The trip starts from March 2-9. I really liked the hotel! Small, cozy and very customer-oriented!!!
There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, Denis, who always helped when contacting. Others also always solved issues promptly-changing dirhams, ordering a taxi, calling a cleaner or a technician if something leaks (as we had in the bathtub), problems with the safe or TV settings (by the way, there are two Russian channels).
The breakfasts are excellent - fresh croissants, cheeses, fruits, coffee. You can order a dish from the menu. So are the dinners. It's easy to change dinner for lunch if necessary! There is a mini store with normal prices. I was pleased that there is a free shuttle service to the Museum of the Future and the metro, and to the Dubai Mall, they also take you back- clearly on schedule!
The beach is good, when it is opened after renovation, there will be, of course, a lot of people, but for now only for guests. Sun beds, umbrellas, sunscreen and after-sun cream are free, there is also a swimming pool!
In general, for its stardom (somewhere they put three, somewhere four), the hotel is beautiful!!! There is no deposit😉

Great hotel. Modern design. The rooms are clean and cozy. Friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking one. Delicious food. The view from the room is of the Persian Gulf and Burj Khalifa. I really liked the hotel. It is made in an entourage surf style. There is a private beach with lots of sun beds, a small but spacious swimming pool, a wonderful chillout area next to the pool where you can just sit or order food. Responsive and courteous staff, there are Russian-speaking staff, almost everything (information about the hotel, menu, etc.) is duplicated in Russian. Convenient underground parking. The rooms are small, but everything is provided in them, they were well cleaned, the staff always responded quickly to all requests.
There is a beautiful La Mer beach next to the hotel (in January, half of the beach was under renovation, but this did not spoil the rest). The hotel is generally located in a quiet part of Dubai. The rooms offer views of almost the whole of Dubai.

The hotel is very decent for 3 people, check-in is true from 16.00, but I think you can arrange it early, there is a Russian-speaking staff. The rooms are simple with an unusual design in a modern style, there is a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle, a comfortable shower room with a toilet, the standard room had a large double bed + a sofa that also unfolded, would easily suit a teenager under 15 years old. You can find Russian channels on TV .There are no balconies in the rooms, but there is a mini ledge with a door (we had a view of Jumeirah 1 and burjkhalifa beach), for example, you can dry things. Cleaning every day, changing towels,bottled water, tea, coffee bags, cups.The breakfasts are decent, there are no queues, there is always a choice, of course small, but you will not stay hungry a lot of pastries, different types of cheeses, fruits, vegetables, salads, sausages, rice, noodles, cereals,yoghurts, juices, tea, coffee,milk. You can eat both inside the restaurant and in many places on the street, just tables with a beautiful view and sofas. You can order food in the room through the menu using a QR code. There is a swimming pool , there are enough sun beds , there is a beach 🏖 the first line , there are also a lot of sun beds + armchair bags .There are swings, table tennis, table football, you can take a ball, hammocks. We went to another beach Jumeirah 1, you can go swimming for 5 minutes on it until 6.30 pm, then the coast guard leaves and people swim again) for some reason, the water in it was warmer , the sea was cleaner without smelly algae , and constant waves, gorgeous sunsets in the evening, but there are no sunbeds on it. Maybe we were just unlucky , but our La Mer Beach was a day later with brown water from algae , with an unpleasant smell and the water was cool, perhaps because of the downpours that we hit upon arrival. The hotel has a gym , laundry , mini store with low prices, but the ipiopRau card issued in Russia did not work, we went to Spinneys a large supermarket, it has everything for 12 minutes, you can pay for purchases with Russian ipiopRau. In general, we liked everything, the hotel quietly pulls in 4 stars.

