We held a corporate party here, and it's obvious that the costs were considerable.
Positive:
• The toastmaster was a very pleasant, professional and sincere person. He not only held the event at a high level, but also supported the guests throughout the evening, avoiding harsh remarks and obscene contests. His work made an exceptionally positive impression.
• The decoration of the hall was beautiful and appropriate for the holiday.
It is important to note
Technical equipment: there were no LED screens and modern lighting equipment, so we looked for them from third-party suppliers. If you are planning an event here, it is important to prepare for this moment in advance.
Minuses
1. The work of administrators: the administrator showed himself extremely unprofessional. For example, he interfered with our supervisor and distracted her by making comments about the guests that clearly did not concern him. One of the cases is a request to wake up a guest who has dozed off on the couch, with a comment that he might ruin the furniture.
• By 23:00, the administrator took the batteries from the microphone without warning and explained that "you can't make noise after 23:00." No one warned us about such restrictions in advance. This behavior looked rude and left an unpleasant aftertaste.
3. Food:
• The menu was boring, with mediocre food quality. The only thing I liked was the steak, but it also had more fat than meat.
• The Beshbarmak turned out to be dry, none of the guests touched it.
Bottom line: if you decide to hold an event here, take into account the technical limitations and specify all the conditions in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.
A beautiful, stylish restaurant with a good location! The menu is varied and interesting!
We tried beshbarmak, baursaks and snacks, everything is very tasty cooked! Especially the baursaks are incomparable!
I'll start with the pros:
Excellent design, comfortable chairs, plenty of space, "air", a great children's room, although not large. There is a fairly large selection of dishes, there is a children's menu.
Now the cons :
For me, the price-quality of food does not match. We ordered a lot and nothing excited us. I was upset by the bruschetta set, the quality of even the snacks already shows the level of the restaurant. I assure you, I will cook better at home, although I am not a super cook. I got the impression that maybe the chef in the restaurant is normal, everything was served beautifully and looked great, but as if from cheap products. Of the desserts, I can only recommend the one with a pink cloud of cotton candy. Cigarillos in desserts are very sweet and tasteless. They didn't eat.
The service is also strange. It seems that the waiter was nice, took the order correctly, did not forget anything anywhere, but was "indifferent", and dirty plates, napkins lay for a long time not cleaned, although (!!) here is an important point, on Sunday evening at 6 p.m. only two tables were occupied :We were sitting as a family and another family. That is, there are more staff than visitors, but there was no super service. And in general, when you sit in an empty restaurant, it also spoils the impression and raises questions.
To sum up: only the child wants to return because of the nursery. Me and my husband-no, we won't come back. The prices are high, the kitchen level is average. And let me remind you that food is the main thing for a restaurant. It is not interesting to pay for a beautiful white interior.
