Everything is fine in the hotel itself - attentive staff, food, rooms. Landscaping on the territory is a fabulous oasis! Everything was clean and cozy, everything worked.

Everything is fine, except for the sea, for which we flew there) or rather, the very place of entry into it ☝ And it's not about the stones, which some complain about, it didn't scare us. The beach is really separate, there is a shower, foot taps, sun beds only for hotel guests, and they wash them, and garbage is collected around. But!!!!!!! There is also an entrance nearby for all city vacationers and local unscrupulous citizens who occupy the shore with families of 10 people, drink and eat there, and throw everything there. We walked all the way to the sea only in shoes, and not because of the hot sand! There are constantly broken glasses, pieces of iron, pieces of fruit and vegetables, cans, bottles, bags and other garbage. Disgusting!!! Naturally, the water near the shore is also dirty. We immediately sailed on and enjoyed the sea already there, at depth.

I really liked the hotel. Comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, picturesque views of the mountains and the sea. Room cleaning every day, snow-white linen and towels. There is soap, shower gel and shampoo. Delicious food, delicious pastries, a variety of vegetables and fruits, meat, fish. Reliable security, green and well-maintained small area. WiFi is paid, but it catches both in the room and on the beach. You can go to the beach through an underground tunnel or cross the road. No outsiders are allowed on the beach, everything is clean. When choosing a hotel, we read many different reviews and studied the location of all the hotels we are considering on the map. We knew for sure that we wanted to live next to the sea, i.e. on the first line, we wanted to be able to swim freely in the sea at sunset and after sunset (even at night), we wanted a soft sandy beach and clean sea, we wanted to see the most beautiful plants on and near the hotel, but together At the same time, we wanted civilization and urban infrastructure to be nearby too. It was important to us that the hotel staff did their job well, that the food at the all inclusive hotel was good and varied enough, that the pool was very clean, that the vacationing public was not too noisy and that there was a good, nice and safe next to the hotel for us, lovers of hiking evening walks the promenade.
We were looking for it and we got it all by buying a vacation at the Saritas hotel.
And we were satisfied with the rest.
In general, Alanya in October, it's a wonderful miracle, the air temperature was +28-29 ° all days, the water temperature in the sea was +28°, it's such a thrill! There was no wind during all 9 days of our vacation, the sea was also quite calm and very clean at that time. The calving beach is conveniently located, just a minute away (or maybe less)from building "A" and the reception. Access to the beach through a convenient underground passage. The beach itself is quite satisfactory, everything is like everywhere else - sun beds + umbrellas, some rows are closer to the sea, some on the terrace. Vacationers tried to occupy sun beds by the sea early in the morning. I'm not a fan of lying on the beach in the seventh row, so if the sunbeds closest to the sea were already occupied by someone, then I did without them, laid the bedding just on the sand or on a stone plateau. The entrance to the sea is comfortable, smooth, on the sand, there is a flat stone reef in the center of the beach (I especially liked to sit on its comfortable ledge in the evening and watch the sun set in the sea). We also went to Cleopatra, my husband swam there, he liked it. We got to that central part of Cleopatra, where there is coarse sand (as we were told about it "rice to rice"). But for some reason our beach at the hotel was nicer to me.
About the staff. The hotel staff, I believe, worked at their best. These guys were constantly doing something, working, cleaning, feeding us, preparing drinks, helping with various issues, they were very attentive to vacationers. They have interchangeability everywhere, it seemed to me that they were a friendly team. The head or manager made a tour of the territory all the time, and during breakfasts, lunches and dinners he even stood in the restaurant hall and helped his employees.
And we noticed that even the hotel cats respect him and understand that he is there))!
About the number. We got a spacious room with a large balcony overlooking large palm trees and an alley next to the hotel. That is, the room was, as they say, in a quiet area, so during the day we were not bothered at all by the pool, and evening music from the bar was not heard in the room at all. Officially (by the elevator button) it was listed on the third floor, but in fact it was located on the fourth floor in building "C" (they have their own number of floors there).
The receptionist with excellent Russian was on duty at the reception every other day, he settled us in this room, we were grateful to him for all the rest days. The room itself, as I have already written, is spacious, the bathroom is very large, the bed was comfortable enough for me, not loose, with back-comfortable stiffness, such as I need. The bed linen is clean, towels too, if you need to change the bed or towel, then you can always contact the female maid, who was almost constantly in the building during the day. But the intrusive service is not provided there. We were asked a couple of times if we needed room cleaning because we didn't agree to it every day. It was our whim. Soap, gel and shampoo in this hotel are not disposable, they are poured into attached jars with dispensers and if something is over, then you need to tell the maid about it, she will immediately come and fill these containers for you. Daily replacement (by default) of towels is not provided at the hotel. They don't give out bathrobes with slippers either.
The room itself is not chic, as people write in reviews, "this is already a slightly tired hotel," but our room was spacious, high, good enough and personally I was quite satisfied with it. One of the things that didn't go in is the location of the air conditioner in the room. The conde is hanging right above the bed, at the foot. Although there is such a good arrangement of the walls in the room that it could be placed quite differently and then it would be absolutely fine. We did not use the safe, the refrigerator and all the lamps worked properly, the TV was not flat, and the "cube" was catching Russian-language channels.
Would I recommend this hotel to my friends? - Yes, I could recommend him.
Would I come to it again? - Yes, I would not refuse to stay in it, for example, with friends.
But all sorts of fastidious people who have never seen below 5 stars, as well as families with mobile and noisy children, probably need to look for something else. I also forgot to say that there is no animation in this hotel, so fans of such ideas are definitely not here.

