We visited the pool with a child (10 years old). He studied in a group with a coach, but I didn't waste my time. The pool is nice. The adult sometimes has cold water, the children's is super, there is an outdoor pool, I have not been. There is a hammam and a sauna, there is also a waterfall in the children's pool, it massages the neck very well. Only it needs to be turned on sensorially, I don't always succeed. The price (specify better on the website) includes a visit to the whole + towel. If you do not have a flip-flop or a swimsuit, swimming trunks, shower gel, etc., you can buy there on the spot. The showers are good, the hair dryer is weak. All too often, and the water doesn't smell like bleach.

The best vacation in the last 4 years. We rested with my husband in a sanatorium from 06/18/28/2021. Treatment + rest + nutrition - everything is on top. Much better than Russian sanatoriums.
Polite staff, delicious food, treatments every day, swimming pools - even on weekends! The rooms are gorgeous. It's a pleasure to relax. There is a lot of entertainment. I didn't even expect such a vacation in Belarus. I am very pleasantly surprised. All requests and questions are quickly resolved.
The rooms are cleaned every day - the service is at the highest level. And all this for very pleasant prices.
Next time we will come with a child - there are a lot of things for children too! I recommend it! And the views (in the photo, the view from the room)

The sanatorium is good if you have received a free ticket and work in the public sector.
According to the facts: we arrived from Belgorod, spent 15 hours on the road, booked a "business room" behind the road from the sanatorium.
Don't take it beyond the road, it's noisy and not pleasant there. The underground passage is dull, not aesthetic.
A large spider was waiting for us in the room behind a curtain with a web + a non-working ventilation system. Summer. There were no nets on the windows, mosquitoes. Through the window overlooking the lake, the compressors of the cooling system periodically rattle.
We moved to a room in a lower class, but in a sanatorium, there is no need to walk across the street.. 2 days less time. There was an overpayment. About 900 local rubles. It was difficult for the therapist to spend it on additional procedures.

We visited the sanatorium in August. The weather is +30, and the air conditioner is not working. The window was opened at night, but since there is a highway nearby, trucks interfere with sleep in the morning. We contacted the reception, everything is useless. The kitchen is excellent. The pool is a class. In the evenings, it's boring, no entertainment. And there is nothing nearby. As it is, everything is fine.

The buffet is on the level, tasty and nutritious. High level of service, friendly staff, there is no feeling that you are resting in the Sovdepov sanatorium. The sanatorium has lost a lot over the past year. And the attitude of the local "queens" is generally outraged.
About the cons:
- let's start with the dining room, when you don't come in line, even for coffee.
- if you didn't come in the first hour, then you just won't see any dishes. This is especially true for fruits and desserts. I ran out of juice at dinner one day.
-in general, everything is fine in the room, but such small things as hangers (one made of wire, the second from a suit and one seems to be native from the room) and plumbing with a touch create the appearance of a "tired" hotel
There are still a number of questions about the organization of events, they write one, but in fact they do not conduct anything except showing movies and karaoke.
However, special thanks to the teachers in the children's room, their work is impeccable!
About rudeness, this is a separate topic.
And finally, some kind of director's wife cursed me for going the wrong way (the circus is resting). They also wrote in the response to the appeal, saying that it was her own fault.

For the New Year 2022, my husband and I chose the sanatorium Vesta. We hoped that the sanatorium according to the photo is modern, with good pools, gym, buffet. But that was the only thing I liked. We are very dissatisfied with the organization and especially with the festive dinner. There was a payment of 5,600 rubles for each guest. But the treats on the table were, by our standards, at most 1,000. Of the drinks, 3 bottles of champagne and one bottle of moonshine were offered for 7 people at the table. Personally, I can't drink champagne, I was offered to buy wine for myself. The entertainment program also left much to be desired. In general, a deuce to the organizers for holding the holiday (((Now about the treatment ... I was assigned 7 (!!!!) halotherapy, 4 applications of sapropel mud, 3 massages (stroking, not massage). The only thing I liked was the baths. Good, friendly specialists. Thank them for that))). Now about leisure. No concerts, musical evenings for adults… The evening disco was for children of all ages (even those who have to sleep after 20 o'clock). After dinner, we just went to our room and read the news on the Internet. After such an unsuccessful trip, we will not consider it necessary to recommend your sanatorium

There was no program for NG, although money was taken for it decently, the owners of the sanatorium paid for my family, and I do not like it (for 7 days for a family of 3 people, about 140 thousand rubles of the Russian Federation were given only for vouchers, as well as no one counted over the money paid for additional services according to our wishes).
2. There is long-term dust in the rooms, no one ever cleaned under the bed (the child constantly threw his toys there-I often had to look), I am generally silent about the curtains, I touched them once and it is not possible to breathe from the dust that rose in the room (as a result, everything immediately settled in a layer in the throat and nose- they got sick), and I have a small child, it was known about him even before settling in.
3. After seeing the service, I wanted to run away on 01.01.23 and not leave on 05.01.23, but it's clear that no one will return the money to you.
4. In 2021-2022, it was much more stable, it is obvious that the management stopped working at the sanatorium.
5. Not to mention that in 2023 now all people vacationing in the sanatorium ARE REQUIRED to wear non-comfortable bracelets that you are given for the entire period of visit 1 per person, and sleep in it and eat in it, etc.(The child scratched himself with it on the first day, I scratched the child with it on the second). You go to the pool like this and you're wearing a permanent white bracelet, your bracelet is in the pool, the child's bracelet is in the circus pool and that's all (you feel like a guinea pig, not a full-fledged one), and before entering the pool, they still ask for your full name, room number, check on the computer in general, there is no sense in this white everyday
6. From case number 2, familiar people with problems in the musculoskeletal system went to procedures every day and ate on a terribly slippery road, well, what can not be removed from the snow, ice and sprinkle with salt???
7. You can not get to the procedures for money - there are not so many staff taking them away (massage and others spa treatments. The cryocamera did not work, it flew off, although we went to the sanatorium, including because of it).
8. According to the voucher, all the time is only from the very morning and they don't give you a choice for a little later, so think about skipping your procedures for the sake of the child,
or him, or not going to breakfast, and you have already paid for everything out of your pocket (the time for taking procedures is up to 10.00 such as inhalations)...
9. Discounts for regular customers about nothing, with an advance payment of 100%, well, just tortured.
10. There are no entertainment programs for the evening for either children or adults - there is simply nothing to do, since everything stops working after 19.00 in the evening or you can't get through to what else is working, an appointment for a week ahead, for example, like bowling.
11. As a conclusion, there is no customer orientation, I will no longer visit this institution, although my family previously liked it...

We celebrated the new year with 2 families. They lived in cottages. The houses are nice, the territory is too, the pool is new. That's where the advantages ended. In the house, my husband and I slept on the couch in the living room - it was terrible, everything hurt. For 6 days, they never came to us with cleaning, only took out the garbage. It was very slippery - the roads are not sprinkled with anything. There is a children's animation, but that's just the name. There was nothing interesting in all these days. Food is also a horror. Baked potatoes are blackened, boiled beef is also smoked. I understand that this is a boarding house, but not everyone goes for treatment. And in the dining room, the food was just like table number 5. For all the days of our stay, there was practically nothing delicious. For that kind of money, of course, it's a complete disgrace. Well, the New Year's banquet. In general, everything may be fine, but animation for children is a few game tables in the basement.