Nice hotel in Dubai by the sea. The rooms are clean, new, cleaned daily. Russian-speaking staff is available in the restaurant and in the lobby, but they are not always on site. If there is no minimum spoken English, it will be difficult here. Any shops are at least 15-20 minutes away on foot. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Dubai Mall and back, running every two hours. The sea is clean, there are sunscreens on the beach. It would seem that everything is wonderful, but there is a continuous construction site around the hotel, which spoiled the impression. Price=quality! We rested here for a week and we really liked everything! Delicious breakfasts with a wide selection, clean landscaped grounds, free transport to the Dubai Mall, metro and Museum of the Future are a big plus, as well as a clean sandy beach with crystal water. The room is cleaned every day, they, in turn, are comfortable enough with everything you need. In general, there is a lot to tell, we are happy with our stay at this hotel and recommend it!

The hotel is 3 stars. we stayed here for 6 days, including the New Year itself. Transfer, breakfast, lunch included.Alcoholic beverages are included for the New Year itself. The fireworks and the view of BursHalif itself were very spectacular, with live music in the evening.First line beach, warm pool. Comfortable bed, room cleaning. We spent an unforgettable time in the Rove La Mer Beach department, which is located on La Mer beach! The hotel is very good. The hotel has its own beach with white sand and turquoise water. The beach is perfect for families with children, the entrance to the water is gentle. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the bay, relaxed on the sun loungers, did not dare to swim, the water seemed cool, but there were brave men who cheerfully swam.
The service is impeccable, the staff is very friendly and attentive.
In addition, I would like to tell you about the restaurant menu. The choice is small, but it allows you to collect a variety of dishes to suit your taste. You can order from the menu, or assemble a dish to your taste in the buffet area.
I would like to mention La Mer beach itself. At the time of our stay there, the walking area of the beach was under reconstruction, all cafes and restaurants were closed, we did not manage to get into the atmosphere of walking, I am sure it will be incendiary.

There is a heated swimming pool. There is alcohol in the bar for decent money. The price is like in a good restaurant, it's understandable. You can bring something with you - you won't regret it. The hotel has a bus that takes you to the metro and Dubai Mall for free on schedule. And back)))) but keep in mind that his last flight from the Mall may not accommodate everyone in the seats, and he does not take standing ones. Then there are two options - on foot 5.8 km to the hotel via Maps mi, or by taxi. We were not very lucky this March: there is a construction site on the left and on the right. Jackhammers, bulldozers, a healthy smell of diesel)) It was infuriating- creepy! But I guess they can finish in a couple of months. What to do. When we asked to change the room to the side of Bursh Khalifa, we were changed without any problems. There is a gym, I did not go. I ran along the track- great! The restaurant is good, there is an outdoor area, armchairs, sofas - comfortable. I definitely recommend the hotel, the chain of these hotels is distinguished by its comfort and attitude. I was in this at the Marina, but it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach from it, and here I came out and fell on a very comfortable sunbed with a thick mattress. Of course, you can't even see the expanse of the ocean in the bay. But where the ocean is wide, the hotel costs three times more. ((There is a Mandarin nearby.). Everything can be sorted out there if you walk and look. To the right along the street (parallel to the municipal beach) after 800 meters there is also a Mall where you can buy something and a large supermarket. The bus is regular to Dubai Mall 20 min (free of charge).

The sea is not bad, but the view is not the best (bay). In December, you can go in for 10 minutes, because it's cool.

In general, this hotel is located among private houses, away from high-rise buildings, which does not give the very atmosphere of Dubai. But you can try to relax and unwind :)

THE ADVANTAGES are the location, there is a private beach, the city center is not so far away, every day there is a shuttle from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and the metro. They clean it every day, it's clean. A bottle of water in the room every day. You can also collect water yourself at the counter near the pool. The pool is heated in the evening.
CONS - there is no Russian-speaking staff, there are also no Russian-language channels on TV, the staff itself is not very friendly, and even the beach workers barely work. The beach is littered. In the surf, I found a rusty wire with pieces of concrete - I had to throw it out on my own, since the beach staff doesn't give a fig for everything, they rest there themselves. Another disadvantage is that there is a restaurant with music in the courtyard right under the windows, open until 1.30 am. Then the guests walk around all night and chat and laugh. It's almost impossible to fall asleep there.

We were at this hotel from 17.09 to 25.09. For 3 stars, even very, very good. The food, the beach, everything is great! The main thing is that my daughter liked it, she says she needs to go back.