One outlet, one switch, one towel hook and no shower curtain (they said they wouldn't hang it, room 2411). But I was pleased with the view from the window.
Honestly, we expected the worst, but we can live.

There are 2 migros nearby - a large one and a small one. The bus stop is 100 meters away. From there, you can go wherever you need to go. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel. There are 2 pools - adult and children's, as well as a slide, which was turned on 2 times a day. In the evenings there were dances or performances by bands.

We visited this hotel at the end of July 2024. They settled us in a room on the 5th floor, building C, the room is not bad, clean, clean, they do not give drinking water to the room, you need to go to the bar or dining room yourself, so do not throw away bottles from the airport. Many who came with us were poisoned, did not leave the room for 3 days. Even the desserts are tasteless. The worst thing about this hotel is the beach. A private beach is sun beds with umbrellas that do not protect from the sun, there is no access to the sea on this "private beach" - there are just cobblestones, saritas even has a red flag, saying that you can not swim. You can swim to the right and left of the hotel beach. These small swimming spots are urban beaches, where large Turkish families come, whose children run in the water around people and beg for "money-money". There are also large stones in the water, but this is not so critical anymore. The water is clean in the morning, after lunch, at least don't go to the beach. There is a shower to rinse off the salt water and wash your feet, but work from 8.00 to 18.30, then the water is turned off. You can get to the center by bus number 1/20/101. It's not that long to go, but it's not two stops at all. It is better not to be led by the tempting price of a burning ticket and pay extra for a worthwhile hotel.

The food is meager, monotonous, at the end of the rest, almost nothing was chosen:chicken, pasta, fish every other day, salads- a mixture of yesterday's and what's not in them. For breakfast, cold rice in milk, or Hercules in milk is not porridge. There is no microwave for heating. All the food is cold, except for what is cooked outside. Cheese, sausage only for breakfast. The confectionery has its own - a cake and a cake that disappears in a minute. The entrance to the sea is on the sides, there are stone slabs in the center of the sea. The most disgusting hotel in terms of both rooms and service. The staff does not understand Russian, English, German and Turkish. I don't know, maybe they wanted to move us into the basement as Russians, since they made such a whim for us as a balcony. The food is not delicious. W/f is paid $ 2 per day per person and even then, it does not catch everywhere on the territory of the hotel and not always. For the first 3 days, we just walked away from everything that was happening, there was nowhere to go, everything was paid for. On Thursdays, there is a market where you can buy fruits and clothes. The rest was a success . В целом отель неплохой. Стол разнообразный, мяса было достаточно. До моря действительно 2 минуты. Туалетной бумаги хватало, ежедневно пополняли (ранее писали что дефицит), номер убирали ежедневно, полотенца меняли по необходимости. Единственный большой минус- это отсутствие какой либо развлекательный ноты. Ни дискотек, ни аквааэробик... тупо покормить и всё, на этом забота отеля заканчивается. Вай фай платный 2 💵 сутки. И да, кондиционер включается в тот момент когда вставлен ключ от номера в розетку. Если его вынуть, то пропадает всё электричество. На ночь очень не удобно т.к. спать под кондиционером опасно, а выключить его можно только с общим электричеством. Например сходить ночью в туалет- значит включать и кондиционер в том числе.

