A decent hotel. The reception staff speaks Russian and English. The rooms are spacious, but a little shabby, the light bulb in the bathroom may not work, or the shower hose turns the watering can into the wall. Breakfast is a buffet, quite diverse, but every day is the same

It's not bad for the European four. Excellent breakfasts with elements of local cuisine. Some employees speak Russian. Of the minuses: problems with elevators and the fact that the junior suite was occupied, they settled in the standard, but did not say anything. The location is good, close to the center and at the same time quite quiet.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and were not mistaken, we really liked the hotel, clean, cozy rooms with fresh renovation and new furniture, there is everything you need: a safe, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle, a TV, although we did not turn it on, and there are no Russian channels. The hotel is located in the center of old Belgrade, there is a place to walk, near a pedestrian street with many shops, restaurants, Belgrade Fortress, Savva perfume shop, many parks. The reception staff is very friendly, they settled in very quickly, just within a few seconds, on the way back they were allowed to stay in the room without extra charge and hand it over 15 minutes before the bus. There is an exchange office with a normal exchange rate. The breakfasts are very tasty.

It seems that people who had previously left positive reviews did not live in the same hotel where I lived. It is expensive here, there is no kettle in the room by default, and the mini-bar is paid. It is not at all clear who came up with the idea to make the shower cabin half open: the closing door simply does not exist and the water flies almost all over the bathroom. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room — it costs a lot to buy them in a nearby store. I didn't really like the breakfast, although it is quite varied. The juices from the vending machine are terrible.
In general, if we compare with the same price category of hotels in St. Petersburg, then the northern capital wins in all respects.

I liked the hotel, the perfect location! All the sights are within walking distance. The room is clean, comfortable, it was very warm in winter, we had to turn off the heating sometimes because it got hot. There is a good grocery store in the next building. A large shopping mall with shops and cafes is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Everything is fine, the rest was a success!

I booked a room with a double bed through a tour operator. The hotel refused to put you in a room with such a bed. The arguments of the hotel changed during the dispute about moving to a room corresponding to what was paid for. At first they said that they did not have such rooms, it was a photo montage, then they said that there were rooms, but they had to pay extra, then they began to blame everything on the tour operator. The work of the staff and the behavior are really disgusting. We didn't want to solve the issue or help. I travel often and a lot, I have never met such rudeness anywhere.

The modest view from the street is somewhat deceptive - in fact, this is a very large hotel, with at least 100 rooms. The location is perfect, in the very historical center. The pedestrian zone, where popular restaurants and cafes are located, is a 5-minute walk away. It's pretty good for its stars.
