Some kind of hangout, not a hotel) The most terrible hotel in my life.
Do not book accommodation here, and if you have already, cancel safely. It's not worth your money, and I don't know what kind of money it's worth at all.
There is only 1 plus - location.
There is an unpleasant smell in the entrance and in the hotel, it was indicated in the booking that there is a window in the room - there is no window, there is only a curtain on the wall)))
There is zero sound insulation - noise from all sides, even from above from some other institution.
Everything in the room is old, falling apart, the carpet is stained. There is nothing in the room - no dishes, no tea, coffee, kettle, glass for toothbrushes. The towels are all torn. The bed is solid. Mosquitoes in the room. The water goes very badly in the shower, you need to turn it off and wait so as not to flood the entire bath.
During our stay, the air conditioner broke down in the room and began to drip heavily - it was never repaired, only the dirt was spread in the room and nothing was cleaned, the whole sink was black.
Breakfast is organized terribly, they just throw everything on one plate - jam and scrambled eggs. There is no choice. They put dirty spoons. I am attaching a couple of photos from the kitchen.
Thank God, we spent only 2 nights here and at the very end of our vacation.
We booked a room in this hotel on 24.09 at 07-13.10. We were immediately contacted by whatsapp, booking at the booking was confirmed. After that, they booked another room, but later they refused it and also warned about it via whatsapp, just in case.
7.10 they wrote, reminded me about the arrival at night, as they also ordered a transfer from the airport. Everything was confirmed to us, but they informed us that our booked room is being renovated, so we will stay at another hotel nearby until 12.00, and in the morning everything will be ready, they will take us in and help us move our luggage.
Upon arrival, we were met by a taxi and brought to another hotel. Payment was requested immediately, although we agreed that it could be brought later. As a result, we paid for all the accommodation at once in another hotel.
At 5 in the morning we were settled in a small, dirty, dilapidated room, in which we didn't even want to stay (photos are coming down). We called the reception, but we were informed that this is the only remaining number. But why should we care when we paid for another hotel and another room. If you make changes, you must submit at least the same number or a class higher for the inconvenience. We contacted the contact of the booked hotel, he said that he would sort everything out, but in the end the issue was not resolved, he said that we would have to stay there until the morning, in the morning we would be moved to their hotel.
In the morning we were told that the room in their hotel is not ready yet, but for sure we will be moved to their hotel at 9.10, and today we will be given another room in an existing hotel. We checked into another room and asked if everything was in effect for tomorrow (09.10), replied that yes, but offered, if desired, to stay in the room that we were provided with. We refused because we wanted to live exactly in the reserved one.
09.10 we were supposed to be met to help with the bags. As a result, no one met us and we walked by ourselves. Even considering that it was not far, but carrying heavy bags in your hands is not much fun.
Leaving the bags at the hotel, not in the room, since it wasn't ready yet, we went for a walk. Returning in the evening, we were settled in a room without a window. That is, again, not the room we booked. It was already like a mockery. They said there were no other rooms at the reception. And the room that was allegedly under repair has not yet been made, and allegedly a pipe burst there and flooded the restaurant that is located under it. Contacting the booking contact, we were informed that this is exactly the number that was ordered at the booking and until we sent the booking screenshots, showing which number we should have, they did not agree with us. Then they admitted that yes, indeed, the room is not the same, but there is no other one, and in general, you yourself chose to move to our hotel, we asked you if you would stay in the previous one. And no one deigned to warn us that we would not live in our reserved room again, because why. We said that it would be good to get compensation for all the manipulations. We came for a vacation, not for races with suitcases and bags from room to room and from hotel to hotel. As a result, we were not compensated for anything.

We do not recommend this hotel!The room is large, but dirty and unkempt!Stains on furniture, on the ceiling, on the carpet...soap stains on the faucet.Furniture doors are falling off. The WINDOW is one and to nowhere.Cleaned once a week at the request.There is not even a soap dish in the room, no glass for brushes, no drinking glasses, nothing.Breakfast is just scanty, a couple of slices of cucumber, a quarter of departure, and as much as 3 slices of bread!
Terrible hotel. They work in collusion with other hotels that cancel your reservation and send you here. They can give you a room without windows. Just curtains hanging, and behind them a wall. There are burns from irons on the floor (a photo with these spots for some reason does not pass moderation). The shower stalls are dirty with mold. The watering can of the soul is barely holding on. The air conditioners are half disassembled. The towels are old and torn. In no case do not stop here.
I do not recommend the hotel for several reasons!
Dirty. There is no cleaning service. The sticker in the toilet of the room was hanging when we checked in and all 4 days of our stay, I did not specifically speak and did not clean in order to monitor the cleaning.
Pastel synthetic, washed and stained. When checking in, I asked to change it, since it is unpleasant to sleep on it. The taps are dirty and streaked. I washed them myself to make sure they could be washed. It turns out they can be washed!!)) the fittings in the bathroom are rusty, broken, there is a fungus in the shower.
The furniture has been asking for repairs for a long time.
The dishes are in the dining room, the kettle is only in the dining room. There is a kitchen, but you can't fry it "because it will smell", but at the same time the managers themselves smoke in the kitchen and the smell is all over the hotel.
There is no sound insulation! Above the doors there is a plywood, which nominally continues the door and only.
There is an air conditioner, but you can't turn it on, there is no remote control. (This was the case in 2 rooms)
King size bed - composed of 2 single mattresses. Sleeping together is difficult, painful, uncomfortable. Only separately on their halves.
Access to the booking is closed to leave a review, although the owner himself asked to put 10 balls, because he moved us to another room, since the first one was dirty and everything can be heard from the street (cars drive under the windows at night)
But the owner of the hotel is a kind person! He was 10 for his approach to people, but not to the hotel! At the beginning, I didn't quite understand why such a courtesy :) but it was nice

Noisy, dirty. Located in an old house, musty smell. The rating and stars on the booking do not correspond to reality.
The only advantage is the location. Close to all attractions.
The most terrible place. They wrote a review on the booking for us. They rarely clean, there is a problem with hot water, you need to constantly walk and remind them to turn it on. If you want to drink coffee or tea, be prepared that the boiler is broken. A barefoot Indian drank our coffee, ate cookies) A female administrator constantly monitored what we were doing. Don't stand here, don't gather here, throw it out here, add salt and sugar.... Beyond common sense.
The price on the booking was indicated for 3 days, but in fact, when they arrived, they said that it was for a day, Typical Azerbaijani behavior - to breed for money.Don't mess with them👎🏼