В более ужасном отели я еще не отдыхала! Первоначально поселили в плохой номер (старая мебель, сантехника, запах канализации), за замену номера пришлось доплачивать 100$. До 4 звезд данному отелю конечно очень далеко! Приехали на 14 дней 31.08.2023г., влажную уборку в номере сделали только на 11-ый день и то по моей просьбе, в этот же день в первый раз поменяли постельное бельё, в столовой все не опрятно, посуда не домытая, еда однообразная, но самое не приятное, что из номера украли кошелек с деньгами, сообщили гиду ( компания Fit Holidays) и администратору отеля, но никаких действий с их стороны не последовало. Минусов здесь столько, что обо всём не расскажешь, из плюсов только чистое, теплое море, но к отелю оно не имеет никакого отношения. Одназначно не рекомендую данный отель никому и очень надеюсь, что за такое отношение к гостям, трафик в у них сократится в разы.😉 Всем прекрасного отдыха и позитива, но только не в этом отеле!

Very disappointed with the hotel. I looked at the photo when booking, something like "expectation / reality".
The choice of dishes is small (3-4 hot), the dishes are not clean.
There is no bar from the word at all, there is beer of the 1st grade, alcohol of 50 ml, from which they make cocktails like. Glasses of only one type, almost 200 ml glasses and all drinks are poured into them.
Tables are only inside the restaurant, there are no tables at all on the territory of the hotel where you could sit in the fresh air. There is no bar on the beach either, if you want to drink, go to the market and buy it, just buy it in plastic bottles, glass bottles are not allowed.
The sunbeds are emaciated, as if they are already 100 years old.
The room was cleaned, but I didn't even take 2 steps, my socks and feet were all dirty. And these are only impressions for 3-4 hours of my vacation, and another week (

Хотелось бы просто прийти в офис Пегаса и прям разругаться в хлам, потому что то что испытали мы это какой то ужас! Брали путевку в турцию на двоих и плюс маленький ребенок 11 месяцев, долетели за 7 часов, разобрались что и куда, подошли к нашему автобусу и нас встретил первый гид от Пегаса, вроде бы что могло пойти не так, мы уже в Турции и кажется можно уже ощутить себя на отдыхе, но как бы не так! Гид все вроде бы рассказала, показала, но пока шел некий инструктаж мы ждали троих людей которые опаздывали, в итоге и не пришли и мы уехали без них(тут мы немного начали за них переживать, но возможно они были везучее нас)! Гид дала список с отелями водителю(который не говорит ни по английски ни по русски естественно), и сказала что в первый отдел который в списке ехать не надо, а начни со второго! Но это так она нвм сказала!Мы все дружно поехали, спустя пол часа или час заехали в какой то магазинчик, в котором должны быть 10 минут а были все 40 или час, далее началось саававмое ужасное, по мимо душнейшего автобуса и не грамотного от слова совсем водителя, мы ехали уже три часа из заявленных 2,5! Мы с 12 людьми, я с малышом 11 месяцев, голодные уставшие едем, этот горе водитель заблудился, но мы естественно этого не знали пока он нас не увез в какие то теплицы и мы были на краю какого то обрыва, в который чуть не уехали, потом кое как доехали до ближайшего отеля и попросили русскоговорящего перевести нам и вообще понять в чем дело! Господи это было просто адом, мой малыш просто плакал все время, в итоге мы искали отели всем автобусом, именно наш отель проезжали три раза! Спустя 6 часов дороги мы нашли наш отель! Это был наш первый отдых за границей и он начался отвратительно! Поселили нас в номер, нуууу прям совсем не очень, мы с малышом и коляской и нас закинули на 6 этаж, а лифт идет только до 5, фитнес на отдыхе обеспечен, попросили другой номер и за это нужно заплатить 30 $, в номере убирались раза два за 10 дней, приходилось мыть самим полы так как песок с пляжа и маленький ребенок ползает по полу! Один плюс близко пляж и то на нем украли детский круг и плед!В общем, что мы пережили это ужас, честно мы думали не доедем, ведь водитель еще говорил что его наняли на 4 часа и он хотел просто нас высадить, вот тут конечно даже жутко было, оказаться в чужой стране на улице с малышом на руках, но это уже отдельное «спасибо» Пегас!

Били здесь с 04 по 12.08.23. Еда однообразная, в номере за все время убрались один раз ( ну как убрались подмели только, белье ни разу не меняли) . На территории не плохо, особенно у бассейна. Есть горка для детей но её включают в 11 и вроде в 16 часов всего на один час. Море через подземный переход, пляж так себе. Ещё раз я бы там не хотел оказаться.

