In January 2024, we visited the hotel. Two days. Cozy rooms in a hotel in the city center. All amenities are a buffet breakfast, underfloor heating in the rooms, Wi-Fi, and all the usual amenities for a comfortable stay. It is possible to book a trip to Shakhrisabz from the hotel

The room has high humidity, 3 hoods, which does not help much. There is mold on the walls and on the curtain in the bathroom. Upon check-in, we got into a room with a damp carpet through and through. We stayed for several nights, the room was not cleaned, the garbage was not taken away, unfortunately.

The hotel is well located. Clear. The room is not big. The disadvantage is that the windows overlook the inner well. Therefore, the noises of returning and departing guests are right under the window. Breakfast is normal. Plus, there is an outdoor breakfast on the veranda (weather permitting), which is interesting.

A good place to stay in Samarkand for a few days. I liked breakfast in the morning (from 8 to 10), it is very convenient (no need to look for a cafe). The breakfasts are good, there are plenty to choose from.
The staff is polite and friendly. The room has air conditioning, a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). The rooms are on the first and second floor, and there is a terrace on the third. Good location (Registan complex can be reached on foot).

A magnificent hotel, with extremely responsive and responsive staff. I would say that this is the face of Samaragand hospitality. Great, clean rooms, decent, not overloaded breakfast. And please, no need to pretend to be an ultra premium luxury tourist. Friendly people work here and the easier you approach your stay, the more comfortable it becomes. In general, the mentality of local residents is simply to wish a good morning to a stranger or to help banally. The concept of man has not yet been forgotten here. If nothing changes in the future, then this hotel alone will give a light to most popular holiday destinations among Russian citizens. I can sincerely thank this hotel for its hospitality!

Everything is good, and the comfort and price are reasonable and the distance from the city center is small.
But! I do not recommend taking rooms on the 1st floor, including because of flocks of flies! It's very very annoying and it's a huge minus. It is very unpleasant - not only in the room, but also in the rooms for food and breakfast.

Positive:
First I wrote - good breakfasts. But, as it turned out on the day of departure - half an hour before the end, the assortment is sharply reduced. But the breakfast room is always open, you can take tea, sugar and some cookies.
The room has a kettle, refrigerator and hairdryer, which does not happen everywhere.
Minuses:
Initially inattentive attitude. The receptionist immediately began to apologize that "the operator confused the room, we will make a discount, sorry, sorry, there are also three beds, we will make a discount ..."
The magic word "discount" made an impression, and we made a reservation without looking at the room.
It turned out to be VERY cramped compared to the one we chose when booking. It can be seen that he is clearly on the 2x, and the third bed was stuck there for "additional profit", it stands at the very door, so that the air conditioner blows directly on the person lying down.
There is only ONE bedside table and ONE chair for 3 beds. The cabinet is somewhere in the far corner, sideways in a niche, it is inconvenient to use it. At the entrance there is no shelf where to put shoes, there is not even a hook where to hang jackets and a bag.
Glass (matte, but nevertheless!) the door to the toilet, and the light from the toilet falls on the face of the person lying on this unfortunate third bed.
Three sockets are located at the foot of the beds.
There is no window. Generally. The configuration of the hotel is a long rectangle, there are no windows on the street, all the windows of the rooms on the first floor (I don't know about the 2nd floor, we didn't get a room there, as I wrote above) overlook a narrow courtyard (in the photo it is just that). The width of the courtyard is about 6 meters. It turns out such a narrow St. Petersburg "well". Our room was in the corner, and instead of a window we had a window pane in the door. All the doors are half glass, you can see everything that happens in the room, do not forget to close the curtains.

The standard room on the ground floor is cramped and damp, instead of the declared double bed, 2 single beds are shifted. The main disadvantage is that there is absolutely no place for things. Caught in the rain - there is not a single hook or hanger for clothes. The air conditioner is positioned so that, if used, it will blow on the person on the bed. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, but everything is prepared in advance and the food will have to be heated in the microwave or eaten cold. The staff is friendly, they generally try their best for the guests, but because of the above, they definitely would not have come here a second time.

