because of the stove fences standing at point-blank range. And it was not possible to wait for water from the shower at the temperature that would allow you to wash - it was cold, draining for a very long time did not help.