Отдыхали в конце сентября, начале октября с ребенком 4 года.
+ Хорошее расположение отеля, к морю 3 мин ходьбы через подземный пешеходный переход.
+ Питание нормальное, но за 10 дней надоедает, кроме курицы мяса нет вообще. Но это можно понимать как разгрузку для организма 😉
- В номере за 10 дней убирали один раз!
+ Территория отеля очень красивая. Зелени просто море, пальмы, оливковые деревья, гранат, мандарины, и куча неимоверно красивых цветов. Большой бассейн и два маленьких для малышей, один из них с водной горкой, которая работает утром 15 мин и вечером 15 мин.
+ Персонал хороший, особенно в столовой.
- Лежаков на пляже всем не хватает.
+ Напитки на пляже.
- Номер очень уставший, дверцы на мебели просто отпадали. В душевой чернота в стыках.
- каждый день дискотека с одними и теме же песнями 🥴 Хорошо что наш корпус был не рядом, музыка орала до 11, иногда до 12 часов.
- И самый БОЛЬШОЙ минус за то что все везде курят, отведенных мес вообще нет. Курят у басейна, на пляже, в открытой столовой! Просто везде где захотелось 🤬 А этот отель позиционирует себя как семейный 🤬🤬🤬

Отдыхали в августе 2022 года в данном отеле, тур брали в «99 евро». Заплатили в районе 160 тысяч (точно уже не помню) за двоих за 12 дней, плюс доплачивали 10 тысяч за «удачные» по времени билеты, однако вылет в Москву нам все равно поменяли и улетели мы в час дня. Я задавала вопрос нашему оператору, но получила лишь ответ «да так бывает», получается за что мы доплачивали никто из нас не понял :)
Также я читала отзывы при покупке тура, но менеджер уверяла не верить отзывам и отель хороший! Но конечно поездка в этот отель не стоит своих денег совершенно. Менеджер объяснила нам, что сейчас все подорожало и это нормальная цена для такого отеля (лично я вам советую в таком случае переплатить, чем потратить такие деньги и быть разочарованными).
Итак, о самом отеле: номера обычные, каких то жутких вещей не могу рассказать, кондиционер работал, телевизором мы не пользовались. Жили в корпусе над столовой, окна выходили во двор на бар и гриль зону ( нам повезло, что наша комната была в конце и мы были дальше всего от зоны гриля, объясню дальше почему).
Еда действительно однообразная, порезанные разным способом огурцы и помидоры в 10 мисках, макароны, рис, картошка с курицей(реже), никакого мяса не было. По вечерам повар жарил что нибудь на гриле на весь отель, подливая туда масло и естественно это все горело и запах поднимался в номера нашего корпуса и соседнего, один раз там жарили ребра похожие по вкусу на курицу (что это за мясо мы так и не поняли). Чаще там делали рыбу или куриные крылья. Один повар который стоит над этим и истекает потом, масло бурлящее и летящее во все стороны, в общем вид не из приятных. Также по утрам там этот же повар жарит на весь отель омлет из двух сковородок на всех.
Сладости - бисквиты политые сахарным сиропом или странного вида желе.
Фрукты - яблоки, арбуз и дыня (часто попадались скисшие куски)
Стаканы для пива и коктейлей примерно 150 мл, устанешь бегать постоянно подливать. Местный алкоголь вообще не имеет градуса, но зато утром всегда хорошо себя чувствуешь 😂
Соки просто эссенция.
Персонал молодые парни и девушки, довольно любезные, про них плохо сказать не могу. Протирали полы в номере у нам раз в несколько дней, про полотенца не могу ничего сказать. Также мы привезли шоколадки Аленки для персонала, и уборщик часто их сам тырил из холодильника, ну в целом может поэтому нормально убирался)))
Бассейн по сравнению с другими отелями мимо которых мы гуляли действительно большой и глубокий, а вот с лежаками что на пляже, что у бассейна проблемы. Если вы не встали в 7 утра и не заняли полотенцем лежак на море, то молитесь чтобы кто-нибудь имеющий совесть уходя забирал свое постеленное полотенце. А вот на бассейне люди занявшие полотенцем лежак оставляют его там круглосуточно. Хотелось бы чтобы это контролировалось. Ну и музыка конечно убийственная. Каждый день в 11 утра «диджей» включал один и тот же плейлист, сами понимаете как быстро вам надоест слушать это. Также было вечером на «дискотеке». Поэтому мы часто уезжали в центр гулять, покупали себе вкусную еду и коктейли и кайфовали, но и потратили мы прилично на всякие развлечения.
В общем не слушайте тур операторов, отзывы точно не врут! Возвращаться в этот отель никому никогда не захочется.

