A five-plus hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, the plumbing is new, the beds are comfortable, the linen and towels are snow-white. Breakfast is like in the best hotels with stars. The staff is excellent - polite and just very kind people.

We stayed two nights on the ground floor of this hotel (the travel agency booked, apparently saved 10 € per room, the windows of all rooms on the first floor look at each other through a very narrow courtyard, you can hear the conversations of guests who walk down the corridor. There is no sunlight coming in at all. The rooms on the second floor can see the sun. We have never stayed in such a room before - well, it is very small, like in a matchbox, the bathroom door opens and rests against the bed, as if a mouse would not crawl through the border, suitcases definitely will not fit. The room had disposable slippers, a bottle of water at check-in, soap and a bottle of shampoo, toilet paper, two towels and one for the feet. A very hard bed, you sleep like on the floor (subjective opinion, maybe someone will be comfortable). The breakfast is varied, there is a choice to taste, although they start cooking it early in the morning and you can hear the smells and noise of dishes all over the courtyard. A very friendly woman at the reception, she helps in the kitchen. The photo (in any case, the rooms where we lived) does not convey the scale, the rating is reduced for this reason, we definitely would not have chosen this accommodation ourselves.

Very tasty breakfasts, friendly hosts. The rooms are small, as expected, but there is a shower. The linen is clean. And since we walked a lot, we only came to sleep. There is a cooler with cold and hot water. There is always tea at your service.

The guests are not all satisfied, the staff is sluggish, there is something to strive for. The location is not very successful, sometimes when important guests or delegations come to Norod, they block the road. The rooms are clean.

A wonderful hotel! Clean, comfortable, cozy. The location is very convenient, close to Gur Emir and other attractions. The hotel staff are incredibly kind, hospitable people. A friend had a birthday, decided to arrange a surprise with congratulations, the guy at the reception helped a lot, got everything he needed in the middle of the night. For any questions, we prompted and helped as much as possible with recommendations to cafes and restaurants. We left with a warm heart and the best memories of the hotel.

A great hotel in not quite the center, but Registan yards is 10 minutes away. Platan or Samarkand restaurants are 20 minutes away. Excellent breakfasts (relative to other non-chain hotels). The only thing that can be improved is to put at least a small table for a kettle and cups and the size of pillows is larger.

The rooms are damp and smell bad. We were settled quickly and quietly in a mid-level room. But when we arrived late from a walk, the reception said that we had been checked into the wrong room and we needed to move. We agreed, although it was strange. The next day, they left their things in the room to be moved to another room.
But after lunch we came and were given the key to the same room again! It's good that we asked again, otherwise we would have entered someone else's room: our things were moved to another room, but they forgot about it at the reception.
The new room turned out to be a moldy dark storeroom, where it is very damp and cold.

Nice cozy hotel in the city center, decent breakfasts, friendly staff. Plumbing and weak Wi-Fi do not always work well, and instead of a double bed there are two single beds - for this a minus point.

Good hotel: clean, breakfast is normal, there is a place to eat nearby, a shop, 15 min walk to the main attractions. The terrace is great to chill out in the evening after the heat.
We took an excursion to the Agalyk mountains for $ 45. There wasn't much point in the trip, you won't stay there for long, but the market along the way is great))

Wonderful hotel, friendly hosts. The rooms are only renovated. Separately, I want to note that the mattress on the bed, pillows, blanket - everything is just super. A good hotel for the unassuming traveler. There is a necessary minimum set: bed, wardrobe, hot shower, WiFi, breakfast, hair dryer. There is no kettle, but brewed tea and cups will be brought on request. In general, for an overnight stay after exploring the city, it is quite a good option for your money.

Nice new hotel, 20 minutes walk to Registan.
The mattresses are too hard, and the room is very hot, but you can open the window and everything will be fine.
Normal breakfasts, but for a long time, I think breakfast will get boring.