Hotel: small hotel, quiet, very clean. Most of the rooms have windows to the courtyard.
Continental breakfast, don't count on a buffet.

For a long time I wanted to visit Samarkand and finally it turned out. I found the hotel quickly, but as usual there were doubts whether the reviews were true and whether the photos correspond to reality. We arrived and understood... which in reality is even more beautiful and colorful than in the photo. It is located in the city center, from which there is no problem to go somewhere or come back. Upon check-in, we were offered a more flexible accommodation option for us, and the issue of payment nuances was also resolved. The attitude is very very very kind as to family friends, which makes my heart very pleasant. On the ground floor there is a bright spacious hall with a comfortable seating area, neat flowerbeds with fresh flowers right in the floor between the rooms were pleasantly impressed. On the top there is a terrace for evening gatherings with tea and a view of the night city. All the decoration is in bright colors, which makes it very bright throughout the territory even in the evening. Information from the reviews: about dampness, odors, and noise in the room was not confirmed. The hotel... no, it would be correct to say that the family runs the house for friends, which makes it comfortable as a home and treated like family friends. I will add: on the last day there were problems with cash and immediately we were offered an instant solution on full trust. What can I say, the house for friends is ideally chosen. In the future, I will only come here. I strongly recommend it to everyone, you will not regret coming.

I liked the comfort of the hotel, the kind and friendly staff. The interior design is beautiful, the breakfasts are hearty, there is a bar assortment and drinks for a reasonable fee. Also in the lobby you can see an exhibition with souvenirs and antiques and tools. I was even lucky enough to hear one instrument being played. Such a mesmerizing string trill...
I really liked the room. A conder, a bathroom with amenities, beds and a snow-white bed have a rest after walking. Only there was no refrigerator in the room. There is a TV, a kettle. There is no tea set. And so, everything is great!

A wonderful hotel, the rooms are clean, only after renovation. Very friendly hosts, always ready to help and prompt. The location is far from the sights if you walk, but by taxi it takes 10 minutes and only 7-10 thousand.sum

The hotel is new or renovated, the plumbing is new, the room even has Underfloor heating, helped out when we arrived in Samarkand, in mid-April it turned cold to +2 at night and 9 degrees in the afternoon. Upon arrival, we found that there was no table and one chair in the room, but 2 bedside tables. We were asked to solve the problem, they additionally brought us a chair and a bedside table, otherwise there was nowhere to put the kettle. The mattress on the bed is elastic, the pillows are normal, but there is no headboard at the beds, the pillow was forced to fall, and the bed could not be pushed against the wall. The locks in the hotel are peculiar, my wife could not close the room. WI-Fi is bad, you can't watch videos, and at 22 o'clock I was knocked out, so I had to try again 3 times to log in. We lived on the 2nd floor, and the windows of all the rooms looked out into the corridor, people passed by the window, we had to balance the curtains. Interestingly, the light in the ceiling is white and warm, by choice. The room's illumination is good. In 3 days, the garbage was not taken out once, it turns out that it was necessary to hand over the key at the reception, and not carry it with you. The breakfast is a normal buffet. Location- a 15-minute walk to Timur's tomb, and 10 minutes to a large department store. We took a taxi to the airport for 15 minutes for 20 thousand soums. Yandex taxi works. There are no questions from the staff, everything was explained, but there is no elevator and I had to drag the heavy suitcase myself to the 2nd floor. A good hotel for 2-3 days.

The rooms are small, we lived on the 2nd floor, the audibility is strong, they did not clean for 2 days while we lived, it turned out that we had to hand over the key, but no one said about it. Breakfasts are prepared and are cold - porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes... They advised me to put a microwave oven. Instant coffee. The room had 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, a hanger, there was a kettle on a tray, there was no tea, and even a small table too. It seemed like a trifle, but with such simplicity and asceticism, they spoiled the overall feeling. The towels were once white, now they are gray and not ironed. If we are in Samarkand, we will choose another hotel.