Отдыхали с 02.09.2021 по 09.09.2021 отель очень понравился! Безумно красивая территория в виде зелени, деревья, кустарники))) персонал добродушный! Номера чистые, аккуратные! Веселые мальчишки на баре))) замечательная Гуля которая приглашает в хамам, рекомендую сходите! Еды очень много-это для тех кто любит поесть))) рекомендую на все 200% до пляжа две минуты хотьбы!

Отель совершенно не тянет на 4 звезды. Первое разочарование было едой, всегда одинаковая и всегда практически на 90% невкусная. Можно есть только то, что подают на гриле, и сладости, которые представлены в большом объеме, но по сути все представляют собой бисквит, вымоченные в сиропе. Очень неприятные тарелки с остатками чужой еды, всегда приходилось как следует выбирать её. На второй день я и вовсе отравилась. Кофе вкусный, но один раз попался просто отравленный))) со вкусом моющего средства или хлора.
Бассейн неплохой, глубокий, но народ на лежаки набегает настолько рано утром, что мы даже и не поняли, как.
Номер по началу удивил своей аскетичностью, но в принципе привыкли. Неприятна была особенно плесень в душе. Уборка была каждый день, хорошая, но мы оставляли немного чаевых.
Персонал грубый на ресепшене, все время думает, как тебя послать подальше. Под конец и вовсе каким-то образом украли 50 долларов из книги в номере. На 100% не уверены, но это единственный из возможных вариантов. Разбираться не стали, трансфер уже подъезжал.
Анимации, развлечений, конечно, тоже нет. Алкоголь разбавлен максимально.
Это отель, из которого быстрее хочется убежать куда-нибудь. Там делать нечего от слова совсем.
Пляж хороший, у нас всегда были лежаки в любое время суток. Море очень теплое, тут вообще без нареканий, идеально.
За 9 ночей 110 тысяч, денег своих определенно не стоит. Потратили еще около 40 на развлечение и кафе, потому что терпеть эту еду ежедневно - пытка. Лучше переплатить эти 40 тысяч и поехать в место поприятнее.
Отель на твердую тройку, но с едой бы и гигиеной кухни проблему лучше решить. Как туда приехали, сразу была уверена, что отравлюсь)

Едем с Грузии жили во многих отелях, и этот отель очень плохой, не советую останавливаться тут. Номера старые, плесень, кондиционер капает создавая лужу в комнате, питание такое г***о, как можно все приготовить настолько не вкусно, съедобно были только свежие овощи и фрукты, из мяса только курица.
Пляж вроде песок, но заходишь в воду встречаться валуны, можно убиться. Народу на пляже очень много.
Цена 40$ с человека, цена абсолютно не соответствует условиям проживания. Не совершайте нашу ошибку, не останавливайтесь тут, не портите себе отдых. И кстати вай Фай платный 1€ за день.

Не понимаю, откуда столько ,,желчи" у людей, откуда столько критиков...!??? На мой взгляд, некоторые люди просто зажрались. Я ещё могу понять некоторые претензии по номерам (но и тут можно понять, что на всех хороших номеров не напастить), но когда речь заходит о еде и напитках, о скудном ассортименте и ее полном безвкусии, то я вам скажу, это наглая ложь. Из мяса понятно, что это курица, но это абсолютно во всех отелях Турции, свинины и говядины вы нигде не увидите. Так вот курица эта с тушёной картошкой, а также фри с зоны барбекю, это просто мысли.👍😋 Ассортимент различных салатов и овощей, а также десертов просто огромный, и всегда свежий.! 👍 Просто шикарный выбор!!! Пляж в 50-метрах от отеля, меньше минуты, песок, (по краям две плиты только), лежаков полно, можно спокойно занять даже посредине дня. Магазинов и рынков рядом предостаточно, все в шаговой доступности.
Из конструктивных минусов: это платный Wi-fi почему-то, даже в зоне лобби и то сигнал частенько пропадает, не стабильный.
Уборку номеров могли бы производить тоже почаще, а не раз-два в неделю.🤔
Вообщем по мне, данный отель смело тянет на твердую - 4.

The hotel is not bad, especially the location. Power supply for 3+. It's bad that the Internet is not free. The room is cleaned every day. It's all clear. Migros grocery Store is located nearby.
